Abstract

Indonesia sebagai negara dengan jumlah pulau terbanyak di dunia, maka potensi sektor kelautan dan perikanan Indonesia sangat signifikan dalam pertumbuhan perekonomian dan pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan nasional. Tingginya potensi perikanan laut ternyata tidak diikuti dengan stabilitas harga ikan. Harga ikan laut cenderung fluktuatif karena adanya ketidakpastian hasil tangkapan ikan dari nelayan. Penelitian ini merancang model sistem cold chain dengan mdel sentralisasi cold storage yang bertujuan untuk menjaga stabilitas supply ikan ke pasar sehingga stabilitas harga ikan menjadi lebih baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sistem dinamis untuk denganrancanga system desentralisasi cold storage dengan di hulu dan hilir yaitu di Kota Surabaya, Malang dan Jombang Jawa Timur. Berbagai kondisi kenaikan supply, kenaikan demand serta kapasitas cold storage menjadi parameter untuk disimulasikan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan sistem cold chain yang dibangun dalam model ini mampu mengurangi variansi rata-rata harga ikan secara signifikan apabila diikuti dengan kenaikan pasokan.

Abstract

This study explores the effect of transformative transactional leadership style on employee performance, with work motivation as an intervening variable. The respondents of this survey were the population of the Riau Islands National Narcotics Agency, which amounted to 68 respondents. Using the sampling method is intended by the sampling method. In this survey, data is collected through a survey in the form of Google Forms. Descriptive and route analysis were used as data analysis techniques. The results of the three independent variables are 1. The transformational leadership style variable has a positive and important effect on work motivation. 2 The transaction leadership style variable has a significant negative effect on work motivation. 3. The transformational leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 4. Transactional leadership style variable has a negative effect on employee performance. 5. Fluctuating work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

Construction projects are generally the most high-risk businesses, especially shipbuilding projects. Efforts to reduce the risk can be done by minimizing the potential risk. This study aims to see potential high risk and prevent delays in the completion of ship construction using the Critical Path Method CPM at PT. XYZ. By using the Critical Path Method CPM critical paths can be given more attention so that they will not interfere ship construction projects. In addition, it is also a form of anticipation if there is a delay, it is possible to reschedule.

Abstract

In early 2020, the world was shocked by the spread of new viruses, the new type of corona virus (SARS-CoV-2) and the disease called Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Likewise, in the Riau Islands Province Particularly Batam City became a red zone affected by COVID-19, but there are still many local people who do activities to support their families. Based on the background described above, the service providers focus on making manuals and animation media so that COVID-19 prevention information is conveyed to the local community in order to maintain the economic stability of the community. The purpose of this Community Service Activity is to create, compile and distribute books. Covid-19 prevention non-authoritative guide so that people have awareness and participate in minimizing the spread of corona virus in Batam, designing and distributing animated videos of Covid-19 prevention guide so that people have awareness and participate in minimizing the spread of corona virus in Batam, socializing education guide books and animated videos so that people maintain health and safety in the Covid-19 Pandemic period, socializing educational guide books and animated videos to support the economic stability of the community. The Community Service Program of the Batam State Polytechnic Business Management program has been implemented and is running well which is participated by all groups and sectors in Batam City

Abstract

Mubut village is a built village that will be developed into a tourist village on Batam Island. This is necessary for the readiness of human resources on the island to contribute to the development of tourist villages. One of the human resources that need to be improved is the ability of micro-businesses and rural communities in their linguistic intelligence that is able to communicate with business English. With the linguistic intelligence possessed, it can contribute to its business activities and ultimately the level of financial sustainability is well maintained. The purpose of community service activities is to improve the competence of Mubut village community in improving linguistic intelligence (communication with English) in order to develop a built tourist village. The method that will be implemented is to conduct training offline, provide pocket books and simulation videos. The expected results are the existence of training materials, the availability of pocketbooks and video tutorials on how to easily communicate business English that can be accessed by micro-businesses and the public. This community service is one of the applications of Project-Based Learning for Business English subjects II, Managerial Accounting and Marketing also Business Finance for Business Administration Study Program.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of benefits, trust, ease of use and security on consumer perceptions of using QRIS when transacting among millennials in Batam City. The population in this study is the millennial generation of Batam City from the age of 26 - 41 and has used QRIS when transacting. The number of respondents in this study were 384 respondents. In this study, the author uses quantitative research methods and data collection using surveys with dissemination via google form. The results obtained from this study are the factors of benefit, trust, ease of use, and security have a significant positive effect on consumer perceptions of using QRIS when transacting in the millennial generation in Batam City.

Abstract

By evaluating and identifying variables from the variables evaluated, this research investigates the complexity of factors that affect users of online transportation services' satisfaction and loyalty. A questionnaire was selected as the data gathering strategy and tool for the quantitative investigation. PLS-SEM, or partial least squares structural equation modeling, was used to analyze the given data. The findings demonstrate that two factors—perceived app benefits and perceived service quality—can be significantly used to predict consumer loyalty and happiness while utilizing online transportation services, particularly Go-ride and Grab bike services. Customer happiness is unaffected significantly by the perceived sales promotion component, but customer loyalty is significantly impacted. Meanwhile, the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty has a positive but insignificant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of work environment factors, worker awareness, work motivation, top management, worker communication, K3 rules and procedures, and the availability of K3 signs that significantly affect Occupational Health and Safety at PT. Mirasindo Perdana partially and simultaneously. The sample in this study used random sampling, so that the results obtained were 134 respondents from employees of PT. Mirasindo Perdana, the data collection technique used is through a questionnaire. This study uses factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of computer software for SPSS version 20 statistics. work (X3), top management (X4), worker communication (X5), K3 rules and procedures (X6), and the availability of K3 signs (X7) have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on Occupational Health and Safety. while those that partially represent independent variables or other factors are top management (X4), K3 rules and procedures (X6), and the availability of K3 signs (X7). It can be seen that top management (X4), K3 regulations and procedures (X6), and the availability of K3 signs (X7) have a positive and significant impact on Occupational Health and Safety at PT. Mirasindo Perdana.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai bagaimana pengaruh dari relationship marketing (X1), store atmosphere (X2), service quality (X3) terhadap customer loyalty J.Co Donuts & Coffee di Kota Batam. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah pelanggan J.Co Donuts & Coffee di Kota Batam. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang berupa web-based ini diolah menggunakan google form yang kemudian disebar melalui link kepada responden, sementara teknik pengumpulan sampel berjenis purposive sampling dengan total sampel yang ditetapkan yaitu 100 responden. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif dan metode analisis datanya menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa relationship marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer loyalty dimana thitung 4,210 > 1,985, store atmosphere berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer loyalty dimana thitung 3,233 > 1,985, service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer loyalty thitung 3,310 > 1,985, dan ketiga variabel relationship marketing, store atmosphere dan service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap customer loyalty dimana Fhitung 68,959 > Ftabel 3,09.

Abstract

Keputusan konsumen untuk menggunakan suatu aplikasi dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perbandingan pengaruh Time saving, Money Saving, Pendapatan dan Kemudahan Penggunaan Terhadap Keputusan Mahasiswa di Kota Batam untuk Menggunakan Online Food Delivery Services pada Aplikasi Grab Food dan Go Food. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling. Kriteria responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di Kota Batam yang pernah menggunakan aplikasi Grab Food dan Go Food. Teknik pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS. Hasil perbandingan dari penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan antara Time saving, Money Saving dan Pendapatan Terhadap Keputusan untuk Menggunakan Aplikasi Grab Food. Hasil kedua dari penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan antara Time saving, dan Pendapatan Terhadap Keputusan untuk Menggunakan Aplikasi Go Food.
