Abstract

This study aims to compare differences in customer satisfaction with the purchase of clothing products online and offline (studies on consumers online and offline in Surabaya). The sample in this study was divided into two different respondents, namely 75 respondents who bought clothes online and 75 respondents who made offline purchase of clothing products. Whereas to test the questionaire in this study must fulfill two important requirements that apply to a quastionnaire that is valid and reliable, for this reason, validitity and reliability test are used, and to answer the hypothesis proposed in this study using the Indpendent T Test statistical tool. From the result of research conducted on 75 respondents who made online purchase and 75 respondents who made offline purchase for clothing products, there were significant differences in customer satisfaction when cunsumers made purchase online and offline. This can be seen from the results of the mean for respondent satisfation online which equal to 3,997, the value is lower than the mean satisfaction of respondent offline of 4,387. This mean that consumer satisfaction of buying offline is higher than consumer satisfaction of buying online.

Abstract

This research finds out the effect of product, price and service quality toward customer satisfaction both partially and simultaneously at Warsu Coffe Cafe. It is descriptive research with a quantitative method. The data were collected using questionnaires and documentation. The populations were the consumers who visited and bought a product in Warsu Coffe Cafe. The samples were 87 respondents that were chosen by using nonprobability sampling technique with incidental sampling type. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The result showed that both partially and simultaneously, the product, price, and service quality affect customer satisfaction. The most dominant influence is product quality on customer satisfaction, it shows that the Warsu Coffee Cafe has good product quality.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and explain the influence of CSR Orientation, Attitude, and Competence on the Role of Employees at PT East Java Regional Development Bank Tbk Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach to employees using the Probability Sampling sample, namely the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling of 62 employees. Statistical analysis used is Structural Equational Modeling (SEM) through SmartPLS Software version 3.2.8. The results of this study indicate that CSR orientation has a significant positive effect on the Role of Employees, Attitudes have a significant positive effect on the Role of Employees, while Competence does not significantly influence the Role of Employees.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing communication strategy used by CV. Multicraft Indonesia to increase its products of the company. This study utilized the qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The data was collected primarily by interview the Head Staff Marketing of CV. Multicraft Indonesia as the one who took responsibility to give policy abd planning, especially in marketing products. In addition, the study utilized secondary data collected during the research on the communication strategies implemented in the company. The results saw that CV. Multicraft Indonesia used four methods in marketing communication online strategy. They are (1) an advertisement on a marketplace platform such as shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, (2) sales promotion that consists of five sub-bab (voucher, flash sale, promo store, free shipping cots, and point of sale & merchandising, (3) a “reseller” method for those who want to be a reseller or partner of CV. Multicraft indonesia, and (4) endorsement by choosing public figures or celebrities who have a big impact on the products or brand.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the degree of impact of investment opportunities by using the price-to-earnings ratio, measuring persistence by calculating the difference between current period's earnings before tax (EBT) and previous period's profits and then dividing by company assets. Meanwhile, capital structure is measured by dividing the amount of capital by the total debt or debt-to-equity ratio (DER). This study used quantitative methods. Samples are obtained by applying purposive sampling methods, i.e. selecting samples according to various predetermined criteria. The sample for this study is 210 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2018-2020. The result of this study is that there is no effect between the investment opportunity set (IOS) and the quality of the profits obtained. Bottom line, investors don't always use the IOS value parameter when making investment decisions. The quality of a company's profits has a negative impact on the durability of profits. From these results it can be said that if a company has a good level of consistency, it will improve the quality of its profits. Capital structure has a negative impact on profit quality. This means that the higher the value of the company's assets, the lower the quality of the company's profits through debt financing.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to directly determine the effect of dwelling time on import activities in import tax receipts at the Tanjung Perak Middle Type Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office in East Java province. In this research, the method used is descriptive quantitative, while in determining the sample to be carried out is to use total sampling so that the sample in this research will be obtained with 5 years of observation data. The data in this study uses reports on dwelling time and import tax receipts for the 2016–2020 period. In this research, the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results found in the research are that dwelling time has a significant effect on import activities on import tax receipts at KPPBC Type Madya Customs Tanjung Perak with a value of t = 7.529, meaning that the more effective dwelling time will determine the increase in import activities so as to increase the revenue side of import taxes. It can be said that time dwelling can directly have an impact on the level of fluency in carrying out trade globally, which is more specifically on imports, therefore to be able to maximize the level of import tax revenue, it can be classified into several parts, including taxes in the context of imports and import duty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the conditions of GCG implementation in mining companies that go public in Indonesia and how it affects the profitability of companies proxied using Return on Equity (ROE). The independent variables in this study are GCG scores, managerial ownership, institutional ownership and DER. The data used is secondary data sourced from the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2019 with a sample of 10 mining companies that have passed as a sample through purposive sampling with several criteria. The results showed that GCG and managerial ownership had no significant effect on ROE, while institutional ownership and DER significantly adversely affected ROE. Exemplary GCG implementation and proper debt management will have an impact on increasing profitability.

Abstract

Consumer attitudes towards eWOM on social media are the main information source in determining consumer attitudes. The increasing amount of information on social media makes it difficult for consumers to find trust in eWOM, especially in health products. A higher level of trust is needed for health products (Shah et al., 2019). This research is a development of Mehrabian, Russell's S-O-R (Stimulus, Organims, Response) Theory in 1974. The model shows that the form of response is a back reaction from individuals when receiving stimuli. The focus of the research is a causal influence in the eWOM model to build trust, increase the benefits and value of a product, and establish consumer involvement so that there is a change in behavior attitude on purchase intention. There are three elements in the S-O-R communication model: 1. Stimulus consists of Perceived Trustworthiness of eWOM and Perceived Value 2. Organizations, namely Customer engagement, and 3. Response, namely Purchase intention. The research was conducted on social media users Facebook or Instagram Tik Tok. Sample with purposive sampling, characteristics.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are differences in the Expected Return and Risk of the LQ-45 Stock Portfolio before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. This type of research is quantitative research. The object of this research is LQ-45 stock in 2019-2020 or during and before the COVID-19 pandemic. The conclusion in this study is that the portfolio in this study uses the Markowitz Portfolio model which forms a combination into 21 combinations in the 2019-2020 time interval. From the results of the combination, it was found that the Expected Return and Portfolio Risk levels in the composition of 50:50 and 70:30 experienced differences before and during the COVID-19 pandemic.
