Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze and describe the supervision of the distribution of 3 kg lpj gas in sub-agents in Kelua District, Tabalong Regency and identify inhibiting and supporting factors in the process of supervising the distribution of 3 Kg LPG gas in sub-agents. The method used is a descriptive qualitative research method with three data collection techniques, namely interviews, observations and documentation. The results showed that the supervision carried out was still low, judging from the lack of supervision when setting implementation standards in distribution. Weak supervision when determining the measurement of the implementation of activities in gas distribution. At least supervisory activities are carried out to measure the implementation of lpg gas distribution activities. Low supervision in the comparison of the implementation of activities with the standards of implementation and evaluation of deviations in the distribution of 3 kg lpg gas to sub-agents. However, for the taking of corrective measures against sub-agents when the distribution of lpg gas by the disperindag is good. Influencing factors are inadequate human resources, lack of government coordination with society, public awareness. Supporting factors are adequate human resources, and coordination. The results of this study suggest that sub-agents exist in each village evenly, increase human resources, carry out regular and continued supervision, provide rewards to sub-agents and the community, give a stern warning when there is a violation.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology should be balanced with the quality of human resources. It turns out that there are still many problems that occur related to information and communication technology. Not only from the general public, but also from the State Civil Apparatus. This study uses a qualitative method. Data were taken through questionnaires, interviews and secondary library sources. Based on the questionnaire distributed in Sumedang Regency, there are still many inaccurate answers related to digital literacy. Abstract

This paper aims to explain the portrait of cultural tourism in Lewokluok Village, East Flores Regency after the Anugerah Pesona Indonesia (API) Awards. By utilizing the perspective of policy networking qualitative research seeks to map the key actors, decision-making arena and institutionalization of policy networking. The results showed that government and community actors have an equal position in the process of aggregation of interests and decision making. Decision making is carried out in a formal arena at the district and village levels. The collaboration of government and community actors creates interdependent relationships and spaces for reciprocal use of resources. In this system, local communities become the main actors in managing Village Cultural Tourism, receiving the benefits of knowledge, skills and capital. Government actors as facilitators benefit in increasing local revenue. In concrete terms, cultural tourism activities in Lewokluok Village, East Flores Regency seeks to implement collaborative tourism development practices for the welfare of the wider community.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Village development that is still not optimal is a problem that is closely related to the role of lokal assistants that are not optimal. This can be seen from the village development process how the role of the lokal village assistant as a facilitator and communicator and what obstacles are faced by the role of the village lokal companion which causes his role as a companion is still not optimal. The results showed that the role of lokal assistants in Babai Village was still not optimal, judging from their role as facilitators and communicators. As a facilitator in the planning, community empowerment and evaluation stages, it has been going well but in the implementation stage, this is still lacking, as can be seen from the lack of community participation during the implementation of development. As a communicator in the stage of community empowerment and development evaluation is quite good but in the planning and implementation stage of development is still not good, this can be seen when lokal village assistants are unable to provide solutions in planning and implementing development in the village. Influencing factors are coordination, workload and quality of human resources as lokal companions to the village. The results of this study are suggested to form an assessment team to conduct evaluations, openness in the process of recruiting lokal village assistants, the need for accurate village mapping and adjusting to the residence of lokal village assistants, providing supporting work facilities and infrastructure and socialization. Abstract

Pemerintah desa harus memiliki komitmen yang kuat untuk meningkatkan kinerja terutama dalam setiap melakukan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Namun dalam kenyataannya pemerintah desa belum dapat mewujudkan kinerja pelayanan publik sesuai dengan yang diharapkan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana kinerja pemerintah desa dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik, beserta identifikasi faktor penghambat yang mempengaruhi penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik. Jenis dan pendekatan menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam kepada informan kunci. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pemerintah desa dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik cukup baik. Namun masih terdapat beberapa indikator yang hasilnya belum sesuai sehingga menjadi faktor penghambat, seperti masih belum adanya inovasi pelayanan, masih ada beberapa kebutuhan masyarakat yang sulit untuk dikenali oleh pemerintah desa, serta belum adanya sarana dan penanganan terkait pengaduan, saran dan masukan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the E-KTP service in the Smart Pelanduk program at the Tabalong Regency Population and Civil Registration Service and to identify the inhibiting factors for the E-KTP service in the Smart Pelanduk program at the Tabalong Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. This study uses a qualitative research method with a qualitative descriptive approach with three data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The key informants in this study were the intelligent slow down team, village officials, and the community who participated in the smart slow down program. The data that has been collected will be analyzed using the analysis interactive model from Miles and Huberman. The results of this study indicate that based on the E-KTP Service of the Smart Penetrating Program for the accuracy of program targets, the socialization of the program and program objectives is appropriate and runs smoothly in accordance with the objectives of the intelligent rattlesnake program. Monitoring is still lacking so that program constraints are in vulnerable places. It was not resolved in place at the time of the implementation of the Smart Pelanduk Breakdown. Therefore, there were several factors and in the Smart Pelanduk Breakdown service program, namely non-periodic service, not all printing could be carried out on the spot, the officer who broke the smart trigger was different, then there were several villages for poor internet access. adequate. The results of this study suggest 1) Evaluation needs to be carried out for the sustainability of the intelligent slowdown program so that it can be minimized and even there are no more errors in service. So that the service can continue to run better. 2) The need for monitoring because to provide assurance of certainty and quality control so that the implementation of the program is always in the rules and provisions of the program that has been set. Abstract

This study aims to examine the Dimensions of Service Quality (RATER) on Consumer Satisfaction in the building shop owned by Mr. H. Ijul in Tabalong Regency. The tight competition in the world of trade requires business actors to have a competitive and sustainable advantage, business actors must have the right marketing strategy, one of which is paying attention to factors that can provide maximum satisfaction to their consumers. This study uses 5 exogenous variables, namely, reliability, assurance, tangible, empathy responsiveness, while the endogenous variable is customer satisfaction. Sampling was done by purposive sampling totaling 166 respondents. The data analysis technique used Variance Based SEM (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3.29 software. The results showed that the responsiveness, reliability, assurance and tangible variables had a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, while the empathy variable had a negative and insignificant effect on consumer satisfaction. The implication must be good management in changing its strategy by maximizing indicators on reliability, assurance, tangible empathy. Abstract

The policy set by the Kediri City Government since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic did not carry out a “lock down” because they wanted the community's economy to continue. The Mayor of Kediri on May 18 2020 stipulated Mayor of Kediri Regulation Number 16 of 2020 Concerning Control of Entertainment and Trade Activities in the Context of Accelerating Handling of Corona Virus Disease 2019. The Kediri City Government has stipulated the obligation to implement health protocols, limit operating hours and business activity visitors. The research method used is qualitative, the data presentation is descriptive with a case study approach. The focus of the research is to analyze the implementation of regulations with the concept of George C. Edward III which has 4 (four) variables namely; communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The data sources are primary and secondary data. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data collection technique; structured and unstructured interviews, documentation, observation. data validity; triangulation. The results of the research analysis are as follows: 1) Policy communication variables from the transmission and clarity dimension are good, the constraints are on the consistency dimension. 2) The resource variables from the dimensions of human resources, information, authority and facilities are good. 3) The disposition variable experiences problems in the disposition effect dimension, carrying out bureaucratic arrangements; well, the incentive dimension; had problems. 4) Variable good bureaucratic structure. SOP; well, fragmentation; good. The implementation of public policy has encountered obstacles, namely that there are still many people violating health protocols, traders are still not in order, there are people who have the wrong paradigm regarding the Covid-19 virus, a reduction in employee wages causes violations of business operating hours.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of store atmosphere on consumer purchasing interest at the U & Me Tanjung Cafe.Customers of U & Me Cafe make up the population of this study. The sample size in this study was 67 people, with a sampling technique of non-probability sampling and a sample size determined by convenience sampling. Data was gathered through a survey or questionnaire distributed to respondents. The Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GesCA) analysis tool is used in this study. The study's findings indicate that store atmosphere has a significant impact on purchase intent. The findings of this study suggest that a store environment that meets consumer expectations will entice customers to make purchases. Furthermore, a positive store atmosphere is one of the factors that determines the company's long-term viability. Keywords: Store atmosphere, Purchase Intention, U & Me Cafe
