The purposes of this study are to know the total level cholesterol of the samples before and after doing aerobic dance exercise besides to know the influence of aerobic dance exercise toward reduction of total blood choleterol levels. This is a Pre-Experimental Design study and used One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The population in this study was participants of Kiyomi gymnasium group and 16 participants. The collected data was gathered by measuring blood total cholesterol levels when conducting pre-test and post-test by using East Touch GCU. For analysing the data used Paired T-test. The result of the study shows the average of the samples after doing aerobic dance exercise are able to lower the blood total cholesterol levels from 221,68 to 173,12. And gained tarithmetic as many as 6,197 with the value of signification 0,000 < 0,05. It means that there is a significant influence between aerobic dance exercise and reduction of total cholesterol. The conclusion of this study is there is reduction of the average of the total cholesterol levels before (pre-test) and after getting treatment (post-test) so it can be concluded that there is an effect of aerobic dance exercise toward the decreasing of total cholesterol level on Kiyomi dance studio?s members in Gabus Sub-District Pati Regency.

This research aimed to examine: (1) the difference in the effect of acceleration and interval sprint dribbling methods; (2) the difference in the effect between high and low coordination towards; and (3) the interaction between training methods and coordination of football dribbling. This research is an experiment with a 2 x 2 factorial design. The coordination instrument is Soccer Wall Test while the dribbling instrument is Short Dribbling Test. The data were analysed using ANAVA. From this research, it can be concluded that (1) there is a significant difference in the effect between acceleration and interval sprint dribbling training methods on dribbling ability; (2) there is a significant difference in the effect between high and low coordination ability on dribbling ability; and (3) there is a significant interaction between training methods and coordination of football dribbling ability.

The research method is a descriptive associative, and the analysis technique is path analysis. The sampling technique used is a total sampling with a sample amount of 16 people. The instruments used are a test of gyaku zuki chudan, reaction speed measurement using Catch the ruler test, eye-hand coordination measurement using throw-catch the ball, The amount of value obtained by gyaku zuki chudan technique is to do a straight punch parallel to the chest or angle of the 90° with as soon as possible for 10 seconds. Samples tested 2 times, performed in a closed room, the results obtained in the execution of the test is hitting in the size of the number of punch. Athletics is a competitive physical activity that is like walking, running, throwing, and jumping, so it is not uncommon for this sport to be said to be the parent of another sport because it has a variety of movements in it. This type of research is quasi-experimental research with a quantitative descriptive approach using the one group control pretest-posttest design research design. The results showed that the basic motion learning model of the 40-meter athletic run based on traditional games was effective to be applied to elementary school students as evidenced by the results of the N-gain score showed that the average N-gain score for the experimental class was 79, 21% included in the “effective†category. It is suggested that teachers and students should be able to use the basic 40-meter athletic basic motion learning model based on traditional games as alternative learning for students and as a reference for physical education teachers in elementary schools.

Analisys results of the ability to hit softball ball during several months of training since the introduction of soft ball is still very low. The ability to hit the average of the athletes prepared is still very minimal in reaching the target should be a goal and still ranges from 10-25% of the total punch and still can be said this very low level of punch ability this Penelintian aims To know the level of effectiveness of toss ball exercises to increase the ability to hit ball softball athletes softball City Palopo. This study uses a type of correlational Deskriftip Experimental Research which is a research directed to explain the relationship between two variables i.e. free-variable toss ball exercises with variable-bound ability to hit ball softball The athlete softball City Palopo by using the test hit ball softball Elrod batting test. The location of this research is conducted in Palopo. The samples used in this study were all the athletes of the Softball town of Palopo amounted to 15 athletes. Sampling techniques using saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical tests, statistic infrential tests for hypothesis testing using simple regression analyses.
