Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of organization innovation on job satisfaction also the influence effect of organization innovation and job satisfaction on job performance with the influence of employee engagement on job performance at PT. UTAC Manufacturing Services Indonesia. In this study, we use the employees’ population at PT. UTAC Manufacturing Services Indonesia. Here, the criteria of employee’s job such as operator, staff, and supervisor level. The sample data of observation was reached 300 employees who were considered to have represented as a population studied by using quantitative data methods (sampling technique). The results show the Organization Innovation had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. This result is implying that the better Organization Innovation carried out by PT. UTAC Manufacturing Services Indonesia, the better the Job Satisfaction. Furthermore, the Organization Innovation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement. This means that the better Organization Innovation, the more increase employee engagement. Also, Employee Engagement also has positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, as well as a positive and significant influence of Job Satisfaction on Job Performance. This means that the better the Employee Engagement, the higher Job Satisfaction and the higher Employee Job Performance of PT. UTAC Manufacturing Services Indonesia, the Job Performance will increase.

Abstract

The purpose of this study aimed to use paradigms to introduce “employee well-being” as a focal construct in the process by which internal service quality (ISQ) drives employee satisfaction, commitment and turnover intention. In this study, we use SEM analysis (Structural Equation Model) over 125 correspondents with filled a questionnaire. The scale carried out in this study uses a Likert scale consisting of a scale of one to five. The results of the study were ISQ has a positive effect on employee satisfaction & employee well-being in airlines company. This study is uses data from a single company in Tangerang, Indonesia and focuses on a few key constructs, which is restrict the generalizability of its findings. Moreover, no significant differences were found among the workers units.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyse the transformation leadership style on employee performance case study motivation mediation over Kansai Prakarsa Coatings company. In this study, we used descriptive method to analyse the transformation over all division staffs working in the Kansai Prakarsa Coatings company with sampling technique using non probability sampling over 205 data observations. The Structural Equation Model (SEM) with LISREL are proposed in this study to obtain non probability sampling. The result shows transformation leadership style gives positive impact and significant influence to employee performance. The Motivation work also significant increased to employee performance over this company. The dimension of transformation leadership needs more attention to execute leadership orders and discipline work. The motivation needs to improve attention from the leadership to employees feel satisfied and have a good performance. This method is recommended to train staff at the leadership level to design transformation leadership models and increase employee motivation in near future.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of brand communication on brand image, brand communication, and brand trust over loyalty brand building at PT. Sanko Material Indonesia. In this study, we use quesionaries to assess loyality brand building to all distributors and other business companies near 250 companies. Here, we take 160 respondents who were considered to have adequately represented a population studied brand loyality. The sampling technique in this study, we use Convenience Sampling method which is a sampling method based on the convenience factor where the respondents discuss and meet at survey location. We use analytical model e.g. Structural Equation Modelling with the AMOS 21 Program to obtain the result. The results shows, a Brand communication had a positive and significant effect on brand image. The implication of loyality brand building is a better than brand communication carried out by PT. Sanko Material Indonesia. Brand communication have a positive and significant effect on brand trust. It means that the better brand communication is increased consumer confidence. Brand image also has positive and significant effect on brand trust as well as a positive and significant influence of brand trust on brand loyalty. This means that the better brand image with higher brand trust and the higher consumer confidence in products of PT. Sanko Material Indonesia.

Abstract

Hospitals must be able to maintain their competitive advantage for long-term success. It takes the performance of nurses to improve a good nursing care services in achieve organizational goals and success. The several factors are affected on nurse performance during providing nursing care namely training, nurse competence improvement, and reward. Thus, this study aimed to analyse the effect of education and training and competence improvement over nurse performance and reward as an intervening variable at Bunda Margonda Hospital, Depok. The research design is use cross sectional technique to obtain the observation data. Here, in this study the population consisted of all nurses at Bunda Margonda Hospital, Depok round 94 respondents. The sampling data was used to obtain saturated sample that took all the study population as a sample. The approach method is applied as a survey method to providing a questionnaire. The measurement method was carried out using a Likert scale while the collected data was processed in descriptive and quantitative analysis. Data analysis testing was performed using Path Analysis AMOS program. Furthermore, the results found that a implementation of education and training had a positive and significant effect on nurse performance (p = 0.047), competence had a positive and significant effect on nurse performance (p = 0.050), reward had a positive and significant effect on nurse performance (p = *** ), education and training had a significant positive effect on rewards received by nurses (p = ***), and competence had a significant positive effect on rewards received by nurses (p = 0.036). The findings of this study indicated that education and training, competence improvement, both had an effect on the nurse’s performance at Bunda Margonda Hospital, Depok with reward as the intervening variable.

Abstract

Produced water is the largest liquid waste generated from the production of oil and gas. The direct discharge of produced water into the environment can be harmful to human’s life and environmental. Thus, it needs to be managed, one of which is through the technology of well injection. Well injection technology is a technology where the produced water generated in the process of production of oil and gas will be returned to the earth by means of injecting it to injection wells. The purpose in this study was to identify the amount of produced water injected back into the injection wells and identify the constraints of the application of well injection technology in the company. The primary and secondary data were collected through field observations, laboratory analysis, and interviews. Descriptive analysis was conducted to know the constraints and benefits of applying this technology. The results showed that the re-injection technology was able to inject produced water of 37158 barrels per day. However, this technology led the wells to be increasingly saturated and leakage to produced water re-injection pipes

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of perception of justice, recovery disconfirmation, recovery satisfaction in positive word of mouth behaviour after failure delivery over fast food restaurants service. Fast food restaurant customers were chosen as the object of the current study, the products by fast food restaurant have specialties taste. The products by this restaurant have won customers’ trust which is known as a high-quality brand. In this study, the analytical model by using Structural Equation Modelling and SPSS 25 Program was proposed to process the data. The results show failure service fast food restaurant on perception effect of customer justice on PWOM through mediators such as recovery disconfirmation, inconsistency between expectations for recovery satisfaction and positive word of mouth. Post-recovery satisfaction by forming a bond between the customer and the service provider. The addressing service failures successfully is essential to a reputation for delivering a quality service and allows industry practitioners to maintain strong relationships with customers and, subsequently, earn the greater market share enjoyed by high-quality organizations with reliability test 0.971. Here, the findings suggest that quality professional service should aim to maximize the influence of fast-food restaurant customers’ perception of justice on their post-complaint behaviour through the development of dual mediators: recovery disconfirmation and recovery satisfaction. Thus, can help quality professionals influence restaurant customers’ post-complaint behaviour in a positive way.

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction needs to be considered by company management due to affected by company's turnover. Consumer satisfaction appeased to buy a product because value factors that encourages this desire. This is evident from a several studies has been successful to show a significant influence of interpersonal trust on customer satisfaction which is also influenced by product quality and brand image. Previous Thus, in this study aims to analyze the effect of interpersonal trust on consumer satisfaction which is moderated by product quality and brand image. Here, we use ANOVA univariate analysis and using 120 respondents as in 2018. The result shows a interpersonal trust will increase customer satisfaction with a high interpersonal that a moderated by high product quality will increase by customer satisfaction, high interpersonal trust, and high brand image will increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine claim process on Indonesian health insurance (BPJS Kesehatan) related to administration for medical doctors related knowledge, medical resumes, and doctors' compliance in filling out medical resumes. The research approach with a quantitative method using path analysis design. The primary data collection method was obtained through observation with 100 medical record documents, sample counting using the Slovin formula with secondary data by in-depth interviews over five informants, doctor in charge of the patient, medical record officer, BPJS officer and two management people. The results showed knowledge had a significant effect on the compliance behaviour of doctors in filling the Medical Resume, compliance behaviour showed a significant effect on the BPJS claim process, and knowledge showed a significant effect on the BPJS claim process. Thus, the research findings related to the BPJS claim process occurred due to incomplete medical records especially data support, identity data with doctor's diagnosis and incorrect code entry. The implication of the research results for hospital management is necessary to increase the supervision of filling the Medical Resume in collaboration with the medical committee team. Problems found in filling out the Medical Resume are discussed and resolved together by involving all stakeholders.
