This study aims to find out, understand and analyze how the background of the occurrence of collateral for the inheritance which is the object of the mortgage guarantee auction, the process of raising liabilities on the inheritance that are used to make loans for debt repayments and legal positions that are used as collateral for liabilities according to the Islamic heritage. The issue is focused on the legal status of the inheritance, which guarantees the rights and completion of each heir. This problem uses the theoretical referencing of the mertokusumo theory as the theory of legal certainty. The data collected through library research methods are juridical normative and analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study indicate that the inheritance that becomes the mortgage remains a guarantee for repayment by the bank, the bank has the right to execute the collateral which cannot be contested. Execution is carried out on a court decision. The legal position of inheritance according to Islamic inheritance concerning the rights of each heir is the debtor as one of the heirs to settle in deliberation and kinship while still giving the rights of each heir based on Islamic inheritance which has been regulated in the Al-Qur'an Surat Annisa’: 11 the concept of the amount of distribution of inheritance in the Qur'an has regulated proportionally the rights of each heir in the distribution of inheritance. Islam has regulated the balance of rights and obligations for each child fairly.

The more advanced the era of technology is also increasingly sophisticated and old habits are abandoned and switch to new habits. One of them is shopping habits, since the introduction of the internet and android, buying and selling activities are easier with the existence of e-commerce. E-commerce is a type of business that allows companies or individuals to buy or sell goods via the internet (online). And one of them is Tokopedia. In recent years, many e-commerce companies often use Korean artists because young people's interest in the influence of Korean culture is very strong. Therefore, researchers want to try to explain why they use brand ambassadors from Korea and how they succeed in carrying out these marketing strategies. This research uses marketing communication theory and marketing mix theory. These theories help researchers to conclude a marketing strategy phenomenon by using Korean artists as brand ambassadors. The method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Researchers approach the data with observation and in-depth interviews to find out a phenomenon of human interest in following a cultural current. data analysis using SOSTAC theory, namely Situation analysis, Objectivities, Strategy, Tactics, Action and Control. The conclusion obtained by the researcher is that the use of e-commerce marketing with Korean artist brand ambassadors can attract consumers, especially young people.

This article aims to determine the effectiveness of using the Saku JR application at PT. Jasa Raharja Meulaboh Representative because the JR Saku application was made by an employee of PT. Jasa Raharja Meulaboh Representative and used by employees and officers of SAMSAT work unit representatives of Meulaboh. The problem is focused on the use of the Saku JR application where the Saku JR application is only used by employees and SAMSAT officers of the Meulaboh representative work unit. To approach this problem, Sutrisno's theoretical reference is used, which argues that there are several things that become a benchmark for effectiveness so that it can be said to be effective if it fulfills some of these things. Data was collected through interviews with employees of PT. Jasa Raharja Meulaboh Representative and SAMSAT officer of the Meulaboh representative work unit and analyzed qualitatively. This study concludes that most employees and SAMSAT officers of the Meulaboh representative work unit have used the Saku JR application to help improve services and overcome problems in the field so as to improve their performance, so that it can be said to be effective.

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra, Medan. This type of research is associative quantitative. The population in this research is educational staff with a sample of 56 respondents. Data collection technique with a closed questionnaire which is arranged based on the Likert scale. The research analysis uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 22 software. The results of the study are (1) the work environment has a significant influence on performance because based on the results of the t test a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 is obtained, and the value of t count > t table in One -Tailed, namely 4.462 > 2.05. With a coefficient value of 0.480, it means that if the work environment increases in one unit, it will cause an increase in performance. (2) Work motivation has a significant effect on performance, based on the results of the t test, a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 is obtained and the value of t count > t table is 6.773 > 2.05 on the Two-Tailed test. With a coefficient value of 0.616, it means that if work motivation rises in one unit, it will also cause an increase in performance. (3) Work environment and work motivation have a significant effect simultaneously on performance.

The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the innovation of foreign residence permit services carried out and to analyze the factors driving and inhibiting these innovations. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, using interview, observation, and documentation data collection techniques. The analysis uses an interactive model with the process of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that SITITIK has met the requirements as a service innovation because it has new values and advantages over the old system; has conformity to old innovations; as new innovations experience complexity; trials have been carried out; and are easily observable. The supporting factor lies incompetent human resources while the inhibiting factor lies in the network and the presence of bugs.

Policy implementation is a way for a policy to achieve its goals. Implementation is a general process of administrative action that can be investigated at a certain program level, this study aims to determine the implementation of the Land and Building Tax (PBB) service policy at the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency and to find out and analyze the factors that influence it. The form of this research belongs to descriptive research that uses qualitative data analysis, namely this research is investigated by observation or observation, interviews, and describes the state of the object of research based on the facts. There were 11 informants in this study. Data collection techniques were obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Land and Building Tax (PBB) service policy at the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency of Medan City has not gone well. This can be seen from the lack of good communication, resources and bureaucratic structure. Factors that influence not going well are lack of knowledge, perception, physical condition, gender and community living environment, lack of human resources in charge of Land and Building Tax (PBB) services, lack of a special budget allocated for equipment Land and Building Tax (PBB) services, obstacles often occur so that the Service Operational Standards (SOP) are sometimes not met.

This research is a descriptive study of the role of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency in providing protection for sustainable food agricultural land for the people in the city of Tebing Tinggi. Data preparation for Sustainable Food Agriculture Land (LP2B) is carried out through inventory, identification, and data processing activities for Sustainable Food Agriculture areas. This activity is in line with the duties and functions of the Land Arrangement Division of the Provincial BPN Regional Office as well as the District/City Land Office Arrangement section. This research method is qualitative with data collection carried out through document studies and interviews. The City of Tebing Tinggi does not yet have a Regional Regulation or Mayor's Regulation that regulates the planning, determination and protection of Sustainable Food Agricultural Land (LP2B) and Regional Regulations on Detailed Spatial Planning (RTDR), even though the determination of Sustainable Food Agricultural Land is part of the stipulation in the form of a plan. detailed spatial layout of the regency/city. Socialization (LP2B) in the City of Tebing Tinggi has not been optimal. More intensive collaboration and communication between agencies that are stakeholders related to the protection of Sustainable Food Agricultural Land (LP2B) is also not optimal.

The purpose of this paper is to find out the implementation of SE OJK number 6 of 2017 concerning the Determination of General Insurance Premium Rates, which has been implemented and carried out by PT. Jasindo Syariah Medan. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Through observation research instruments, interviews and documentation studies. The data analysis using descriptive analysis. The results of the research are expected to show that the implementation of SE OJK number 6 of 2017 concerning the Determination of General Insurance Premium Rates at PT. Insurance Services Indonesia Syariah Medan. The researcher concludes that the implementation in terms of communication has been going well for several parties, especially the OJK and the public as insurance consumers. However, in terms of human resources (HR), the implementation is considered still not optimal, because there are still insurance agents who do not understand the contents of SE OJK number 6 of 2017. In terms of disposition, PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia Syariah Medan is very supportive. good with OJK rules, while in terms of bureaucratic structure it has been running well according to OJK standards.

The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the performance of employees and their obstacles at the Medan City Consumer Dispute Resolution Agency (BPSK). The research method used is descriptive using a qualitative method that focuses on the process, description of the analysis. To determine the current performance of the Medan City Consumer Dispute Resolution Agency (BPSK), the researcher chose to use the 5 dimensions of employee performance proposed by Anwar Prabu Mangkunegara, namely work quality, work quantity, work discipline, initiative and responsibility. The quality of work is still low in terms of receiving complaints and consulting. The work quantity has not been maximized. The work discipline of employees has not gone according to what the community expects. Employees have good initiative in carrying out their duties. The responsibility of employees for all aspects related to the tasks carried out is quite good although there are still various improvements that must be made.

This study aims to find out how President Joko Widodo's efforts in realizing Indonesia become a country with the largest digital economy power in Southeast Asia with the potential that Indonesia has. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that based on the mercantilism framework, the government seeks to make Indonesia the country with the largest digital economy power in Southeast Asia by utilizing digital economic activities in Indonesia to obtain or maximize profits from digital economic activities to meet the country's national interests. Efforts made by the government include pursuing technological developments by distributing digital infrastructure, mobilizing the UMKM sector in collaboration with MNCs, integrating the center with the National Data Center Development, preparing Funding Regulations for Digital Transformation, Preparing HR Needs and establishing a trade roadmap. Seeing these various efforts, the government has made use of existing technology and potential in the hope that it will increase competitiveness for the Indonesian economy.
