Abstract

Islamic education is a pillar of the scientific in embodying the values of Islamic teachings through education in the form of learning, knowledge, skills, and directing a person to be able to manage their lives through teaching, training, or research. Islamic education became the center of public attention while the theory components subjected to dismissal and stagnate in the development and management pattern. The times and the demands of the reorientation of education globally impacted on the paradigm shift of Islamic education to emphasise the value of critical transformative without leaving the transcendental values in practice. Paul Fayerabend Epistimologi anarchism is a driving force in improving the function of the theory of Islamic education pragmatically over the scope of his theories in the modernization of the current era, the theoretical concept is theoretical anarchism that is based with the historical reasons that the history of science is not only a charged facts and conclusions, but also uncharged ideas and interpretations of the facts themselves and the problems arising as a result of errors of interpretation as well as a movement of protest against the theoretical scientific methods that are considered capable of taking the whole object of research.

Abstract

In the first time, the education of Boarding School is the institution that concern in attitude and religion in around of society. Every students in Boarding School have rule from their teacher, because of that every people belive that they can get good serve in that place. The rule in the Boarding School to make a control system in the attitude to every students, so the students that out of the rule can be controled by the teacher and get the treatment that make the students back to the rule and change the bad attitude to be a good attitude.

Abstract

Every leader of Islamic educational institution is demanded to have sharp and deep vision, value, and norm. Therefore, his staffs can regularly adapt and follow the change of age. It suggests that the role of progressive leader is very crucial for that process. Another demand is that the leader must be able to realize his leadership vision and mission through his rational and operational work program. Operationally, the implementation of progressive leadership in Islamic educational institution is by creating quality culture and total quality. The orientation and actualization quality culture can be acquired through the implementation of progressive leadership in Islamic education institution.

Abstract

The teacher is one of the determining factors for the success of education, therefore, a teacher must be professional, which should be able to master the field of science and teaching to students. The teacher should be a role model in attitude, utterance trustworthy, so that teachers are required is trusted and imitated. One of the policies developed by the government of Indonesia to improve the quality of education is teacher certification. Teacher certification can be interpreted as a process of recognition that a person has to have the competence to carry out the educational services to certain educational unit, having passed the competency test held by the certification body.

Abstract

Administration is currently a new disciplined that needs to be redefined in term or its application within the education field. Viewed from historical perspective, administration has been rarely contributing to the education field itself. It is especially so when it is compared with other disciplines such as curriculum and philosophy. Nevertheless, there are several points within the concept of administration to be redefined philosophically in term of its ontological, epistemological, and axiological aspects. In comparing the implementation of administration and the purpose of the education as well as the human resource, one cannot ignore, then, the importance of education administration. It is because administration aspect is a part of the whole system within the education itself. Philosophically it can be stated that the education field needs a good administration aspect. The result of education is partly because of its good administration.

Abstract

The rapid development of contemporary psychology has absent- minded some of Islamic thinkers. The results of Western thought that not infrequently lead to bias, often massively adopted without a careful analysis. Referring to movement science Islamisasi initiated by Ismail Raji al-Faruqi, this study aims to conduct a comparison between the concepts of psychology in the view of Al - Farabi and Sigmund Freud. Both of them are central figure in the development of contemporary psychology and the psychology of Islam. In this paper will be presented on the concept of psychology in perspective Al - Farabi and Sigmund Freud. From the results of this study concluded that there are similarities and differences between the concepts of psychology according to Al - Farabi and Sigmund Freud. The equation is found in the discussion of aspects of human jasmaniyah while striking difference was found in ruhaniyah aspects. The second aspect is not at all touched by the concept of psychoanalysis Freud. The difference has impact to different patterns of personality offered by the two men.

Abstract

The values of Badar War is the esential of the event in the war occur. If we look at the Physical aspects, the objective condition of moeslem when the war occur, it’s out of the line to make the opponent lost, because they have many soldiers with strong tool army. In other side, the moslem have little soldier and little tool army. The moeslem army does not have good spirit to go to the war, because the opponent have many soldiers. More over, they only go to the war with the materialistic spirit not follow the instruction from Rosullullah as the leader of moslem. Essentially, if every moslem do every instruction from the Allah and Rosul, they can win in the Badar War. In the promise of Allah that will give the relief and victory.
