An entrepreneur needs to be emphasized courage and confidence to start. That is one of the factors that influence the interest in entrepreneurship, namely self-efficacy. In everyday life, self-efficacy is very influential in increasing interest in entrepreneurship among students, which will affect individuals in determining actions to achieve the expected goals. This study aims to identify the level of self-efficacy and the level of interest in entrepreneurship and to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and interest in entrepreneurship of students majoring in family welfare education (PKK) FKIP Syiah Kuala University. This study used a sample of 36 students who were already entrepreneurs from the PKK FKIP Study Program, Syiah Kuala University and the research was conducted in May 2022 - June 2022. The results showed that, in general, the level of self-efficacy of students majoring in PKK FKIP Syiah Kuala University was included in the high category, namely 64%. However, in detail the level of self-efficacy is more dominant in the magnitude indicator (difficulty level) with a high category of 86.1%. The level of entrepreneurial interest of students majoring in PKK FKIP is also generally included in the high category, namely 73%, if in more detail the level of interest in entrepreneurship is more dominant in intrinsic factors with a high category of 70%. Based on the results of the correlation test between self-efficacy and entrepreneurial interest, it shows that there is a positive relationship between the two variables, the value of r_xy = 0.55, meaning that between the two variables has a moderate relationship, with a significant value of 0.001 <0.05, it means that there is a significant positive relationship between the two variables, self-efficacy and entrepreneurial interest in PKK FKIP students at Syiah Kuala University.

Abstract

The use of technology and information can increase the risk of the phenomenon of cyberbullying. One of the factors of cyberbullying is self-control. Individuals with high self-control will be able to instruct and control themselves in facing unexpected situations. In contrast, individuals with low self-control lack instruction and control for themselves; hence they tend to behave negatively. This study engaged a descriptive quantitative method using a cluster random sampling of 100 students. The instrument used in this study was a self-control scale. The data were analyzed by engaging descriptive analysis. The result shows that perpetrators of cyberbullying have moderate self-control. High self-control indicates that students can control their behavior, cognition, and decision. Thus, they can control their behavior in various situations to obtain positive consequences. Low self-control indicates that students do some unacceptable actions to their environment, especially in school. The higher self-control is, the lower the negative behavior individuals will take. Suboptimal self-control is caused by low aspects of self-control in behavior, cognition, and decision. The lowest aspect is behavior control, which means that perpetrators of cyberbullying tend to spend time with their peers. Therefore, self-control does not work optimally.

Abstract

The prolonged pandemic caused Job Demands at Company X to increase due to the shift in working conditions to WFH which led to the emergence of Turnover Intention. Job Demands are the physical, psychological, social and organizational aspects of work that have an impact on physical or psychological aspects (Bakker and Demerouti, 2007), while Turnover Intention is the probability that someone will leave the organization in the near future (Jackson S. & Jackson L., 2019). This study uses the Stress Appraisal Theory by Richard Lazarus (Baumeister & Vohs, 2007), uses an explanatory quantitative approach with a survey method with 50 participants. The results showed that Job Demands had a significant effect on Turnover Intention (p=0.012), and only one dimension of Job Demands, namely Role Conflict, which shows a significant effect on Turnover Intention, which is equal to p=0,291. Referring to the questions and research objectives, the conclusion is that the increase in Job Demands had a significant effect on the Turnover Intention of Company X employees during the pandemic.

Abstract

Accompanying the learning process of students is still a long mandate for parents and educators. Changes in the educational process that occurred as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic raised the need for students to improve their self-regulation ability in order to design more effective learning strategies, especially in terms of learning objectives. This study aims to obtain an overview of students' self-regulation in understanding learning objectives, carrying out their own learning plans and strategies, and monitoring independently how effective the learning process is. This research was conducted on four students who implemented fitrah based education. This research used descriptive qualitative method. Methods of data collection used observation and interviews. The results of this research showed that the cycle of self-regulation in students in schools that implemented fitrah based education has not been fully implemented. The forethought phase which is the beginning of the self-regulation cycle has not been carried out, so the subsequent phases are not running effectively.

Abstract

In adolescence, thoughts and feelings about sexuality begin to emerge along with experiencing first love, having friends who are sexually active, and curiosity about sexuality begins to increase. One of the factors that influence premarital sexual behavior in adolescents is the weak attachment of adolescents to their parents (parental bonding) and the level of religiosity. The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the effect of parental bonding and religiosity on premarital sexual behavior in dating adolescents. This study involved 100 participants. Multiple regression analysis is used to test the hypothesis in this study. The results showed that parental bonding had an effect on premarital sexual behavior, while religiosity had no effect on premarital sexual behavior. The R2 value is 0.247, explaining that 24.7% of the variables of premarital sexual behavior in dating adolescents can be explained by parental bonding and religiosity variables, while the remaining 75.3% is influenced by other factors outside the study with a value of Sig. 0.000 (Sig. < 0.05).
