Abstract

Atmosphere (Store Atmospere) is one of the things that restaurant and cafe owners can do to compete with their competitors, because Store Atmospere can be one of the things that can increase consumer satisfaction when visiting the store. The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the effect of sotre atmosphere on consumer satisfaction in the Bagan Batu Cinderelas Penyet chicken, Rokan Hilir Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Respondents in this study were 100 respondents by means of sampling using non-probability methods with incidental sampling techniques. Data collection methods consist of questionnaires, observations and documentation. Data analysis in this study used simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that variable X, namely store atmosphere, was categorized as good, while variable Y, namely customer satisfaction, was also categorized as good. For simple linear regression results show that store atmosphere has a significant relationship to customer satisfaction. It can be concluded that Store Atmosphere has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction in Cindelaras Penyet Chicken. Keywords : Store Atmospere, Consumer Satisfaction, Cindelaras Penyet Chicken

Abstract

The Zero Waste City Program is a policy regarding waste management in Depok City from 2016 until 2024. The program aims to free all areas in Depok City from all types of waste. However, in reality, there are still problems regarding waste management that are not carried out properly so in several areas the City of Depok has not been free from waste problems. Several areas in Depok City include Pancoran Mas District, Sukmajaya District, Cimanggis District, Tapos District, and Sawangan District. The purpose of this study was to determine the Implementation of the Zero Waste City Program Policy in Creating a Smart Environment in Depok City. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and uses the theory of policy implementation according to Van Meter and Van Horn. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The determination of informants amounted to 14 people by using a purposive sampling technique. Data processing uses triangulation techniques with sources. The conclusion this study, the results of this study indicate that the implementation process of the Zero Waste City program policy in Depok City has not been optimal. There are 4 indicators of policy implementation that experience obstacles from the other 6 indicators. In the standard indicators, policy targets experience obstacles to the achievement of the objectives to be achieved. In terms of policy resource indicators, the obstacle is the quantity of DLHK field officers who are limited in outreach. On the attitude indicator of implementers, socialization efforts that are carried out are not routinely carried out. Social, economic, and political environmental indicators have obstacles in social support that have not fully supported the Zero Waste City program in Depok City.

Abstract

The Non-Cash Food Assistance Program or (BPNT) is a social program organized by the government for underprivileged communities, Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) is distributed in the form of non-cash or electronic money where this assistance can only be used to buy food in e-Warong. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effectiveness of the Implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program as an effort to deal with the poor in Panyipatan Village, Panyipatan subdistrict, Tanah Laut Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method and to collect data using interviews for primary data and observation and documentation as secondary data. Informants selected in this study used a purposive technique or technique with a purpose, totaling 12 people consisting of 3 (three) men and 9 (nine) women. This study uses 5 indicators, namely program understanding, target accuracy, timeliness, goal achievement and real change. The research results from indicators (1) program understanding, in the Panyipatan community the BPNT program can be said to be good, but on the other hand in indicators (2) target accuracy and indicators (3) timeliness, there are still things that need to be improved in this program, for indicators (4) to achieve the goal, the current BPNT program has been realized and implemented well. and finally indicator (5) real change, the impact felt by the community (Beneficiary Families) is greatly assisted, especially in terms of daily food needs so that it can provide balanced nutrition to (Beneficiary Families) and reduce excessive expenditure burdens.  Keywords: Effectiveness, BPNT implementation, Handling the Poor

Abstract

One of the impacts of Covid-19 is the decline in the community's economy and to overcome the impact of Covid-19, the government made a policy, namely by providing assistance to the community, known as Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-DD). In distributing the Village Fund BLT, the village government was considered not to be on time and the village government was considered to be less thorough because there were still people who received the Village Fund BLT who received other social assistance. Even though, according to the provisions, recipients of social assistance may not receive Village Fund BLT assistance. This study aims to find out how the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-DD) is distributed to the poor affected by Covid 19. This research uses a qualitative method and the theory that researchers use in this study is the theory of effectiveness according to Nugroho. Based on the results of the study, the Semelinang Darat village government in distributing Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-DD) to communities affected by Covid-19 has been implemented, but there are still people who receive other social assistance who receive BLT Village Funds. So the suggestion in this study is that data on recipients of social assistance needs to be re-datad, so that no community that receives direct village cash assistance (BLT-DD) also receives social assistance from the government. Abstract

For a long time the cause of deforestation in Indonesia, especially in Kalimantan island has invited several parties to take part in handling this deforestation cases. One of them is the Unites Nations or UN, it is known that the cause of deforestation in Indonesia is very worrying because it will have an impact on climate change, disaster nature and ect, that threatens the safety of humanity and nature. The UN unit collaborated with the government of Republic of Indonesia to follow up on this deforestation case. This study use qualitative research methods with a SLR approach based on a database that publishes articels in the form af accredited journals international. The aims of this study is to map the involvement of the UN in handling deforesttaion in Indonesia. The results is that REDD+ as ideal scheme from UN which must involve all stakeholders for manage forestry in Kalimantan Island, by involving local communiies, utilizing technology, as well as inter-sectoral coordination that must be improved. The existence of REDD+ which was coined by the UN and Indonesia together since 2010 and also other countries preserved nature and life in the forest in a sustainable mannner.

Abstract

Puskesmas merupakan unit pelaksana pelayanan kesehatan di wilayah kecamatan. Pembangunan puskesmas di tingkat kecamatan memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam memelihara kesehatan masyarakat. Pengukuran kinerja puskesmas terhadap kepuasan yang dirasakan masyarakat dianggap penting guna menjadi bahan evaluasi bagi puskesmas dalam kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh puskesmas sebagai lembaga publik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja puskesmas dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan, dan untuk mengukur besarnya tingkat kinerja puskesmas dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan. Jenis dan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 196 orang dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 400 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan nilai rata-rata tertimbang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keselarasan antara kepentingan dan kepuasan masyarakat masih belum sesuai. Pada 17 unsur kepuasan masyarakat sudah baik, walaupun terdapat satu unsur yang memiliki nilai paling rendah yaitu kenyamanan ruang tunggu. Namun secara keseluruhan mutu pelayanan mendapatkan nilai “A” yang berarti kinerja pelayanan puskesmas menunjukkan kategori “sangat baik”.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of a complete systematic land registration policy based on community participation (PTSL-PM) in Balangan District, South Kalimantan Province. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, while data collection techniques are through interviews, observation and documentation. The analysis technique used is the model from Mazmanian and Sabatier. Meanwhile, the extent to which the Balangan district community is involved in supporting PTSL-PM activities is analyzed using Arnstein's concept of the eight steps of community participation. The results of the study show that the influential variables according to this theory have indirectly been identified, analyzed and searched for a solution strategy in its implementation so that PTSL-PM activities in Balangan district can meet the number of predetermined physical and financial completion targets. In addition, the involvement and participation of the Balangan Regency community members which is one of the advantages of PTSL-PM activities in Balangan Regency is in degrees of tokenism and is included in the fifth Placation ladder. In this position the expected form of community participation still requires intensive assistance from the Balangan District Land Office Team. Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of Land and Building Fixed Assets in increasing Gorontalo City Local Revenue in terms of planning, implementation and supervision, and to determine the factors that determine asset management in terms of asset management flow which includes asset inventory, valuation and legal audit. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, documentation and interviews with 4 main informants. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The findings of the study show that in the management of fixed assets of land and buildings in increasing the original income of the Gorontalo city area both in planning, implementation and supervision has basically been carried out but has not run well because there are still obstacles in utilization, namely obstacles in assessing assets to obtain fair value.  The lack of government appraisers is an obstacle in utilization so that it can affect local original income and Factors that determine the management of Land and Building Fixed Assets in Increasing Local Original Income of Gorontalo City seen from the flow of asset management which includes asset inventory, valuation and Legal audit, have not been carried out properly because in the assessment process there are still obstacles, namely the lack of appraisers from the government and in the Legal audit There are several processes that have not been carried out in accordance with the guidelines used by the Gorontalo City Finance Agency such as there are still government-owned land assets that do not have proof of ownership. This is shown by the absence of SOPs on regional asset management at the Gorontalo City Finance Agency as stated in Permendagri No. 19 of 2016.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the innovation of MSME development of ceramic small industrial products in Bandar Dua District, Pidie Jaya Regency. The population in this study were all small ceramic industries in Bandar Dua District, Pidie Jaya Regency, which consisted of 3 ceramic businesses, namely Various Work Enterprises, Cheap Raya Enterprises and Makmur Jaya Enterprises, which were studied with a workforce of 42 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire, data analysis uses a multiple linear regression model, with the independent variables of model innovation (X1) and shape/size innovation (X2), as well as the dependent variable of the ceramics industry (Y), with the following formula.  The research results show that the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable is 69,7%.  Meanwhile, to see the coefficient of Termination is 0.486 or (48.6%). This means that 46.6% has an influence between the model development innovation variable and size/shape development innovation on the UMKM Development variable, while the remaining (51.4%) is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study

Abstract

Public service is one of the efforts made by the government to provide services to the public. One of the public service areas offered by the Surabaya City Government is population administration services at the Surabaya City Population and Civil Registration Service. To take care of their population administration, Surabaya residents can come to Medokan Ayu Urban Village and Neighbourhood Hall. This study aims to describe and analyze the effectiveness of population administration services at the Balai RW or Neighbourhood Hall Medokan Ayu Urban Village as  the Surabaya City Population and Civil Registry Office program to bring closer, simplify, and increase public awareness of population administration documents. This research is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out through interviews with three informants who were determined by purposive sampling, observation and documentation. This study refers to the theory of effectiveness, which consists of four indicators: the accuracy of program targets, program socialization, achievement of program objectives, and program monitoring. The results of this study indicate the effectiveness of services at the RW hall there is an increase in the awareness and enthusiasm of citizens in managing population administration documents. Medokan Ayu Urban Village, Neighbourhood Head, and Population and Civil Registry Office of Surabaya City have conducted socialization of the population administration service program at the Neighbourhood Hall. Citizens can easily manage their documents because they are close to where they live, but there are still obstacles in implementing the program. Medokan Ayu Neighbourhood Head and Surabaya City Population and Civil Registry Office have conducted monitoring and evaluation of the population administration service program at the Neighbourhood Hall.
