The completion of some mathematics problem not only used analytic methods but also by iterative processes through numerical methods. In numerical methods, besides students understood the calculation each iteration manually but also was necessary to understand the completion using coding or programming. QBasic is one program was easily downloaded. This paper discusses the determination of integer roots that are not perfect square numbers, namely a square root of 3 using numerical methods with iterative techniques. The purpose of writing is to look at computational characteristics in number iterations of Heron method, for two, false positions, and Newton Raphson. Research through simulations using QBasic promotion. The error value (error) in the simulation performed using the method is set at a value of 1x10-10 or iteration will still be if the error rate is more than the specified error value. The simulation results show that the error value of the square root of the number 3 ranges at 1.73205. The Heron method and the Newton Raphson method have the same number of iterations, which are 6 iterations, relatively less than other iterative methods. The conclusion of the research is the determination of the root of the citrate from the number 3 Heron method and Newton Raphson method provide a better computational performance of the number of iterations than the method for two and the false position.

Abstract: This article aims to present the results of the analysis of the need for English language teaching materials in elementary schools based on local learning. The data in this article was collected through a questionnaire filled out by two English teachers and 26 third grade students at SD Negeri 09 Duren Tiga, South Jakarta, odd semester, 2018/2019, then analyzed using descriptive analysis. Objects of study in this article include: 1) suitability of KI and KD, 2) teaching materials used by teachers, and 3) teacher and student needs related to Local Learning-based teaching materials. The results show that: 1) All materials in teaching materials are in accordance with KI and KD 2) Teachers and students use other materials besides books from school to help in understanding a material; and 3) Teachers and students need teaching materials based on Local Learning that can be used to learn noun and adjective material. Thus, it can be understood that teaching materials based on Local Learning are needed. Keywords: Analysis, Materials, English, Local Learning.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan secara empiris Pengaruh Kemampuan Awal Siswa Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Matematika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan analisis regresi sederhana. Dalam penelitian ini pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif yang merupakan konsekuensi bahwa seorang peneliti harus bekerja dengan angka-angka sehingga memungkinkan teknik analisa statistik. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMK Informatika Bina Generasi Kabupaten Bogor tahun ajaran 2018/2019 kelas X dengan jurusan Multimedia. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling. Tahap yang dilakukan sebanyak 3 stage (tahap), yaitu: tahap pertama memilih kelompok belajar (pada penelitian ini, yang dipilih kelompok belajar reguler), tahap kedua memilih kelas (rombongan belajar), dan tahap ketiga memilih subjek penelitian (siswa). Pengumpulan instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data peneliti adalah tes sebanyak 10 soal Uraian untuk kemampuan awal dan 10 soal untuk prestasi belajar matematika. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang telah dilakukan pada taraf signifikan 0,05, maka diperoleh Fhitung > Ftabel ( 4,46 > 3,00) maka H1 diterima yang berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara kemampuan awal terhadap prestasi belajar matematika.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan model manajemen berbasis genetik dan mendapatkan gambaran tentang efektifitas dan efisiensi sekolah inklusi. Manajemen berbasis genetik adalah pengelolaan segala usaha bersama untuk mendayagunakan sumber-sumber, baik personal maupun material, secara efektif dan efisien guna menunjang tercapainya tujuan pendidikan di sekolah secara optimal melalui fokus pada satu kecerdasan sehingga setiap orang akan merasa nyaman, pas dengan apa yang mereka lakukan dan pas dengan mesin kecerdasan yang dominan yang digunakara. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data yang bersifat kualitatif dengan deskriptif analitik non statistic yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis personaliti genetik ditinjau dari tes genetik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bizsmart Sekolah Inklusi, dengan subjek penelitian adalah seluruh sumber daya manusia yang terlibat beserta seluruh siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Instrumen penelitian adalah hasil evaluasi siswa dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan cara memetakan berdasarkan genetik sangat membantu siswa, guru dan tenaga pendidik lainnya untuk dapat lebih mudah dan nyaman dalam proses pembelajaran, karena menyesuaikan metode dengan potensi genetik masing-masing.

The purpose of this research is to find out the improvement of students' mathematical problem solving skills in class III through the STAD type cooperative learning model at SDN Kapuk Muara 01. The method used in this study is an experimental approach with classroom action research techniques, which is an action taken by teachers and researchers to improve teaching by making changes and learning the effects of those changes. The technique used in data collection is the end of the cycle test and observation. The results showed that the Mathematics learning process by applying the STAD type cooperative model was able to improve students' mastery of concepts for the better. The results obtained in the first cycle of absorption is 51,163%, then improved in the second cycle with the results of the absorption of the class is 90.69%. This shows the progress where students have gotten good learning outcomes from cycle I.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data empiris hubungan pengetahuan guru tentang konstruksi tes, penguasaan materi pelajaran sains dengan reliabilitas tes buatan guru . Penelitian dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kabupaten Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan tehnik Multistage random sampling. Penetapan tehnik ini berdasarkan pertimbangan bahwa sampel yang diharapkan sebagai unit analisis dapat menyebar secara merata agar proposional dan representatitif. Instrumen yang digunakan sebagai alat pengumpul data tentang pengetahuan guru tentang konstruksi tes dan penguasaan materi pelajaran sains menggunakan tes dengan bentuk pilihan ganda dan reliabilitas tes buatan guru menggunakan tehnik dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan hubungan pengetahuan guru tentang konstruksi tes dan penguasaan materi pelajaran sains secara Bersama – sama dengan reliabilitas tes buatan guru adalah positif dan sangat signifikan.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fakta bahwa sampah rumah tangga telah menjadi permasalahan nasional yang belum ada solusinya secara komprehensif. Sampah plastik di Indonesia, yang mencemari lautan, volumenya terindikasi terbesar kedua di dunia. Tujuan penelitian ialah merumuskan cara meningkatkan keberdayaan masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah secara mandiri, dan merumuskan cara penguatan desa dalam tatakelola sampah di skala desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan pendekatan non interaksi (studi litelatur dan kebijakan) dan interaksi melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap stakeholder, seperti kepala desa, para pelaku pada dinas pemberdayaan masyarakat dan dinas lingkungan hidup. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) pemberdayaan dimulai dari pembangkitkan etik, moral, kesadaran, mindset, dan tanggung jawab terhadap lingkungan di masyarakat, (2) pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam tatakelola sampah rumah tangga efektif dilakukan mulai dari tingkat rt/rw, (3) penguatan desa diperlukan dengan cara delegasi kewajiban tatakelola sampah dari kabupaten/kota kepada desa, dan (4) perlu desain tatakelola sampah yang inovatif dan komprehensif sesuai dengan regulasi desa yang relevan. Kesimpulan penelitian, 74.957 desa dapat didorong untuk dikonsolidasi menjadi gerakan nasional pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga yang efektif.

This paper discusses the effect of CBT in improving students’ low self-efficacy on mathematics. Method being used was quantitative as well as single subject approach with A-B design. The target group being used were students of XI-MIA class. Results of research indicated that CBT was effectively improved students’ self-efficacy on mathematics. Students’ self-efficacy of post intervention was higher than pre intervention of CBT for each single subject of study. The authors recommended for the counseling teachers to use CBT as one of the techniques to improve students’ self-efficacy on mathematics. The teacher of mathematics were also expected not only delivered mathematical contents, but also are expected to strengthen students’ beliefs and self-efficacy on mathematics. For the following researchers, we would like to suggest to enlarge subjects not only for senior secondary classroom, but also for junior high school and primary school classroom. Suggestion also were addressed for subjects other than mathematics that students have lower self-efficacy, and with group setting.

The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship financial management and school climate with school effectiveness of state elementary school in district of Duren Sawit. It was a quantitative research with a survey method. The samples were teachers of State Elementary Schools in district of Duren Sawit amounted to 230 persons selected by proportional random sampling. The data were analyzed with inferential statistics using regression and correlation analysis.The results concluded that (1) there is a positive correlation between financial management with effectiveness school; (2) there is a positive correlation between school climate with effectiveness school; (3) there is a positive correlation between financial management and school climate together have positive with effectiveness school.The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship financial management and school climate with school effectiveness of state elementary school in district of Duren Sawit. This research was scintifically purposed to describe management of education finances in academic duty performancefor internal efficiency of STKIP Kusuma Neagara Jakarta. This research used descriptif methode by technique to collect the data’s interview is used for the rector, rector assistants and financial administration. The observation is done directly to find out the information and the result of interview. The study gives description about the management of education finances and the increasing academic duty performance under efficiency internal control It can be concluded that STKIP Kusuma Negara Jakarta has the increasing of academic duty performace in all of the sectors. And then realisation management of education finances the goal together in the university. Then also the rector in the arrangement for education finances are done quaranted all sectors of academic duty performance as well. The essay above can be found that the management of education finances to increase the academic duty performance for internal effiency in STKIP Kusuma Negara Jakarta that been realized to optimal.
