Abstract

Informative videos of short duration through social media are increasingly being done. Since the Covid-19 outbreak hit the world, restrictions on social activities have been imposed so that more activities are carried out at home, which has caused the duration of people accessing electronic media and social media to increase. Making a video of the flow of counseling services at Puspaga Bauntung Batuah to the people of the City of Banjarmasin is a means to socialize the flow of registration for counseling services in this place because one of the problems that work partners have is the lack of information provided to the community about how to get the services contained in Puspaga Bauntung Batuah as a service unit provided by the government. Making a video of the counseling service flow at the Bauntung Batuah Puspaga is intended as a medium to inform the public about the registration process to take part in counseling at the Bauntung Batuah Puspaga, Banjarmasin City. Then also promotional media so the people of Banjarmasin want to do counseling or consultation on problems as a preventive tool so that there is no violence in the family.

Abstract

The aim of this community service activity is to train and assist junior high school teachers in Musi District to carry out scientific writing activities. The method of implementation in training and mentoring activities for writing scientific papers for Middle School teachers in Musi District consists of several activities which include: preparation, implementation, and evaluation of activities. Community service activities were carried out at Oelneke State Junior High School, Musi District, North Central Timor Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. Participants in community service activities consist of 39 people. Participants consist of the principal and teacher representatives from each school. Training and assisting in writing scientific papers for Middle School teachers in Musi Subdistrict received a positive response from the school and it is expected that it can provide useful knowledge for teachers in compiling scientific papers to be published.

Abstract

The era of Globalization with an increasingly advanced and technological civilization, requires that various sectors are expected to follow suit and take advantage of it. The government and private sectors are also adopting changes, as well as the evolving environmental demands of the industrial revolution 4.0 to further facilitate performance, increase productivity and more effective and efficient company operational activities. PT. Glory Retailindo is a company in the field of convenience good supply, utilizing technology in its operational activities, related to membership administration and online service. However, in its implementation, many problems occur, one of which is from the level of data integration and data updating (customer data updates) which are not optimal to the tracking and handover process of customer ordered goods which is still simple. Therefore, this study was conducted to find out how the membership administration system and online service papaya in building service quality and the impact of company service quality on customer loyalty. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach method, where data can be obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the membership administration system and online service has not been optimally running, with a simple system, limited customer data storage space, handover and tracking of customer orders manually, so that the level of loss, data changes is either due to the influence of human error or system error. The quality of papaya fresh gallery service is upheld by the company both quality, speed, and product safety guarantees. The implementation of the membership administration system, online customer service needs to be improved and developed more optimally so that it is expected to be able to encourage the level of effectiveness and efficiency of the company.

Abstract

Rutan Pondok Bambu is one of the technical implementation units of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia under the directorate general of corrections. Rutan Class I Pondok Bambu was established in 1974 by the Regional Government or DKI Jakarta Regional Government which consists of the Orchid Pavilion with a total of 18 (eighteen) residential rooms which are female residents with criminal cases. Related to the understanding of legal aid, the State has an obligation to realize the implementation of a fair judiciary by guaranteeing the creation of a situation where each individual has the right to get a justice, which, among others, is carried out by providing legal assistance in the form of legal assistance and consultation related to civil, criminal and administrative issues, both in litigation and non-litigation as stipulated in  Law Number 16 of 2011 concerning Legal Aid. Although legal aid has been regulated in the laws and regulations, there are still many assisted residents in Rutan Klas 1 Pondok Bambu who do not know and understand it. This is then the reason behind the implementation of Community Service at Rutan Klas 1 Pondok Bambu. The implementation method is carried out through a process of dialogue with the target residents / community and discussions in counseling activities, after the delivery of the material, a question and answer is held. All activities are carried out by taking into account administrative order, so that each activity must obtain a permit and be recorded at the Klas I Pondok Bambu Detention Center which is a partner in the implementation of this community service.

Abstract

Nowadays, the behavior of users in social media arguably represent human behavior in the real world. Training on how to use social media wisely and ethically to young ages is needed to grow the good behavior. Based on a preliminary study, the ages of students in SMK Kesehatan Binatama is considered a terget of such training. 15 years old dominates with 63.6% followed by 16 years old with 29.3% according to age which has the highest penetration rate of social media users reaching 99.16%, namely ages 13-18 years. The activeness of students in social media reaches 99%. The number of hours students use social media where 10.1 % stated between 0-2 hours, 40.4% stated 2-5 hours, 36.4% stated 5-10 hours and 11.1 % more than 10 hours. Knowledge training on social media has been carried out several times but must continue to be carried out along with the development of social media technology and the shift in the age of its users. Training activities with wise and ethical materials using social media have been successfully held with the expected results. Participants' knowledge and insight, namely students can increase with information regarding what can and should not be done when using social media, information about hoaxes and cyberbullying and the ITE Law can be understood properly. The survey results also show an increase in the knowledge provided from the criteria of understanding to criteria of very understanding with an increase from the average score on the pre-test 2.96 with a percentage of 59.2% to the average score on the post-test 3.64 with a percentage of 72.8%.

Abstract

UMKM Puncak Sejahtera are micro, small and medium enterprises that produce virgin coconut oil (VCO) and palm sugar which are faced with production and marketing problems. The problems faced from the production aspect are that the product is still limited, does not have technological skills innovation, good product packaging and storage, does not have a machine with a large capacity and produces good quality. The problem from another aspect is not having extensive business management and marketing capabilities so that financially the results obtained are insufficient for daily needs. Even though the potential of coconut and palm sugar can be developed various products with a fairly high economic value. The community partnership program (PKM) aims to help and develop VCO and palm sugar businesses in UMKM Puncak Sejahtera. VCO manufacturing innovation training has been carried out with several methods and has been tested in the laboratory, assistance in processing technology for coconut and palm sugar-based product innovations, VCO training and palm sugar business management through packaging technology, design labeling techniques, storage time and marketing. Business license assistance for business development and online marketing is also carried out in this program. The methods used are the RRA (Rapid Rural Appresial) and PRA (Participatory Rural Appresial) approaches, including: 1) priority of problems to be addressed, 2) training and assistance based on problems in stages, 3) product improvements are carried out based on the results of laboratory tests. The result of this activity is an increase in understanding, skills of members of the UMKM Puncak Sejahtera group in Bukit Aren village in processing VCO and palm sugar with good quality and quantity of production. VCO products and cooking oil are certified for nutritional value in the laboratory. Product marketing is expanded online to make it easier to sell products.

Abstract

Bongo religious tourism destinations consist of homestays, Dulanga beach, Bongo Tourist Park, Walima Emas mosque, and the Central Museum of Indonesian Wood Fossils. This tourist destination also provides a variety of souvenirs and culinary specialties of Bongo, which SMEs of Bongo Village market. These various tourism potentials are unfortunately still not widely known by tourists. The team's initial discussion with the management of the Bongo Village Tourism Awareness Group (POKDAWRIS) showed that there is a potential for tourism villages that need to be developed but is still constrained by the lack of community involvement and the knowledge and skills of human resources in marketing digital-based tourist destinations. Therefore, the solutions that we apply to deal with these problems are 1) increasing community participation, 2) making by rearranging the infrastructure of the Bongo Religious Tourism Village with the concept of a Halal Tourism Village, 3) implementing a strategy for developing local tourism wisdom in Bongo Village based on CBT and Digital Marketing, 4) increasing tourist attraction through Digital Marketing, 5) creating and managing digital marketing media, and 6) implementing program sustainability strategies. The implementation of the activities carried out included 1) dissemination of the development of the Bongo religious tourism village, 2) workshops on the development of potential religious tourism villages based on Community and Digital Marketing, 3) English training for Bongo Village tour guides, 4) the creation of website pages and applications for marketing Bongo religious tourism village, 5) training on the use of applications and websites for Tourism Awareness Groups, and 6) training on institutional and organizational management of POKDARWIS.

Abstract

The causes of hypertension in general are divided into two groups, namely primary and secondary. Primary hypertension is hypertension with no known cause such as heredity, age, gender, psychological pressure, stress, obesity (obesity), lack of exercise, and high cholesterol . While secondary hypertension is hypertension caused by other diseases such as narrowing of the arteries that supply blood to the kidneys, atherosclerosis (thickening of artery walls causing loss of elasticity of blood vessels). Foot soak hydrotherapy with warm water is one type of natural therapy that aims to increase blood circulation, reduce edema, increase muscle relaxation, nourish the heart, relax muscles, relieve stress, muscle aches, relieve pain, increase capillary permeability, provide warmth. on the body so that it is very useful for blood pressure reduction therapy in hypertension. This activity aims to increase people's knowledge about hydrotherapy health education on reducing blood pressure. The counseling method used leaflets and soaking the feet in warm water mixed with salt. Abstract

Optimization is getting a state that gives the maximum value of a process or function. Poskestren are under the supervision of Puskesmas and function as health service posts in Islamic boarding schools providing health monitoring services for residents of Islamic boarding schools. The existence of health post-health cadres as peers who become guides in monitoring health and helping to monitor the health status of peers to be reported to a more authorized level. The young women of Al Fattah Islamic Boarding School are around 12 to 19 years old, living in a regular schedule set by the Islamic boarding school, often making them forget to pay attention to their health and reproductive health. In this community service, the team provides health check-up services and records the information needs needed by young women. This activity was carried out for 4 months and went smoothly. The result was that the knowledge and attitudes of young women towards reproductive health increased.

Abstract

To realize an increase in people's living standards, and to overcome poverty and unemployment, it is necessary to collaborate with the government, universities and the community. The Regional Government of Indramayu Regency in collaboration with the Jakarta Veterans National Development University collaborates in research and community service. In this case, the selected village is Jatisura village as the centre for implementing community service activities Jatisura Village is a mango-producing village in Indramayu which has problems with waste management. Garbage as household, market and industrial waste has become a national problem because it can pollute the environment and public health if no one manages it professionally. The target of this activity is organic waste management. The purpose of this activity is to make waste a resource that has economic value that can increase the income of the Jatisura village community. The implementation method carried out consists of several stages. Planning and preparation stage; Partner analysis stage; Stages of implementation and assistance; Monitoring and evaluation stage. The results of this activity indicate that the average participant understands the process of managing organic waste into Local Microorganisms (MOL) products and using it as a substitute for chemical fertilizers. Service activities are not only for the benefit of lecturers at universities but for the benefit of the local village community and generally villages in Indramayu Regency
