Abstract

The emergence of technology and the Internet has significantly influenced the use of digital platforms, especially in the realm of online commerce or e-commerce. One of the e-commerce in Indonesia is Lazada. Lazada consistently improves its sales techniques to remain competitive, including through consumer reviews communicated via Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM). This research analyzes the influence of sales promotions, brand recognition, and perceived ease of use on purchasing decisions and intentions to make repeat purchases. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study was Lazada consumers in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, and the sample used was 337. Analysis was carried out using SmartPLS software. The results show that sales promotions, brand recognition, and perceived ease of use benefit purchasing decisions, influencing consumers' intentions to make repeat purchases. Consumer trust has a significant role in influencing the relationship between purchasing decisions and repurchase intentions. However, electronic word-of-mouth (E-WOM) does not significantly influence purchasing decisions within Lazada's e-commerce framework.

Abstract

Population growth in Indonesia creates new challenges for the housing sector. Scarcity in Jakarta and high land prices make residents actively look for alternative housing options in neighboring areas such as Bogor. This causes increased competition between housing development companies, including the XYZ residence project. This research uses the severity index to analyze, evaluate, prioritize and suggest strategies for managing construction-related hazards in the xyz housing area project. From the research results it appears that in the temporal dimension of the XYZ residence construction project, 28 hazards have a very low probability of affecting the project schedule, 14 hazards have a low probability, 2 (two) hazards have a medium probability, 3 (three) hazards have a high probability, and 4 (four) danger has a very high probability. Likewise, the evaluation of the level of risk in the cost aspect of the xyz residence development project shows that 36 risks have a very low probability of influencing project costs, compared to 5 (five) low risks, five medium risks, 1 (one) high risk, and 4 (four) very high risks. For this reason, it is necessary to implement measures that impact the financial dimension.

Abstract

This article aims to explain the possible effects of Dutch Disease (DD) on tourism development in Bali and how the new paradigm of tourism development can counter the DD effect. As is known, the development of this sector has made tourism a leading industry for Bali's economic growth. However, this condition in the long term is a sign that Bali is starting to experience a significant DD effect, where growth in critical sectors hampers growth in other industries and may even slow down the overall growth rate of the regional economy. Using descriptive analysis techniques, this article utilizes data sharing on agricultural sector growth and labour profile by sector in the Province of Bali to describe how the possible effects of the Dutch disease on the Bali economy occurred.

Abstract

Value co-creation is crucial in business services as well as in healthcare services to enhance patient satisfaction. Active patient participation in value co-creation is critical in creating better and highly competitive services. Value co-creation can be achieved by interacting with healthcare providers and patients using integrated resources. Although research on the value of co-creation in healthcare has garnered attention, little effort has been made to systematically review the context of co-creation and the actors involved. This study aims to better understand value co-creation in healthcare from a management and business perspective. The research identifies the context of value co-creation, the actors involved, the theories adopted, the driving factors, the benefits, and the challenges faced. The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method is used in this study, where 23 articles are identified and analyzed to answer a series of predetermined research questions. The article search was conducted using Harzing's Publish or Perish in 2022. The findings indicate that value co-creation benefits hospitals through competitive advantage, cost efficiency, profitability, and improved service quality. For patients, the perceived benefits include social experiences, patient centrality, and a better health community system.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of research on risk tolerance over the past two decades, focusing on collaborative networks among authors and countries, thematic evolution, and new research opportunities. The method used is bibliometric analysis based on R software and VOS Viewer. The research population includes 833 articles related to risk tolerance identified from the Scopus database. The study was conducted through network visualization, thematic clustering, and thematic evolution mapping. The results show that publications on risk tolerance have increased by 15% annually, with the United States as the primary contributor. The main recurring themes include risk assessment, decision-making, and financial risk tolerance. However, there is a gap in integrating the risk tolerance theme with broader concepts such as financial literacy. The analysis also indicates increased international collaboration, particularly in North America, Europe, and Asia, but with limited cooperation in Latin America and Africa. This study recommends further exploration of the relationship between risk tolerance, financial literacy, and technology-based decision-making. Additionally, it suggests enhancing cross-regional collaborations to broaden the scope and impact of research in this field.
