Abstract

Isolation and Characterization of Solar and Gasoline Indigent Bacteria from the Waters of Teluk Bandar Lampung Pier. Lampung Province is a province surrounded by sea waters. Sea water plays an important role in people's lives, where the sea becomes an important commodity for the production of marine biota that can be consumed by the community, because of the high demand for sea transportation. The expenditure is to remove oil which is dumped into the marine environment, especially in the place where the ship's anchorage is anchored. The methodology in this research is used Poured plate and SPC (Standard Plate Count). Conclusions obtained from the Bacteria coding S2 study have potential bioremediation with the highest S2 cell count of 120 x 105 cells / ml at solar concentrations 3. Bacteria coding S4 has the potential for remediation with a cell number of 130 x 105 cells / ml at 2% gasoline concentration. Petroleum breakers bacteria come from the types of Nitrococcus, Enterobacter, and Achromobacter

The company's operational activities are very possible to be conducted, therefore the company can offer more competitive prices compared to the imported products that have already entered the market. This Type One Waste activity must be eliminated, or at least reduced. Type One Waste is often referred to as Incidental Activity or Incidental Work, which is a non-value adding work or activity. The next type of waste is Type Two Waste, which is an activity that does not create added value and can be eliminated immediately. For example, produce product defects or make mistakes (errors). Type Two Waste is often referred to only as 'waste', because it is wasteful and must be identified and eliminated at once. The relationship between Sigma and DPMO of PT. Abstract

Nurse performance is very important in the process of patient service at the hospital. The poor performance of nurses will enable consumers to choose other hospitals that have a negative impact on the hospital's image. Therefore, competent nurses are needed to be able to provide excellent service to patients. Thus, to create competent nurses, a hospital should be improving competence by facilitating nurses by providing periodic training that is beneficial for nurses so that their work becomes effective and efficient. The purpose of this study aimed to prove the influence of training and competence on the performance of nurses in the hospitalized unit of Hermina Daan Mogot Hospital with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. In this research we use quantitative methods during survey at Daan Mogot Hospital. In this research the data taken from questionnaires on all nurses in the hospitalized units at Hermina Daan Mogot Hospital. The total population sampling in this study reached 76 nurses in the hospitalized unit in entire population. This study is using a simple regression test and t test where the results of the study indicate that training and competence have affect in the performance of nurses. However, training and competence do not affect organizational commitment, nor does organizational commitment affect nurses' performance. Thus, the research findings show that nurse performance is directly affected by training and competence without being influenced by organizational commitment while in different research models the organizational commitment can be a moderating variable between training and nurse performance.
