Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the function and legality of efforts to improve micro businesses in Indrajaya Pidie District. Community empowerment can be said to be good. The task functions carried out, such as providing counseling to people's economic businesses, checking the recording of funds given to people's economic businesses, supervising and reporting the results of activities on the development of people's economic businesses in Indrajaya District in improving micro businesses. The approach used in this research is a Qualitative approach, this approach is used to understand and interpret the meaning of an event, the interaction of human behavior in a particular situation. In this study using two data models, namely Primary Data, the data that will be used in this study is data derived from interviews with micro business actors in Indrajaya District and Secondary Data, Secondary data is obtained from data inventoried by micro business actors relating to the issue of functions and legality in this study. improve micro-businesses. Furthermore, to conduct this research, researchers used observation, interview and documentation techniques to be more in line with the research mote, namely descriptive qualitative. Microbusiness functions and legality are important things that must be considered for business continuity in improving microbusinesses. The results of the micro business function research play a very important role and must have a business license which is the strength of business legality in carrying out its operations. As many as 78% of microbusinesses in Indrajaya District have functioned well in improving the economy of the lower community and have had a business license from the authorized party. Efforts made in overcoming obstacles to micro businesses in Indrajaya Subdistrict maximize operational time and improve product quality and implement good marketing programs and management. In order to improve better businesses so that the regional economy can increase, especially the level of community welfare is achieved. In addition, the local government needs to increase community motivation in business development, provide guidance and guidance directed at creating a better economic structure in the region, so that the assistance of the national community empowerment program can be useful, especially in developing people's economic businesses. After the research is carried out, it can be concluded that the function and legality of micro businesses in Indrajaya District, Pidie Regency so far in increasing micro businesses is good. Thus it can be seen that the strength of micro businesses in terms of function and legality is good. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) dan Indeks Harapan Masyarakat (IHM) pada Program Corporate Social Responsibility PT. Adaro Indonesia terhadap pengembangan Taman Wisata Menanti Laburan di Desa Padang Panjang Kecamatan Tanta Kabupaten Tabalong tahun 2020 sampai dengan tahun 2022. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan jenis observasional analitik. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner dan Focus Group Discusion serta sumber data penelitian berasal dari penerima manfaat program program Corporate Social Responsibility PT. Adaro Indonesia tahun 2020. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), yang terdiri dari tiga komponen yaitu analisis kesenjangan, analisis kesesuaian, dan analisis kuadran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa IKM program Corporate Social Responsibility yang dilakukan PT. Adaro Indonesia terhadap pengembangan Taman Wisata Menanti Laburan di Desa Padang Panjang Kecamatan Tanta Kabupaten Tabalong tahun 2020 sampai dengan tahun 2022 sebesar 89,15 dan nilai IHM sebesar 27,98 dengan mutu pelayanan dalam kategori “A” dengan kinerja Sangat Baik. Kemudian untuk implikasi penelitian yang didapat dalam penelitian ini yaitu unsur pengawasan dan keterbukaan menjadi prioritas utama perbaikan, dimana hampir diseluruh wilayah operasional PT. Adaro Indonesia masyarakat memiliki harapan yang tinggi agar diberikan tingkat pengawasan berlebih untuk eberlanjutan program CSR. Abstract

Based on the accountability report of the Kapuas Regency Archives and Library Service in 2021, this institution is still not optimal, and the unevenness of archive management and services provided is why this research was conducted. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and competence on performance mediated by job satisfaction at the Kapuas Regency Archives and Library Service. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample size of 40 people. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires, and secondary data was obtained from documentation and data available at the research locus. The analysis was carried out in three stages: first, calculating the outer model value; second, calculating the inner model value; and third, testing the hypothesis. Respondents of this study were State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and Non Permanent Employees (PTT) who worked at the Kapuas Regency Archives and Library Office with a total of 40 people. Based on the results of this study, it is proven that the research hypothesis states (H1) that the effect of work environment on job satisfaction is positive and significant, (H2) that the effect of competence on job satisfaction is positive and significant, (H3) that the effect of work environment on performance is positive and insignificant, (H4) that the effect of competence on performance is positive and insignificant, (H5) that the effect of job satisfaction on performance is positive and significant, (H6) that job satisfaction has a positive effect and can mediate the effect of work environment on performance, and (H7) that job satisfaction has a positive effect and can mediate the effect of competence on performance. Abstract

Dalam penerapan suatu program, pemerintah tidak dapat hanya mengandalkan pada kapasitas internal yang dimiliki pemerintahan desa. Hal-hal seperti keterbatasan kemampuan, sumberdaya maupun jaringan yang menjadi faktor pendukung terlaksananya suatu program mendorong pemerintah untuk melakukan kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak agar dapat terjalin prinsip kolaboratif dalam mencapai tujuan program. Untuk mewujudkan program desa peningkatan kualitas keluarga diperlukan sebuah kolaborasi antar aktor baik itu bagi masyarakat, private sector, dan pemerintah daerah maupun pemerintah desa sebagai aktor sentral dalam program peningkatan kualitas keluarga. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kapabilitas pemerintahan desa dalam collaborative governance untuk mewujudkan program desa pelaksana peningkatakan kualitas keluarga di Desa Nalui Kecamatan Jaro Kabupaten Tabalong. Metode penelitian yang digunakan melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data primer yaitu hasil wawancara yang dilakukan kepada para narasumber yang berjumlah 5 orang. Sumber data sekunder yang digunakan adalah dokumen profil desa dan RPJM desa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam, teknik tersebut digunakan untuk menggali lebih banyak informasi yang akan digunakan untuk hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kapabilitas pemerintahan desa dalam collaborative governance untuk mewujudkan program desa pelaksana peningkatan kualitas keluarga dikategorikan “cukup baik”. Namun kemampuan pemerintah desa dalam berkolaborasi dengan private sector masih dalam tahapan peninjauan, belum ada perjanjian atau kesepakatan yang terjalin. Kolaborasi yang dilakukan hanya sebatas dengan pemerintah daerah hingga provinsi. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah kapabilitas pemerintahan desa dalam collaborative governance yang dilakukan oleh pemerintahan Desa Nalui membuktikan bahwa untuk mencapai tujuan sebuah program yang berprinsip kolaborasi maka diperlukan kapabilitas pemerintahan yang kuat untuk dapat menjalin kerjasama antar aktor, baik itu masyarakat, private sector, maupun pemerintah. Abstract

Education is an important aspect in national development programs. One pf the reasons why  education in Indonesia is still low is the low quality of teachers. The government is trying to improve teacher quality by improving teacher welfare in an effort to combat the low quality of education. One of  them is by providing Teacher Professional Allowances for teachers who have teaching certificates. This study focuses on the Implementation of the Professional Allowance Policy for Elementary and Middle School Teachers in South Tangerang City. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the implementation of the Elementary and Middle School Teacher Professional Allowance Policy and identify the factors that influence the policy implementation process in South Tangerang City. This research method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and also drawing conclusions. Data collection techniques through triangulation, namely interviews, observation and documentation. Determining 15 informants using purposive sampling technique. The research results obtained are that the implementation of the Professional Allowance Policy for Elementary and Middle School Teachers in South Tangerang City which was studied using 4 indicators according to Edward III has gone well even though it is not completely optimal. There are still obstacle factors such as incomplete socialization in the communication aspect, lack of science and technology for teachers in the resource aspect, delays in disbursing the Teacher Professional Allowance schedule in implementing policies. Abstract

According to the community, services in the protocol and communication section of the Barito Kuala Regency Regional Leaders are not optimal, so activities involving regional leaders sometimes experience delays and can have an impact on the government's image. This study aims to determine and analyse how information and protocol services in the Protocol and Communication Section of Regional Leaders reach the community. The research approach used is qualitative. The data sources were five people. Data were collected through interviews and documentation. The collected data and information were analysed qualitatively based on narratives. The results showed that community services, information services, and protocol had been carried out, both directly and through the mass media. These service activities are always coordinated with regional apparatus organizations on an ongoing basis, and negotiations are carried out with interested communities so that these service programs are more effective. This research shows that maximum service has implications for building a better government image. Keywords: Public services, community services, information services and protocols

Abstract

Tabalong regency has the highest number of dispute and conflict cases handle in South Kalimantan from 2017 to 2021. Service officers, men and women within the Tabalong Regency Government definitely have a certain style when dealing with conflict situations. The aim of this research is to determine the dominant conflict management style based on gender, as well as analyze and test the relationship between gender and conflict management style. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 5 (five) agencies in Tabalong Regency. The research sampling technique is convenience sampling. 291 questionnaires were distributed, 270 questionnaires were returned, while 206 questionnaires were completely filled out. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, namely frequency tabulation and cross tabulation, followed by testing the significance of the relationship between sex and conflict management style using Chi-Square with the help of software SPSS. Men and women have different conflict management styles, but in general managers can use a compromise style for situations that require quick, short-term solutions. The dominant responses of male employees when facing conflict situations are competition style, compromise style, and accommodation style. Meanwhile, the dominant responses of female employees are collaboration style and avoidance style. Chi-Square test results show that the relationship between gender and conflict style is generally not significant, except for avoidance style. Keywords: Gender, Conflict Style, Conflict Management

Abstract

Increased productivity, which was carried out by the company for employees as a means of perfecting the human resource through the creation of motivation, is one of the factors that can directly influence employee productivity, and one way to motivate employees to increase the productivity of their work is by awarding appropriate compensation from the company. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the effect of compensation on employee productivity at PT. Senamas Energindo Mineral in Barito Timur. The research method used to use quantitative methods with a simple linear analysis tool with free variables is variable compensation and work productivity. Sample techniques used in this research were random sampling. Population: 627 employees of PT. Senamas Energindo Minerals, which samples as many as 86 employees. Based on the results of the research note that the positive effect of compensation against work productivity with the R Square of 0.353, meaning that contributions to the compensation effect on work productivity of 35.3% and the rest of 64.7% is affected by other variables. The implications of the research are that further internal research needs to be carried out by the company PT. Senamas Energindo Mineral in East Barito in terms of reviewing efforts to increase or maintain the level of employee work productivity at a level that is in line with the company's expectations to support the company's efforts in achieving its goals. Abstract

The E-KTP programme was initiated in response to the conventional ID card system in Indonesia, which allowed individuals to possess more than one ID card. The policy for changing the administration of population registration, as mandated by Law Number 23 of 2006, aims to establish an orderly population database, proper issuance of Population Identification Numbers (NIK), and accurate population documents. To achieve the main goals of population administration, it is necessary to implement a Nationally-based NIK ID card (Electronic ID Card) for all eligible residents. This study aims to examine the implementation of Presidential Regulation Number 26 of 2009 concerning the E-KTP service policy in sub-districts within Banjarbaru City, focusing on the challenges encountered and possible solutions. The research was conducted using a qualitative method, with data collected through interviews, documentation, and field observations. Primary data sources included informants, supported by observations and documentation from the research location. The data analysis was conducted using qualitative descriptive techniques. The study's findings reveal that the implementation of Presidential Regulation Number 26 of 2009 regarding the E-KTP service policy at sub-district offices in Banjarbaru City has been effective, with clear procedures and free services. However, challenges remain, including residents who are registered but have not yet completed the E-KTP recording, a shortage of service staff or operators (only one person available), and a lack of information and socialisation regarding E-KTP knowledge among the local population. The implications of this research suggest the need to raise public awareness about the importance of the E-KTP programme, increase the number of service staff or operators, and enhance the dissemination of information and socialisation efforts related to E-KTP awareness among the community. Abstract

The Banjarmasin City Government has innovated its services by creating the "Banjarmasin Pintar" application, which is part of Banjarmasin's smart city programme. The mobile application PARAK ACIL (Population Registration and Civil Registration Services) Online is a public service application designed for residents to access services, particularly those provided by the Population and Civil Registration Office of Banjarmasin City. This study aims to examine the socialisation efforts conducted by the Population and Civil Registration Office of Banjarmasin City regarding the PARAK ACIL mobile application. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews with 6 informants, and documentation. The data was analysed using Cresswell's method, which involves organising and preparing the data, reviewing the overall data, creating codes, and using those codes to develop descriptions, then connecting and interpreting the data. The results of the study indicate that the socialisation process of the PARAK ACIL Online mobile application in Banjarmasin City has been fairly optimal. However, there are still residents who prefer to visit the Population and Civil Registration Office in person, indicating the need for enhanced and modernised socialisation techniques that align with current trends.
