Abstract

Pemilihan gubernur dan wakil gubernur Sumatera Utara pada tahun 2018 merupkan proses memilih orang untuk menduduki jabatan melalui mekanisme dan proses demokrasi yang jujur dan adil. Dalam proses pelaksanaan pemilu pemilu banyak terjadi pelanggaran-pelanggaran baik pelanggaran bersifat administrasi, maupun bersifat tindak pidana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menganalisis pengaturan tindak pidana pemilu pada pemilihan gubernur dan wakil gubernur propinsi Sumatera Utara menurut UU No. 10 Tahun 2016. Pasangan calon Jopinus Ramli (JR) Saragih dan Ance Selian yang dibatalkan KPU propinsi terkait tindak pidana dalam bentuk pidana pemalsuan surat dokumen, sebagaimana disebutkan dalam Pasal 184 dengan UU No. 10 Tahun 2016 tentang Pemilihan Gubernur, Bupati, dan Walikota, dan mengetahui proses penyidikan tindak pidana pemilihan umum gubernur dan wakil gubernur provinsi Sumatera Utara. Hasil penulisan ini menunjukan bahwa peraturan dalam tindak pidana pemilu gubernur dan wakil gubernur merujuk pada UU No. 10 Tahun 2016 dan proses penyelidikan oleh Kepolisian atas temuan BAWASLU menunjukan bukti-bukti, fakta hukum dan saksi yang menyimpulkan terjadinya tindak pidana pemalsuan dokumen dan KPU membatalkan pasangan calon Jopinus Ramli (JR) Saragih dan Ance Selian.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out about the Regulations for the Crime of Drug Counterfeiting According to Law Number 36 Year 2009 concerning Health, How is the Responsibility for the Crime of Drug Counterfeiting According to the Criminal Code and Law Number 36 Year 2009 Regarding Health and Obstacles That Become BPOM's Obstacles in Handling Drug Counterfeiting Crime. Methods This type of research in writing this thesis uses normative juridical research. The data of this study are secondary data, the collection technique is aligned with the nature of the research. The nature of the research is normative legal research and research is analyzed qualitatively, meaning that the existing data is analyzed in depth, holistically and comprehensively. The conclusion of this research is that the regulation regarding the criminal act of drug counterfeiting in the Indonesian Criminal Code Article 386 Paragraph (1) is prohibited from selling, offering or delivering drugs known to be counterfeited, with a maximum imprisonment of 4 (four) years. Law Number 36 Year 2009 Concerning Health, namely Article 196, Article 197, Article 198, Article 199, Article 201. Law Number 36 Year 2009 Concerning Health, criminal responsibility lies with the individual or the person, the criminal responsibility is given to the form of a fine 3 ( three) times the penalty is imposed, as well as additional penalties in the form of administrative sanctions. The constraints faced are the intensity of supervision, lack of compliance with procedure requirements, limited human resources, limited laboratory testing equipment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between parental support and self regulation with learning responsbilitiies in SMA Negeri 1 Lhokseumawe students. The research approach is quantitative with the type of correlational research. The population of this research is the student of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Lhokseumawe, totaling 330 student. The research sample used the Slovin formula with a sample size of 181 people. The independent variables in this study were parental support and self regulation, while the dependent variable was learning responsibility. The research was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Lhokseumawe in november 2021. The research data collection technique used a scale. The data analysis technique used the statistical test of the SPSS 26 program. Based of the results of the Pearson correlation calculation, the results of the relationship between parental support and learning responsibility rx1y were 0.379 and the relationship between self regulation and learning responsibility rx2y was 0.387. The results of multiple regression analysis show that the F test count 18.985 > F table 3.046, accept Ha reject H0 that is, there is a simultaneous relationship between parental support, self regulation and learning responsibilies in SMA Negeri 1 Lhokseumawe student rx1,2y of 0.419. it can be concluded that there is a relationship between parental support and self regulation of 41.9% on student learning responsibilities. It is recomended for parents to pay attention and support their children. Furthermore, students of SMA Negeri 1 Lhokseumawe can organize themselves and be responsible for laerning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-esteem and buying decision. The hypothesis proposed in this study stated that there was a positive relationship between self-esteem and buying decision, assuming the higher self-esteem and the higher buying decision, and conversely the lower self-esteem, the lower the buying decision. Subjects used in this students of university area law faculty Workers consisting of 123 people who were selected by using purposive sampling technique. Data were obtained from a scale to measure self-esteem and buying decision. The calculation was performed by means of testing requirements analysis (assumption test) that consists of a test for normality and linearity. Analysis of the data used was performed by Product Moment Analysis through SPSS 17 for Windows. The results of data analysis showed that r = 0.211 and p = 0.010 (p < 0.05), indicating that there was a positive relationship between self-esteem and buying decision. The results of this study indicated that the contribution (R2) given to the buying dicision to variable of self-esteem was 4,4 %, the remaining 95,6 % were affected by other factors not examined. From these results it can be concluded that the hypothesis is acceptable.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to find out how the aesthetic elements contained in the Manarajang Lawok ballet. The problem is focused on the aesthetic elements of choreography. In order to approach this problem, a theoretical, a theoretical reference from Y. Sumandiyo Hadi was used in 2012 with the title choreography (From-Engineering-Content). The data were collected throuhg data triangulation and analyzed qualitatively. This study concludes that the manarajang lawok ballet is a new creation, dance by 10 dancers. The Manarajang Lawok ballet is discussed in 3 aesthetic elements of choreography, namely the concept of motion as an aesthetic element of choreography, namely the movements performed by dancers are focussed in such away as to make it look epic when performed. The conceptof space as an aesthetic choreography element which is further divided into positive-negative space discussions, levels using low, medium and high levels, floor patterns using locomotor movement, stasionary and pause, directions using the eight cardinal directions, dimensions which includes height, width and depth. It is also discussed in the concept of time as an aesthetic element of choreography, which is divided into three parts, aspects of the tempo of the fast and slow movements performed by the dancers, the aspect of rhythm, namely the strenght and softness of the movements performed, and the duration, which is 11 minutes 40 seconds.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the role of the Weverse digital application as a New Media in the interaction relationship between K-Pop Artists or Idols and their fans. And understand what are the effects of using the Weverse digital application. In conducting this research, the researcher uses the basis of Media Dependency Theory. The thing that underlies the use of media dependency theory in this study is because the theory explains that the more a person depends on a media to meet their needs, the more important the media becomes for that person. The research method used is a qualitative method by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires to the respondents who use the application. The results of this study, with the Weverse digital application as a new media, will make it easier for fans to interact with K-Pop Artists/Idols.

Abstract

Emotional attention bias is an unconscious cognitive process that affects the processing of information. Individuals with positive emotional attention bias tend to have high self-efficacy. In adolescents, high self-efficacy helps them to get through difficult situations. This study seeks to find out the relationship between self-efficacy and emotional attention bias in adolescents by assuming there is a mediating role of positive affect. This is because the behavior and thoughts of adolescents are strongly influenced by affect. The purpose of this study was to examine positive affect as a mediator in the relationship between self-efficacy and emotional attention bias towards happiness and threats related words in adolescents. A total of 87 adolescent participants who were also high school students (M= 16.5) participated in this study. Self-efficacy was measured using the General Self-Efficacy Scale and positive affect was measured using the positive affect dimensions of the Positive Affect and Negative Affect Scale. Meanwhile, emotional attention bias was measured using the emotional Stroop task. The results using Jamovi's mediation showed that the relationship between self-efficacy and emotional attention bias towards happiness and threats related words was fully mediated by positive affect. This study succeeded in explaining the role of automatic and unconscious cognitive processes in the relationship between self-efficacy and emotional attention bias in adolescents.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the existence of the media market in Indonesia with a case study on the Indosiar media business. The problem is how Indosiar can still exist considering that there are already many TV stations that have mushroomed in the Indonesian television industry? And what is Indosiar's strategy to run its business in the midst of this intense competition? In order to approach this problem, it is used as a reference for media economic theory. The data were collected through interviews and documentation obtained from the media, both print media and internet media and analyzed qualitatively. This study concludes that Indosiar can still exist despite the proliferation of TV stations in the Indonesian television industry. In order for its existence to continue, Indosiar targets the family or family segment, cares about variety show programs so that the lower and upper middle class people can reach, and presents soap opera programs targeting housewives. Indosiar's strategy to keep the media business going is to determine the target audience and develop a flagship program. Its flagship program is tailored to the interests and needs of the audience. With the accuracy of this strategy, the audience will see a lot and Indosiar will earn revenue from advertising contracts that are broadcast.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the law against the cancellation of land rights certificates (Case Study of Certificate Cancellation by the Decision of the Head of the Medan City Land Office No. 80/SK-12.71/VIII/2020 based on the Medan High Court Decision No. 366/PDT/2012/PT. MDN). In analyzing the problem formulation with normative juridical specifications, the approach is based on the statutory approach, the Synchronization approach, the library approach and the analytical approach. The sources of legal materials used are primary, secondary and tertiary sources of legal materials. The results and discussion found that the cause of the certificate of land rights being canceled by the authorized institution because it was declared an administrative law record or administrative record or invalid based on an error in its issuance in accordance with the provisions in Article 107 of the Regulation of the State Minister of Agrarian Affairs/Head of the National Land Agency (Permenag/KBPN). ) No. 9 of 1999 Jo. Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency no. 11 of 2016. Types of errors that result in administrative legal records as described in Article 107 of the Minister of Religion/KBPN No. 9 of 1999 are: a. procedural error, b. errors in the application of laws and regulations, c. subject error, d. object error, e. right type error, f. area calculation error, g. there is overlapping land rights, h. juridical data and physical data are incorrect or, i. other errors of an administrative law nature.

Abstract

The main focus of this article is to explore the wealth of intersubjective values contained in activities réis, ruis, raés, raos Manggarai people. The goal to be achieved is to make local wisdom réis, ruis, raés, raos as a presentation of philosophical thought that contributes to the civilization of rationality of the Indonesian nation. The concept of intersubjectivity in activities réis, ruis, raés, raos occurs because the relationship that is built based on these four activities will become a relationship that is intimate, harmonious, constructive, equal, parallel, and humane-human. To understand and study culture réis, ruis, raés, raos, this article uses Gabriel Marcel's concept of intersubjectivity. The research methodology used is qualitative research with a literature study approach. This study found that réis, ruis, raés, raos are frames of Intersubjective relations of the Manggaraian people. This research contributes to how to overcome the phenomenon of individualism that is rife in the lives of the Manggarai people today due to the lack of exploration and deep meaning of the intersubjective values contained in the activities of réis, ruis, raés, and raos.
