Faktor risiko komplikasi ; usia (? = 0.404, r = 0.091), jenis kelamin (? = 0.161, r = -0,152), kadar glukosa darah (? = 0.000, r = -0,390), kadar kolesterol darah (? = 0,272, r = -0.119) tekanan darah (? = 0.000, r = +0.417), konsumsi obat (?= 0.000, r = +0,439), kontrol kesehatan (? = 0.000, r = +0,490). Abstract

This research aims to analyze aspects of demand, costs and benefits of tobacco products in Indonesia and several other ASEAN countries (such as: Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam). The research approach used is descriptive comparative analysis and quantitative analysis to examine the relationship between demand factors and cost factors with explanatory variables, namely: price level, amount of excise, government revenue and cross-country specific factors. The descriptive approach is carried out by analyzing secondary data from the results of previous research studies. While the quantitative approach is done using standard regression analysis and instrument variable approach. The results of the study indicate that among ASEAN countries, Indonesia is known as the country with the highest rate of smoking prevalence for adult men (67 percent). The results showed that a one percent price increase would reduce the prevalence to around 0.27 percent (significance at 1%). Meanwhile the increase in prevalence will increase costs by an average of 14.71 million US dollars (significance at 5%). That is, the higher the state revenue from cigarette excise, the higher the costs to be borne. These results further strengthen the urgency of tobacco control in Indonesia.

Problems that occur in the referral process such as not having the certainty of service time, the service is not in accordance with the competence and the closest radius of the patient's location so that it can cause inconvenience. The aim of the study was to create a web-based planned referral system (SIJUNA) to help manage referral services from public health centers to hospitals so that there was no reason for patients not to be served because the human resources and facilities needed were not available. This research uses action research with a qualitative approach and the system development stage using the FAST method. The system is tested using black box testing so that it can be seen that the whole feature has a function that is good and in accordance with the objectives of the system user. The results of this study are the establishment of a Planned Referral Information System (SIJUNA) that facilitates the referral process of patients from the Public Health Center to the Hospital. With the existence of SIJUNA, the operational needs of services are good with the types of outpatient referrals, inpatient care, and emergencies can be fulfilled by increasing accessibility such as certainty of service time with competence and the closest radius of the patient's location, equalizing and increasing the effectiveness of health services. nearest health who has competencies according to patient needs.

Abstract

Lymphatic Filariasis (LF) is a neglected tropical disease caused by filarial worms. Semarang City has an increasing number of LF. The aim of this study was to investigate potential sources of transmission and distribution of LF. It was descriptive research using cross-sectional design. The sample were 28 LF cases. The variables studied were level of knowledge, physical and biological environmental factors, and provision of health service. Data were collected using interviews and observation. Data were analyzed descriptively and spatially. The results showed that LF cases were distributed in center of Semarang City, especially in the coastal area.  Poor drainage and stagnant water around the houses were potential breeding places for mosquitos, which are suspected as a vector of LF transmission. Poor knowledge of LF, physical and biological environmental factors around the houses of LF patient houses may possibly be sources of distribution and transmission of LF.

Research this use type research Experiment Moot or quasi-experimental design with the design of the Post-test Only Control Group Design by looking at the 3th and 6th day IL-6 levels after induction bacteria Staphylococcus aureus and giving treatment on mammae rat female Sprague Dawley. Taking sample blood done at eye rat 2 times with examination elisa kit. Data analyzed with use Hock and Post test followed by the Mann Whitney test . Research results to show that not there is difference IL-6 levels at group control (?=0,062 > ? =0,05) and group antibiotics (?=0,0514 > ? =0,05). On group leaf soursop (?=0.037 < ? =0,05) and group antibiotics + leaves soursop and on group control (?=0.030 < ? =0,05) to show there is difference levels IL-6. Value mean on group soursop 7.50 ± 1.74 pg/ml day to3, and 7.50 ± 1.74 1 pg/ml day 6. Value mean on group soursop + antibiotics 7.46 ± 26t.66 pg/ml Day 3, and 4.73 ± 1.36 pg/ml day 6. Abstract

Abstract Rats become important pests in human life. Control of rats using live traps can only catch the rats in the first time the trap is set, for the following days no rats enter the trap. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there were differences in the number of rats trapped between the method of combined feeding with non-combined feeding. This type of research used in this study was quasi-experimental (quasi experiment) with a posttest only nonequivalent control group design. Each house has 5 traps installed with 6 repetitions. One trap was installed by combining bait types and four other traps were installed without combining bait types. The instruments used were house screening sheets, traps, and observation sheets. The data obtained were tested with the Mann-Whitney test. The results of the study showed that the number of rats trapped between combined feeding with anchovies (p = 0.048), combined feeding with rice (p = 0.272), fed combination with tofu (p = 0.443) and combined feeding with grilled coconut (p = 0.443). The most common trapping of the rats is the feeding of anchovies, while the most consistent trapping of mice is the combination of feeding and feeding of anchovies.

Abstract

The unmet need for family planning in Bondowoso Regency is the third highest in East Java. Jambesari Darus Sholah Subdistrict is the sub-district with the highest number of unmet needs in Bondowoso Regency. This study aims to analyze the relationship of service quality with unmet need for family planning in Jambesari Darus Sholah District, Bondowoso Regency. This was an analytic study with cross sectional design. The sample of this research was 149 married women who were selected by simple random sampling technique. Collecting data of this study through structured interview methods using a questionnaire. Data analysis used chi-square test and logistic regression test with backward method with a significance level of 95%. The results showed that respondents who experienced unmet need for family planning were 20.1%. If reviewed based on the type of unmet need for family planning, 83.3% do not want more children and 16.7% want children to be postponed. Women who are older, have children > 2 and have low education are at greater risk of unmet need for family planning. The quality of family planning services was related to unmet need for family planning. Women who receive poor quality family planning services are at risk of unmet need for family planning 3.3 times greater than good quality family planning services. Thus, increasing the quality of family planning services becomes important to reduce the number of unmet needs for family planning.
