Abstract

The focus of this research is to analyze the influence of Hussein Ja'far's preaching on adolescents in the East Kisaran Sub-District. The research method employed is qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The research is conducted in the East Kisaran Sub-District, Asahan Regency. The objective of this research is to determine the extent of the influence of the preaching content delivered by Hussein Ja'far on the level of religious activity among adolescents in the East Kisaran Sub-District. Hussein Ja'far is considered an inspirational figure for various groups, especially the youth, regardless of their religious affiliations. The findings indicate that Hussein Ja'far is a preacher who promotes values of love and tolerance, without any elements of coercion in his preaching. This approach has garnered him favor and inspiration among the youth in the East Kisaran Sub-District, Asahan Regency. Moreover, there are even non-Muslim individuals who appreciate Hussein Ja'far's preaching. His inclusive and tolerant personality allows him to connect with people from various backgrounds effortlessly.

Abstract

The problem that underlies this research is the infections that occur in inpatient installations for the period 2020 - 2021 which illustrates the problem of the quality of nurse services in inpatient installations. The purpose of this study was to prove the influence of attitudes and work environment on service quality with work motivation as an intervening variable. This type of research is included in quantitative research with a causality approach. The population is 148 nurses who work in inpatient installations, and the sample calculation uses the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%, so that 110 samples are obtained as respondents using simple random sampling technique. The results of the analysis prove that attitudes and work environment partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on service quality and work motivation, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on service quality and provides positive intervention on the relationship between attitude and work environment on service quality, so that with motivation work, attitude and work environment can improve service quality higher than without work motivation

Abstract

Communication network refers to research techniques used to identify the structure of communication within a system or community. It involves analyzing relationship data regarding communication flows using different types of interpersonal relationships as units of analysis. Groups with participatory growth processes will achieve higher cohesiveness thresholds. This study aims to analyze how the communication network, what are the steps, and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors of the leadership of Islamic boarding schools in increasing the social cohesiveness of the Acehnese ethnic community in the ma`had fahmussalam al-aziziyah environment. The methodology used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of observations and interviews, the researchers found that the steps taken by the leaders of Islamic boarding schools in increasing the social cohesiveness of the Acehnese ethnic community in the ma`had fahmussalam al-aziziyah environment were as follows. Collectives can be formed when each member of the group has the same interests. The communication network consists of individuals who are connected to each other through a continuous communication gimmick method. Abstract

This study aims to implement the principles of Islamic communication and public service communication implemented by the North Sumatra Regional Police (Polda) in making Police Record Certificate (SKCK) through the Super Apps Presisi application and describe the community's assessment of the Super Apps Presisi application related to services in making Police Record Certificate (SKCK) at the North Sumatra Regional Police. Qualitative method with descriptive approach is the method used in this study. The informant in this study was SKCK Service Personnel. Data were collected using interviews and documentation studies. In specific findings, it can be seen that the application of Islamic communication principles carried out by the North Sumatra Regional Police (Polda) in making Police Record Certificate (SKCK) through the Precision Super Apps application at the North Sumatra Regional Police (Polda) is in accordance with the principles of Islamic communication because the interaction that is established is in harmony with Islamic law and contains noble moral values.

Abstract

This study pursues to find out the effect of firm size, leverage, and gender diversity on intellectual capital disclosure (ICD) by investigating 41 selected companies register on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Utilizes the panel data method to carry out fixed effect regression with software tools, namely Eviews 12 SV, as well as using a sample of companies in the registered infrastructure, utilities, and transportation sectors to obtain relevant variables; it collects data for 2018-2020. The results reveal that partially firm size and gender diversity have influence on ICD. This validates its impact on the decision-making needs of stakeholders. At the same time, leverage has no effect on ICD. However, the three independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on ICD. High disclosure results generate benefits to attract (prospective) investors, eliminate negative views in the market, increase employee and stakeholder trust and loyalty, and are used to obtain higher selling points to be acquired.

Abstract

Bureaucratic reform is one of the government's steps to develop a change strategy for government organizations in providing accountable services to the public with various innovations and creativity through ZI-WBK Development. Government organizations must be able to carry out organizational transformation so that they are able to adapt and become more agile in facing various challenges in the development of technology and information. In carrying out organizational transformation, strategic steps are needed starting from preparation to implementation to achieve organizational transformation success. The readiness of the transformation of government organizations can be seen from the hard side of change and the soft side of change. Government organizations can focus on hard factors of change using the DICE framework. Through this framework, it will be known the possibility of the success of the organizational transformation process carried out and will find various potential obstacles and parts that need to get the focus of attention to be addressed immediately and efforts to improve their handling. By knowing from the start the things that are the main focus of change and various things that are potential obstacles, government organizations can anticipate and develop the right strategy in the process of organizational transformation.

Abstract

With the increasing development of the times, service to customers is a very important factor. Therefore, the provider must be able to provide satisfaction to its customers, for example by providing a higher quality, cheaper product and better service. A product is said to be of good quality if it can meet the needs of its customers. Therefore, knowledge of customer needs and satisfaction (customer requirements) is very important. In this study using quantitative methods with a sample of 85 Umrah pilgrims in Medan City. The results of this study show that service has a significant effect on pilgrim satisfaction. The processed data showed that the sig value was 0.019 0.05. It means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between services on the satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims in Medan City. Cost has a significant effect on pilgrim satisfaction. The results showed that 0.029 0.05. It means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. There is a positive and significant influence between costs on the satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims in Medan City. Facilities have a significant effect on pilgrim satisfaction. The results showed that 0.018 0.05. That is, Ho was rejected, Ha accepted. There is a positive and significant influence between facilities on the satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims in Medan City.

Abstract

The mentality law of wives according to Jumhur Ulama is mubah but the action is better avoided. Shafi'iyah and Hanablah scholars thought that the law of talaq was sometimes obligatory, sometimes haram and sometimes sunnah. Muhallil is the party of a man who marries a woman who is triple rejected by her husband so that the husband can initially return to the wife. In this muhalil marriage, a matter arises, namely engineering when the ex-husband or wife wants to return to the ex-husband, they do a serial marriage without doing the muhallil marriage first by the wife. The type of research used is empirical normative research. Based on the information achieved in primary information and secondary information. In this study, the registrar collected information through interviews. After obtaining the information needed, that the author analyzes qualitatively juridically. His research was conducted in Kelurahan Perjuangan, Teluk Nibung District, Tanjungbalai City. From the results of research conducted in Kelurahan Perjuangan Teluk Nibung District, Tanjungbalai city, information was obtained that there were six married couples who married their wives who had been triple rejected, the wife did not do Muhallil first. The results showed that the marriage of husband and wife who had been rejected was carried out in serial or unwritten marriages at the Office of Religious Affairs..

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the consumer experience at pop events in the city of Bandung enjoys Sundanese gastronomic tourism. The data from this study consisted of 22 informants, using qualitative methods. The results of this study found two findings, namely (1) Sundanese gastronomic tourism as a tourist attraction in sustainable tourism (2) Sundanese gastronomic tourism in pop up events as the development of innovative local food products. The implication of this research in the field of tourism is that it can become a gastronomic tourism business development.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out and analyze the effect of work environment, work discipline, and emotional intelligence on the employees’ performance at the University of Nusa Nipa Indonesia. Besides, it aimed also to find out and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence in mediating the effect of work environment and work discipline on the employees’ performance at the University of Nusa Nipa Indonesia. Furthermore, the study was quantitative. The population was all employees at the University of Nusa Nipa Indonesia, consisting of 66 people. Moreover, the data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed descriptively with SPSS and T-Sobel. Additionally, the result of the descriptive analysis showed that the work environment, work discipline, emotional intelligence, and the employees’ performance were good criteria. In addition, the result of the path analysis concluded that 1) work environment affected employees’ performance, 2) work discipline affected employees’ performance, 3) emotional intelligence affected employees’ performance, 4) emotional intelligence was able to mediate the relationship of work environment on employees’ performance, and 5) emotional intelligence was able to mediate the relationship of work discipline on employees’ performance.
