Abstract

This research  aims to  know learning  management in the early childhood  Bosowa Alam school with the BCCT approach. The previous main problem to be   listed  into a number of subproblems, namely 1) What kind of learning resources used in early childhood in the Bosowa Alam school? 2) How to manage learning toward early childhood education at Bosowa Nature School by applying BCCT and DAP? This research classified as qualitative with employing  pedagogical and psychological approach. The data was taken from head master, class Guardian, Teachers and students. The data collection methods used observation, interviews, documentation, and some  referencea. Techniques of data analysis carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion collection. The results of this study indicate the fact that several things must be highly considered by educators before formulating a learning plan that will be used in early childhood of bosowa natural school. The implementation of learning supported by learning resources used in each center to be developed with 5 child domains (affection, language, cognition, social and psychomotor) and 7 multiple intelligences (logical-mathematical intelligence, Sapatial intelligence, musical intelligence, kinesthetic intelligence, Interpersonal and Intrapersonal intelligence). The management of Bosowa Alam school learning resources carried out in 5 stages: students identification, planning learning resources, preparing learning resources, using learning resources as well and evaluation methods.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: 1) the description of job satisfaction in the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Bulukumba Regency, 2) the description of Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Bulukumba Regency, 3) the effect of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the Office Ministry of Religion of Bulukumba Regency. The type of research is an ex post facto research. Respondents in this study were 74 employees taken as a whole at the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Bulukumba Regency. Data collection techniques used were job satisfaction scale, Organizational Citizenship Behavior scale and documentation. The data analysis technique used was descriptive and inferential statistical analysis with hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) job satisfaction is good; 2) Organizational Citizen Behavior is good; 3) there is an influence of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Bulukumba Regency.

Abstract

Abstract:This research discuss the relation between teacher recruitment strategies and achievement awards toward work motivation at Sanggar Genius Yatim Mandiri Makassar with the aims: 1) to find out the teacher’s recruitment strategies at Sanggar Genius Yatim Mandiri Makassar; 2) to discover the teacher’s achievement awards Sanggar Genius Yatim Mandiri Makassar; 3) to determine the work motivation Sanggar Genius Yatim Mandiri Makassar; 4) to examine the correlation between teacherss recruitment and work motivation at Sanggar Genius Yatim Mandiri Makassar; 5) to examine the correlation between achievement awards and work motivation at Sanggar Genius Yatim Mandiri Makassar; and 6) to examine the correlation between the teacher’s recruitment, the achievement of work motivation toward work motivation at Sanggar Genius Yatim Mandiri Makassar. This research is a quantitative by ex post facto method. Instrument used is a questionarre than analyzed by using product moment correlation. This research indicate that: 1) the teacher’s recruitment strategy was in the very good category of the criteria set; 2) achievement awards for teachers were in the medium category 3) the teachers work motivation was in the medium category 4) the correlation between recruitment and selection of educators with work motivation showed a positive at a strong relation level; 5) the correlation between achievement awards for teachers with work motivation showed a positive and significant correlation at a moderate level of relation; 6) the correlation between recruitment and selection of teachers and achievement awards together with work motivation showed a positive and significant correlation at a strong relation level.

Abstract

This research is a form of research that uses quatitative, data collection techniques carried out in this study are questionnaires to students for their perceptions in seering the commination style and skills of English teacher in the learning process, this includes limits only on students within the scope of the school and direct interview process, the sample of this study was taken 60 level X-ADM and X-AP people from 115 level X people (ADM, AP, and EA). From the results of research and discussion conducted obtained communication style (X1) and language skills (X2) have a significant effect jointly on the climate of the school organization in Hasanuddin. Flight vocation school Makassar because communication style and language skills can produce a climate of school organization that are skills and able to produce students are skilled and prosicient in English in accordance with the ideals of the school in producing alumni who are ready to use in the world of work.

Abstract

Abstract: This type of reserch is qualitative. In this study, researchers took the population of Aliyah Madrassah Assalam Timbuseng teachers, which totaled 6 people with a sample of 23 teachers. The results showed that personality competencies, teachers at MA AS-Salam, there are some teachers who meet the criteria that are indicators of personality competency, but there are also some teachers who still lack personality competency. To teachers who have very comptent personalities, students will be very respectful and even feel reluctant to the teacher concerned. In contrast to teachers whose personality competencies are still lacking students will tend to show less respect. The teacher in building personal relationship with students through many ways both in the classroom when the teaching and learning process takes place and outside the classroom. The Madrasah facilitates teachers to take part in activities related to competency enhacement, including by attending teacher upgrading, attending MGBS, and taking courses.

Abstract

The main problem facing education today is the quality of human resources are low and not sanggupnya follow the progress of science and technology in the era of globalization, where competition quality menajdi something very urgent met by the school, then you need to do is improve the quality of human resources, both from the aspect of intellectual, spiritual, creativity, morality, and responsibility. This study aims to determines how the principal strategy in improving the competence of teachers in terms of pedagogical, professional, personal and social. This study uses qualitative descriptive approach. It can be concluded that the principal strategy in improving the competence of teachers through empowerment by education supervisors.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) find out the description of the work climate at Madrasah Aliyah in Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency; 2) find out the reality of teachers’ performance at Madrasah Aliyah in Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency; 3) determine the effect of the work climate on teachers’ performance at Madrasah Aliyah in Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency. This type of research is an ex post facto research as part of quantitative research. Respondents in this study were 75 teachers taken as a whole at Madrasah Aliyah in Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency. Data collection techniques used are the scale of work climate, the scale of teachers’ performance and documentation, while the data analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential statistical analysis with hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis. Indicators of work climate tested for their effect on teacher performance include: trust in subordinates; openness in communicating environmental conditions; leadership that helps and appreciates; joint problem solving; teacher autonomy; kinship; being indifferent; authoritarian leadership; and low employee morale. While the indicators tested on teacher performance include: planning of learning activities programs, implementing learning activities and evaluating / evaluating learning. The results of this study indicate that the work climate has a positive effect on teachers’ performance with a coefficient of determination of 0.382. Thus, the magnitude of the influence of the work climate on teacher performance in Madrasah Aliyah in Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency is 38.2% and 61.8% is determined by other factors.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study are:1) To find out the implementation of the operational system of data processing of students by using a management information system in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nasrul Haq Makassar. 2) To find out the data processing process of students in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nasrul Haq Makassar. 3) To find out the impact of the use of management information systems on data processing of students in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nasrul Haq Makassar.  The type of this study is a qualitative field research using data collection methods, namely interviews, observation and documentation. Data processing of students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nasrul Haq based on management information systems is carried out using the online EMIS application, the process of data processing of students in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nasrul Haq follows four main steps, namely data collection, data input, information storage and retrieval to be used and the use of management information systems in the management of student data in Nasrul Haq Ibtidaiyah Madrasah provides benefits in the form of ease of data storage, information retrieval processes, data security and access to student information wherever and whenever needed.

Abstract

The use of technology and information as multimedia learning has a very strategic function. Media is seen as one of the factors that can improve the learning process because the media has strategic roles and functions that can directly or indirectly affect the motivation, interests, and attention of students. The function of multimedia in learning is to overcome the limitations of students’ experiences, be able to transcend classroom boundaries, enable direct interaction between students and their environment, produce uniform observations, instill the basic concepts that are true, concrete, and realistic. Multimedia can arouse new desires and interests and arouse students’ motivation to learn and provide an integral or comprehensive experience from the concrete to the abstract. The advantages of using multimedia in learning include being able to improve students’ ability to understand an abstract concept more easily, in addition to the use of computer media in the form of multimedia can give a positive impression to the teacher because it can help teachers explain the contents of the lesson to students, streamline time, and increase students’ motivation in learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the strategies and opportunities and challenges of instructional leadership of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Bulukumba Headmaster. Research is a descriptive qualitative research with a pedagogical, sociological and philosophical approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. The results of the study found that 1) Instructional Leadership of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Bulukumba went well but the need for policy innovations is to present the campus in Madrasah internal supervision and training activities, 2) Instructional Madrasah Head Instructional Strategy that is implemented is to maximize supervision of Madrasah scope, training the scope of Madrasas and involving teachers and education staff training/workshops/seminars to improve the quality of education in Madrasas in quantity but not yet maximally in quality because internal training and supervision has not been maximized because it has not involved experts in their fields, namely the campus, 3) Opportunities and challenges of the Head Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Bulukumba in implementing instructional leadership are 1) Opportunities: (a) Maximum support for teaching and educational staff in order to improve the quality of education, (b) Madrasas have partners who can work together to To improve the quality of education in Madukah Aliyah Negeri 2 Bulukumba, (c) Budgeting for increasing human resource competency in Madarasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Bulukumba. 2) Challenges: (a) The portion of the budget is divided so that it cannot maximally develop and improve HR in Madrasahs, (b) Mitra MadarasahAliyah Negeri 2 Bulukumba has not formed a partnership with the campus which is considered to be able to improve the quality of human resources, (c) Educators and education staff have not maximally made individual efforts to improve their performance.
