This research was conducted at Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional, which aims to determine the process of teamwork and communication is done Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional in improving the quality of educational services for gifted students and special intelligent Indonesia. This study was conducted in November 2015 and January 2016. The researchers used a qualitative approach and descriptive method. Data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation study. Source data from this study are: the general secretary of the Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional, chairman of the Asosiasi CI+BI Wilayah, and some informants supporting, among others, the management areas of the Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional and school/madrasah service provider subsidiary CI+BI under the auspices of the Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional. Teamwork in Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional is done by those who want to work together to analyze needs and the resources available for cooperation with Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional. Then those who want to work together to contact Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional and did a deal related to the program to be implemented. Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional provides guidance to those who want to work together to reach areas of Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional in accordance with the needs and demands. Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional should help schools/madrasah service provider subsidiary CI+BI to look for students who have the potential of gifted special use technology optimally to notify information about the achievements of students CI+BI by making connections between blogs Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional website owned by the school/madrasah service provider CI + BI children under the auspices of Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional.

This research aimed to describe the planning and execution of training in improving the quality of education personnel in Jakarta. Research on quality managament be specified in two sub research focus is the planning of training and implementation of training activities in PPMS. The method used is a qualitative case research. The data obtained by researchers is through observation, depth interviews (depth interview), and documentation research. Key informant interviews were conducted at the Head Centre and supported by the informant support consists of the Head of Administration, Head of Executive Management Development Medium, instructor and trainees.The research concluded that 1) Planning of training undertaken in an effort to improve the quality of education personnel through the stages of training needs analysis, a coordination meeting between the committee and implementing units, define the training objectives, determining the training target, specify the subject matter, time, and number of participants, determine More specifically instructor with the materials according to their fields of expertise. Resulting from this process that the terms of reference of activities and proposal activities, criteria for participants and instructors criteria, the list of participants will be invited, syllabus and training schedules, training materials by the instructor, training rules and list of required facilities and infrastructure. 2) Implementation of the training activities carried out through pre-test phase â€“ IN 1 â€“ On the Job Learning â€“ IN 2 â€“ Post test up until the evaluation results come out in the form of certificates to the participants assessment. Output generated in the form of training implementation Accountability report along with photo documentation of training activities.PPMS should conduct a detailed analysis of requirement operating more hearts held trainin, set time allocation complex material material adjustments and trainer right, make a detailed schedule and disseminate the material shown to the participants which impacted the increasing skills from the training participants.

This study aims to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and teacherâ€™s organizational commitment of Elementary School in Kecamatan Duren Sawit. The method used is descriptive in the form of a survey. Samples were taken by using simple random sampling technique. Based on this technique, the sample size used in this study were 88 teachers from 760 teachers. Data collection for job satisfaction (X) and organizational commitment (Y) using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques are used to test the hypothesis is to use a product moment correlation, with the prerequisite first tested the normality test, significance test and regression linearity. From the results of hypothesis testing to test the significance of the correlation is obtained that tcount > ttable as well as tcount = 3,121 and ttable = 1,988. Thus it can be said that the hypothesis can be accepted. This means that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. The results of this study it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction with teacherâ€™s organizational commitment of Elementary School in Kecamatan Duren Sawit.

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between motivation with Organizational Commitment at Senior High School Region 1 East Jakarta Administration. The research approach was quantitative research. The research method used was survey data. With the analysis of correlational studies. The population in this study were all teachers Senior High School in Region I East Jakarta Administration. The research sample using simple random sampling technique. Total sample study as many as 91 people. Data collection motivation variable (X) and organizational commitment variable (Y) using a questionnaire. The results of the study there is a relationship between motivation and commitment to the organization, this means that the higher the motivation, the higher organizational commitment of teachers at the Senior High School Region I East Jakarta Administration.

This study aims to determine the relationship between compensation and teacherâ€™s job performance of Middle School in Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. The method used is descriptive in the form of a survey. The population in this study is a teacher in the Middle School at Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. Samples were taken by using proportional random sampling technique. Based on this technique, the sample size used in this study were 69 from 225 teachers. Data collection for compensation (Variable X) and job performance (Variable Y) using a questionnaire. From the results of hypothesis testing to test the significance of the correlation is obtained that tcount 5.421 > ttable 1.670. Thus it can be said that the hypothesis can be accepted. This means that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. The results of this study it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between compensation with teacherâ€™s job performance of Middle School in Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. The results of this study also indicate that compensationâ€™s contribution to job performance is compensated at 30.49 %. From these values can be indicated that compensation had a positive effect on teacherâ€™s improvement of job performance.

This study aims to know there is a relationship between job satisfaction with teacher OCB at Vocational High School Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta Administration. This research use quantitative with two variables there in, namely: (X) job satisfaction as independent variables and (Y) OCB as the dependent variable. The method used is survey method with the results of the analysis of correlational studies. The population in this study are teacherâ€™s at vocational high school in Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta there is 275 teachers. Samples were taken by using simple random sampling technique. The technique is based on the sample size used in this study as many as 73 teachers. Data collection for the variable (X) job satisfaction and variable (Y) OCB using a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is done using product moment correlation formula in can correlation coefficient (r) = 0,45283 and based on the results of hypothesis testing using t-test obtained t for 4.280 > 1.994 t-table. From this research, we get thereâ€™s positive relation between job satisfaction with OCB at Vocational High School Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta Administration. The contributions made by teachers job satisfaction on OCB, amounted to 20.51%.

This study aims to determine Relationship Management Information Systems with Elementary School Teacher Performance in Central Jakarta Sub Highlands. The sample in this study were teachers Highlands Village SDN 75 people. Proportional sampling using sampling. The method used was survey method with the correlational approach. The data collection was done by distributing questionnaires and analyzed using Normality Test and Test of Significance analysis technique Product Moment and conclusions with Hypothesis Testing. The results showed that the positive effect of management information systems with the performance of primary school teachers in the village of Highlands, Central Jakarta. These results indicate that management information systems can be used as one of the efforts to improve the performance of primary school teachers in the village of Highlands, Central Jakarta. Therefore, teachers need to know about the system implemented in the school as well as the delivery of accurate information from the school to the teacher. Facilities required to meet the school does in IT so that classroom teaching and learning activities designed by teachers varied, in order to improve teacher performance.

The research aimed to identify and obtain an overview of the maintenance andinventory of educational facilities. This research was conducted in in SMP Negeri 255 onMay 2015 through June 2016. The research used a qualitative approach with descriptivemethods. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Sourcedata from this study came from key informants that the vice principal fields ofinfrastructure, while supporting informant I is treasurer of goods and informants II is theprincipal. Results from the study showed that (1) Mechanical maintenance of educationalfacilities that do SMP Negeri 255 Jakarta include awareness, understanding, organizing,implementation and data collection. Problems that occur in the technical maintenance ofeducational facilities is the lack of a clear division of labor, funding needs due to latedisbursement of BOS and BOP, and difficulty to obtain experts. (2) Procedures inventoryof educational facilities was conducted on the recording, coding and inventoryevaluation. Problems that occur in the inventory procedure for school infrastructure isoften the goods delivered are not in accordance with the required specifications of theschool, so that has caused delays in the process of recording goods.

The research was conducted in Assaâ€™adah Junior High School District DurenSawit East Jakarta, which aims to identify and obtain an overview of the quality ofeducational services. This research was conducted in October 2016 until February 2017.approach used is qualitative approach with methods descriptions. Data collection wasdone through interviews, observation and documentation. source data from this study isthe principal and several supporting informant as deputy principals and heads ofadministration. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it can be concludedthat the quality of service at Assaâ€™adah Junior High School has been running well. then,from the quality of the services performed directly supervised by the principal. it can beseen from the quality planning services starting from problem analysis, identification ofneeds, formulation of objectives, devise alternative actions, action selection, preparationof work plans, implementation of the work plan, evaluation, and feedback. Furthermore,quality control process of comparing the performance of the service begins with thetarget of evaluation, problem analysis, and manufacture of alternative actions. then, thestrategy of increasing the quality of services consisting of the development of educators,improved quality of service, and continuous improvement.
