This examination is entitled The Impact of Utilizing General Media on the Survey Text Composing Abilities of Class XI Understudies at SMKN 3 Gunung Sitoli. The point of this examination was to determine the impact of utilizing general media on the verse-composing abilities of class XI understudies at SMKN 3 Gunung Sitoli. The methodology utilized in this exploration is quantitative and unmistakable, utilizing a trial model with a benchmark group pre-test and post-test plan. The information source or exploration object in this examination is all female class XI TKJ understudies, comprising of 2 classes with a total of 27 understudies, and every one of them is utilized as an examination object. Class XI MM is the control class, and class XI TKJ is the trial class. Information assortment strategies utilize starting tests (pre-test) and last tests (post-test). The examination results show contrasts in the normal pre-test and post-test scores for the exploratory and control classes. The normal pre-test score for the control class was 78.44, while the score for the post-test results was 89.78. Social media has become the primary source of information for the younger generation, replacing the role of conventional media. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of the use of USS Feeds' Instagram social media accounts on the fulfillment of information for Communication Science students of the University of Medan Area for the 2021 academic year. Therefore, the problem is focused on the influence of the use of USS Feeds' Instagram social media accounts on information fulfillment. So that to solve this problem, references such as New media theory, agenda setting, and Uses and Gratifications are used. The data were collected through a Likert scale and questionnaire and analyzed quantitatively and with descriptive explanations. The results showed that the use of the @ussfeeds account had a positive and significant effect on the fulfillment of student information, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and an R² of 82.2%. These findings support the theory of Uses and Gratifications and Agenda Setting, which explains that students actively choose media according to their needs and that media also influences their perception of important issues. This study recommends strengthening digital literacy so that students are more critical in receiving information from social media.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai-nilai perempuan yang terkandung dalam Tari Rucitawani, dari segi tekstual maupun kontekstual, Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma kualitatif, metode deskriptif analisis, dengan pendekatan Etnokoreologi yang dijadikan sebagai grand teori pada penelitian ini. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi, dimana hasil dari teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi diolah, sehingga menghasilkan sebuah temuan dan analisis hasil serta pembahasan yang logis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwasanya Tari Rucitawani memiliki kebaruan yang terletak pada representasi maskulinitas perempuan, berbeda dengan karakter tarian tradisional Sunda lainnya yang biasa menonjolkan kelembutan dan keanggunan perempuan. Tari Rucitawani memiliki delapan gerak inti, lima gesture, dan tiga locomotor. Dari hasil analisis, dapat disimpulkan dalam Tari Rucitawani didominasi nilai-nilai keanggunan dan ketegasan perempuan Sunda, yang dijadikan sebagai gambaran bahwa perempuan memiliki ketegasan dalam bertindak dan keberanian dalam menghadapi persoalan hidup. Tari ini menegaskan bahwa perempuan tidak hanya bisa berperilaku Anggun dan lembut, tetapi juga bisa menjadi sosok yang penuh kekuatan dan keberanian untuk melawan ketidakadilan. Penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam memperkuat pemberdayaan perempuan dalam budaya Sunda melalui seni tari, serta memberikan wawasan baru mengenai peran perempuan yang lebih kuat dan berani dalam masyarakat.

Advances in digital technology have changed marketing strategies, especially in the photography services industry. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of digital communication in increasing the number of customers of Studio Estetika.id, a photography service company in Medan that utilizes digital platforms in its marketing. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with data collection through a Likert scale questionnaire distributed to Studio Estetika.id customers. The sample was determined by the Taro Yamane formula and purposive sampling. The data was analyzed using validity and reliability tests with SPSS. The results of the study show that digital communication through social media, quality content, and active interaction contribute significantly to the increase in customers. Instagram is effective in building brand awareness and attracting new customers. Responsive interactions also increase customer trust, despite challenges such as stiff competition, budget constraints for paid advertising, and expanding branding strategies. This research recommends optimizing digital marketing, content innovation, and automating customer interactions to improve Studio Estetika.id's competitiveness and customer reach.

This study explores how Puskesmas communication planning plays a role in the success of the cervical cancer prevention program in Tanjung Morawa. The research method used was qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and verification or conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the health communication planning carried out by the Tanjung Morawa Health Center to prevent the dangers of cervical cancer are: (1) Problem analysis. Puskesmas Tanjung Morawa visited every posyandu in the hamlets. (2) Audience planning and formulating communication objectives, Puskesmas Tanjung Morawa targets the community, especially women in Tanjung Morawa. (3) Planning media or communication channels, Puskesmas Tanjung Morawa collaborates with the PKK Tanjung Morawa District, village midwives, clinics in the Tanjung Morawa working area, and Lonsum to disseminate information on efforts to prevent the dangers of cervical cancer by making socialization and using social media such as Instagram. (4) Message development planning, in the distribution of messages, the Tanjung Morawa Health Center shares messages that are persuasive and informative. (5) Evaluation of health communication planning carried out by Puskesmas Tanjung Morawa.

This article aims to analyze the effectiveness of the job training program at LPK Kartika in improving the competency of the workforce to meet the needs of the industry. The focus of this study is the extent to which the training provided can improve the skills of participants and the challenges faced in its implementation. This study refers to the theory of competency-based learning and industry-based job training. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and review of documents distributed to training participants, instructors, LPK management, and representatives of related industries. The collected data were analyzed qualitatively using thematic analysis methods to identify the impact of training and the obstacles faced in its implementation. The results of the study indicate that training at LPK Kartika has a positive impact on improving participants' skills, with the majority of participants feeling that the teaching materials and methods are relevant to industry demands. However, the main challenges faced are the limitations of teaching methods, instructor readiness in delivering the material, and the lack of support from the work environment in applying the skills learned. To improve the effectiveness of training, this study recommends a more balanced integration of theory and practice in the curriculum, improving the quality of instructors through further training and development of teaching skills, and utilizing e-learning-based learning platforms to increase flexibility and interactivity in the learning process. With these steps, it is hoped that the training program at LPK Kartika can be more optimal in producing a competitive workforce that is ready to face global competition.

Tindak pidana perzinahan merupakan salah satu bentuk pelanggaran terhadap norma kesusilaan yang diatur dalam Pasal 284 Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP). Pasal ini mengatur mengenai perbuatan zina yang dilakukan oleh seseorang yang telah terikat dalam hubungan perkawinan dengan orang lain yang bukan pasangannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana proses penyidikan terhadap tindak pidana perzinahan dilakukan oleh aparat penegak hukum, serta kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyidikan terhadap tindak pidana perzinahan memiliki kekhususan karena bersifat delik aduan, yang hanya dapat diproses apabila ada pengaduan dari pihak yang berhak, seperti suami atau istri yang sah. Proses penyidikan seringkali menghadapi hambatan berupa pembuktian yang sulit, minimnya saksi, serta faktor budaya dan sosial yang memengaruhi keberanian korban untuk melapor. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sinergi antara aparat penegak hukum dan masyarakat dalam menangani kasus perzinahan agar dapat menjunjung tinggi keadilan dan norma kesusilaan di masyarakat.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Media Advertisement dan Sales Promotion dalam meningkatkan minat masyarakat (studi pada Centra celluer Aceh tamiang). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei dan juga menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengetahui pengaruh Media Advertisement dan Sales Promotion dalam meningkatkan minat masyarakat (studi pada Centra celluer Aceh tamiang)Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat beli Centra celluer Aceh tamiang sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan Media Advertisement dan Sales Promotion dapat meningkatkan minat beli masyarakat. Promosi yang dilakukan Sales dan beberapa konten menarik tentang Centra celluer Aceh tamiang digunakan untuk menambah ataupun memperluas jangkauan pembeli diluar dari Aceh Tamiang.

This article aims to analyze the influence of work environment and service quality on customer satisfaction in the hospitality industry. The focus of the study is how work environment factors, both physical and non-physical aspects, and service quality contribute to the level of customer satisfaction. The theoretical approach uses concepts from human resource management and service quality management. Data were collected through a survey of 316 hotel customer respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, where a conducive work environment improves employee performance, which has an impact on a better customer experience. In addition, service quality also plays an important role in creating customer satisfaction, especially in terms of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and adequate hotel facilities. However, the RÂ² value of 32.6% indicates that there are other factors that have not been studied, such as price, promotion, customer loyalty, and hotel brand image, which also affect customer satisfaction. This study concludes that improving customer satisfaction in the hospitality industry needs to be done comprehensively by considering various aspects that affect the guest's stay experience.

This article aims to analyze compliance with work and break schedules in improving employee work discipline. The issue focuses on how the implementation of appropriate work and break schedules can influence employees' discipline levels and productivity within an organization. To approach this issue, references are used from human resource management theories, particularly those related to work discipline and time efficiency. Data were collected through a quantitative research method by distributing questionnaires to employees and conducting interviews with management to gain a deeper understanding of work and break schedule policies. Data analysis was carried out descriptively to illustrate the relationship between schedule compliance and increased work discipline. The study results indicate that employees who adhere to established work and break schedules tend to have higher discipline levels, demonstrate better productivity, and possess a greater sense of responsibility for their tasks. This study concludes that compliance with a structured work and break schedule plays an essential role in creating a more orderly, professional, and efficient work environment. Therefore, continuous supervision and evaluation of work and break schedule policies are necessary to ensure optimal positive impacts on employees and the company as a whole
