Abstract

The development of the business world has grown rapidly, both large-scale companies and This research illustrates that the distribution of data that is a reference in the research is indicated not to be distributed correctly, because in the recapitulation of the annual financial report there are several companies that do not present complete financial statement items, this affects the analysis of processed data, small scale, one of which is to list the company on the Stock Exchange Indonesia, The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Profitability and Liquidity on Company Value (Case Study of Banking Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2018). This study used a descriptive quantitative approach. The research sample used was 19 companies that had met the criteria that had been set with the Nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling techniques. The results showed that the profitability variable had no effect on the Company Value It can be seen from the value of the coefficient of 0.233 and t count of 1.202 with a significance of 0.233 > 0.05 (greater than 0.05) while liquidity has no effect on the value of the company, seen from the efficiency value of -0.131 and t count of -1.152 with a significance of 0.253 > 0.05 (greater than 0.05) Keywords: Profitability; Liquidity; Company Value ; Banking; IDX

Abstract

Batam City Regional Regulation (Perda) No. 10 of 2009 is one of the regulations that has the aim of regulating and facilitating the regulation and development of markets in the Batam City area. Structuring and fostering markets is an important step in regulating trade and commercial activities in a city or area in order to create a more orderly, safe, clean, and comfortable environment for traders and the general public. The purpose of this study is to assess how good the Batam City Regional Regulations are. Number 10 of 2009, which regulates the development and arrangement of markets in Batam City, has been implemented. The research method used is a descriptive approach, namely qualitative research. Data was collected through field observations, interviews conducted with the industry and trade office of the city of Batam and with stakeholder traders, and document analysis. Field observation by visiting various markets in Batam City to observe the implementation of local regulations and structuring practices as well as market training. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively. The results show that the enactment of Batam City Regional Regulation No. 10 of 2009 has had a beneficial impact on market management in Batam City. Better store design, public facilities, and more organized market infrastructure are signs of better organization. The rules also include training sessions for traders, which provide them with a technical understanding of how to run a company and an understanding of the necessary laws. Through these instructions, the standard of the study also uncovered a number of issues that needed to be addressed for this law to be successfully implemented, including effective monitoring, coordination between various relevant authorities, and regulatory compliance by all parties involved. Therefore, there is a need for ongoing efforts to ensure that regulations are applied consistently and to increase the effectiveness of coaching the trading community.

Abstract

One of the objectives of the implementation of corporate social responsibility is to empower people who are in the poverty line in order to avoid adversity by implementing various community empowerment programs carried out by companies with various activities in the economic, social and environmental fields. However, in reality, many programs carried out by companies are not in accordance with the needs of the community which results in losses for the community. Siak regency has issued Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2013 concerning Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility or abbreviated as TJSL. The main tasks are as follows: a) conduct an inventory of companies that are obliged to implement TJSL programs; b) facilitate TJSL programs; c) convey openly to the community TJSL programs; d) conduct field supervision of TJSL programs; e) evaluate the implementation of TJSL programs; and f) report the results of TJSL activities to the Regent. In this paper the author wants to see how the performance of the TJSL forum in order to carry out its main tasks in Siak District. This research uses a qualitative research method with a literature study approach by reviewing 15 research articles. Analysis techniques used by reviewing research results in the form of journals and books that are directly related to the research theme. The results of this study concluded that the performance of the Siak Regency TJSL Forum in carrying out its main duties has not been effective in accordance with the application of the theory used. It is hoped that in the future the TJSL Forum of Siak Regency can work as much as possible in carrying out its main duties so that what is done by the company for the people of Siak Regency is as expected, namely helping the government's duty to prosper.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This study examines the performance of the Patent Sub-Directorate is related to several problems in the application system that have not been maximized, understanding of the applicant or patent holder regarding the use of the application, lack of human resources and limited capabilities, as well as the lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure, besides that the complicated classification process hinders performance, certificate delivery is still manual and certificate recipient addresses are not properly updated. The aim of the research is to analyze and describe the performance of the Patent Sub-Directorate of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. In this study using the theory of organizational performance according to Dwiyanto namely Productivity, Service Quality, Responsiveness, Responsibility and Accountability. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The results of the research show that productivity can complete activities or programs according to predetermined targets. However, there are still constraints in terms of human resources and limited budgets. Quality of service The Sub Directorate of Patents has provided good service with quality human resources, good cooperation with relevant agencies and adequate facilities and infrastructure. Responsiveness in providing fast and responsive service to the applicant's needs. Optimal responsibility can be seen from the supervisory leadership and implementation of activities according to policy Accountability for each program and activity an accountability report is prepared. The reports periodically include monthly reports, quarterly reports, and annual reports.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Forest management carried out by Perhutani Sukabumi Forest Stakeholders Unit is carried out in collaboration with Forest Village Community Institutions, this is because at the beginning of forest management there were a lot of theft, illegal logging, and looting that occurred in Perhutani's forests in the collaboration that was carried out had problems namely the lack of communication and coordination, information in the field that has not been responded to properly, and the lack of work productivity and creativity that affects collaboration. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze collaborative governance of forest land management owned by Perhutani Sukabumi Forest Stakeholders Unit. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method, with research data sources coming from Perhutani KPH Sukabumi and Sukabumi Forest Village Community Institutions. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation, as well as data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation and also drawing conclusions. The results showed that the indicators for the initial conditions of Perhutani, the Sukabumi Forest Stakeholder Unit, were quite good because with the existing conditions, Perhutani's steps to collaborate were correct and always held deliberations and socialization to reduce differences in perceptions. The implications of the research obtained are the selection of communication methods, namely deliberations and negotiations as well as steps to collaborate with Forest Village Community Institutions which are very influential for forest management. So, a conclusion can be drawn that the Collaboratove Governance that has been carried out is quite good.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  In an effort to improve the quality of public services at the Kambitin Village office based on one the principles contained in the general principles of good governance (AAUPB) in state administration law, the village government, in this case the village apparatus, must also be able to realize the performance of public services in accordance with what is expected by the community. The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the efforts of the village government in improving the quality of public services, along with identifying whether the Village Officials at the Kambitin Village Office have understood the importance of the general principles of good governance (AAUPB) in providing public services to village communities. Types and approaches using qualitative research are carried out by collecting words or sentences from individuals, books, and other sources. therefore, this qualitative research uses interview technique namely 5 (five) informants as a method of data collection. Data analysis techniques use interactive models (Miles & Huberman). The results of the study show that the performance of the village government in the delivery of public services has been carried out properly and is in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. However, regarding the implementation of a community satisfaction survey for services at the Kambitin Village office, a community satisfaction survey has never been carried out either by village officials or from related survey agencies or institutions. The implications of this study indicate that efforts to improve the quality of public services have a very important role in order to achieve the goal of better service quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan Alokasi Dana Desa di Desa Lamu Kecamatan Tilamuta Kabupaten Boalemo, dan Faktor-Faktor yang menentukan implementasi Kebijakan Alokasi Dana Desa di Desa Lamu Kecamatan Tilamuta Kabupaten Boalemo dilihat dari aspek komunikasi, Sumber Daya, Disposisi dan struktur Birokrasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian Deskriptif Kualitatif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan observasi wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan ADD di Desa Lamu telah berjalan dengan beberapa tantangan dan keberhasilan. Pada tahap awal, sosialisasi kebijakan ADD kepada masyarakat desa menjadi faktor kunci untuk mendapatkan dukungan dan partisipasi aktif dari masyarakat dalam penyusunan rencana penggunaan dana desa. Pembentukan Kelompok Kerja Dana Desa (K2D) telah membawa perubahan positif dengan melibatkan masyarakat dalam pengawasan dan pengendalian penggunaan dana. Meskipun demikian masih perlu ditingkatkan pengawasan dari masyarakat juga masih perlu ditingkatkan untuk mencegah potensi penyalahgunaan dana. Meskipun begitu, laporan keuangan yang disusun secara transparan telah meningkatkan akuntabilitas dalam penggunaan Dana Desa. Sedangkan Faktor-Faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan Implementasi Kebijakan Alokasi Dana Desa di Desa Lamu Kecamatan Tilamuta Kabupaten Boalemo dilihat dari aspek komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi dan struktur birokrasi sudah dilakukan dengan baik, tetapi masih belum maksimal karena Sumber Daya yang ada masih kurang dan belum berkompoten dalam pemahaman teknis di tingkat desa dalam penyusunan rencana kegiatan yang berdaya guna dan sesuai dengan prioritas masyarakat, serta dilihat dari aspek pemberian informasi terhadap kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Desa sudah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan oleh masyarakat melalui papan informasi atau baliho. Abstract

One of the aspects that is important for a corporate organization is employee work productivity. Corporate performance is assessed as good with a high level of productivity, and vice versa if it is assessed as poor with a low level of productivity. Some of the main efforts to achieve optimal work productivity include training and motivation. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of reward, punishment, and motivation on employee work productivity. This is quantitative research with an explanatory (cause-and-effect) approach. The population in this study were all 34 employees of PT Tani Sejati Mandiri Malang. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 26 software. From the overall hypothesis, it shows that reward partially influences employee work productivity, punishment partially influences employee work productivity, and motivation does not partially influence employee work productivity. Reward, punishment, and motivation have a simultaneous influence on employee work productivity. It can be concluded that reward, punishment, and motivation have a significant effect on employee work productivity at PT Tani Sejati Mandiri Malang. Abstract

The government has a fundamental obligation to fulfill essential public service needs. In the era of reform, online service access is important so that people can expect quality services. Surabaya, as the second-largest city after DKI Jakarta, is experiencing rapid business growth. Therefore, every Surabaya resident is required to obtain a license as a sign of legality for individuals or businesses. The main focus of this research is to understand the procedure of handling the service of business domicile certificates in Penjaringansari Village through Surabaya Single Window, as well as to identify the inhibiting and supporting factors related to the procedure of handling the service of business domicile certificates in Penjaringansari Village through Surabaya Single Window. This research adopts a case study approach using a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection was carried out through interviews with four informants determined by purposive sampling, observation, and documentation. The result of the research in this article is that the procedure for applying for a business domicile certificate service in Penjaringansari Village has been running in accordance with the standard operating procedures that have been determined. The inhibiting factor encountered by researchers in the procedure for handling business domicile certificate services is that the human resources (HR) in Penjaringansari Village are still minimal because there is only one officer who understands the requirements and flow of licensing on the SSW page, and there is a lack of public awareness to seek information about licensing services through the Surabaya Single Window. As well as supporting factors in business domicile certificate service procedures, which include the existence of clear laws and the suitability of officers who handle them with standard operating procedures (SOPs) that have been determined. Abstract

The administration of population is crucial for creating accurate and valid population data as a basis for policies and development programs. However, data collection in Libuo Village, Dungingi District, Gorontalo City is still done manually and has not been effective, The improvements are necessary for the quality and quantity of human resources as well as the utilization of technology. This study aims to investigate the population administration data collection by the Libuo Village Government in Dungingi District, Gorontalo City. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data sources used are primary data from research informants and secondary data. The number of informants in this study is 7, consisting of 5 village office employees and 2 community members. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data are analyzed by using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results of the study conclude that from the aspect of population administration data collection, employees are not effective and data collecting still manually. From the aspect of human resources, the employees conducting the population administration data collection are still limited. From the aspect of verification and validation, the population administration data collection conducted by the employees has not been optimal. Based on these findings, it is recommended to improve knowledge, insight, computer operation skills, and the number and quality of human resources conducting population administration data collection in Libuo Village, Dungingi District, Gorontalo City, and to provide training related to the use of advanced technology so that data collection can be carried out efficiently and accurately.
