Abstract

The characteristic that shows a country adheres to democracy is the division of power in administering the state. The Trias Politica presented by Montesquieu consists of the executive function, legislative function and also the judicial function. Then these three functions were institutionalized into three state organs, namely the government as the executive, the judiciary as the judiciary and the parliament as the legislature. The formulation of the problem in this research is: first, how to implement the legislative function of the North Lombok Regency Regional People's Representative Council based on Law no. 17 of 2014 concerning the MPR, DPR, DPRD and DPD?, and secondly, what are the factors that influence the implementation of the legislative function of the North Lombok Regency People's Representative Council? The ineffectiveness of the North Lombok Regency DPRD's legislative function can be assessed from the lack of regional regulations produced by the DPRD Institution itself, because, of the several regional regulations that were formed based on the data above, most of the regional regulations are of a regular nature, namely regulations that are an initiative of the Government. Area. Judging from the regional regulations that have been approved, there are three, namely 1 (one) in 2022 and 2 (two) in 2023. The three regional regulations contained are proposals from the executive or regional government. There are two influencing factors, including: Internal factors, namely, members are less proactive in carrying out the legislative functions of the DPRD, and that the capacity or availability of human resources from the 30 North Lombok Regency DPRD members is still minimal. Meanwhile, external factors, namely, regarding budget support, and social factors in carrying out their function as regional regulation makers, until now cannot be separated from their interaction with the community which has its own characteristics

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the application of professional ethics and locus of control to auditor performance either by internal auditors within a company or auditors at a Public Accounting Firm.  This research uses the Systematic literature Review (SLR) method. This method is carried out by reviewing several national and international standard journals. The results showed that the quality of auditor performance audit results is dominantly influenced by several situational factors and characteristics of an auditor, for example professional ethics and locus of control that exist for all auditors. This internal locus of control has a positive effect on audit quality, the more internal the locus of control, the higher the audit quality. The external locus of control has a negative effect on audit quality and audit quality decreases. Certified auditors who have good professional ethics will have a positive impact on the auditor's performance. The better the professional ethics of an auditor, the better the auditor's performance will be. An auditor's internal locus of control will behave ethically compared to the auditor's external locus of control which tends to behave unethically.

Abstract

Nutritional problems can be in the form of macronutrient problems and micronutrient problems. One group that requires attention in consuming food and nutrients is school-aged children. School age children are children aged 6-12 years where they experience the second growth spurt after toddlerhood. School-aged children on the coast are a group that is at high risk of experiencing nutritional status problems. Adequate nutritional intake is very influential for optimal growth, development and children's health. This study aims to determine the relationship between macronutrient intake and the nutritional status of elementary school children in the coastal area of Mataram City. The method used in this research is an analytical survey with a cross sectional design and using a total sampling method. The number of samples used was 140 students in grades IV and V at SDN 18 and 38 Ampenan. Nutritional intake data was obtained through the Recall questionnaire, while nutritional status data was obtained from BMI calculations obtained from measuring height and weight. Research data was processed using the Spearman correlation test with a value of α = 0.05. The test results show the p value = 0.000. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between energy, protein, fat and carbohydrate consumption patterns and nutritional status.

Abstract

The decline in environmental quality will be influenced by non-human influences and human influences. Increasing environmental aspects is inversely proportional to improving economic aspects. This research uses fixed model analysis techniques to see how human development and population density have an impact on the quality of the environment on the island of Java from 2012-2021. Calculations in this research state that the human development index has a significantly positive impact on environmental quality, while population density itself has a positive and insignificant impact on the environmental quality index.

Abstract

The research entitled "Intensity and Prevalence of Ectoparasites in Catfish at the Air Mawar Local Fish Seed Center (BBIL) Pangklapinang City" aims to determine the level of intensity, prevalence and types of ectoparasites that infect catfish in that location. Samples of 30 fish were taken randomly. In identifying ectoparasites, observations were made on the outside of the catfish's body, including mucus, fins and gills. Analysis of research data is descriptive and also presented in the form of pictures and tables. Data from the research results show that the types of ectoparasites that infect the external organs of the sampled fish include Dactylogyrus sp, Gyrodactylus sp, Argulus sp, Ichhtyobodo sp, Trichodina sp, and Cichlidogyrus sp. The prevalence rate of parasites that infect catfish is 90% with the category almost always and severe infection. The highest intensity of ectoparasites that attack catfish is by the parasite Dactylogyrus sp with an intensity value of 6.48 individuals per fish in the medium category, and the lowest intensity value is by the parasite Trichodina sp with an intensity value of 1 individual per fish. It is also known that the water conditions in the catfish pond This is not good for the survival of catfish, because the oxygen levels are low and the ammonia levels are high

Abstract

Most health problems by food are caused by contamination of microorganisms. This contamination can due because cleanliness or improper implementation of sanitation and hygiene. The aim of this research is to identify microorganism contamination in the production aspects of food traders around the Campus of Bumigora University Mataram. Total microbial testing was carried out using the Total Plate Count (TPC) method for air, table, floor, equipment and water samples. Another method for testing coliforms in water use the principle of the Most Probably Number (MPN) method. The observation results show that the environmental quality as seen from the total microbes in the air is below the threshold, namely <700 col/m3, so it is said to be still safe. Meanwhile, table, floor and equipment samples showed that the total number of microbes was high enough to exceed the required threshold, especially those related to eating utensils such as plates, glasses and spoons. The total microbial test in the water sources used by the three traders showed that the two water sources used contained microbial colonies which were tested via TPC with colony numbers ranging from 87.7 – 99 x 10-5 CFU/ml. The results of the coliform estimation test using the MPN method principle showed that there was no suspicion of any coliform bacteria contamination in the two water samples, which indicated that both water sources also met the clean water requirements according to Minister of Health Regulation No. 492 of 2010.

Abstract

Ecodrainage is a concept for managing rainwater and runoff in urban drainage systems which aims to allow as much water as possible to be absorbed into the ground. During the rainy season, the Grand Muslim Residential area often experiences flooding. One alternative solution is the application of ecodrainage in the form of retention pond and bioretention. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing retention pond and bioretention in reducing the amount of run-off flow. From the results of the analysis it was found that the application of retention ponds could reduce the volume of runoff by 16.25% with a reduction volume of 660 m3 against the incoming flood volume of 4,183.98 m3 originating from Blocks A, B, C, D and E.. Meanwhile the application Bioretention has an efficiency of 1.83% with a reduced discharge of 58.29 lt/sec against the overall housing discharge of 3.193.50 lt/sec.
