Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan penelitian mahasiswa akuntansi tingkat sarjana di Universitas Medan Area. Penelitian ini menggunakan meta analisis dan teknik analisis konten untuk melihat peta variasi penelitian yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa selama tahun studi 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penelitian akuntansi yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa cukup bervariasi. Namun, variasi metode penelitian yang digunakan masih cukup rendah.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out how the Covid-19 pandemic can be used as a source of themes in the learning process in the Dance Composition course. The source of the theme is a part that must be known for students so that in the process of creating dance they can produce good and quality work, considering that the source of the theme is the basic foundation that leads to the formation of basic concepts in dance work. The method used is descriptive qualitative data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, literature study and recording. The result of the research that has been done is that the source of the theme cannot be formed if the source of the work and the source of ideas is not determined in advance. After both are found, students can determine the source of the story theme, and the source of the motion theme. Determining the source of the work, the source of ideas, the source of the theme of the story and the source of the theme of motion are parts that must be surpassed by students who take the dance composition course in the Performing Arts Education Study Program. The findings that have been made by students turned out to present interesting new ideas and creativity, even though the findings of the motion were simple ones.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of unemployment, economic growth, education and health sector government spending on the Human Development Index in Aceh. The data used in this study is secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), the data used is the 20082019 period. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using statistical tests to determine the 95% degree of confidence. (???? = 0.05) on the t test. The results of this study indicate that partially the unemployment variable has a positive and insignificant effect, the Economic Growth variable has a positive and significant effect, the Education Sector Government Expenditure variable has a positive and insignificant effect and the Education Sector Government Expenditure has a negative and significant effect on the Human Development Index in Aceh. Then simultaneously it has a positive and insignificant effect on the Human Development Index in Aceh.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is a normative juridical study supported by empirical juridical research. This research is analytical descriptive, that is, describing an object or event without an intention to draw conclusions that are generally accepted. The data source of this research consists of primary data and secondary data, in the form of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The analysis used in this study is qualitative data analysis. Based on the research results obtained, the regulation of incest in a variety of laws currently in force still emphasizes the form of incest committed by a child. Whereas incest is based on the agreement of both parties for those who are adults has not been specifically regulated. The role of the Satreskrim Polrestabes Medan women's and child protection unit in providing legal protection for victims of incest, by seeking the rights of victims. Obstacles to the Protection Unit of Women and Children of the Satreskrim Medan District Police in terms of legal handling of incest in the case of sexual intercourse in the absence of synergic relations between the existing institutions.]]>

<![CDATA[The results of learning physical education of students at Kuta Baro MTsN are very lacking, this is of course there is a connection with kinesthetic intelligence, interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence. The purpose of this study was to see the relationship between kinesthetic intelligence, interpersonal and intrapersonal with the results of physical education learning students of MTsN Kuta Baro Aceh Besar. This type of correlational research using 175 Baro students MTsN students, while the sample technique uses random sampling taken 15% from 25 people, and data analysis using multiple correlation formulas. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between kinesthetic intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, intrapersonal intelligence with students learning outcomes at Kuta Baro MTsN.]]>

<![CDATA[This article aims to develop a leraning media design for the Airlangga Museum digital catalog which is packaged in an application that can be accessed via a smartphone offline. This learning media contains material from the relics of the Hindu-Buddhist kingdom in Airlagga Museum. The making of the instructional media design is based on the analysis of problems and potentials in class X MIPA 3 SMAN 1 Plosoklaten Kediri. Based on the problem analysis, its shows that students interest in learning during online learning is low and the lack of use of innovative media is able to attract students interest in learning history. This is evidenced by the low student participation in the history learning. Design media uses the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, namely: analysis, design, development,evaluation and implementation. The result of this learning media desing is in the form of a digital catalog equipped with a menu feature containing material in from of photos and descriptions of any relics in the Airlangga Museum. In addition, there is a quiz as an evalustion. The digital catalog of Museum Airlangga is more effective and efficient in being used as a learning medium during the pandemic because it allows students to learn relics from the Hindu-Buddhist era in Airllangga Museum without having to visit the museum.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to examine the policies of granting credit in PT. Bank Mestika Dharma, TBK along with bonded legality of credit agreement with mortgage guarantee and to find out legal certainty for creditors who hold mortgage rights guarantee. The method of this research is descriptive analytic where the facts found are described in general along with their legal provisions. This research is carried out by doing on the spot and books research by looking the problems and compared with laws and/or implementing regulations which related to the binding of these mortgage rights guarantee. The results of this research is knowing that the collateral binding is very important for all financial institutions which perform their function as intermediation. In PT. bank Mestika Dharma, TBK, every credit must have credit agreement by binding certain guarantees, one of them is mortgage rights guarantee as regulated in UU No.4 in 1996 where this right will give creditor who have this mortgage rights guarantee to take precedence in obtaining payment of the claim from the sale of objects belonging to the debtor and based on the binding value rather than othe creditors in paying their obligation. ]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the "Effect of Motivation and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT Digitdata Terminal Evolution". The type of data in this study is associative, namely a study that is asking about the relationship between two variables. The population in this study were 35 employees in PT Digitdata Terminal Evolusi. The data collection technique is in the form of distributing questionnaires to office employees at PT Digitdata Terminal Evolusi. Data analysis techniques use validity and reliability tests, hypothesis testing, statistical tests using multiple linear analysis models using multiple linear analysis models and determination tests.Based on the results of the study, the Motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance variable and the compensation variable partially has a positive and significant influence on the performance variable. While partially motivation and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on performance variables activation.]]>

<![CDATA[Learning that is carried out online or online has not been implemented in various universities including Quality Berastagi University. However, the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, which requires universities to carry out lectures from face-to-face to online using e-learning, has resulted in new habit changes. So it is necessary to do research to the extent that students' interest in participating in the learning. The purpose of this study was to analyze the interest of students in the Sports Education Study Program in participating in e-learning learning at the University of Quality Berastagi. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, the method used is the survey method. The number of samples, namely students of the Sports Education Study Program class of 2019 and class of 2020 who took part in e-learning learning in the odd semester of 2020/2021 were 31 students. Google form is used as a questionnaire tool in the research instrument. Data analysis is used by making in the form of frequency and percentage. The results showed that the students' interest in the Sports Study Program in participating in e-learning was in the medium category (58.06%) as many as 18 students.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of the creative home industry in the art sector in Indonesia shows promising growth for those who do it. In its development, many art home industries have grown and developed in the community that have been able to show their independence in supporting the nation's economy. Home Art industries that are currently developing in society include: traditional crafts, traditional musical instrument craftsmen, fashion and dance accessories craftsmen, and so on. The purpose of this study was to determine the model of the art home industry through training programs for making clothes and traditional dance accessories in an effort to empower the potential of housewives as the main actors to help support the family's economic independence. The concept of the art home industry is one of the approaches to the creative industry program in the arts developed by the government. The creative industry is an economic concept in the new era that intensifies information and creativity by relying on ideas and stock of knowledge from human resources (HR) as the main production factors. This training program is carried out in three stages of activity, namely the preparation stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. Training activity data were obtained from unstructured interviews, observation and activity evaluation questionnaires to measure the accuracy of the training program. The data were analyzed based on a qualitative approach. The results showed that there is a strategic role of dance clothing training activities in an effort to develop the art home industry to empower the potential of housewives in strengthening the resilience of family economic independence.]]>
