Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of the implementation Good Corporate Governance and the existence of awig - awig on the financial performance of LPD with Tri Hita Karana culture as a moderated variable in the LPD in Mengwi sub-district. This study used a saturated sampling method and the data analysis technique used was Moderated Regression Analysis. T test results show that:1) Good Corporate Governance had a positive effect on Financial Performance; 2) The existence of Awig-awig had a positive effect on financial performance; 3) Tri Hita Karana Culture strengthens the influence of Good Corporate Governance on Financial Performance; 4) Tri Hita Karana's culture strengthens the influence of Awig-awig's Existence on Financial Performance.

Abstract

Employee engagement merupakan wujud loyalitas karyawan terhadap perusahaan. Hanya saja kenyataan dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa tidak semua karyawan memiliki Employee engagement yang tinggi terhadap perusahaan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis alasan kurang optimalnya keterlibatan pegawai dalam sebuah perusahaan. Penelitian ini tergolong kedalam jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan subjek penelitian yakni penelitian yakni manajemen dan pegawai rumah sakit. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Adapun instrument yang digunakan yakni pedoman wawancara dan observasi. Data hasil penelitian kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan Teknik analisis data kualitatif dengan model interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman. Verifikasi keabsahan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan cara triangulasi sumber data, artinya peneliti mengumpulkan data sejenis dari berbagai sumber data yang berbeda-beda. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa belum optimalnya Employee engagement disebabkan oleh faktor budaya, indikator kesuksesan, penetapan prioritas, komunikasi, inovasi, akuisisi talenta, peningkatan talenta dan siklus pelanggan atau bisnis. Selain itu, disimpulkan juga bahwa identifikasi model upaya meningkatkan keterlibatan pegawai meliputi aspek lingkungan kerja, aspek kepemimpinan, aspek hubungan tim dan rekan kerja, aspek pelatihan dan pengembangan karir, aspek kompensasi, aspek kebijakan, prosedur, struktur dan sistem organisasi, serta aspek kesejahteraan di tempat kerja.

Abstract

Masih banyak UMKM yang merasa awam dengan adanya e-commrce yang dimana masih terdapat banyak UMKM yang melakukan trsansksi dengan cara manual. Munculnya e-commerce saat ini sangat berdampak positif bagi UMKM yang sangat membantu dalam menunjang promosi serta penjualan yang efektif dan efisien.Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah adanya sosialisai e-commerce dan media sosial dalam melakukan promosi dan penjualan, UMKM juga diharapkan mampu mengembangkan ide-ide kreatifnya dalam melakuakan produksi Bambu yang dimana dapat mengikuti tren yang ada saat ini, agar jumlah penjualan dapat ditingkatkan. Teknik pengumpulan data pada kegiatan pengabdian msyarakat ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun keuntungan yang didapatkan dari penggunaan e-commrce dalam melakukan penjualan adalah mempermudah UMKM dalam mengaksesnya, hanya dengan menggunakan ponsel dan sangat berorientasi sosial, serta berbagi foto dan video serta dapat menambahkan deskripsi produk yang menarik agar diminati oleh para komsumen. Diharapkan adanya e-commerce dan media sosial, mampu menunjang promosi dan penjualan yang lebih baik lagi kedepannya. Sehingga kedepannya mampu merambah ke pasar yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi tentunya semakin pesat, salah satu bentuknya yaitu peer to peer lending yaitu pinjaman berbasis teknologi yang merupakan salah satu bagian dari financial technology. Dimana pengguna layanan peer to peer lending mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya namun fenomena yang terjadi diprovinsi Bali sebaliknya dimana mengalami penurunan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ingin mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat perilaku generasi milenial di Kota Denpasar dalam mengadopsi layanan pinjaman online. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu multistage sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 115 dan menggunakan alat analisis Structural Equational Modeling (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat dua variabel yang secara signifikan memengaruhi minat penggunaan layanan pinjaman online yaitu tingkat suku bunga dan social influence, sedangkan variabel yang secara signifikan tidak memengaruhi minat penggunaan layanan pinjaman online yaitu perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, dan government regulation.

Abstract

Associated with investments made the main purpose of investors are generallyfocused on profits or income so often found many managers intentionally reduce fluctuationsin reported earnings in order to achieve the desired level of profit. For the company performincome smoothing, which is one form of earnings management. As well as earningsmanagement, the concept of income smoothing found by agency theory, which assumed theprincipal (owner) and agent (management) have the same interests to maximize the utility ofeach of the information held, giving rise to a conflict of interest that is the asymmetry ofinformation , The research data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange service industry subsectorsproperty and real estate. Hypothesis testing results show that the PER positive andsignificant effect on stock prices, the level of PBV significant effect on stock prices, NPM hasa negative impact and no significant effect on the company's financial performance, ROIpositive and significant impact on stock prices, PER not significant effect on the index excel,PBV not significant effect on the index excel, NPM no significant effect on the index excel,ROI significant positive effect on excel index, stock price index significant positive effect onexcel.Keyword: PER, PBV, NPM, ROI, same price, income smoothing

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe study aims to examine Influence in Service Excellence, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) mediated by Patient Satisfaction, Trust to Loyalty in Bali Royal Hospital. This research is an explanatory, using a causal approach. The location of this research is in Bali Royal Hospital. The sampling technique is an incidental sampling with patient criteria who visit Bali Royal Hospital more than twice in the age of 17-65 years and are able to interact, so that the number of samples used in this study amounted to 135 respondents. The data analysis that was used in this study was the CB-SEM (Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling). The results of this study are excellent service have positive effect on patient satisfaction and confidence in Bali Royal Hospital. Variable Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has positive effect on patient satisfaction and confidence in General Hospital Bali Royal. Additionally, satisfaction and confidence effect positively on patients' trust in Bali Royal Hospital. The advice that is given to the Hospital Management is further optimize the role of management in terms of operational oversight hospital. Suggested to the other researchers to further examine the factors that influence patient’s loyalty with different variables and indicators which are not contained in this research.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to fine out the effect of patient's expectation on the service quality, to find out the effect of the competence of employees on the service quality, to find ut the effect of patient expectations on patient satisfaction, to find out the effect of employee competence on patient satisfaction, to find out the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction in dental Polyclinic of Udayana hospital. The research was conducted at Dental Polyclinic of Udayana Hospital. The data were collected using questionnaires using differential scale semantics. The number of samples was used 100 people. Data analysis technique by using SEM. The results showed the higher expectation of the patient hence higher the service quality accepted with CR value of 10,181 and sig 0,000. The higher employee’s competence hence the higher the service quality accepted with CR 4,308 and sig 0,000. The higher patient’s expectation hence the higher patient’s satisfaction accepted with CR 2,679 and sig 0,000. The higher employee’s competence hence the higher the patient's satisfaction accepted with CR 2,183 and sig 0,045. The higher the service quality  hence the higher the patient’s satisfaction accepted with CR value of 5,874 and sig 0,000.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPerception is how someone's point of view to see or interpret something, in the business world this is certainly very influential to determine the best strategy for a developing business. In this study, it explains how business owners' perceptions of brand image are caused by the service quality of the Go-Send and Go-Food systems in the Go-Jek application. In the perception of the researcher to see from the perspective of the business owner about the influence of the quality of service from Go-Jek on the image of the business brand. This research is a qualitative research that is by describing the phenomena that occur in the field by knowing the perceptions of business owners.In this study the data collection uses interviews directly to competent informants and documentation of activities that are useful as tangible evidence of activity on the object under study. The informants in this study were eight people. The results of this study are that business owners feel helped in terms of promotion and product introduction and business owners can overcome problems in service quality in product delivery.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the perception of leader at the manager level of PT. Coca-Cola Distribution Indonesia-Balinusa against retention strategies implemented in improving employee engagement. Data collection techniques use observation, interview and documentation method. The data validity check is done by triangulation technique including triangulation of source and triangulation method and also combined with member check. The process of data analysis includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion or data verification. There are eleven (11) strategies undertaken PT. Coca-Cola Distribution Indonesia-Balinusa in an effective employee retention program to increase employee engagement and prevent high-quality, high-performance talent or human resources from leaving the company. The strategies are (1) brand ambassador; (2) career opportunities; (3) leadership; (4) company values; (5) communication pattern; (6) employer brand; (7) employee empowerment; (8) my leader; (9) recognition; (10) safety; and (11) employee wellbeing.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is aimed to examine the impact of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, to organizational culture and employee performance in Mulia Farma Group so later this research can be used to increase Mulia Farma Group employee performances. This research has been conducted in Mulia farma Group. The location is in Singaraja and 56 employees are taken as responden. Questionaire was used as a tool in data collection method. Data analysis techniques in this research are path analysis.  This research gets some important conclusion. Firstly, all hypothesis were proved to be significant. Secondly, all of variables intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence spiritual intelligence, organizational culture has positive and significant impact on employee performance. Thirdly, the emotional intelligence has the greatest impact compare with other independent variables. The research implication is intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, organizational culture played as important role in developing employee performance.
