Abstract

The washing business is currently growing at a very rapid rate, and to stay up with this expansion, the sector needs a solution that can improve data processing performance. Consumer and business data can be processed digitally, enabling systematization and organization in cases where the data can be physically represented and has precise location information. Customer coordinate mapping is one of the most recent advancements in customer service. There are many challenges when mapping the locations of consumers, particularly in a competitive company setting when clients are spread throughout several towns and subdistricts. Aside from regional issues and a labor shortage, another challenge is finding data sources. A customer service system is being developed using the OpenStreetMap (OSM) API, the HTML website framework, MySQL with Myadmin PHP capabilities, and OpenStreetMap API. OpenStreetMap (OSM) is a mapping platform that enables precise mapping. This is made possible by satellite imagery, which is available in almost all Indonesian residential areas. Furthermore, the digitization process is accelerated by OSM's task manager function, which divides the mapping region into smaller mapping blocks to enable multiple OSM contributors to map the same area simultaneously in multiple Indonesian districts and cities.

Abstract

Reviews on Google Play describes user sentiment towards the application according to the ratings and comments are given. In practice, there is often a discrepancy between the rating and the comments given, resulting in a biased sentiment, so it is necessary to analyze the review to find out the sentiment contained therein. In collecting data from the Google Play site using the Web Scraping technique with the google-play-scraper package from Python. Reviews that are successfully scraped then go through the preprocessing stage so that the data set is more structured. In the next stage, the data set is labeled based on the rating, and given a weight using TF-IDF. After classifying using the Naïve Bayes and Support Vector Machine methods, then evaluating using the confusion matrix, and validating using K-Fold Cross Validation. Research results using the Naïve Bayes method and Support Vector Machine for sentiment analysis on the Google Play website, the Naïve Bayes method produces 87.82% accuracy, 58.90% precision, 60.08% recall, while the Support Vector Machine method produces 90% accuracy .01% , precision 61.89%, recall 60.18%.

Abstract

Intellectual and also political discourse about e-voting has attracted people, but its intensity fell down recently. Many countries of the world, especially new democracies, have adopted the technology which Indonesia could learn from. In fact, alongside some technical preparation, there are many aspects, like socio-political and socio-cultural one, that need to be considered before adopting the system. If Indonesia want to adopt the e-voting technology in a near future, it should be remembered that we cannot disregard integrity of election management for the sake of efficiency.

Abstract

Attendance or attendance card is a document that records the attendance hours of each employee in the company. This employee attendance record can be in the form of a regular attendance list, it can also be in the form of an attendance card filled in with a timekeeping machine. Time recording work can basically be separated into two parts, namely attendance time keeping and shop time keeping. QR codes or commonly known as QR codes are a form of bar code evolution from one dimension to two dimensions. Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport is an airport in Jakarta, Indonesia. The airport is also used as an air command headquarters to become a commercial airport starting January 10, 2014 to divert flights from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport which is considered to be overcrowded. The attendance system at Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport is still manual, namely by signature attendance, so it is possible that there is a difference in attendance calculations. Or cheating on employee attendance. In this case, cheating is in the form of the employee's absence but the attendance is made present. Based on these problems, the authors took the initiative to help the airport by creating an abscessnsi application using qr code and andoid programming language and sqlite as the database.

Abstract

PT Hinoka Sinergi Tanyo adalah sebuah perusahaan startup yang mengkhususkan diri dalam penjualan dan pemasaran kartu postpaid Indosat kepada UKM di seluruh Indonesia. Di tengah perkembangan pesat dalam bidang  teknologi informasi, terutama dalam sektor telekomunikasi di Indonesia, PT Hinoka Sinergi Tanyo dihadapkan pada tantangan signifikan dalam hal keamanan sistem server komunikasinya. Perusahaan sangat mengandalkan server komunikasi sebagai pusat utama dalam pemasaran produk melalui jaringan telepon. Meskipun layanan telepon melalui jaringan internet yang sering dikenal dengan Voice over internet protocol (VoIP) telah menjadi alternatif yang lebih efisien, diperlukan perbaikan dalam sistem keamanan server komunikasi saat ini untuk melindungi data dari potensi kebocoran dan upaya akses yang tidak sah. Saat ini, akses ke server komunikasi masih terbuka untuk publik melalui penggunaan Firewall NAT. Oleh karena itu, solusi terbaik untuk meningkatkan tingkat keamanan sistem di PT Hinoka Sinergi Tanyo adalah melalui implementasi Virtual Private Network (VPN) dengan metode PPTP (Point to Point Tunneling Protocol). Dengan langkah ini, akses ke server komunikasi akan lebih terjaga privasinya dan hanya akan tersedia bagi pengguna yang sah yang ingin mengaksesnya dari lokasi jarak jauh.

Abstract

Electronic payments, or now more towards cashless and contactless methods, is a phenomenon that we can no longer avoid. For society, this has become a digital behavior that prioritizes efficiency and effectiveness, while for market players it is a strategy in facing a world based on technology, digital and science. If we quote the Bank Indonesia report which states that the value of digital banking transactions until January 2024 was recorded at 5,000 trillion, or grew 17.2% year on year, then it can be confirmed or predicted that transaction projections in the following year will experience a significant increase. Therefore, the implementation of renewable digital devices by business people is not an option, but a necessity. This journal explores a sample of Android-based EDC implementation at PT ABC to look further at the System Life Cycle process implemented in responding to demands from the market and consumers. Keywords: Android, Digital Wallet, Electronic Data Capture

Abstract

Abstrak – Evaluasi kepuasan mahasiswa menjadi elemen penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan perpustakaan, karena memungkinkan identifikasi area yang memerlukan perbaikan berdasarkan umpan balik pengguna. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada mahasiswa, mencakup berbagai aspek layanan perpustakaan seperti koleksi buku, fasilitas, aksesibilitas, dan layanan petugas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap layanan perpustakaan pada Perpustakaan Kampus Universitas Dirgantara Marsekal Suryadarma dengan menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes. Model Naïve Bayes dipilih karena kesederhanaannya dan kemampuannya dalam memberikan hasil yang akurat meskipun dengan jumlah data yang relatif sedikit. Proses pengembangan aplikasi meliputi beberapa tahapan, yaitu pengumpulan data, prapemrosesan data, pelatihan model, evaluasi model, dan implementasi dalam bentuk aplikasi berbasis web. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa model Naive Bayes memiliki performa yang memuaskan dengan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi sebesar 91,67% dalam mengklasifikasikan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa dengan variabel penilaian mencakup  prasarana fasilitas, petugas, reliability dengan keputusan puas, cukup puas dan tidak puas. Aplikasi yang dihasilkan memungkinkan pihak perpustakaan untuk melakukan analisis data secara real-time dan mendapatkan wawasan yang berharga mengenai persepsi mahasiswa terhadap layanan yang diberikan. Dengan demikian, perpustakaan dapat merancang strategi peningkatan layanan yang lebih efektif berdasarkan data yang akurat.

Abstract

Aplikasi ini adalah sebuah website yang berisi jadual kegiatan Direktorat Jenderal Bina Konstruksi, dimana aplikasi ini di gunakan untuk mengingatkan Kepala Bagian tentang acara yang berlangsung di Direktorat Jenderal Bina Konstruksi dalam sepekan terakhir dirancang dan dibuat dengan mengedepankan teknologi dan fungsi sehingga di buatlah website sendiri untuk menampilkan jadual kegiatan tersebut. Jadual kegiatan ini di harapkan dapat tampil dalam bentuk yang sesuai dengan media, baik itu di videotron, televisi dan dari smartphone agar dapat di akses pada saat tidak berada di kantor. Diharapkan akan dapat membantu baik itu staff ataupun kepala bagian didalam melihat jadual kegiatan sehingga dapat membagi waktu dan pekerjaan sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang ada. Informasi mengenai kegiatan yang ada pada direktorat Jenderal Bina Konstruksi dibuat dalam bentuk website haruslah dapat dikelola dengan baik dan benar sesuai dengan kaidah yang ada tanpa melupakan unsur estetis dan user friendly. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode prototype, dan hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah website yang dapat menampilkan jadual kegiatan Direktorat Jenderal Bina Konstruksi yang dapat di akses dari mana saja dengan menggunakan smartphone, dan dapat di tampilkan pada videotron atau televisi.

Abstract

The automotive industry is one sector that continues to grow. With the increase in the number of motorized vehicles, the demand for vehicle maintenance and repair services increases. Currently, Aan Automobil already has a website and there is a Booking Appointment menu but this feature cannot be used. As demand for automotive services continues to increase and service appointments are still arranged conventionally by direct visits to workshops, so customers have to wait in long queues or even hours to get a service appointment. In addition, the appointment setting process is often ineffective because information about available times and types of services available is unclear. Based on the description above, it is very important to develop a Service Appointment Booking System using the Design Sprint Method. This is expected to improve service to customers and to avoid long queues, cars can be worked on directly according to schedule and the estimated completion time can be known early so that customers can manage valuable time

Abstract

This study aims to forecast the population of Pasuruan City using Single and Double Exponential Smoothing methods. Population forecasting is crucial for urban planning, economic development, and public services. Data from 2010 to 2022 provided by the Central Bureau of Statistics of Pasuruan City was utilized for this research. The Single Exponential Smoothing method demonstrated higher accuracy with lower Mean Squared Error (MSE) and Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) values compared to the Double Exponential Smoothing method. Specifically, the MSE for the Single Exponential Smoothing method was 623,986,327,670, while the Double Exponential Smoothing method recorded an MSE of 1,269,743,472,543. The corresponding RMSE values were 7,899,281 and 11,268,289, respectively. The results indicate that the Single Exponential Smoothing method is more reliable for predicting the population trends in Pasuruan City.The findings of this research can aid local governments and policymakers in making informed decisions regarding resource allocation, infrastructure development, and social services. Future studies could consider incorporating external factors such as migration, birth rates, and government policies to enhance the accuracy of population forecasts.
