Abstract

MSCT stonogram plays an important role in establishing diagnosis in urolithiasis. The examination technique is carried out without the use of contrast agents as required in other modalities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of window level on MSCT stonography on ureteral images. The research was conducted at RSUP.DR.Hasan Sadikin Bandung. This is an analytic observational research with a cross-sectional study design. Tools used in this research are MSCT Hitachi scenaria 128 slices, multi planar reformat (MPR) and curve planar reformat (CPR) image reconstruction using Terarecon with iNtuition client software ver 4.4.12.100. Data were taken from 14 random samples of patients with urolithiasis cases who had undergone MSCT stonography examination. The data were assessed by three Consultant Radiologists and then analysed by a statistical test of IBM SPSS statistics ver. 25.0 in 2019. Results showed that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. They explain that the change in the window level on the MSCT stonogram examination with urolithiasis cases affects the resulted ureteral images with p value of 0.041 (p < 0.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of window width 350 and Window level 60 can visualize very clear pictures of the ureter after CPR reconstruction.

Abstract

Repeat analysis is a systematic process on rejected catalog images and determines the type of repetition so as to minimize errors or repetitions that occur. Based on field observations from august to October 2020, the results were obtained with a percentage of 2.96%. therefore, it is necessary to have a repeat analysis program to determine the magnitude of the repetition rate and the factors causing the repetition to occur clearly. The type of research used is quantitative, carried out at the Radiology Unit of the Mohammad Natsir Solok Regional Hospital from January to march 2021. The data are grouped based on the repetition factor and calculated then processed using a formula that will be compared with the tolerance limit that has been set. The results of the study stated that the repetition of radiographs in January was 2.16% February was 2.81% and march 3.59%. then averaged to get a 2.80% result, while based on Permenkers No. 129 Of 2008 radiographic repetitions should not exceed 2%. The factor that causes repeat radiographs are patients' movement factor 9,7%, patient position factor 63.9% exposure factor 9.7%, equipment factor 4.2%, and artifact factor 12,5%.   Keywords: Repeat, Causative Factors, Computed Radiograf.

Abstract

Cancer is a non-communicable disease that is still a health problem in the world, including Indonesia. About 50 percent of cancer treatments worldwide are performed using radiotherapy. In its implementation, radiotherapy includes several stages, one of which is treatment planning. This study aims to assess the difference in dose received by PTV and OARs in planning using IMRT and 3DCRT techniques in cervical cancer patients. The method used in this study is scanning using a CT simulator, delineating PTV and healthy organs around the tumor (OARs), and planning using treatment planning system software. The results showed that in OARs, 3DCRT planning resulted in a dose of 4000 cGy by hitting 58.28% of the buli volume, and a dose of 5000cGy by hitting 17.76% of the rectum volume. While planning IMRT, a dose of 4000cGy hits 31.50% of the buli volume, and a dose of 5000cGy hits 12.29% of the rectum volume. In PTV, the doses produced by 3DCRT and IMRT planning were 4750cGy and 4750 cGy, and hit 95.18% and 98.71% of PTV volume, respectively. This study concludes that planning using IMRT is better than planning using 3DCRT in cases of cervical cancer. This is shown by the dose that covers the target tumor (PTV) and a significant dose reduction in OARs.

Abstract

Disorders experienced by babies caused by stunted growth are commonly called stunting. The number of sufferers in toddlers in Indonesia is very large, so this has received the attention of the government. Several factors cause stunting in toddlers, including lack of food intake and exclusive breastfeeding in toddlers. However, the percentage and the relationship between the number of babies born and the possibility of stunting are unknown, which is the basis for this research. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the number of babies born and the possibility of stunting babies. Research conducted using regression analysis is used to determine the relationship between variables. The sample data used in this study were 157 toddlers. The data collection technique used is the collection of primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of the analysis conducted by the researchers, the correlation value between the number of babies born and the number of stunted babies is 0.38 (very low category). Therefore, it can be concluded that the relationship between the number of babies born and the likelihood of stunting babies has a very low significance level.

Abstract

Smoking is a very common behavior or habit in Indonesia. However, in the long term, this behavior is very dangerous for health because the content in cigarettes can cause various health problems. In this decade, there has been a significant increase in the number of adult smokers by 8.8 million people, from 60.3 million in 2011 to 69.1 million smokers in 2021 as recorded in the Global Adult Tobacco Survey (GATS). Even though many people are aware of the dangers of smoking, cigarette enthusiasts, especially in Indonesia, are increasing every year. The problem regarding the increasing number of cigarette users never stops and always raises pros and cons to it. A review of Islamic law regarding smoking can also be a factor in the amount of cigarette consumption. At present, the management of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) forbids smoking on the basis that the consequences of smoking are more than the benefits provided by smoking, however, several other scholars have a different view of making smoking illegal because these scholars have found no evidence that prohibits smoking. cigarette. Objective: To determine the effect of the pandemic and Islamic law on smoking behavior. Methods: This type of research is a literature review taken from Al-Qur'an and Hadith sources, international journals, previous national journals, and books.
