Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implikasi Pembangunan Lokasi Wisata Bukik Cinangkiak Bagi Pembangunan Berkelanjutan Di Kabupaten Solok (Studi Keberlanjutan Aspek Lingkungan Pada Pembangunan Pariwisata). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam menentukan informan dengan menggunakan metode dan teknik purposive sampling. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan peneliti adalah reduksi data, kemudian penyajian data dan verifikasi serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa objek wisata bukik cinangkiak sedang gencar dalam melakukan pembangunan pariwisata. Pembangunan objek wisata bukik cinangkiak masih terus dilakukan dengan upaya pembangunan sarana prasarana dan pengembangan objek wisata bukik cinangkiak yang dulunya merupakan warga nya petani setelah masuknya industi pariwisata sekarang menjadi desa wisata. Pembangunan pariwisata yang dilakukan berdampak pada aspek ekonomi dan lingkungan bagi masyarakat. Dampak tersebut berupa dampak positif Terbukanya lapangan kerja baru,berkurangnya tingkat pengangguran,meningkatkan pendapatan dan masyarakat,membantu menanggung beban pembangunan sarana dan prasarana setempat

Asically, poor people are people who are weak in the ability to fulfill their basic needs such as clothing, food and shelter and also do not have the ability to do business because everything they have is so limited that they are unable to participate in a decent social life. One of the special programs issued by the government is the Family Hope Program as an effort to build a social protection system for the poor in order to maintain and improve the social welfare of the poor as well as an effort to break the chain of poverty. In this study, researchers used a descriptive method with a qualitative research approach. The data collection technique is done by literature study, observation, interview, documentation and triangulation. Data is determined from sources based on nonprobability sampling techniques. The informants in this study were 6 informants consisting of Social Service employees as key informants. PKH Coordinator and PKH Facilitator as secondary informants. And the community, especially the community members of the Family Hope Program as informants. This research uses Edy Sutrisno's theory of effectiveness which consists of understanding the program, being on target, on time, achieving goals and real change. The results of this study indicate that the Harapan Family Program has not been running effectively where there are still obstacles in the implementation process.

Bank Bukopin is one of the banks that makes service a top priority in building its image in the community. As a private bank that is still growing, Bank Bukopin has been able to survive in the face of competition in the banking world to date. In addition, judging from the number of customers or the growth of Third Party Funds, Bank Bukopin is still below other large banks, thus making Bukopin still have to consistently and continuously improve services that are different from other banks to build customer loyalty and increase the growth of third party funds. The increasingly fierce competition in the business world at this time, makes business actors, whether individuals or partnerships, or in the form of companies, must have factors that can be used by companies as weapons in their efforts to win the competition with their competitors in the business world. has tried to compete and provide the best for consumers, it may not necessarily guarantee the success of efforts to achieve company goals, because each consumer has different tastes and desires, so each company has a different service strategy. Likewise in the world of banking, service strategy is one of the important factors in increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty and improving the image of the company itself because banks as financial service providers are very dependent on customers or customers who use their services.

This research was compiled by Miuhammad Rizky Muharam, a student of the Communication Studies Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Singaperbangsa University Karawang with the title "Representation of Social Media Moorings for Instagram Account @JRXSID 'IDI KACUNG WHO' (Critical Discourse Analysis Norman Fairclough)". The researcher uses Norman Fairclough's Critical Discourse Analysis which sees language as a tool of power practice. Fairclough argues how text can be related from a micro to a macro perspective. By using three basic elements that become the material for analysis, the researcher sees the object of research in which the researcher analyzes the mooring of the Instagram account @jrxsid regarding "IDI Kacung WHO" which became a public conversation so that it became a controversial post. So that in the study the results were found in the form of the post representing a social criticism where the @jrxsid account owner posted a post with inappropriate language and also varied opinions ranging from comments from the post and also the results of interviews from informants, and social factors also have The impact is to support the opinion of the mooring @jrxsid regarding the " IDI Kacung WHO ".

Faktor pendukung dan penghambat ini dalam mengetahui Kinerja Aparatur Perempuan di Kantor Kecamatan Bontomarannu Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penentuan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan yaitu triangulasi sumber.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja aparatur perempuan di Kantor Kecamatan Bontomarannu Kabupaten Gowa dilihat dari indikator produktvitas dinilai sudah baik atau telah efektif, secara kualitas pelayanan dinilai memiliki akuntabilitas sudah baik. Secara responsitivitas kinerja apaaratur perempuan sangat aktif kinerjanya. Secara responsibilitas kemampuan kinerjanya belum dapat dikatakan sama, baik dari aparatur perempuan maupun laki-laki. Secara akuntabilitas membuktikan bahwa masyarakat mendapat perlindungan dan pemenuhan untuk mendapatkan pelayanan yang berkualitas termasuk dalam hal mengenai jangka waktu penyelesaian pelayanan. Faktor pendukung yaitu berupa semangat yang diberikan pegawai satu sama lain, dan penanaman kesadaran melayani masyarakat dengan ikhlas dan sesuai dengan hati nurani sedangkan faktor penghambat kinerja aparatur perempuan dari segi lingkungan kalah dalam menyampaikan pendapat akibat kurangnya kouta aparatur perempuan dan dipresepsikan tidak bisa memimpin masyarakat karena dipengaruhi beberapa paradigma masyarakat sekitar. Sedangkan dari segi keluarga memiliki integritas yang tinggi terhadap fungsi psikis dan fisiknya seorang aparatur perempuan. Serta dari segi sumber daya manusia yang masih minim penegtahuan dalam mengunakan komputer.

The standard clause seems to make the legal principles in the contract law seem neglected, this can be seen from the absence of negotiation in the standard clause, the bargaining position of one party so that the position of the parties is unbalanced, and the consumer is in a weak position. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of standard clauses in the perspective of trade agreements. This research method uses a normative juridical approach with secondary data collection obtained through literature and legislation relating to standard clauses and trade agreements. The data obtained from this study were then analyzed qualitatively, namely to answer the description of how standard clauses are viewed from the perspective of trade agreements. The results showed that standard clauses are allowed to be used but with limitations which do not harm other parties. In addition, Law No. 8/1999 concerning Consumer Protection also does not prohibit business actors from entering into agreements containing standard clauses for each document and/or agreement on business transactions for trading goods and/or services, as long as business actors do not make documents or agreements as set forth in Article 18 paragraph (1) and (2).

Fostering awareness of state defense or what is commonly called PKBN is the government's effort to create deterrence to strengthen the defense of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia in the face of all opportunities and threats from within and outside the country. The East Java 'Veteran' National Development University implemented PKBN through extracurricular activities through the Student Activity Unit (UKM) so that a policy of fostering state defense awareness was formed for bidikmisi students at the East Java 'Veteran' National Development University. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of state defense awareness policies in bidikmisi students at the 'Veteran' National Development University in East Java. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with research focus based on Edward III's policy implementation model, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The results showed that the implementation of the policy of fostering awareness of state defense in Bidikmisi students at the National Veterans Development University of East Java could not be carried out optimally.

Jamur tiram adalah jenis jamur kayu yang memiliki kandungan nutrisi lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan jenis jamur kayu lainnya, Permintaan pasar akan jamur tiram terus meningkat. Meningkatnya permintaan jamur ini menyebabkan dilakukannya pembudidayaan jamur tiram dengan menggunakan media serbuk gergaji. Timbul masalah apabila dimasa yang akan dating permintaan kayu semakin meningkat menyebabkan harga kayu meningkat, meningkat harga kayu menyebabkan meningkat pula harga limbah serbuk kayu maka penelitian guna mencari bahan substitusi dengan tongkol jagung. Penelitian ini bertujuan Apakah ada pengaruh penggunaan tongkol jagung terhadap pertumbuhan misellium jamur tiram (Pleurotus ostreatus). Jenis penelitian adalah ekperimen murni. Menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL), Penelitian ini menggunakan 5 perlakuan dengan 4 kali ulangan yaitu PO serbuk kayu 80%, + tongkol jagung 0% + dedak 15%,+ kapur 5%, P1 serbuk kayu 0%, + Tongkol jagung 80% , P2 serbuk kayu 40% + tongkol jagung 40 %, P3 serbuk kayu 20% + tongkol jagung 60 %, P4 serbuk kayu 60%+ tongkol jagung 20 %. Hasil pengamatan dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA (Analisis Of Varians). Hasil analisis menggunaan tongkol jagung tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan miselium yang dimana dapat dilihat rata rata panjang miselium paling tinggi terdapat pada P4 dengan rata- rata 6.69 dan perlakuan paling rendah pada perlakuan P1 dengan rata rata 5.34.. Berdasarkan hasil validasi dari ketiga validator terhadap brosur yang disusun dinyatakan layak untuk di sebarluaskan.

The speaker on Cokro TV's Youtube video, Ade Armando, expressed his opinion about the discourse of non-mahram which has invited controversy. The discourse of non-muhrim has sparked debate because it is associated with social problems that occur in society, namely choosing a doctor who is adjusted to the gender of the patient. This research emphasizes more on the ideology that the speaker wants to convey and the strategies used by the speaker to express his ideology. The critical analysis model used in this research is Van Leeuwen's critical analysis model. This research model is used to determine the social actors supported and marginalized by the speaker. This research uses a qualitative research approach with content analysis method. The results showed that the speakers used exclusion and inclusion strategies. The exclusion strategy used by the speaker leads to a passive discourse strategy, while the inclusion strategy used by the speaker leads to an identification discourse strategy.

Website merupakan tempat publikasi yang efektif dalam pengembangan teknologi informasi. Situs web sebagai media informasi dalam menyampaikan berbagai informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Ketersediaan situs web INHILNANMOLEK sebagai media informasi bagi pengunjung dalam mengakses informasi tentang destinasi wisata. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas website INHILNANMOLEK serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat pemanfaatan website INHILNANMOLEK. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Pemilihan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa efektivitas website INHILNANMOLEK sebagai media informasi destinasi wisata oleh Dinas Pariwisata, Pemuda dan Olahraga, dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir belum efektif dalam penyediaan informasi web, belum optimal mengenalkan web kepada masyarakat, tidak ada peraturan daerah terkait web, terbatas sarana dan prasarana serta PPID belum terbentuk. Faktor pendukung yaitu memiliki logo INHILNANMOLEK dan tersinkronisasi aplikasi pada playstore. Serta faktor penghambat yaitu sumber daya manusia, sarana dan prasarana, dan pandemic covid-19.
