Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to determine the forms of internalization of character values ​​through a religious culture approach in preventing bullying behavior among students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Parigi Moutong Regency as well as the impact of internalizing character values ​​through a religious culture approach in preventing bullying behavior among students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Parigi Moutong Regency. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this research are teachers and students. Data collection used observation, interview and documentation techniques which were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation and data verification methods. Forms of internalizing Character values ​​towards Bullying Behavior among Students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Parigi Moutong Regency firstly, instilling religious character values ​​through extra-curricular activities, through getting used to good behavior and through advice, secondly instilling the character values ​​of tolerance, instilling character values Social care. The impact of internalizing character values ​​on bullying behavior among students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Parigi Moutong Regency has a positive impact. This can be seen from changes in behavior for the better among students as well as reducing and preventing bullying behavior in the school.

Abstract

Minimnya kepemimpinan perempuan di ranah publik dan keikutsertaan dalam isu-isu politik kontemporer menjadi pembahasan yang menarik untuk diteliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan minimnya kepemimpinan perempuan, pandangan ahli dan ulama mengenai kepemimpinan perempuan dan keikutsertaan dalam isu-isu politik dan bagaimana agama memandang perempuan sebagai pemimpin. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka library research. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minimnya kepemimpinan perempuan di ranah publik adalah pendidikan, persoalan pekerjaan, keadilan dan kesetaraan gender, peran domestic, budaya patriarki, penafsiran agama dan hubungan kekeluargaan, diskriminasi dan ketidakadilan terhadap perempuan dalam partai politik dan ranah publik. Kepemimpinan perempuan di ranah publik dan keikutsertaannya dalam isu-isu politik kontemporer sangat dianjurkan, hal tersebut agar program kerja yang diusulkan oleh perempuan terdengar dan diterima serta diimplementasikan ke dunia politik. Al-Quran sebagai rujukan prinsip masyarakat Islam mempertegas bahwa Allah tidak membedakan kedudukan laki-laki dan perempuan, tidak ada alasan melarang perempuan menduduki posis pemimpin.

Abstract

Sintuvu cultural values in the reality of Kaili people's lives are extracted from various meaningful events as a learning process that forms awareness about togetherness. The value components that make up Sintuvu into the principle of togetherness and a symbol of unity in Kaili society include the values of harmony, kinship, the spirit of sharing, solidarity, consensus, responsibility and openness. From the results of initial observations on the ethnoparenting of the Kaili tribe in Palu City, it was found that the cultural values of the Kaili tribe, especially the cultural values of sintuvu are still not optimally applied in the people of Palu City, even feared to be increasingly displaced by western parenting patterns that are different from the values of local wisdom. As for Palu City as Kaili Land, of course, the most important thing in applying Kaili cultural values, one of which is Sintuvu cultural values. And Lere Village is one of the villages in Palu City where the majority of the population is Kaili tribe. So, the author is interested in conducting research on the application of Sintuvu cultural values of the Kaili tribe, with the research title "Application of Ethnoparenting based on Sintuvu Cultural Values of the Kaili Tribe in Developing Social Emotional Aspects of Children in Palu City".

Abstract

Penelitian tentang perempuan merupakan bagian terpenting dalam pengembangan ekonomi keluarga maupun dalam masyarakat. Bagi perempuan pelibatan dalam kegiatan penelitian sosial merupakan salah upaya dalam meningkatkan pembedayaan perempuan untuk medapatkan informasi terkait dengan permasalahan yang terjadi dalam masyaraakat khususnya masalah pemebrdayaan ekonomi sosial keluarga. Berdasarkan fenomena sosial yang ada pada keluarga ataupun masyarakat maka Perempuan melibatkan diri dalam melakukan penelitian berdasarkan permasalahan atau fakta yang yang dikemukakan dalam tulisan ini adalah (1) Partisipasi perempuan dalam kegiatan penelitian tentang pemberdayaan perempuan dalam masyarakat dapat menamba wawasan dan daya kritik bagi perempuan , (2) kebutuhan praktis pemberdayaan sebagai salah satu langka strategis perempuan yang telah dipenuhi syarat dalam melakukan penelitian, oleh karena itu keberadaan perempuan dalam melakukan penelitian menunjukan tingkat keterlibatan perempuan untuk melakukan penelitian dalam rangka meningkatkan ekononomi keluarga. Namu demikian untuk menghasilkan peneliti perempuan yang berkualitas maka diperlukan adanya kegiatan pelatihan dan pembinaan berkelanjutan baik penelitian kualitatif maupun kuantitatif bagi perempuan sehingga dapat terukur tingkat kemampuan perempuan dalam melakukan penelitian sosial sesuai fakta yang terjadi dalam keluarga dan masyarakat.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education as the main basis of education for an individual should be able to build and integrate a tolerant attitude towards plural social life contained in the Islamic values of moderation, where these values must be applied and become a habit for a child who will grow into a person who has a tolerant attitude towards differences. If young children are not introduced to the values of moderation, then when growing up they will be easily influenced and even influence liberal and extreme ideas which can later threaten disintegration in public life. Seeing the dangers of disintegration that continue to threaten today and the importance of implementing Islamic moderation values in early childhood.

Abstract

In Islamic law, the right of ijbar is the progressive right of guardian to choose partner for woman in a marriage. The right of ijbar is often misused by guardians to force women under their guardianship to marry the man of their choice without consent, so that women's freedom in choosing a partner is often in conflict with the right of ijbar. The author is interested in studying the concept of ijbar rights in the challenge of gender equality, as well as the fatwa of ulama' and the relevance of ijbar rights based on contemporary fiqh perspectives. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The right of ijbar in gender equality is based on the opinion of the Hanafi school of thought, which prohibits marrying a woman except with her permission. Contemporary fatwas on ijbar rights include Yusuf Al-Qhardhawi who states that a father has no right to force his daughter to marry the man of his choice. Syaikh Nizar Bin Shaleh Al-Syu'aibi stated that marriage is a progressive right of a person, so the guardian has no right to force it. Majma' Al-Fiqh Al-Islami stated that the guardian is not allowed to force his daughter to marry without her consent. KUPI's fatwa of November 26, 2022 states that the state and parties related to forced marriage are obliged to take measures to eliminate the harm caused by forced marriage. KH. Sahal Mahfudh does not recognize the right of ijbar when applied to pubescent women who are virgins or widows.

Abstract

Dewi Sartika, a national hero of Indonesia, is known as a pioneer of education for women. Her thoughts on education are still relevant today, amidst the modern era full of challenges and changes. The values of Dewi Sartika's thoughts, such as noble character, intelligence, and independence, can be a guide in implementing quality and character-based education in the modern era. This study aims to identify the values of Dewi Sartika's thoughts on education and analyze their relevance in modern education. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a literature study approach. Data was collected through literature studies, including books, scientific journals, online articles, and official documents. The data were then analyzed using a descriptive-analytic method. The results of the study show that the values of Dewi Sartika's thoughts on education are still relevant in modern education. These values can be implemented in various ways, such as integrating moral values and noble character into the curriculum and learning, developing character education through various programs and activities, providing opportunities for students to learn independently and creatively, and utilizing information and communication technology to support learning. There are also challenges and opportunities in implementing the values of Dewi Sartika's thoughts on education in modern education. The challenges include globalization and the influence of foreign cultures that can erode local cultural values, a lack of awareness and commitment from various parties to implement character education, and limited educational resources and infrastructure. However, there are also opportunities, such as increasing public awareness of the importance of character education, the development of information and communication technology that can support learning, and support from the government and various parties to improve the quality of education. Abstract

This study explores the "Discourse of Women as Heads of Households (Feminist Jurisprudence Theory)" with a focus on feminist jurisprudence theory's significant role in the field of legal studies, due to its ideas influencing many debates on sexual and domestic violence, workplace inequality, and gender-based discrimination. Through various approaches, feminists have identified gender components and the gender implications of legal norms and their supposedly neutral implementation, which have historically adversely impacted women in the contexts of employment, divorce, reproductive rights, rape, domestic violence, and sexual harassment. This research is a library research study, employing a qualitative research methodology, where primary data was collected by sourcing relevant books, supplemented by secondary data from articles, papers, news websites, etc. The study identifies gender-biased legal norms that affect women's roles as heads of households, particularly in terms of access to economic resources, family decision-making, and legal protection. Through a critical approach, this study also highlights the challenges faced by female heads of households in maintaining justice within the family, and the urgent need for legal reform to achieve better gender equality. Considering the perspectives from feminist jurisprudence theory, this research emphasizes the importance of changing phallocentric legal paradigms to accommodate the significant contributions of women in managing households and building a gender-inclusive society.

Abstract

Abstract The study concludes that the understanding of the predominance of men over women is based on a textual understanding of the validity of a hadith, which has been tested and acknowledged by classical and authoritative hadith scholars. This study deals with hadiths that relate to the preference of men over women. This study agrees with Amina Wadud (1992 M), Fatima Mernissi (1991 M), and Asma Barlas (2002) and (2011), arguing that the text itself does not support gender superiority and encourages reading religious texts by understanding the message of equality contained therein, as well as criticizing interpretations that oppress women. Laleh Bakhtiar (2007), which explains that in understanding religious texts about female subordinates, they need to be understood metaphorically. This research differs from Abu Ameenah Bilal Philips (1990), who supports the traditional view of gender in Islam. He argues that the role of men as leaders is part of the teachings of Islam based on religious texts. Sheikh Salih al-Fawzan (2000) supports the traditional interpretation of religious texts. He emphasizes the male role as a leader and protector of women based on the texts of religion. This research is library research. The approach used is a socio-historical approach. The primary data of this research is at-tis’ah poles; among them are Bukhari, Muslim, Abu Dawud, Nasai, Ibn Majah, and Muwaththo Malik. The secondary sources are the books of Hadith, Sharh Hadith, and Sirah al-Nabawiyah. Keywords: disorientation of understanding, hadith, liberation, and freedom. Abstrak Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemahaman terhadapa hadis-hadis keutamaan pria atas wanita didasarkan pada pemahaman tekstual, berupa kaidah-kaidah kesahihan sebuah hadis, yang telah diuji dan diakui oleh ulama hadis klasik dan otoritatif. Penelitian ini membahas hadis-hadis yang berkaitan dengan keutamaan pria atas wanita. Penelitian ini sependapat dengan Amina Wadud (1992 M), Fatima Mernissi (1991 M), Asma Barlas (2002), (2011) berpendapat bahwa teks itu sendiri tidak mendukung superioritas gender dan Mendorong untuk membaca tek agama dengan memahami pesan kesetaraan yang terkandung di dalamnya, serta mengkritik interpretasi yang menindas perempuan. Laleh Bakhtiar (2007), yang menjelaskan bahwa dalam memahami teks agama tentang subordinat perempuan perlu pahami secara metaforik. Penelitian ini berbeda dengan Abu Ameenah Bilal Philips (1990) yang mendukung pandangan tradisional mengenai peran gender dalam Islam. Ia berargumen bahwa peran laki-laki sebagai pemimpin adalah bagian dari ajaran Islam yang berdasarkan teks-teks agama. Sheikh Salih al-Fawzan (2000) mendukung interpretasi tradisional teks agama. Ia menekankan peran laki-laki sebagai pemimpin dan pelindung perempuan berdasarkan teks-teks agama. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Sosio-historis. Data primer penelitian ini adalah kutub at-tis’ah, di antaranya adalah Bukhari, Muslim, Abu Dawud, Nasai, Ibn majah, dan muwaththo Malik. Sedangkan sumber sekunder adalah kitab-kitab hadis, sharh hadis dan sirah al-Nabawiyah. Kata Kunci: Disorientasi pemahaman, Hadis, Pembebasan dan Kebebasan.

Abstract

The research problem was whether the abilitiy to recognize children in group A could increase after using the alphabet box game in East Longkoga ABA Kindergarten. The research subjects consisted of 10 students, with four boys and six girls. The research was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of two meetings. Learning activities consist of four stages, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, the observation, and the reflection stage. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation and documentation sheets. Data analysis was carried out in a comparative descriptive manner, namely comparing the values between cycles processed using the percentage calculation (%) according to the formula. The research results show that on the indicator of the ability to recognize the alphabet at the pre-cycle stage, there were six students, or 60% who reached the Beginning to Develop category. At the end of the cycle I, six students or 60%, reached the Expected Developing category. At the end cycle II, nine students or 90% reached the Very Good Development category. Furthermore, two students or 20%, reached the Beginning to Develop category in the indicator of the ability to pronounce alphabetic forms in the pre-cycle stage. At the end of the cycle I, four students or 40%, started to reach the Expected Developing category. At the end of cycle II, nine students or 90%, were in the Very Good Developing category. Finally, indicators of the ability to pronounce the alphabet at the pre-cycle stage have four students or 40%, in the Beginning to Develop category. At the end of the cycle I, two students or 20%, had reached the Expected Developing category, and one students or 10%, had reached the Very Good Developing category. And at the end of cycle II, nine students or 90% , were already in the Very Good Developing category. Based on the research above, alphabet box games can improve the ability to recognize letters in group A children in East Longkoga ABA Kindergarten.
