For pregnant women, anxiety often comes and gets heavier near labor, plus they now must live side by side with COVID-19. Therefore, holistic antenatal care, which is thorough physical, psychological, emotional, social, and spiritual care is needed. This research aims to determine the application of antenatal care with a holistic approach to reducing maternal anxiety. This research employs a mixed method. The sample for this quantitative research was pregnant women in their third trimester at the Sahabat Ibu dan Anak Cliniq in Bandung, totaling 80 women (case and control) who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria from June-September 2021. The data were collected using the HRS-A questionnaire. Meanwhile, the qualitative research sample was carried out by purposive random sampling. The results of qualitative data collection were given in a case report. The results showed that the application of antenatal care with a holistic approach had an effect in reducing maternal anxiety levels during the new normal with a p-value of 0.007 (0.05). In addition, the results showed that pregnancy checks with a holistic approach made the mother's delivery experience better than those with the previous approach, made the mothers calmer and able to control emotions, and increased spiritual confidence. In conclusion, antenatal care with a holistic approach had an effect in reducing anxiety.

Measles and Rubella are infectious diseases that are easy to spread. Measles is very harmful when accompanied by complications of pneumonia, diarrhea, and meningitis. Rubella may cause a miscarriage and may cause Congenital Rubella Syndrome. The use of the Android smartphone as a product of technological advance has made it possible to develop a system that replaces the role of health professionals. This research is aimed at explaining the influence of immunization application (AIMMER) on parents' knowledge of immunization for children of elementary school age. The design used was a pre-post-test control group. Total sample 136 consists of 68 intervention groups and 68 control groups. The intervention group received education on the application of immunization (AIMMER). The control group received the information from public health centers (PHC) with the SOP implemented. The knowledge level of both groups is measured before and one month after the intervention by using a questionnaire. Analysis using the Mann-Whitney test. There is a significant improvement in the intervention group compared to the control group related to the knowledge level of parents on sequel immunization Measles-Rubella (p=0.001). It can be concluded that the immunization application (AIMMER) can improve the knowledge of parents on sequel immunization of Measles and Rubella.

One of the efforts to prevent stunting is to improve the quality of mothers' knowledge through structured education. This can be done with the help of booklets and videos. This study was quasi-experimental with a pre and post-test design with a control group. The population in the study were all toddlers in the Nambo Public Health Center (PHC) working area in Kendari City in 2020 (230 toddlers). The number of samples was determined using the binominal proportions formula so that a sample was 60 toddler mothers. The data were analyzed using the paired T-Test test and Independent T-Test test. The results showed that education through booklets and videos in each group had a significant impact in increasing the knowledge of mothers under five about stunting and its prevention, with p-value= 0.000<=0.05, t-count= 5.396 and p-value= 0.000<=0.05, t-count= 10.441. While the follow-up test showed a significant difference in mothers' ability who were given booklet media and education through video media about stunting, its prevention was more effective in increasing the knowledge than education through booklets in the Nambo PHC working area, Kendari City, with p-value= 0.003<=0.05, t-count = 3.088. Booklet and video-based education were effective in increasing mothers' knowledge about stunting in toddlers and its prevention, but video-based teaching was more effective than booklet-based education.

In Indonesia, diarrhea is the second leading cause of death for children aged 29 days-11 months (14% of deaths), and the main cause of death in the group under five is 10. 3% of deaths. The study aimed to analyze the determinants of the father's knowledge regarding giving fluids when children have diarrhea. This study was an analytical quantitative method with a cross sectional-design using secondary data in the form of the Indonesian Health Demographic Survey (SDKI) 2017. Involved 2.683 respondents selected by stratified sampling and data collection using the SDKI questionnaire. Data analysis using logistic regression test. The results showed that the percentage of fathers who knew about the number of fluids given when their children had diarrhea in Indonesia in 2017 was 65.7%. Economic status and education level had a significant relationship with the father's knowledge (p-value < 0.05). Economic status is the most related factor to the father's knowledge (p-value < 0.001; OR 3.557 (2.371-5.337), after being controlled by other factors. Father's age and residence are confounding factors. Considering that economic status and education level affected the father's knowledge, diarrhea management needs to be accompanied by interventions to improve the father's economic status and education access.

Deaths from Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) are the most deaths in various countries. Its prevalence reaches 71% of deaths globally, where 77% of NCD deaths occur in lower-to-middle countries. NCDs detection/screening and treatment, palliative care, are the solution components of NCDs management. Implementation of the Independent Non-Communicable Diseases Screening/Skrining Penyakit Tidak Menular Mandiri (SITARI) allows women of childbearing age (WCA) to screen for non-communicable diseases affecting to maternal health independently. The purpose was to determine the effect of the SITARI information system (independent non-communicable disease screening) on the completeness and speed of screening for NCDs. The result showed that the significance value is 0.000 (p, <0.05). There is a difference in the completeness of the data between WCA who use SITARI and WCA who do not use SITARI with a mean difference of 26.09. There is a significance value of 0.000 (p, <0.05), meaning that there is a difference in screening speed for WCA who use SITARI and WCA who do not use SITARI with a mean difference of 10.80. This proves that the completeness and speed of NCDs screening using SITARI are better than those not using it.

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused a disruption in essential health services which also has an impact on reducing the coverage of routine immunizations for children. A decrease in immunization coverage will increase the incidence of vaccine-preventable diseases. This study aimed to determine the coverage of routine immunization in children under 2 years of age during the COVID-19 pandemic in Asia. A systematic search was conducted to find relevant studies using keywords in 3 databases like Scopus, PubMed, and EMBASE, on October 24, 2022. The article's identification used the PRISMA method. Articles used were limited to 2020-2022. The reduction in immunization coverage or delays in immunization in children ranges from 16-71%. The most decrease in immunization coverage occurred in March-April 2020. Immunization coverage increased again in May 2020 and decreased back in September-October 2020. An overview of the decline in immunization is an evidence base for policy practitioners to carry out mitigation immediately. Continuation of the immunization program is very important for children's health and must remain a priority despite the ongoing pandemic.
