Abstract

Dalam era yang kompetitif, organisasi dihadapkan pada tantangan mempertahankan dan mengembangkan sumber daya manusia yang berkompeten. Loyalitas pegawai menjadi kunci untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Dua faktor yang memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pegawai adalah pengembangan karier dan kondisi lingkungan kerja. Studi sebelumnya telah menyoroti pentingnya keduanya, tetapi perlu penyelidikan lebih lanjut untuk memahami bagaimana interaksi antara pengembangan karier dan lingkungan kerja dapat memengaruhi loyalitas pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karier dan lingkungan kerja terhadap tingkat loyalitas pegawai dalam konteks organisasi pemerintahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pegawai kementerian agama di kota Tangerang Selatan. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik regresi linier berganda yang terdiri dari uji parsial, uji simultan dan uji determinan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karier dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pegawai. Faktor-faktor seperti peluang pengembangan karier, dukungan manajemen, komunikasi internal yang efektif, dan keadilan organisasi memiliki kontribusi yang besar dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pegawai. Selain itu, pengaruh kedua faktor ini juga terbukti saling memperkuat, sehingga penting bagi organisasi untuk memperhatikan keduanya secara bersama-sama untuk menciptakan pegawai yang loyal dan berkomitmen

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai ASN Disperindag Karawang. Melalui metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi kasus, observasi lapangan, dan dokumen hasil kegiatan penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja yang kurang nyaman dan kurang kondusif menyebabkan penurunan kinerja pegawai ASN yang berdampak pada Disperindag Karawang, terbukti dari hasil observasi serta wawancara yang dilakukan terhadap beberapa pimpinan kerja ASN Disperindag Karawang bahwa adanya beberapa masalah terkait lingkungan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif kualitatif dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan memberlakukan kebijakan baru terkait lingkungan kerja dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, karena adanya lingkungan kerja yang baik dan nyaman akan menciptakan kondisi kerja yang mampu memberikan motivasi/semangat pegawai untuk bekerja. Lingkungan kerja yang baik diharapkan dapat membuat kinerja pegawai menjadi meningkat yang dapat memberikan manfaat baik bagi organisasi maupun pegawai.

Abstract

The development of digitalization has contributed to massive changes currently around the world, including in Indonesia. Technological developments also contribute to the work demands of HR (Human Resources) so it is necessary to know the ideal capacity size of an HR. The job performance aspect of an employee can influence the achievement of a company's goals so it requires further study. Furthermore, employee competency through the aspect of work ethic has a crucial role in shaping the change of an employee in today's massive era and to support components in adapting during the digitalization era is the role of Motivation. Motivation is needed because human nature requires some kind of persuasion, encouragement, or incentive to get better performance. This research analysis uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) with SmartPLS software version 3.0 as a statistical tool. This research aims to examine the effect of mediation by Intrinsic Motivation on Islamic Work Ethic (IWE) on Job Performance by taking a sample of 112 freelancers in creative fields in Bogor City. The results of the study show that Islamic Work Ethic (IWE) has a positive and significant effect on Job Performance, however, the Intrinsic Motivation aspect is unable to mediate either directly or indirectly.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze and obtain empirical evidence of the influence of tax planning, bonus mechanisms and foreign ownership of transfer pricing in the sub-sector food and beverage manufacturing companies in the BEI period 2019-2021. Independent variables in the study are tax planning, bonus mechanisms and foreign ownership. While the dependent variable in this study is transfer pricing. This research analysis method uses multiple regression analysis. The sample collection was done using purposive sampling method so that the sample amount was obtained as many as 14 companies with a span of 3 years, then obtained 55 company financial statements data as research observation. The results of this study showed that (1) tax planning has no effect on transfer pricing, (2) bonus mechanisms have no effect on transfer pricing, (3) foreign ownership has a significant effect on the company’s value, (4) tax planning, bonus mechanisms and foreign ownership simultaneously affects transfer pricing.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the quality of human resources by using supporting variables such as the role of interoperability, information transparency, technical assistance and decision making. Current developments certainly require higher quality human resources to support better industrial sectors. With the help of supporting technology, sufficient information, technical assistance provided and appropriate decision making, it is hoped that it will be able to become a supporting factor in improving the quality of human resources. This research is a type of research using design. The research method used is a quantitative approach with associative methods. The Associative Method aims to determine the influence or relationship between two or more variables. The type of data used is primary data obtained using questionnaire techniques, interviews, observations and in-depth interviews. The sampling technique is probability sampling. With data analysis SPSS is used for quantitative data, the data analysis steps used in this research are validity and reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the research show that the variables Implementation of Interoperability, Information Transparency, Technical Assistance, and Decision Making together show a positive and significant influence on the HR Quality Improvement variable.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the services for handling traffic accident cases for minors in terms of conflict management and the factors that hinder Bima City Police services in handling traffic accident cases for minors in terms of conflict management. The police as a public service institution need to carry out one of their duties related to traffic. The results of the research show that the Bima City Police service in handling traffic accident cases involving minors has been carried out well through the criminal mediation that can be offered, where the police act as a mediator between the perpetrator and the victim/victim's family members. The inhibiting factors in resolving cases of children who are perpetrators of traffic accident crimes consist of two things, namely internal obstacles in the form of uniting thoughts between the victim and the child (perpetrator) in order to reach an agreement, and human resources (HR) of the police specifically for children in handling cases. child. Next are external obstacles in the form of limited adequate facilities and infrastructure in the diversion process, different understandings in handling children in conflict with the law among law enforcement officials, community understanding regarding diversion and regulations regarding supervision of the implementation of the results of diversion agreements.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of company growth indicators, debt policy and profit-generating ability on stock performance in basic industrial and chemical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2017 - 2021. Company growth indicators are proxied by sales growth and growth. assets, debt policy is proxied by the debt to equity ratio (DER) and long term debt to equity ratio (LDER), the ability to generate profits is proxied by return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE), stock performance is proxied by stock returns. The sample selection technique is purposive sampling method, research data is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Capital Market Directory for the period 2017 - 2021. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis with the eviews 12.0 application tool. The research method stages consist of; descriptive statistics, panel data regression model selection, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing and conclusions. It is hoped that this research can contribute to writing scientific journals and be published in accredited scientific journals, Sinta. The results of the research show that the variables sales growth, asset growth, debt to equity ratio (DER), long-term debt to equity ratio (LDER) and return on equity (ROE) do not partially have a significant effect on stock returns, while the variable return on assets ( ROA) partially has a positive and significant effect on stock returns.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze how the influence of business networking, green operational practices, and digital accounting on company performance. The independent variables in this study are business networking, green operational practices, and digital accounting. While the dependent variable in this study is company performance. This research is quantitative research using primary data in the form of questionnaires. The population of this study is MSME actors in Jabodetabek. The sampling technique uses convenience sampling techniques so that a research sample of 105 respondents was obtained. The analysis tool used in this study is Smart-PLS. The results of this study are business networking has a positive effect on company performance, green operational practices have a positive effect on company performance and digital accounting has no effect on company performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of sales growth, dividend policy, debt policy, company’s size, and company’s performance to infrastructure’s company value listed in Indonesia Exchange Stocks. The method of this research is clause method and use the purposive sampling method as the method to sampling the research’s population. The total of this research’s sample is 26 company. The result of the hypothesis test of the sales growth is the sales growth doesn’t affect the company’s value. The result is   t-test 0.477 < t-table 1,666462. The result of the hypothesis test of the dividend policy is the dividend policy doesn’t affect the company’s value. The result is t-test 0.6389 < t-table 1,666462. The result of the hypothesis test of the debt policy is the debt policy affect the company’s value positively significant. The result is t-test 3,956 > t-table 1,666462. The result of the hypothesis test of the company’s size is the company’s size affect the company’s value positively significant The result is t-test 6,083 > t-table 1,666462. The result of the hypothesis test of the company’s performance is the company’s performance doesn’t affect the company’s value The result is t-test 1,080 < t-table 1,666462. The result of simultaneously test is sales growth, dividend policy, debt policy, company’s size, company’s performance affects the company’s value, with the test result is F-test 5,607862 > F-table 2,332.

Abstract

PT Fastana Logistik Indonesia (FLI) is a global supplier of transportation and logistics solutions. Performance measurement at PT Fastana Logistik Indonesia (FLI) uses KPI that aim to achieve company targets. PT Fastana Logistik Indonesia needs to evaluate not only with KPI but also with the HRSC method which emphasizes the human resource approach. This study aims to determine employee performance which is reviewed based on the Key Performance Indicator and Human Resources Scorecard. The research design uses a quantitative descriptive approach by collecting primary and secondary data from observations and questionnaires by measuring scores and interval scales. Quantitative data were then analyzed descriptively to draw conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the performance of PT Fastana Logistik Indonesia in terms of the assessment of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Human Resources Scorecard (HRSC) aspects obtained results if the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) obtained a score of 85.81% on very good/accomplished criteria, the results The Human Resources Scorecard (HRSC) obtained a score of 218 with percent 82,57% on a very good scale.
