Abstract

Optimal sports achievement can be achieved with good and correct coaching as a whole. The sport of football is not included in the 16 sports that are currently carrying out PUSLATDA, because the 2018 PORPROV event did not perform well. The training program that has been prepared and run by the Mataram City soccer coach, it is necessary to evaluate the preparation of the Mataram City soccer athlete training program. Where one of the main elements in the preparation of the training program is to improve the physical condition of the Mataram City football players. The formulation of the problem that will be raised in this study referring to the background description is (1) How is the achievement of planning the Mataram city association football training program in 2021? (2) What is the physical condition of the Mataram city soccer athletes in 2021?. The objectives of this research to be achieved are (1) to identify the implementation of the training program carried out by the trainers in the field. (2) Measuring the physical condition of the Mataram city soccer athletes. The research method used is quantitative and qualitative (mix method). The subjects of this study were the head coach of football in the city of Mataram and football athletes in the city of Mataram. The place of research was carried out at the PSSI office in Mataram City, the football training ground of GOR Turide Mataram, and measurements of physical condition in the sports laboratory of FIKKM UNDIKMA.The test instrument to measure the design of the preparation of the training program uses the Test Instrument for the Evaluation of the Training Program Arranged by the Trainer. To measure the physical condition of the instrument used, there are 7 test items in table 3.1. Descriptive and inferential statistical analysis techniques such as mean (average), standard deviation (standard deviation), variance, maximum and minimum values. In this study, probability statistics are used to find the percentage of each answer on each item and then the average of the overall scores using SPSS version 23 is calculated. The results of the study, 1. Measurement of the dominant physical condition test that has been carried out for each test item from 30 soccer athletes Mataram city ball in the average percentage is in good condition, with 22 athletes getting good category out of a total of 30 athletes. 2. The percentage of the results of the evaluation of the training program evaluation indicator will get 64% which means that the overall training program for the Mataram City Soccer athletes is said to be "STRONG.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka dan perannya dalam penanaman karakter siswa di SDN 26 Mataram. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang akan menggambarkan keadaan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 1 orang pembina pramuka, 3 orang wali kelas dan kepala sekolah. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model interaktif dari Miles, Huberman dan Saldana dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bentuk kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka yang meliputi marching, rigging dan semaphore dapat berperan dalam menanamkan karakter siswa. Karakter peserta didik yang ditanamkan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka adalah disiplin, tanggung jawab, teliti, tanggap & teliti serta berani & setia. Penanaman karakter siswa ditanamkan melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka dengan menggunakan metode pengajaran, penugasan spontan, kerjasama, demonstrasi, hukuman, kerja lapangan. Karakter yang ditumbuhkan melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka dapat dilihat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari siswa dan kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas. demonstrasi, hukuman, kerja lapangan. Abstract

Boarding school is a system, where students, as well as teachers, and school managers live in dormitories that are in the school environment for a certain period of time. The education of shipping cadets uses the system. With the dormitory education model for shipping cadets is an effective educational model in educating intelligence, skills, character building and planting moral values in learners, or cadets so as to become more knowledgeable about the value of truth, honesty, virtue, wisdom, and compassion as universal values. All components of cognitive, affective and psychomotor education develop here. The problem is how character-based education patterns can form high-quality shipping cadets? Based on this study this time to find out the effectiveness of the boarding education model to improve the character of shipping cadets. With descriptive methods this research concludes that character education is very effective to form shipping cadets into reliable leaders in the future..  So as to be able to lead well in accordance with the principles of leadership has religious spiritual power and is able to uphold honesty, honor, responsibility, justice, caring, citizenship and having intelligence in work and decision making.

Abstract

BAMBU VPC adalah singkatan dari tujuh program unggulan tanpa tatap muka, yakni Bermain Bersama Mama (BBM), Ar Rohmah Membaca (ARCA), Mama Cerdas Mama Ar Rohmah (McMa), Belajar Aktif Cara Rahma & Rahim (BACRA), Ummi-App, Virtual Sapa Pagi (VISPA), dan Privat Call (PC). Diterapkan sebagai alternatif solusi untuk mencegah learning loss dan menjaga ekspektasi Wali murid terhadap RA Ar Rohmah di era pandemic covid-19. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan rencana, implementasi, faktor pendukung, dan faktor penghambat. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data pendukung diperoleh dengan teknik wawancara secara langsung dan tidak langsung, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik reduksi, display, dan kemudian ditarik kesimpulan. Keabsahan data didukung dengan teknik trianggulasi dan prolonged engagement. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Implementasi BAMBU VPC berpedoman pada kurkulum darurat RA Ar Rohmah 2020/2021; 2) Faktor pendukung BAMBU VPC adalah kematangan rencana, sarana pendukung dan kesatuan tim kerja yaitu Kepala RA, Guru dan Orang tua; 3) Faktor penghambat BAMBU VPC adalah kesibukan beberapa orang tua dan sinyal internet pada moda DARING. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan BAMBU VPC mampu mengoptimalkan kurikulum darurat di era pandemi covid-19 pada RA. Ar rohmah Mojokerto Provinsi Jawa Timur.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership on the performance of instructors at PT. United Tractors Tbk. Jakarta. Research methods with quantitative methods with data collection by means of a questionnaire. The population is 32 people from the sample of 32 people which means the type of sampling used is saturated sampling. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to instructors of PT. United Tractors Tbk. Jakarta. The analytical technique used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the transformational leadership of PT. United Tractors Tbk. Jakarta is in the good category. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination that transformational leadership has a significant influence on employee performance by 26.5% and the remaining 73.5% which is influenced by other variables. The T test shows that the transformational leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh metode Role Playing pada hasil belajar kelas IV sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini memperoleh sebab akibat yang tegas, jelas dan pasti antara beberapa faktor penyebab dengan permasalahan dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh sebab akibat yang tegas, jelas dan pasti antara beberapa faktor penyebab dengan permasalahan. Subjek penelitian yang diambil yaitu 24 siswa dalam dua kelas yang berbeda. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data-data yaitu lembar validasi yang digunakan untuk penilaian RPP dan instrumen soal, lembar observasi yang digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan pembelajaran menggunakan metode Role Playing, angket respon yang diberikan kepada siswa setelah pembelajaran menggunakan metode Role Playing, soal pretest dan posttest digunakan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas data diketahui bahwa hasil instrumen soal yang digunakan valid dan reliabel. Uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas diketahui bahwa hasil kedua kelas berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa metode Role Playing berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran subtema pekerjaan disekitarku. Berdasarkan perhitungan diperoleh thitung > ttabel yaitu 5,350 > 2,179, sehingga hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberi perlakuan tersebut memiliki perbedaan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode Role Playing terdapat pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa secara signifikan.Kata Kunci: Metode Role Playing, Hasil belajar, Subtema pekerjaan di sekitarku.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) find out and describe the implementation model of principal supervision in developing teacher competence, (2) know and describe the challenges of principal supervision in developing teacher competence, (3) know and describe the implications of the results of principal supervision in developing competence. teacher. This study uses a qualitative approach. The location of this research is SMPN 4 Janapria and SMPN 5 Janapria Lombok Tengah. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation or (triangulation), while data analysis used the Milles & Huberman technique, namely; data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, as for testing the validity of the data, namely: credibility, transferability, dependence, and certainty.The results of this study show (1) the principal supervision model at the Janapria District Junior High School uses a clinical supervision model and a scientific supervision model, (2) the challenges faced by school principals in carrying out supervision activities are teacher readiness in administration which is still incomplete, delivery of material in the class is not in accordance with the plan, does not evaluate the learning activities carried out, the teacher lacks discipline, (3) Implications The results of supervision carried out by the principal can develop teacher competence in pedagogic competence, personality competence, professional competence and social competence.

Abstract

SIMDA Finance is an application program used to assist local governments in the field of financial management. The purpose of implementing a financial SIMDA is to produce financial reports and financial information in a timely, complete, accurate, and reliable manner in accordance with applicable regulations and to encourage the realization of Good Governance and the implementation of regional financial management based on information technology. This study aims to obtain an overview of the implementation of the Regional Management Information System (SIMDA) of Finance at the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of West Lombok Regency.The research method used is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The results of this study indicate that in general, employees at BAPPEDA Lombok Barat already know the meaning of financial SIMDA, seen from their understanding of the meaning, benefits and objectives as well as the required inputs and outputs generated from the processing. Supporting factors that are owned by BAPPEDA West Lombok in the optimal implementation of SIMDA Finance, among others: Active communication or socialization regarding the purpose of implementing or benefiting from the application of the system. Human Resources who are reliable/compliance both in number and capacity There is an attitude of the implementor who accepts/agrees with the implementation of the implementation of SIMDA Finance as well as support from the head of the office/leader.

Abstract

One of the real forms of change based on the will to create a democratic government is the establishment of the Constitutional Court as a judicial institution formed with the aim of maintaining the implementation of constitutional values in the implementation of state life. With the Constitutional Court, currently the judicial power in Indonesia is run by two institutions, namely the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court. The birth of the Constitutional Court itself is an answer to the desire that judicial institutions can conduct legal testing of the Constitution that previously could not be done, but the number of cases of disputed election results that entered the Constitutional Court also raises a new question, because is it right for the Constitutional Court to decide the dispute over the election results which is actually a political matter?. This writing will use normative research methods. Research is conducted by conducting searches on legal materials, books, journals and scientific articles both published both domestically and abroad. Furthermore, from the sources obtained, analysis is carried out using qualitative juridical analysis methods. The results of the study resulted in an analysis related to the authority of the Constitutional Court to decide the case of Disputed Election Results and Disputed Election Results where this authority before the formation of the Constitutional Court is still not clear to which institution will decide the case.

Abstract

Ilmu perpustakaan Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah menjadi salah satu program studi dan universitas yang menghasilkan lulusan yang mahir dalam Ilmu Pengetahuan, Teknologi, Seni, dan Agama yang juga mengajarkan bagaimana beretika, secara real pembelajaran tidak hanya harus dilakukan melalui pola pembelajaran konvensional, melainkan secara online menggunakan teknologi. Pembelajaran etika komunikasi dapat difasilitasi secara khusus melalui aplikasi atau media online internet, sehingga sumber daya manusia lulusan perpustakaan mampu menguasai dan melayani pembaca di lingkup local, nasional, dan internasional dengan mengedepankan etika dalam berkomunikasi. Dalam hal ini pembelajaran etika berkomunikasi penting untuk membangun interaksi baik dalam waktu tertentu. Peneliti akan menggunakan metode literature riview, dengan mengumpulkan berbagai informasi dan teori yang relevan dengan permasalahan penelitian. Sumber rujukan berkenaan dengan etika komunikasi berbasis e- learning, yang ditemukan dalam buku, jurnal, artikel, dan internet. Dengan demikian penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dipertimbangkan untuk diaplikasikan dalam pembelajaran pada program studi ilmu perpustakaan.
