Abstrak : Teknik pembelajaran yang aktif merupakan cara kreatif untuk meningkatkan perhatian, motivasi, keterlibatan siswa dan dianggap membantu proses belajar dikelas sehingga perlu diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran khususnya untuk menunjang kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan pada siswa sekolah dasar. Proses pembelajaran yang aktif tidak terlepas dari media pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam proses belajar diantaranya adalah permainan tradisional oray-orayan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas media pembelajaran permainan tradisional oray-orayan dalam mengembangkan kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan pada siswa sekolah dasar. Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian sebanyak 40 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan rata-rata kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan siswa SD sebelum dan sesudah diberikan media pembelajaran berupa permainan tradisional oray-orayan. Berdasarkan analisi uji t yang telah dilaksanakan dari tabel diatas diketahui nilai Sig. Levenes’s Test for Equality of Variances adalah sebesar 0.358 > 0.05 maka dapat diartikan bahwa varians data antara kelas eksperimen 1 dan 2 adalah homogen atau sama. Pada tabel tersebut diketahui nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 yang artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran permainan tradisional oray-orayan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstrack: The process of language acquisition and learning for people with disabilities in inclusive schools needs to be done as an effort to ensure the education of students who study in inclusive classes. At this time Indonesia also has a law on disability equality in various public facilities and places, namely Law Number 8 of 2016. One of the inclusive schools in Indonesia is SDN 3 Kepanjenlor Blitar City. The purpose of developing pull out photo box learning media is one of the efforts to improve language acquisition and learning for children with special needs (ABK) at elementary level inclusive schools. The development of pull out photo box learning media is carried out in 4 stages, namely (1) the define stage; (2) the design stage; (3) the development stage; (4) and the testing stage. This research was conducted by taking samples from educators and students at SDN 3 Kepanjenlor, Blitar City, East Java Province by asking questions to one of the language teaching teachers through the zoom meeting media and students through google form to find out understanding and satisfaction in using pull out photo box learning media in language learning. The results obtained in the study obtained a satisfactory conclusion in using pull out photo box learning media in primary level inclusive classes, namely students are able to understand language learning materials and are interested and active in participating in learning by using this learning media.

Abstarct : This study aims to determine the influence of digital technology capabilities on the achievement of high school students in Jabodetabek. This study used a quantitative type of research. The population in this study is high school students in Jabodetabek. The sampling technique is carried out with a non-probability sampling technique of incidental sampling type. Furthermore, calculations were carried out using the Slovin Formula so that a sample of 200 students was obtained. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires, documentation and interviews. The research data was further analyzed using simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 16.0. The results of the data analysis obtained that the sig value was 0.00, so reject Ho so that it can be concluded that there is an influence of digital technology capabilities on student achievement. The influence of technological ability on student achievement is 51.80% and the remaining 48.20% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract : The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of the Talking Stick Training form in training the speaking skills of teaching children. This investigation was tried at MIN 04 Labuhanbatu Utara Regency, the subjects of this observation are 4th grade elementary school students, plus 2 classes, special class A and class B, each class contains 18 students, class A runs as Analytical without stopping class B being the Control class. This review is shown with a quantitative research form of trial type. Accumulating data in this statement using Perception and Test sheets. The side effects of this study must be seen from the example t- Test table which reports that the need figure is 0, 000 on the basis of 0, 05. Ho is rejected as well as Ha is recognized, as well as that actually means there is a great effect of the Talking Stick learning form in training students' speaking skills. Therefore, it is recommended for teachers and prospective teachers to use learning forms that are suitable for the learning objectives, one of which is the Talking Stick learning model which can affect students' speaking skills.

Abstract : In providing opportunities to apply theory and practice in the field, students of Jakarta State University (UNJ) are required to undergo a Field Work Practice (PKL) program tailored to the needs of their respective study programs. PKL activities for UNJ students, which were originally carried out face-to-face in the industry where they were carried out, are now carried out online, this is in accordance with the policies set by the government and universities in line with awareness of the covid-19 virus (UNJ, 2020). Therefore, this study aims to determine the implementation of field work practices (PKL) during the covid-19 pandemic on the work readiness of education management study program students class of 2017, Jakarta State University. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The sample in this study were Education Management Students of State University of Jakarta Class of 2017 as students who carried out PKL during the pandemic and PKL coordinator lecturers MP UNJ 2020. The data collection techniques that researchers use are interview techniques, observation and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of field work practices (PKL) during the covid-19 pandemic for UNJ Education management students was carried out by work from home (WFH) and also work from office (WFO), namely adjusting the policies of related agencies. In its implementation, several obstacles were found in the implementation of this blended PKL.

Abstract : The study aims to describe the practice/implementation of the transparency of the head of school in the school administration to analyse the needs of the information system of school administration as a basis for the elaboration of a transparency model of the SDN administration. Using the survey methodology with data collection techniques in the form of a lift filled by 248 school committee managers from 40 primary schools, enriched with focused discussions with 40 heads of schools and 40 teachers. The results of the questionnaire are presented and analyzed qualitatively. The results of the research show that the transparency of the government of the state primary school in East Jakarta City is in the category sufficient, but it is potentially to be developed through the information system of the school administration so that the hypothetical model of the transparent government system in SDN can be drawn. It is advised that DKI Jakarta should facilitate the acquisition of the system with its supporting devices, both IT advisor and operator resources. Schools should respond positively if transparency in school governance is implemented.

Abstract: English for Special Purposes (BIK) is English language teaching specifically designed to meet the needs of learners in an English language learning program so that they can communicate in a particular context. The qualitative study seeks to answer the research question “How far has the English Program for Special Purposes for Secretaries and Administrative Strengths been successful in meeting the English language development needs and the English learning needs of students?” by using the CIPP component in the evaluation model approach advocated by Stufflebeam. The CIPPs component is used as a guide for planning, implementation and evaluation of the ESP program through theoretical-based criteria derived from the researchers’ understanding of language learning programmes. (Kiely dan Rea-Dickins, 2005). Data collection was carried out on ten participants, two teachers and one program developer through interview techniques. The evaluation results showed that the BIK program has successfully met the language skills development needs and the English learning needs of the students. The biggest challenge in the implementation of the BIK program is to reduce the difficulty of participants in learning English without explicitly incorporating language structural elements. In addition, these evaluations also produce systematic guidelines that can be used to evaluate English for Special Purposes programmes at other program providers or can also be used in the evaluation of teaching programmes in other fields of study.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data dan informasi yang aktual diperoleh dengan menerapkan 3 level pertama dari model evaluasi Kirkpatrick, yaitu: Level 1 (Reaksi), mengukur reaksi dan kepuasan pendidikan dan latihan, Level 2 (Belajar), mengukur signifikansi dari hasil belajar, Level 3 (Perilaku) yang mengukur perubahan perilaku peserta. Penelitian menggunakan 3 level pertama dari model evaluasi Kirkpatrick. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Pusat Pendidikan Lalu Lintas Polri Pusat DKI Jakarta. Jumlah responden pada evaluasi ini berjumlah 86 Responden terdiri dari 25 orang peserta didik, 9 orang tenaga pendidik, 2 orang pengasuh, 25 orang rekan kerja dan atasan kerja dari masing-masing peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Level 1: Reaksi terdapat 7 komponen penilaian yakni tingkat kepuasan yang sudah melebihi 40% adalah kepuasan peserta Diklat terhadap penilaian Instruktur/pelatih (Trainer (2) fasilitas pelatihan memiliki rata-rata tingkat kepuasan (3) tingkat kepuasan terhadap Penilaian jadwal pelatihan (4) penilaian media pelatihan. Tetapi, (5) Kepuasan peserta Diklat terhadap komponen penilaian rata-rata sebesar paling banyak tidak puas 31,45%. (6) Tingkat kepuasan sudah di atas 40% terhadap komponen penilaian konsumsi/logistik (7) Kepuasan peserta Diklat terhadap komponen penilaian latihan atau tugas cukup puas. Level 2: Hasil Belajar, yaitu peserta Diklat pada aspek pengetahuan memliki peningkatan yang signifikan dari hasil pemberian tes (pretest dan posttest); Hasil belajar peserta Diklat pada aspek keterampilan dan sikap direspon positif terhadap tenaga pendidik dan pengasuh. Level 3: Perilaku yang direspon secara negatif oleh beberapa atasan dan rekan kerja yaitu pada komponen penilaian aspek pengetahuan dan keterampilan dikarenakan bukan berasal dari penegak hukum.

This study aims to determine the impact of the Dikbangspes program for students and the agencies where students work, through a qualitative approach that seeks to reveal descriptively the evaluation of the program so as to obtain objective data to assess the achievement of the Dikbangspes Bintara Dasar Intelligence (Densus 88 AT) program. Data and information in the form of interviews, questionnaires, documentation studies, document analysis about the Basic Intelligence Non-commissioned Officer Specialization Development Education program (Densus 88 AT) at the Pusdik Intelkam Lemdiklat Polri will be processed and presented descriptively by conducting analysis using procedures based on 4 (four) stages of Kirkpatrick program evaluation which include evaluation: reaction, learning, behavior, and results. Reaction Evaluation Stage: In the curriculum component, in general, participants expressed satisfaction with this Dikbangspes curriculum. There needs to be integration between theory and practice. The results of the reaction evaluation of Dikbangspes participants are generally stated to have met the criteria for achieving the evaluation of the Dikbangspes program program to bring behavior change to its participants. Evaluation of the results of the evaluation of the results of the Dikbangspes has met the research criteria. The implications of this study need to evaluate the management of Dikbangspes for the future (2) Periodically evaluate each student's development both in the cognitive, affective, psychomotor, physical and psychological aspects of participants. In this pandemic era, this is very important because the psychological side will certainly have an impact on the absorption of Dikbangspes learning materials

This research was conducted with three objectives, namely to find out (1) the principal's reflection on trust in the context of leadership; (2) The vice principal's reflection on trust in the context of being led; (3) The leadership relationship between the principal and the vice principal. The research method is a Narrative Inquiry Study and a qualitative approach. Participants consisted of the researchers themselves, teachers, vice principals and school principals. This research was conducted at SMKN 26 Pulo Gadung, East Jakarta. Data collection techniques with various types of field texts from photos, field notes, and transcripts of conversations to interview transcripts. Data analysis technique with resto-rying stage (telling back) and coding for themes (codification). Research results In terms of intrapersonal competence, principals are very confident to be able to analyze problems and opportunities. The type of leadership management in the school is participatory management and there is mutual trust from all structural members who are in charge and fulfill their respective responsibilities. If the leader's trust cannot be given, the organization's journey will be confused in determining the direction.
