Abstract

Notaris merupakan pejabat umum yang mempunyai kewenangan untuk membuat suatu akta autentik untuk para pihak yang berkepntingan atau masayarakat, yang mana akta autentik tersebut merupakan alat bukti yang kuat.  Dengan itu, jika ada pihak yang merasa telah dirugikan makai a dapat meminta pertanggungjawaban Notaris yang membuat akta tersebut. Dengan itu yang menjadi rumusan masalah ada bagaimana tanggung jawab Notaris terhadap akta yang dinyatakan batal demi hukum da bagaimana tanggung jawab Notaris terhadap akta yang dinyatakan batal demi hukum pada saat masa jabatannya berakhir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dengan tipe penelitian hukum yuridis normatif dengan sifat penelitian eksplanatoris, data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, data yang dianalisis adalah secara kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif, serta menggunakan penarikan kesimpulan secara deduktif.

Abstract

Passing is an important basic technique in the game of futsal, the purpose of this technique is to feed or divide the ball to teammates, when passing someone must pay attention to the position of the friend who will be baited and the opponent who is guarding it so that the ball can arrive and not be seized by opponent, usually passing is done at close range to build an attack. This research method is a pre experimental design, with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design with a population of extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 2 Ciasem, and the sample taken is 20 people, analysis of research data to see the effect of using simple linear regression. The results of this study obtained the lowest pretest score was 10 and the highest was 80 with an average of 35.0, while the lowest posttest score was 40 and the highest was 100 with an average of 73.0 Based on the results of research and discussion that has been described, it can be concluded that the level of futsal passing skills of extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 2 Ciasem by using the tactical approach of static passing increased by 38%..

Abstract

The Sumbawa University of Technology uses an academic information system (SIAKAD) to improve the quality of academic administration services.  Based on the observations, there is a limited source of the information on the evaluation of SIAKAD at the University. Therefore, it is necessary to assess the SIAKAD performance as it can be used for further decision making and the development in leading the academic services. To achieve the research objectives, a success analysis was carried out using the DeLone and McLean success model and the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the Lisrel 8.8 program approach. The population in this study are 105 people which consisted of SIAKAD users at the Sumbawa University of Technology including lecturers, students, and staff.The results showed that the level of use of SIAKAD was 78%, the level of satisfaction with using SIAKAD was 91%, while the net benefit level of SIAKAD at the University of Technology Sumbawa was 54%.The Sumbawa University of Technology uses an academic information system (SIAKAD) to improve the quality of academic administration services.  Based on the observations, there is a limited source of the information on the evaluation of SIAKAD at the University. Abstract

Pada penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Dampak Budaya Kerja Pegawai Untuk Peningkatan Citra Organisasi  Pada Dinas Kependudukan Dan Catatan Sipil  Kota Padang. Metode yang digunakan di penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pemilihan informan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Tempat Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Padang. Selanjutnya keabsahan data diuji dengan teknik triangulasi sumber. Berdasarkan hasil temuan peneliti budaya kerja pegawai masih berdampak negatif untuk peningkatan citra organisasi pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Padang. Beberapa unsur budaya kerja seperti, 1)kesadaran akan waktu, masih adanya pegawai yang belum tepat waktu dalam menyelesaikan tugasnya, 2)komunikasi, masih buruknya komunikasi yang dilakukan pegawai saat memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat , 3)penghargaan dan pengakuan, belum adanya penghargaan yang ditunjukkan untuk pegawai yang berprestasi,  4)nilai dan kepercayaan, pegawai belum memahami nilai nilai budaya kerja dengan baik, dalam hal ini pegawai belum menerapkan unsur tersebut dengan maksimal dan berdampak negatif untuk peningkatan citra organisasi di Dinas Kependudukan dan CatatanSipil Kota Padang.

Abstract

The European Framework for Educators' Digital Competence (DigCompEdu) is a scientifically solid framework that defines what it means to be digitally competent as an educator. DigCompEdu organizes 22 competencies into six areas. The emphasis is not on technical abilities. The framework aims to show how teachers may utilize digital technologies to improve and reinvent education and training. The preservice teaching experience is intended to create a controlled learning environment in which the future teacher may put the ideas and practices gained. Based on the 6 level of students of pre service teacher that have analyzed, the researcher identified 102 students of English education in the data. In the overall calculation, there are 33 universities which are 14 private and 19 public university.  Then, 86 females and 16 males, the majority of the respondents in this study were female English education students. The majority of respondents (approximately 48 percent) have level B2, indicating that They fluently, creatively, and critically apply a variety of digital technologies to boost your professional operations. They actively choose digital technology for certain scenarios and attempt to comprehend the advantages and disadvantages of various digital tactics. They are inquisitive and open to new ideas, aware that there are many things they have yet to try. They employ experimentation to extend, structure, and consolidate your arsenal of techniques as a pre-service teacher.

Abstract

The activity of buying and selling land followed by the transfer of ownership assets to land is commonly carried out as a fulfillment of investment needs in the community. As with the existence of land which is an object of investment, land can be used to bring financial benefits through sales, rentals, or as collateral for debts and receivables. Land as collateral for debts and receivables held through a mortgage agreement gives birth to rights and obligations that must be fulfilled between the owner of the house as the debtor and the holder of the mortgage as the creditor. Even though it has been bound by a mortgage agreement, the existence of land that is still in the control of the debtor is often detrimental to the creditor, as is the case when the land is sold without the knowledge of the creditor. Legal research with this normative juridical research method will examine the validity of the sale and purchase agreement of the mortgage object by the debtor without being known by the creditor. Meanwhile, through this research, it will also examine the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the parties in a debt and credit agreement with a mortgage guarantee mechanism.

Abstract

For an Institution/Agency, archiving is not new. The entry and exit of documents and other documents in an agency / institution certainly requires filing. The storage carried out at the Directorate of Finance, Sumbawa University of Technology has not been effective enough for the current filing, because the filings carried out are still some done manually so that it is easy to lose archives before filing. The purpose of this study is to design a Web-based records management information system to help the filing process at the Directorate of Finance, Sumbawa University of Technology run more effectively and efficiently. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection methods used in the form of observation, interviews, documentation and literature studies. While the method used for software development or system design uses the waterfall method, where this waterfall method is a type of application development model and is included in the classic life cycle. (classical life cycle), in which this cycle emphasizes on sequential and systematic phases. The results of this study are based on a Web-based archive management information system, and data storage is more effective, the archive process is more efficient and makes it easier to search for the desired documents.

Abstract

The development of digital technology is currently changing the habits that exist in society. The social changes that occur are caused by rapid technological advances and cannot be avoided by the community. Technological advances that occur in various aspects require people to change their behavior patterns, including social interaction. It is realized that changes in interactions that occur in society change in various aspects such as entertainment, information, education, to the economy where these are interrelated. Based on this, the impact of digital technology is very large, not only changing social interactions, the economy, even government policies can be changed to adapt to current technological developments. Digital communication is used as a public medium to criticize the existing rulers. Digital communication is no longer just a forum for community interaction, providing digital communication with a broader perspective. Abstract

Tujuan Pemerintah menganggarkan Dana Alokasi Khusus adalah untuk membentuk kemandirian terhadap daerah-daerah dalam mengalokasi anggaran. Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) merupakan dana yang bersumber dari pendapatan Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Negara (APBN) yang dialokasikan kepada daerah tertentu dengan tujuan untuk membantu mendanai kegiatan khusus yang merupakan urusan daerah dan sesuai dengan prioritas nasional. Penerapan dana alokasi khusus (DAK) realisasi dari amanat Undang-undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2004 Tentang Pemerintahan Daerah yang mana difokuskan dalam beberapa sektor yang berintegrasi kepada sektor formal daerah tersebut. Pada kenyataannya penempatan Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) tidak selalu berfokus pada sektor formal dan pengaplikasi di daerah tumpang tindih dengan sektor formal sehingga membutuhkan memfokuskan kembali penempatan Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK)

Abstract

Bahan Bakar Minyak sudah menjadi kebutuhan pokok daripada masyarakat Indonesia, PT. Pertamina (Persero) dipercayai Pemerintah dalam penyaluran Bahan Bakar Minyak tersebut mencari pengusaha swasta yang dapat dijadikan mitra Pertamina dalam kegiatan penyaluran dan pemasaran Bahan Bakar Minyak melalui Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Minyak Untuk Umum. Hal itu dituangkan melalui Perjanjian Kerjasama Pengusahaan SPBU antara PT. Pertamina (Persero) dengan PT. Kembar Kencana Putera yang merupakan perjanjian kemitraan dengan bentuk baku. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis mengenai penerapan asas keseimbangan dalam perjaanjiaan pengusahaan SPBU serta bentuk perlindungan hukum yang didapatkan oleh PT. Kembar Kencana Putera selaku mitra Pertamina ketika ia gagal dalam memenuhi prestasinya. Pada penerapannya belum semua isi dari perjanjian mencerminkan adanya asas keseimbangan begitu juga dalam praktiknya. Perjaanjian kerjasama pengusahaan SPBU pun memuat hak dan kewajiban yang tidak sebanding antar para pihak, sehingga diperlukan asas itikad baik dalam menjalankan kegiatan usaha tersebut.
