Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi digital dan media sosial telah memberikan dampak signifikan pada berbagai industri, termasuk industri fashion muslim di Indonesia. Sebagai negara dengan populasi muslim terbesar, Indonesia menjadi pasar potensial untuk produk fashion muslim, terutama hijab. Dalam hal ini, media sosial memainkan peran penting sebagai alat pemasaran yang efektif, memungkinkan merek lokal seperti Nara Hijab Medan untuk menjangkau audiens luas dan membangun hubungan langsung dengan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh media sosial dan motivasi produk terhadap penjualan hijab Nara Hijab Medan, dengan fokus pada dinamika pasar lokal di Medan. Meskipun banyak merek lokal dan internasional yang menawarkan produk hijab serupa, kualitas produk dan strategi pemasaran yang tepat menjadi kunci keberhasilan. Media sosial, melalui platform seperti Instagram dan TikTok, memungkinkan merek untuk berbagi konten visual menarik dan berinteraksi dengan konsumen secara personal, yang pada gilirannya dapat meningkatkan minat beli konsumen. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa motivasi konsumen, baik kebutuhan fungsional maupun emosional, turut berpengaruh dalam keputusan pembelian hijab. Dengan mengetahui bagaimana media sosial dan motivasi produk saling berinteraksi, Nara Hijab Medan dapat merancang strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif dan meningkatkan daya saing di pasar yang semakin ketat. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pelaku bisnis hijab lain untuk mengoptimalkan pemasaran digital di era transformasi teknologi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis Rasio Likuiditas dan Aktivitas Dalam Menilai Kinerja Keuangan Pada Bank Mandiri yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2017-2021. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif denganjJenis data yang digunakan yaitu data kuantitatif. Maka dari pada itu, data penelitian ini bersumber pada laporan keuangan Bank Mandiri yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2017-2021. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian kali ini adalah teknik analisis Rasio Keuangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa kinerja keuangan pada PT. Mandiri (Persero) Tbk dari periode 2017-2018 dilihat dari rasio likuiditasnya yang berupa Current Ratio mempunyai rata-rata yaitu sebesar 0.58%. Current Ratio pada PT. Mandiri (Persero) Tbk dari periode 2017-2018 dilihat dari rasio likuiditasnya mengalami fluktuasi yang dapat disebabkan salah satunya adanya peningkatan aktiva lancar dan dan penurunan hutang lancar. Selain itu, kinerja keuangan pada PT. Mandiri (Persero) Tbk dari periode 2017-2018 dilihat dari rasio likuiditasnya yang berupa Quick Ratio mempunyai rata-rata yaitu sebesar 10.8% dan nilai Quick Ratio tertinggi memiliki nilai sebesar 15.59 yang sudah diatas rata-rata.

Abstract

Quality public services are an important factor in good governance. One of the population administration services that has a strategic role is the issuance of e-KTP by the Population and Civil Registration Office (DISDUKCAPIL). However, in South Nias Regency, this service still faces various obstacles such as limited employees, low understanding of regulations, and inefficient administrative procedures. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, employee knowledge, and employee performance on community satisfaction in e-KTP services. The research method uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory format, with samples selected by random sampling. The results of regression analysis show that the three variables simultaneously contribute 49.7% to community satisfaction, with employee performance as the most dominant factor. The results of the t and F tests also showed that the three variables had a significant influence, partially and simultaneously. The implications of this study emphasize the need to increase employee capacity through training, performance evaluation, and service system reform so that e-KTP can be issued more efficiently and increase community satisfaction.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the impact of information technology implementation on operational efficiency and financial performance at Indogrosir Semarang. The focus of the study is on the contribution of information technology systems—such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Point of Sale (POS)—in improving inventory management efficiency, employee productivity, and marketing strategy effectiveness. This study uses a qualitative approach with a theoretical basis from operational management and management information systems. Data were obtained through direct observation, interviews with management, and analysis of financial reports before and after technology implementation.  The results of the study indicate that the implementation of information technology optimizes the restocking process, reduces stock errors, and accelerates sales transactions. On the financial side, there is an increase in net profit margin, operational cost efficiency, and financial report accuracy. However, the implementation process also faces challenges in the form of high initial investment costs, employee resistance to change, and data security risks. This study contributes to the development of practices in operational management and information systems, especially in the context of digital transformation in the wholesale retail sector. In addition, these findings can be a reference for other companies that want to adopt similar technology systems. The limitations of this research lie in the qualitative approach which is contextual in nature, so that the results cannot be generalized widely without additional studies in other companies with different characteristics.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the influence of service quality and service quality management on customer satisfaction in restaurants. The theoretical basis used includes the Servqual model as a framework for measuring service quality and cognitive dissonance theory to understand customer satisfaction. Service quality is measured through the dimensions of service speed, staff friendliness, cleanliness of the place, and comfort of the atmosphere. In contrast, service quality management refers to the implementation of quality standards, service evaluation based on customer feedback, employee training, and quality control systems.Data were collected through a survey with a comprehensively designed questionnaire, involving 206 restaurant customers as samples. Data analysis employed multiple linear regression to assess the simultaneous influence of each variable on customer satisfaction.  The results showed that service quality and service quality management both had a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. In particular, service speed and implementation of quality standards had the greatest influence in the regression model. This finding confirms that improving these aspects can effectively increase the level of customer satisfaction, which has an impact on customer loyalty and the potential for positive recommendations.  Therefore, restaurants are advised to develop strategies to improve service quality and implement an effective quality management system to maintain competitiveness and business sustainability in the culinary industry.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motives for using the Instagram Close Friends feature on the delivery of personal information among psychology students of Medan Area University, class of 2021-2022. The Close Friends feature allows users to share stories with a limited audience, which increases control over privacy and facilitates self-disclosure. In order to approach this problem, references such as indicators of motives for using the Instagram Close Friends feature and disseminating information are used. This study uses a quantitative approach with surveys and regression analysis to test the influence of entertainment, self-identity, social interaction, and privacy motives on information disclosure. The results showed that entertainment and self-identity motives had a greater influence on information disclosure than other motives. The Close Friends feature provides students with a more private space to share experiences and strengthen their identity, while managing concerns about privacy. These findings strengthen the theories of self-disclosure and Uses and Gratifications, and reveal that social media can provide greater control over privacy without reducing social closeness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Balance Scorecard on the performance of PT. Rubber Hock Lie. The financial statements used in this study are balance sheet and income statement for 10 years (quarterly). There is 1 indicator for each perspective. Data processing using Spss version 26. The results obtained are a financial perspective, a consumer perspective and a internal business process perspective that positively affect PT Rubber Hock Lie company performance. However, the results show that the growth and learning perspective negatively affects PT Rubber Hock Lie company performance. The benefit of this research for science is that the use of each assessment perspective in balance scorecard analysis cannot be separated from each other so that cooperation between several fields of science is needed in the implementation of research.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the effectiveness of the leadership training program at LPK Kartika and its impact on the development of leadership skills and career planning of participants. This study employs a qualitative approach with an exploratory case study method to gain a deeper understanding of the leadership development strategies implemented. The research informants consisted of training participants, instructors, and LPK management who were selected purposively. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The study's results indicate that interactive methods, such as group discussions, case studies, and simulations, are effective in enhancing participants' communication skills, teamwork, and decision-making abilities. Mentoring strategies and leadership projects have also been shown to help participants plan their careers more focused. The findings also recommend extending the duration of training and strengthening the mentoring system as well as integrating digital technology to improve the long-term effectiveness of training.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the influence of Internal Locus of Control and Academic Self-Efficacy on School Well-Being in SMA Global Prima Medan students. This quantitative research involved 127 students as a sample using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling method. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 24. The assumption test includes normality, multicollinearity, and autocorrelation. The study's results stated that Internal Locus of Control and Academic Self-Efficacy influenced School Well-Being with a value of F = 342.966 and p = 0.001 (p<0.05). The results showed that Internal Locus of Control (? = 0.718, p = 0.001) and Academic Self-Efficacy (? = 0.190, p = 0.001) significantly and positively affected School Well-Being, with a contribution of 84.4%. Other factors influenced the remaining 15.6%. These findings provide a solid foundation for developing more effective educational practices. Schools can take advantage of the results of this research by designing programs that aim to improve students' internal locus of control and academic self-efficacy, such as self-development training that focuses on forming positive mindsets, stress management, and decision-making skills. This study concludes that Internal Locus of Control and Academic Self-Efficacy affect School Well-Being.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the representation of interpersonal communication in the Korean drama Daily Dose of Sunshine and its relevance to mental health issues. The approach used is qualitative with a literature study method, with primary data sources in the form of 12 key scenes that show the dynamics of communication between the main character, Jung Da Eun, with patients, family, and colleagues. The analysis is carried out through open coding techniques and thematic analysis, as well as interpretive-narrative approaches to uncover the meaning of empathic communication, social support, stigma, and emotional expression. The results of the study show that interpersonal communication has an important role in the psychological recovery process, both as a means of building trust and as a bridge in reconstructing post-traumatic stress disorder. On the other hand, communication that is full of stigma and domination worsens the mental state of the character. The drama not only illustrates the importance of communication between patients and medical personnel but also highlights the need for emotional support for healthcare workers themselves. These findings confirm that empathetic and reflective interpersonal communication can be the foundation for creating an inclusive and supportive environment for mental health recovery.
