Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to measure the effect degree of organizational justice and job satisfaction toward organizational commitment of the principals of public high school in Jakarta. The data were collected from the principals that selected as a respondent through the questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis. The result of the study shows: there is a positive effect of organizational justice variable on organizational commitment. The data analysis said the path coefficient value of organizational justice on organizational commitment described a positive contribution. The effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment was also showed a positive correlation. The data of organizational justice variable was also indicated a positive influenced on the job satisfaction. Keywords: Organizational Justice, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment

Abstract

Educational supervision is one of the efforts to develop or improve the quality at every level and type of education, including formal and non-formal education in a national education system. This research aims to investigate 1) the supervision model in learning the Graduate Competency Standard (SKL) for students at the Language Development Center at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta, 2) the goals and functions of supervision, 3) barriers, and 4) solutions to the barriers in supervision. This research was descriptive qualitative research conducted at online learning during the pandemic of covid 19. The results of this study reveal that 1) the model used is..a clinical supervision model, 2) the purpose of the supervision activity implementation is to determine the course of SKL learning, while the function of the activity is to improve the learning situation and atmosphere through the professional development of tutors, 3) obstacles in the implementation of supervision generally come from tutors and some are from students, 4) solutions to these obstacles are also given significantly to both parties, tutors and students. Abstract

This study aims to develop a conceptual digital literacy learning for adolescents in remote communities; Designing digital literacy learning activities for youth in remote communities; and knowing the evaluation of digital literacy learning This research procedure was carried out by adapting the ILDF (Integrated Learning Design Framework) development procedure model. This model consists of three stages, namely Explorating, Enactment and Evaluation. This research was conducted in Pabuaran Village, Sukamakmur District, Bogor Regency.for adolescents in remote communities.The step of the development model begins with exploring, at this stage the developer identifies the need for distance learning due to the large number of trainees who experience difficulties in participating in learning activities in face-to-face, especially for teenagers who live in remote areas, the selection of the Moodle platform, this is because Moodle has an application in the form of Moodle Mobile which can be accessed via android phone. In the Enactment stage, at this stage the developer begins to design disaster literacy learning using the Mobile Modeling Model, compile prototypes and develop the learning in detail. The last stage is Evaluation, Testing material experts and media experts. Material experts give the results of the percentage of the feasibility of learning materials of 93.75%. Media testing gives the results of the feasibility percentage of 79.9%. The test on the small group test of the trainees got a result of 86.97% which means it is very feasible to use. This study provides suggestions that facilities and infrastructure must be available properly. The required facilities such as an adequate and stable internet network and an android phone with a minimum android version of Lollipop that must be owned by all disaster literacy training participants.

Abstract

Abstract The objective of this study is to determine the effect of servant leadership in improving teacher performance, school quality, and learning. The study used a literature review using reference books, national and international journals as a reference source. Data analysis used a descriptive qualitative approach. The results show that: 1) theoretically and conceptually, servant leadership has relevance to principals’ leadership; and, 2) practically, the relevant research results show a significant and positive influence of servant leadership on improving teacher performance, school organization, and improving the quality of learning. Key Words : Leadership, Servant, Principal, Performance, Quality Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan pelayan dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru, mutu sekolah dan pembelajaran. Penelitian menggunakan studi literatur dengan menggunakan referensi buku, jurnal nasional dan internasional sebagai sumber rujukan. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) secara teoritis dan konseptual, kepemimpinan pelayan memiliki relevansi terhadap kepemimpinan kepala sekolah; dan, 2) secara praktis, hasil penelitian yang relevan menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan dan positif kepemimpinan pelayan terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru, organisasi skeolah dan perbaikan mutu pembelajaran. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Pelayan, Kepala Sekolah, Kinerja, Mutu, Kualitas

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Bimbingan Skripsi berbasis Website pada Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta merupakan ide yang ada untuk membantu Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan, yang sebelumnya masih dikelola secara manual. Sistem Informasi Bimbingan Skripsi berbasis Website pada Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta ditujukan untuk pelayanan dan pengelolaan data dan informasi terkait kegiatan skripsi serta dibuat mudah jika ingin digunakan atau dibutuhkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) yang dirumuskan oleh Borg & Gell dengan langkah-langkah penelitian yaitu: 1) studi pendahuluan, 2) perencanaan, 3) pengembangan produk, 4) uji coba tahap awal, 5) revisi uji coba tahap awal, 6) uji coba tahap akhir, 7) revisi uji coba tahap akhir, 8) uji coba operasional, 9) revisi uji coba operasional, 10) implementasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah Sistem Informasi Bimbingan Skripsi berbasis Website yang dapat digunakan sebagai media pelayanan dan pengelolaan data dan informasi, sosisalisasi, dan komunikasi kegiatan skripsi antara pihak program studi, dosen pembimbing dan mahasiswa.

Abstract

Resiliensi menjadi sangat penting untuk mahasiswa agar mampu bertahan dan mampu mengatasi masalah khususnya pada masa pembelajaran daring, selain itu kepuasan pembelajaran menjadi hal yang penting melakukan evaluasi selama pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepuasan pembelajaran daring dengan resilinesi akademik mahasiswa pada masa pendemi covid-19. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 150 mahasiswa, sedangkan pengambilan sampel dengan accidental sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Mei – Agustus 2021. Pada kepuasan belajar daring (X) mengukur 15 item pernyataan dan resiliensi akademik (Y) mengukur 24 item pernyataan. Dari hasil penelitian data thitung = 10,587, dengan persamaan regresi Y = 52,06 + 0,75X dengan nilai rxy = 0, 93 yang menunjukan terdapat hubungan antara kepuasan pembelajaran daring dengan resiliensi akademik yang mana berhubungan positif. Dengan besarnya kontribusi variable X terhadap Y yaitu r2 = 93% dengan artinya semakin tinggi kepuasan pembelajaran daring, maka semakin tinggi resiliensi akademik mahasiswa.

Abstract

Reputasi sekolah pada masa Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh sangat dipertaruhkan. Sekolah akan dinilai berdasarkan kecepatan mereka dalam beradaptasi dalam waktu yang singkat dan kemampuan mereka menjaga kualitas pendidikan. Berbagai upaya dilakukan oleh sekolah untuk menjaga reputasi selama masa COVID-19, cara yang bisa dilakukan adalah melalui hubungan sekolah masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, implementasi, evaluasi, serta hambatan dalam manajemen hubungan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan citra sekolah di tengah pandemi COVID-19 di SMAS Islam Assyafi’iyah 02, Kota Bekasi. Desain penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analisis digunakan untuk memperoleh hasil dalam penelitian ini. Adapun hasil penelitian ini yaitu: 1) perencanaan diawali dengan adanya analisis kebutuhan yang selaras dengan visi dan misi sekolah, 2) tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan berpedoman pada kerangka perencanaan yang telah disusun sebelumnnya adapun kegiatan yang dilakukan yakni dengan adanya publikasi dan kegiatan sosial, 3) evaluasi kehumasan dilakukan dengan memperhatikan beberapa unsur yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas kegiatan dan bermanfaat dalam pengambilan keputusan dalam kegiatan selanjutnya, dan 4) hambatan yang dihadapi sekolah dalam kegiatan hubungan masyarakat bersumber dari dalam dan luar lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

Abstract: The number of educational institutions is increasing, causing competition between each other, and it becomes a challenge to be able to attract prospective students to choose their educational institution. Therefore, educational institutions are required to meet the needs so that they have advantages and the community can choose their educational services. On this basis, educational marketing management through a branding strategy is important. The purpose of this study is to identify and explain the marketing management of education through branding strategies at Al Falaah Islamic Junior High School, South Tangerang. This research uses a qualitative research model with descriptive methods, sources data in the results of informants, documents, and observations. In collecting data using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data exposure or presentation, and then drawing conclusions. In this study, the data obtained were verified by using two triangulations, namely triangulation of concepts and sources. The results showed that the marketing management of education through the branding strategy carried out by Al Falaah Islamic Junior High School included planning, implementation, and controlling. The planning uses a brand identity strategy and then determines the people (human resources involved in educational marketing), process (education marketing planning process), and strategy, namely determining what educational marketing strategy will be used. The implementation of Al Falaah Islamic Junior High School uses a brand communication strategy that includes brand visualization and brand activation to form the school's brand image. Then the controlling of education marketing is carried out through checking and evaluation meetings through weekly and monthly meetings.

Abstract

Abstract : In the era of the development of science and the addition of new departments and universities both in Indonesia and the world, research on integrity is increasing. One of the studies mentioned that many integrity violations were committed by students during exams. Enforcement of integrity can be started with strict regulations for violators. This research aims to explore the dropout sanction for students who cheat as one of the strategies to enforce students' academic integrity. The research uses a case study method with interviews, observations, and documentation studies as data collection techniques. Robert K. Yin's six steps of case study research were used in this study, namely plan, design, prepare, collect, analyze, and share. Data analysis uses data validity by comparing all data obtained with three collection techniques, classifying data based on research questions, combining the data obtained in the form of tables, and finally making conclusions based on the data that has been obtained. The results showed that the impact of dropout sanctions for students who cheat is the emergence of awareness related to integrity values such as honesty, responsibility, the emergence of student confidence in working on exam questions, and being able to reduce the number of students who cheat on exams.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in instilling multicultural education based on local wisdom values ​​in Indonesia State Junior High School 15 Surakarta. Method The research used is a descriptive qualitative method with data sources obtained from the principal, teachers, and students. The data analysis used is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation as for the analysis technique through the reduction stage, data presentation stage, and stage conclusion. The results of the study indicate that the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in instilling multicultural education based on local wisdom values ​​in Indonesia State Junior High School 15 Surakarta is teachers as educators, motivators, facilitators, with multicultural education based on local wisdom in the form of values ​​of equality, tolerance, democracy, pluralism and human values ​​(morals). Planting multicultural education based on local wisdom values is also influenced by supporting factors, namely first, support from all parties, and secondly, the school facilities are adequate. While the inhibiting factor namely the lack of good cooperation between the school and parents and guardians in shaping the character and personality of noble character in children or students.
