Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the innovations that have been built by culinary SMEs and the level of competitive advantage after the disruption due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and to reveal how big the role of innovation is in building competitive advantage. The research method used is a quantitative method, the sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach of 100 respondents. Data was collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data were processed by SPSS, and used descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, partial determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the level of innovation built by culinary SMEs is included in the sufficient category and the level of competitive advantage is high, and innovation has a significant role in building a competitive advantage of 46.2%.

Abstract

The financial payment system has changed along with technological developments. One of them is electronic money or e-money. The benefits of e-money are considered important, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic where it is recommended to reduce physical contact in suppressing the spread of the Covid-19 virus. The level of use of e-money continues to increase, and even so, consumer trust, one of which is data security and e-money finance is still a matter of concern. This study aims to determine the trust of e-money users in the Greater Bandung area. Consumer trust is measured through four dimensions, namely benevolence, ability, integrity, and willingness to depend. The quantitative descriptive method is the research method used in this study by distributing questionnaires to 220 respondents. The results of this study suggest that the trust of e-money users in the Greater Bandung area is high.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability (NPM, ROA) and leverage (DER) on tax avoidance (ETR) in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2019. The data used is secondary data. The regression model used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study using a t-test showed that both net profit margin and return on assets had an effect on the effective tax rate, but the debt to equity ratio had no effect on the effective tax rate. The F (simultaneous) test states that the net profit margin, return on assets and debt to equity ratio simultaneously affect the effective tax rate, with the coefficient of determination showing a simultaneous effect of 28.6%. While the remaining 71.4% is influenced by other factors not included in this study, such as return on equity, and sales growth.

Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) had an important role in the national economy, as the social economy, the SMEs played a role in absorbing employment, economic service, equity process, increasing income, economic growth, and national stability. Although in practice the development efforts have been carried out, in reality, these SMEs had not been fully free from problems or constraints faced. The objective of this study was to find out the relationship between entrepreneurial spirit, entrepreneurial value and business self-reliance. Primary data were obtained through answers to questionnaires from 250 respondents who were randomly assigned and processed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The conclusion obtained was both entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial value directly had positive effects on the business self-reliance. Through variables in the form of entrepreneurial behaviour, entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial value also influenced positively. The results of the analysis provided explanations that all research hypotheses were acceptable.

Abstract

On May 26, 2021, fans of the idol group BTS were surprised by McDonald's which innovated by collaborating with the famous South Korean boy band by launching the "BTS Meal" product. The euphoria of the presence of the BTS Meal was quite horrendous and led to the closing of McDonald's outlets in several places. This study aims to analyze the purchasing decisions of BTS Meal in Bandung. The study used quantitative methods with a total sample of 200 people taken using the purposive method. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, regression analysis and T test. The results showed that respondents gave high ratings on several aspects of BTS Meal products such as product selection, brand, and distributor. Furthermore, product selection, brand, dealer, purchase quantity, time of purchase, and payment method also have a significant positive effect on purchasing BTS Meal in Bandung City.

Abstract

Pelayanan program pendampingan merupakan salah satu penentu keberhasilan berjalannya program One Pesantren One .Product (OPOP) untuk menjalankan rencana awal yang tertuang dalam rencana usaha (business plan) yang harus dilakukan oleh pesantren. Tujuan Penelitian untuk memberikan evaluasi pelayanan kepada para pendamping, sehingga dapat diketahui seberapa jauh kesesuaian antara ekspektasi dan persepsi pelayanan yang dirasakan oleh peserta OPOP. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dan model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah model SERVQUAL (Service Quality) dimana terdapat 5 dimensi yaitu Bukti Fisik (Tangible), Kehandalan (Reliability), Daya Tanggap (Responsiveness), Jaminan (Assurance) dan Empati (Empathy). Hasil penelitian diketahui dari kelima dimensi terdapat empat dimensi mengalami kesenjangan atau gap yang harus diprioritaskan untuk diperbaiki yaitu dimensi tangible (-0,492), reliability (-0,365), responsiveness (-0,362), dan. Assurance (-0,453).

Abstract

This study is intended to see the direction, significance, and influence on portfolio return and risk on portfolio variance in LQ-45 companies in 2019. This study also aims to optimize portfolios based on the theory proposed by Markowitz which can be used as a reference for investors. The method used is descriptive quantitative with secondary data in the form of monthly share price data obtained from the information that has been collected. The population used that are included in the LQ-45 list in 2019. Then, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing are carried out with the f test and t test based on the calculated values ​​and table values ​​in each test which results in the conclusion that the return portfolio has a negative and significant effect, and risk has a positive and significant effect on portfolio variance with a significance level below 0.05

Abstract

The Cibaduyut shoe industry is one of the creative industries in the city of Bandung which has experienced a decline in turnover, this happens because there are several problems related to the entrepreneurial competence of entrepreneurs. In addition, the decline in turnover illustrates that Cibaduyut Shoes are not able to compete with its competitors. The purpose of this study to determine entrepreneurial competence, competitive advantage, and determine the effect of entrepreneurial competence on competitive advantage in the Cibaduyut shoe industry. The research method uses a descriptive survey with a quantitative approach and simple regression analysis. The sample of this study was 122 respondents consisting of owners and employees. The results showed that the entrepreneurial competence and competitive advantage of the Cibaduyut Shoes Industry were in the good category. Then it is known there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of entrepreneurial competence on competitive advantage of 13.8%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan penelitian sebelumnya, yaitu melihat pengaruh faktor-faktor kontekstual terhadap niat berwirausaha mahasiswa dengan efikasi diri sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini akan menguji model proses mediasi efikasi diri yang memediasi faktor-faktor kontekstual dan niat berwirausaha. Analisis data statistik deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan variabel dengan menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan rata-rata diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah dengan menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling), yang dioperasikan melalui program SMART/PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terkait mediasi efikasi diri pada pengaruh faktor kontekstual terhadap niat berwirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Riau: Faktor kontekstual mempengaruhi niat berwirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Riau secara signifikan, Faktor kontekstual mempengaruhi efikasi diri mahasiswa Universitas Riau secara signifikan, Efikasi diri mempengaruhi niat berwirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Riau secara signifikan, dan Faktor kontekstual mempengaruhi niat mahasiswa Universitas Riau berwirausaha secara signifikan melalui efikasi diri.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the effect of e-service quality and perceived value on e-customer loyalty through e-customer satisfaction to BNI Mobile Banking users in Denpasar City. The research method used is descriptive using quantitative methods involving 100 respondents using BNI Mobile Banking in Denpasar City. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling type. In this study, the respondent's data was processed using the PLS-SEM analysis technique assisted by the SmartPLS 3.0 application. Based on the results of simultaneous and partial hypothesis testing, e-service quality and perceived value have a significant effect on e-customer satisfaction. E-service quality and e-customer satisfaction have a significant effect on e-customer loyalty, while perceived value has no effect on e-customer loyalty. e-service quality and perceived value have a direct effect on e-customer satisfaction, and indirectly on e-customer loyalty.
