Abstract

This research aims to describe how the values of Pancasila are implemented in community life, elementary schools and students. The research method used a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The information that is used as study material comes from literary sources such as journals, article, and books. The results showed that the implementation in the society of Pancasila Village and MI Hambail Falah has been carried out well and of course can be used as an example for the society and other students. And for the college student environment (campus), the implementation of Pancasila values can be integrated with state defense attitudes such as: love for the homeland, awareness of the nation and state, belief in Pancasila as the state ideology, a sense of willingness to sacrifice, and finally having the basic ability to defend the state

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui latar belakang  berdirinya Qinia Music Course sebagai lembaga musik. Proses  pembelajaran vokal klasik pada anak usia 8-10 tahun di Qinia Music Course. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran vokal klasik pada anak usia 8-10 tahun di Qinia Music Course. Sarana dan prasarana yang disediakan untuk menunjang pembelajaran vokal klasik pada anak usia 8-10 tahun di Qinia Music Course. Kendala pengajar dan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran vokal klasik pada anak usia 8-10 tahun di Qinia Music Course. Cara guru mengevaluasi hasil pembelajaran vokal klasik pada anak usia 8-10 tahun di Qinia Music Course. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif yang bersifat kualitatif yaitu suatu metode penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan secara rinci dan jelas tentang suatu fenomena yang menjadi fokus penelitian. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Direktur Qinia Music Curse 1 orang, Pengajar/instruktur vokal klsik 1 orang, dan siswa yang berjumlah 10 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, demonstrasi, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Metode ceramah, Metode Ceramah Plus Demonstrasi dan Pelatihan, Metode Demonstrasi, Metode Tanya jawab, dan metode latihan (drill) Cukup berhasil membangun pemahaman siswa tentang teori dasar musik, bagaimana membaca notasi dan menyanyikan lagu dengan vokal klasik yang baik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the legal rules of restorative justice in the settlement of cases of Domestic Violence (KDRT) at the North Sumatra Regional Police. According to Law Number 2 of 2002 concerning the Police and the factors that cause restorative justice to not work. Research on the Settlement of Domestic Violence Cases through Restorative Justice the North Sumatra Police Case Study is a normative legal research. Normative legal research aims to examine library legal materials. In the Domestic Violence Law No. 23 of 2004 which is a criminal act of complaint and the reporter and victim are people who live within the scope of the household, but the law only confirms that there are no criminal provisions prioritizing the settlement of restorative justice for domestic violence which is minor and constitutes a criminal complaint. The concept of restorative justice is another method used to handle criminal cases. This concept prioritizes the integrity of perpetrators, victims and society as a unit to find solutions and return to a good relationship pattern between victims and perpetrators of criminal acts and one way that can be done in this concept is penal mediation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of a person's interaction on Tinder social media, causing a new phenomenon known as catfishing. This research uses a qualitative approach. The data collection technique was obtained by using in-depth interview techniques. The results of the study show that the self-presentations displayed by Tinder users are not using their real photos or identities. The scope of self-presentation shown in this study does not extend to false identity or paint through identity theft. Tinder users in this study tended to use their original photos that they had edited to look better and closer to the ideal Tinder users liked, use their old photos that were considered better and closer to ideal, blur their original photos, use their real photos but not using real names, to using photos of objects or objects that interest them to show their interests and hobbies to other users. In this study, there were no users who used other people's existing identities either by using other people's photos or identities that showed someone who was in real life.

Abstract

This study aims to find The Correlation between Social Environment and Self-Esteem on Teenagers at Al Jam’iyatul Washliyah Orphanage in Binjai. The subject were 56 teenagers who lived in the orphanage. The sample was collected by using total sampling technique. The data was collected by using social environment and self-esteem scales. The data was analyzed by using correlation technique (rxy) in the amount of 0,792 with p = 0,000 < 0,050 which means there was a positive and significant relationship between social environment and self-esteem, it showed that the better the social environment, the higher self-esteem. Conversely, the worse the environment, the lower self-esteem. Social environment in this study was classified as high, due to (empirical mean = 111,32 > hypothetical mean = 90 where the difference exceeds the numbers of SD = 13,087). Self-esteem was also classified as high, due to (empirical mean = 120,68 > hypothetical mean = 95 where the difference exceeds the numbers of SD = 13,051). Coefficient of determination and correlation was r2 = 0,627 which means the social environment contributed 62,7% to self-esteem. Based on this study, there were still 37,3% influence of the other factors which weren’t revealed in this study.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of character and moral factors in leadership from the perspective of Islam. Ideal leadership is related to the progress of a civilization and a nation. Islam and its followers want a leader who has good character and noble character. The source of the reference to being a leader for Muslims comes from the Koran and Hadith, imitating the personality of the Prophet Muhammad and the Khulafaur Rashidin. In the context of the state, the reference is also based on the rules and regulations of the law that inacted in Indonesia

Abstract

At this time the teaching and learning activities also experience changes that is done remotely and using an online or online system. This study aims to find out how creative strategies are carried out by art and culture teachers in one of the high schools in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic situation. This study uses qualitative research methods, a type of case study. The results showed that the strategy carried out by the subject was in accordance with the theory of the characteristics of the creative teacher consisting of 4 points namely fluency, flexibility, originality and elaboration. Fluency, the subject is able to produce ideas that are in accordance with the problem that is compiling assignments such as making clippings, summarizing, practicing dancing with family and making covid-themed dialogues. Flexibility, the subject is able to open his mind by seeing the current situation, such as bringing up creative ideas, innovative and freeing students to use all available sources. Originality, the subject created new ideas such as the task of practicing dancing with family members then made a dialogue with regional languages about covid-19. Elaboration, subjects are able to see a problem in detail by adjusting government recommendations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and compensation on employee performance at PT. Expamet success. The method used is explanatory research with analysis techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance by 53.6%, hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (7,815> 2,006). Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance by 43.3%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table or (6.358> 2.006). Work environment and compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 8.506 + 0.426X1 + 0.366X2 and the contribution of the effect is 62.4%, the hypothesis test is obtained F count> F table or (43.076> 2.780).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of emotional intelligence with anxiety reduction in students of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Institut Kesehatan Helvetia Medan 2016/2017. This study used quantitative approach. Measuring instruments used in the form of emotional intelligence scales are based on the theory of emotional intelligence by Goleman who has 30 items and anxiety reduction scales that are based on Conroy's theory have 30 items. The samples of this study were 80 students of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Institut Kesehatan Helvetia. The data analysis method used in this study is the Pearson Product Moment correlation with the correlation r = -0,649, with a significant p = 0,000 means (p <0.01). The results of the research showed that there was negative but significant correlation between emotional intelligence and student anxiety reduction. This shows that the higher emotional intelligence possessed by students, the easier it is to anxiety reduction, and the lower the emotional intelligence possessed by students, the more difficult it is to anxiety reduction.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis apakah persepsi tentang perubahan struktur organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Direktorat Jenderal Energi Baru, Terbarukan, dan Konservasi Energi, Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui survey dan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan teknik regresi linear sederhana, analisis korelasi dan uji determinasi. Persepsi tentang perubahan struktur organisasi mencakup strategi dan sistem, teknologi, penataan fisik dan sumber daya manusia (Robbin, 2012:46). Kinerja pegawai mencakup kuantitas kerja, kualitas kerja, kerja sama, tanggung jawab dan inisiatif (AP Mangkunegara, 2011:9). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan sesuai untuk menjelaskan bahwa persepsi tentang perubahan struktur organisasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai determinannya sebesar 94,7% dalam persamaan garis regresi Ŷ = 3,824 + 0,973X. Artinya bahwa kinerja pegawai pada Direktorat Jenderal Energi baru, Terbarukan dan Konservasi Energi, Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral, secara rata-rata dapat dijelaskan dengan persepsi tentang perubahan struktur organisasi sebesar 94,7%.
