Abstract

The aims in this study is knowing the effect of the Effect and Cost of Goods Sold on Gross Profit at PT. Agra Pura Bahari Megapolitan Sukabumi. The population of this study is the financial statements of PT. Agra Pura Bahari Megapolitan. In this study, researchers used saturated sampling. Saturated sampling is a determination technique when all populations are used as samples. The independent variables are the raw material cost budget and employee performance. The data collection used is secondary data, namely sources that do not directly provide data to data collectors, for example through other people or through documents. The data collected were analyzed using multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing partial test (t) and simultaneous test (F). Based on the results of the study, it is known that the Significance value (Sig) of the Income variable (X1) is 0.007. Because the value of Sig. 0.007 < probability 0.05, it can be concluded that H1 or the first hypothesis is rejected. This means that there is an effect of Income (X1) on Gross Profit (Y). Based on the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that the independent variables, namely Income, and COGS, simultaneously or simultaneously have a significant effect on Gross Profit. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it is known that the value of Kd = 99.9%, it can be concluded that the effect of Income and COGS on Gross Profit is included in the very strong criteria.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee work discipline (case study of CV Pelita Offset Jombang). The population in this study were all employees of CV Pelita Offset Jombang with a total of 53 people. The sampling technique used was the saturated sample method. The questionnaire method used for data collection in this study. This study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) as a data analysis technique. The results show that work discipline is positively influenced by work motivation and work environment as seen from hypothesis testing where work motivation has a t-statistic of 2.879, the work environment has a t-statistic of 10,823. This shows that work motivation and a good work environment will increase the work discipline of CV Pelita Offset Jombang employees

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kepemimpinan Kepala Dinas Bina Marga, Cipta  Karya dan Tata Ruang Provinsi Sumatera barat dalam penegakan disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini karena ditemukan beberapa permasalahan kedisiplinan pegawai seperti pegawai tidak mengindahkan peraturan disiplin yang berlaku di Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Barat, sering tidak masuk kantor tanpa alasan dan juga tinggi nya angka kemangkiran dari pegawai negeri sipil. Penelitian ini diolah menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, untuk teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan ditemukan bahwasanya peran kepemimpinan Kepala Dinas dalam penegakan disiplin pegawainya sudah berjalan dengan baik, hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan kepribadian kepribadian Kepala Dinas yang dijadikan panutan oleh pegawai dan tidak saja menjadikan pegawai sebagai bawahan tetapi juga sebagai rekan kerja. Namun dalam penegakan disiplin pegawai ditemukan berbagai kendala yaitu adanya saling tenggang rasa antara pemimpin dengan pegawai dalam menindak kasus disiplin lingkup kecil, selanjutnya absensi kehadiran pegawai tidak menambah tunjangan pegawai dan juga dalam penginputan absensi kehadiran pegawai masih menggunakan manual. sehingga dalam aturan yang berlaku di Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Barat yaitu Peraturan Gubernur No. 55 Tahun 2012 dapat berjalan dengan semestinya.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the governance and partnership patterns of SMK "DP" with the Business / Industrial World (DU / DI). This partnership is an implementation of Vocational School Revitalization in an effort to increase the competence of graduates and work placements. Based on the theory of sociology, the partnership between SMK and the world of industry / business (DU / DI) can be analyzed using social capital theory according to Coleman. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The data collection technique is done by observation, in-depth interview (indept interview), and document study. The results of this study indicate that SMK “DP” Jakarta has implemented partnership governance in cooperating with the Business World / Industrial World (DU / DI). This partnership is carried out in collaboration or through the MOU in terms of curriculum validation and synchronization, Field Work Practices (PKL), placement of graduates, vocational competency tests (UKK), job training for productive teachers, the first party Professional Certification Institute (LSP) _P1, and opening industrial vocational class. For SMK, the collaboration carried out is not only to improve the quality of graduates who are ready to work but also as a promotion and selling point of SMK to prospective new students. For the Business World / Industrial World (DU / DI), this partnership is a social contribution and responsibility towards improving the quality of SMK and fulfilling the workforce in accordance with industry needs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the coordination of stakeholders in the supervision of tourist boats in Pariaman City. The background of this research starts from the fact that there are still many deviations that occur that are not in accordance with those contained in the Standard Operating Procedures for Tourist Boats applicable in Pariaman City, as evidenced by the occurrence of tourist boat accidents in Pariaman City which caused the ship to sink and claimed lives. Coordination needs to be done because it involves various parties. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. For the selection of informants, the method was carried out by purposive sampling and followed by snowball sampling technique. In collecting data using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis is done by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Then the validity of this data was tested by triangulation. This study uses coordination theory referring to the opinion of Malayu Hasibuan quoted from the Rahmeina Journal, there are four indicators of coordination, namely cooperation, communication, division of labor and discipline. The results of this study indicate that the coordination of stakeholders in the supervision of tourist boats in Pariaman City has been carried out but has not gone well. This is because of the four coordination indicators, two of which have not been implemented properly, namely communication and discipline indicators. Internal obstacles were also encountered, namely coordination evaluation meetings that were rarely carried out and external obstacles, namely the lack of awareness of the ship's crew to comply with regulations

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi, Disiplin kerja dan pengawasan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada perusahaan genteng UD. Karya Mandiri Desa Sikur. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis korelasi dan analisis linier berganda. Dari hasil analisis diketahui nilai variabel Motivasi (X1) memiliki nilai  t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 3.361 > 1.701 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Motivasi (X1) berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Produktivitas Kerja (Y). Dari hasil analisis diketahui nilai diketahui variabel Disiplin Kerja (X2) memiliki nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 3.121 > 1.701 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja (X2) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Produktivitas Kerja (Y).  Dari hasil analisis diketahui nilai diketahui variabel Pengawasan (X3) memiliki nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 2.762 > 1.701 dengan nilai signifikan 0,001 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pengawasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja (Y). Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa f hitung memiliki nilai lebih besar dari f tabel yaitu 3.704 > 2.95. Maka dapat di nyatakan bahwa variabel Motivasi (X1), Disiplin Kerja (X2) dan Pengawasan (X3) berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan sumber daya pendidik dan bagaimana mutu lulusan di SDIT Ibnu Husein Karang Mukti. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatfi, dengan data primer analisis data menggunakan trianggulasi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa SDIT Ibnu Husein Karang Mukti telah melaksanakan pengembangan sumber daya pendidik agama Islam untuk peningkatan mutu lulusan dengan langkah-langkah pertama analisis kebutuhan dengan melihat latar belakang ijazah dan keahlianya pendidikan agama Islam. Kedua melaksanakan perencanaan pengembangan  sumber daya pendidik agama Islam dengan secara secara bertahap dan berkala. Ketiga melaksanakan kegiatan pengembangan secara komprehenship mencakup semua aspek. Keempat Melakukan evaluasi pelaksanaan pengembangan sumber daya pendidik agama Islam dilakukan secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Kelima membuat terget pencapaian pengembangan sumber daya pendidik agama Islam. Mutu lulusan SDIT Ibnu Husein Karang Mukti meningkat dengan baik dari tahun ke tahun dengan dilaksanakannya pengembangan sumber daya pendidik Agama Islam.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction CV. Exactly Trans Sidoarjo Variable measurement scale has been carried out using an ordinal scale. The population in this study were customers of CV. Exactly Trans Sidoarjo for the period January - December 2020. The sampling method uses a random sampling method with a sample that has been determined by the researcher, with a total of 77 respondents. The model used in this research is SEM-PLS. Based on the test, it can be taken as follows: Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and Brand Image has a non-significant effect on customers.

Abstract

The, purpose, of this, research, is the efforts of the industry and trade cooperative service (Koperindag) of Solok Regency in the economic recovery of microl, small, and, medium, enterprises, (MSMEs), affected, by the, covid-19, pandemic in order to create MSMEs that are able to survive and become economic drivers, especially after, the, economic, crisis. Therefore, the support of all parties related to government policies is needed. This, research, is a descriptive, analysis, using, a qualitative, approach, that uses primary, data and, secondary, data. The, informants, in this study, were determined, by the, purposive sampling, method, where, the selection, of informants, was based on certain characteristics. Data, collection, techniques, in the, form of field research by interviewing, observing and studying documentation with valid and accurate sources. The, technique tests the validity, of the, data by, triangulation, of methods and source triangulation. While this data analysis technique uses analysis through, the stages, of data deception, data analysis, data reduction and, drawing, conclusions. The results, of this, study, indicate that: First, the efforts made consist of indicators, namely; (1) Creating job opportunities; (2) Reduce unemployment; (3) Reduce poverty; and (4) provide products. Second, internal factors that are owned consist of indicators, namely; (1) Lack of business capital; (2) Limited human resources; (3) Weak network and market penetration capabilities. Third, the external factors that are owned consist of indicators, namely; (1) The business climate is not yet fully condusive, (2) Limited facilities and infrastructure; (3) The impact of regional autonomy; (4) The impact of free markets; (5) Limited market access; (6) Financial limitations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of integrity and work motivation on the productivity of Padang City Transportation Department employees. This research was conducted because of the finding of problems related to the lack of employee awareness of the importance of increasing integrity and motivation to increase work productivity. The type of research in this study is quantitative using statistical analysis. The population of this study were 179 employees at the Padang City Transportation Service, while the sample in this study was 169 respondents. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression test. The results of the study indicate that integrity and work motivation have an influence on the work productivity of employees at the Padang City Transportation Service
