Controlling lifestyle and behavioral factors by implementing a healthy lifestyle can prevent hypertension. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between lifestyle (smoking, physical activity, coffee consumption, fat consumption) and the incidence of hypertension at the Wesaput Community Health Center. Observational analytical research design, cross sectional approach, sample of 35 respondents, simple random sampling. Data collection uses questionnaires and sphygmomanometers. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test. The research results showed that the lifestyle that was related to the incidence of hypertension was fat consumption ( p = 0.015). Meanwhile, there was no relationship between lifestyle and the incidence of hypertension, namely smoking habits (p = 0.207), physical activity (p = 0.226) and coffee consumption (p = 0.490). It was concluded that there was a relationship between lifestyle (fat consumption) and the incidence of hypertension, there was no relationship between lifestyle (smoking habits, physical activity and coffee consumption) and the incidence of hypertension. It is hoped that people will check their blood pressure regularly and adopt a healthy lifestyle. It is recommended that health workers provide health education/counseling regarding a healthy lifestyle.

Anemia is a serious health problem in Indonesia, with a prevalence rate reaching 23.7%, higher in females compared to males. The prevalence of anemia in females even reached 27.2% in 2018, while in males it was 20.3%. Nutrient contents such as vitamin A, calcium, and potassium in green and red beans are believed to increase hemoglobin levels in the body. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of providing green and red bean porridge in increasing hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls suffering from anemia at SMK PUSPA BANGSA BANYUWANGI. In this study, a quasi-experimental design with the randomized pre-test-post-test control group design approach was used. Out of 40 respondents receiving treatment, 20 respondents were given green bean porridge and 20 respondents were given red bean porridge, each with a dose of 200cc for 14 days. The results of the analysis showed that both types of porridge were effective in increasing hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls with anemia, as evidenced by the Paired T-Test with a P value of 0.000, which is smaller than α (0.05). Thus, it can be concluded that green and red bean porridge can be an effective alternative to increase hemoglobin levels in anemic adolescent girls at SMK PUSPA BANGSA BANYUWANGI.

Communication plays a vital role in influencing patient satisfaction, which is the primary responsibility of healthcare providers. The success of healthcare facilities and services in meeting patient expectations can increase the likelihood of patients returning to use those services, while mismatches may prompt patients to seek better facilities or feel disappointed. This study aims to assess the relationship between therapeutic communication by midwives and the satisfaction of pregnant women in antenatal care (ANC) services at Kalibalangan Public Health Center in North Lampung. The research method involves a cross-sectional approach with simultaneous measurement of independent and dependent variables in 52 randomly selected pregnant women. Statistical analysis using the Chi Square test shows significance (p) of 0.002 < 0.05 (p < α). From these results, it is concluded that therapeutic communication aims to obtain shared learning experiences to improve patients' emotional experiences. There is a significant relationship between therapeutic communication by midwives and maternal satisfaction, hence pregnant women are advised to pay attention to their pregnancy condition by attending ANC regularly and consistently visiting the Public Health Center.

Hypertension was an increased in systolic and diastolic blood pressure above normal limits. Age is a factor in hypertension, in old age there is a narrowing of blood vessels resulting in an increase in blood pressure. Treatment of hypertension can be done non-pharmacologically, one of which is slow deep breathing. This study aims to determine the effect of slow deep breathing on blood pressure changes in elderly people with hypertension. The research design used was Pre-Experimental with the One Group Pretest- Posttest Design. The population in this study were all elderly people with hypertension in Garu Hamlet, Podoroto Village, Kec. Kesamben Kab. Jombang as many as 34 elderly. The sample in this study were 34 respondents with the total sampling technique. The research instrument uses a digital sphygmomanometer to measure blood pressure. The results of the Paired T-Test analysis show p value = 0.000 <α 0.05. These results indicate that there is an effect of slow deep breathing on blood pressure changes in the elderly with hypertension in Garu Hamlet, Podoroto Village, Kesamben District, Jombang Regency. Slow deep breathing stimulates the release of endorphins, thereby reducing sympathetic nervous activity and increasing parasympathetic nervous activity which causes a relaxing effect and causes a decrease in blood pressure.

The onset of menstruation will be a traumatic event for some children who do not prepare themselves in advance. School-aged children need information about the menstrual process and health during menstruation. Children will have difficulty facing their first menstruation if they have never known about it before. This shows that school age children need reproductive health education in facing menarche. However, in reality, many school-aged children still have relatively low knowledge of reproductive health. The aim of this research is to identify the need for reproductive education regarding menarche among elementary school students in Mojokerto City. This research method uses a descriptive analytical research design with a case sectional approach. Samples were taken based on purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through interviews using a reproductive education needs questionnaire. From the research results, it was found that the high level of need for reproductive health education, especially information on menarche, was due to the absence of a curriculum in elementary schools that discussed this issue.

Data analysis used the Spearman Rho test with the results of the analysis obtained p value = 0.000 (α = 0.05) and correlation coefficient = 0.708. There is a significant relationship between Psychological Well-Being and the respondent's degree of hypertension, with the strength of the relationship being strong and the direction of the relationship being positive, which means that the higher the Psychological Well-Being, the degree of hypertension or blood pressure is in the high normal category. It is hoped that respondents can carry out 10 behaviors that can increase Psychological Well-Being so that they can reduce the risk of hypertension.
