Abstract

With a large number of users and a high level of engagement, TikTok is an application that provides enormous opportunities in the business sector, especially in marketing activities. Influencer endorsers are an effective trend for business actors to promote the products they sell. The existence of the TikTok Shop feature on the TikTok application makes it easier for consumers to buy the goods they want. This study will find out how the influence of social media marketing and influencer endorsers on TikTok on purchase intention at TikTok Shop. The research method used is quantitative and the type of research is descriptive and causal. Sampling was done by the non-probability sampling method. Data collection was obtained by distributing online questionnaires to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that social media marketing and influencer endorsers on TikTok have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention at TikTok Shop. The results of data processing and data analysis showed that social media marketing and influencer endorsers are contributed to purchase intention.

Abstract

E-Wallet users in Indonesia are experiencing explosive growth due to the ease of registration, ease of use, and exclusive promotions and offers available to E-Wallet users. E-Money or E-Wallet service providers also vary. Each has its characteristics, so this study aims to analyze the relationship between perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust, and social influence on intentions to use electronic wallets in Batam International University students. The population in this study is Batam International University students with a sample of 250 using the rule of thumb theory. Data retrieval using primary data types and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. This study shows that perceived ease of use and social impact are positively significant on the intention to use E-Wallet. While the benefits and perceived trust do not show significance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and describe the implementation of marketing strategies through institutional approaches in increasing awareness of the business world to carry out independent export activities at the Customs and Excise Office of Tasikmalaya, to find out the obstacles and efforts to overcome them. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study concluded that Tasikmalaya Customs and Excise implemented a marketing strategy through an institutional approach to increasing the awareness of the business community to carry out independent export activities, in three parts of activities, namely hearings, socialization, and teamwork. The obstacles faced are concerns about differences in vision in dealing with MSMEs, unavailability of data on MSME exporters or MSMEs that have export potential, lack of understanding of export regulations or rules, difficulties in finding forms of cooperation, closed MSME behavior, limited budget managed by the local government to deal with MSMEs. Efforts have been made to align the vision, encourage local governments to clean up MSME exporter data, conduct specific discussions, share roles, and take a persuasive approach.

Abstract

Human resources in a company organization can not be separated to achieve the organization's goal. The negative impact of work motivation has become a severe problem for a company. The negative impacts that can be felt are the lack of performance provided by the employee and reduced curiosity about the regulations that exist in the company and consider work as unimportant or the lack of incentives provided by an organization that reduces work motivation. Work motivation is expected to provide more value to carry out work properly and correctly, which aims to benefit a company organization that is being run. In this study, the number of resource persons who participated was three consisting of the Head, Leader, and Staff employees within the company. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the company to find out what factors affect the work motivation of employees and are expected to be implemented within the company. The method used in this research is qualitative by using interview techniques. The results show that work motivation can be increased by providing rewards or bonuses to employees so that they can motivate them to provide excellent and maximum work results.

Abstract

Since November 2, 2021, PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) officially relinquished its company status to PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani became a subsidiary of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk which is a Holding Ultra Micro (UMi) entity. This change was carried out in the hope of increasing and expanding the empowerment provided by PNM to micro-enterprises so that they can develop into a bigger ones. This study aims to describe the role of the employee's environment in improving employee performance at PT. National Capital Madani Sukajadi Branch and the impact after the change in company status. This study uses descriptive methods with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques with eight people as sources. The result describes that the work environment has a positive influence on the performance of employees of PT. National Capital Madani Sukajadi Branch. The change in the ownership status of the company has not yet had a significant impact because it is still premature. The company can maintain a good work environment by focusing more on the comfort of the work situation, providing support for adequate facilities, and increasing the suitability of rewards. These efforts can increase employee morale and will have an impact on increasing the company's overall performance.

Abstract

Climate change and the environment are vast topics and are becoming all parties' concerns nowadays. From 2010 to 2020, Indonesia’s average financial loss due to hydrometeorology each year was 22.8 trillion. The environmental issues that cause financial loss become not only the country’s concern but also institutes and companies in Indonesia. Eco-airport is one of Soekarno-Hatta airport’s efforts to preserve the environment. The implementation of the eco-airport also consists of employees committed to the organization. This research objective is to understand the correlation between eco-airport implementation and organizational commitment to employees’ green behavior. A method is a quantitative approach using cluster sampling and data regression analysis techniques for proofing hypothesis models with 100 samples. This research results show that eco-Aiport implementation and organizational commitment have a linear correlation, significantly influencing employees’ green behavior.

Abstract

The never-ending pandemic has had a major impact on the world, one of which is the increasing change in consumer behavior to shop online. This makes business people make innovations in leading progress to promote purchase offers including by developing better quality goods, promoting goods that can attract buyers online through social media marketing, and involving a brand ambassador who can do business product marketing in buying decisions. The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of product quality, social media marketing, and brand ambassadors in determining buying decisions. The approach used on t observation is a purposive sampling approach buying acquiring a sample of one hundred ten respondents and spreading the survey via Google paperwork using a Likert scale. This has a look at uses multiple linear regression tests, t-tests, and F check evaluation, the outcomes received on this take look implying that the product quality variable has a nice and great impact on online buying decisions. even as the social media advertising variables do not affect purchasing choices, the brand ambassador variable indicates a tremendous and giant influence on buying decisions.

Abstract

TikTok has played a significant role in the development of social media today. Where the role of TikTok has almost influenced all forms of perception for the audience. MSMEs, especially in food and beverage products. TikTok can be an appropriate promotional medium to introduce a strong brand position. This role becomes very important when there is a review or review from the Content Creator. For this reason, this study will examine how big the influence of TikTok Content Creator in introducing MSME food and beverage products. Using a quantitative method approach using a questionnaire instrument distributed through google form to find out the impact of TikTok Content Creator on product identification of F&B MSMEs. This approach is used to determine the condition of a phenomenon being discussed with the data analysis design.

Abstract

Bandung is a developing city. Focus on Areas of Service Effectiveness Analysis and Operational Policies of Trans Metro Bandung (TMB) Bandung City Using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Fishbein Methods. Trans Metro Bandung (TMB) is one of the transportation options in the city of Bandung. However, along with advances in transportation technology, many choices of this cause congestion in the city of Bandung because it is dominated by private vehicles, the lack of application of orientation to the use of public transportation in Bandung. This study aims to determine the optimization of Trans Metro Bandung using a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Later this can be an evaluation material for UPT Trans Metro Bandung by looking at the results of the analysis of the customer satisfaction index (CSI) with a value of 63.12 and Fishbein with a value of 283.41, perceived by consumers as less effective with the description "Ineffective".

Abstract

Owned high-performance employees can make organizational goals achieved; otherwise, organizational goals cannot be achieved if employees do not have performance in carrying out tasks by the responsibilities given. The factors that can affect performance are rewards and discipline. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reward and work discipline on employee performance. The method used in this research is a literature review study. The results obtained are from 10 journals that are included in the inclusion criteria, the majority have results where rewards and work discipline have a significant positive influence. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that rewards and work discipline can have a positive influence on employee performance.
