SAP (Susunan Artike Pendidikan) Jurnal ilmiah bidang ilmu pendidikan (ISSN 2549-2845 for electronic version and ISSN 2527-967X for print version) First published in Agustus 2016 is a peer-reviewed scientific open access journal. This study aims to find significant differences in mathematics learning achievement of students with personality types (Sanguine, Melancholic, Choleric, Phlegmatic). It is a quasi-experimental study using Factorial Design as its research design. The population of this study is all students from class X MIA SMA Negeri 3 Pontianak. Samples are taken applying a purposive sampling technique. The collected data are in the form of mathematics learning achievement and questionnaire. The scores oflearning achievement are obtained from multiple-choice tests. The questionnaire distributed is a test of personality types (Sanguine, Melancholic, Choleric, Phlegmatic). Data are analyzed using One Way Analysis of Variance (Anova). The results show there are significant differences in mathematics learning achievement of students with personality types (Sanguine, Melancholic, Choleric, Phlegmatic), as proved in the results of the analysis fh = 0,139 < ft = 2,92.

Student’s application skill is something that must be improved in learning mathematics. The lack of relevance of some mathematics teaching materials such as mathematical logic in schools with daily life of students often creates a weakness in mathematics education. This situation encourages an idea that mathematics learning should be contextual. One of alternatives estimated to be able to improve student’s application skill is a realistic learning approach. This research is a classroom action research on the 20 students of class X.1 in SMAN 19 of academic year 2012/2013 in Bekasi regency. The results obtained are: (a) students’ activities have increased in each cycle, with the highest percentage of activity in cycle 3 of 85.26%. While the teacher's activities during the learning process are always based on the planned learning stages. (b) students' application skill before applying realistic learning approach is 31.85%, indicating a very low criterion. (c) The average student’s logic application skill in cycle 1 is 65.42% with enough criterion, cycle 2 is 70,6% with enough criterion, and cycle 3 is 76,10% with high criterion. (c) students’ application skill after applying realistic learning approach shows a high criterion of 75.85% and experiences 44% increase from student’s application before before learning.

Kegunaan penelitian ini adalah sebagai bahan referensi untuk penelitan lanjutan dengan tema yang sama akan tetapi dengan metode, teknik analisa atau populasi dan sampel berbeda sehingga dapat dilakukan proses verifikasi demi kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan khususnya perbaikan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Metode Eksperimen. Dengan jumlah sampel masing-masing kelompok sebanyak 20 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrument test yang berbentuk pilihan ganda sebanyak 20 soal dan 5 alternatif jawaban. Uji persyaratan analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas menggunakan uji Lilliefors dan uji homogenitas menggunakan uji f (Fisher), dan hasilnya berdistribusi normal serta memenuhi uji homogenitas yakni data bersifat homogen sehingga analisa komparasi dapat dilanjutkan dengan statistik non parametric. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa nilai thit = 1,83 dan nilai ttab untuk ? = 0,05 dan dk=38 sebesar 1,68 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh metode partisipatori terhadap hasil belajar matematika.

The aim of this research is to find out the difference between English learning outcomes of students taught using an expository method and those of students taught applying a cooperative model Think Pair Share (TPS). The sample of the research is 40 students divided into 2 groups, namely experimental group and control group. The research applies an experimental method and uses a simple random sampling technique. The research is expected to be beneficial for students, teachers, schools and researchers. The data analysis technique using “t-test” at significance level ? = 0.05 shows tobserved=2.893 and ttable = 2.0252. So, it can be concluded that students taught applying a cooperative model “Think Pair Share (TPS)” have higher English learning outcomes than those taught using an expository method

This study aimed to describe the effect of education and training on the performance of PGRI Board in Parigi Moutong and Gunung Kidul districts. The research question is how the influence of education and training on the performance of PGRI Board in Parigi Moutong and Gunung Kidul Districts? Data from this research are the mid-term report and end semester report form the districts about the progress of 5 aspects of organizational strengthening after training and also the data from PGRI's Membership Information System and Financial Information System. Data were analyzed with data in table form using descriptive-qualitative method. Based on the data analysis, PGRI board performance in both districts increased marked by the increase of 5 aspects of organizational strengthening after education and training. Another result is the PGRI board at the branch level in the two districts are motivated to improve organization.

Kelas Perahu is one of the public service innovations in the education sector that received the Top 40 Public Service Innovation 2018 Award. Kelas Perahu are intended to reduce the number of drop-out rates on the islands in the Pangkajene and Islands Districts. For one year the School Participation Rate (APS) was implemented in Pangkajene and Kepulauan Districts at the Primary School level, reaching 100 percent and the junior high school level rose by 1.16 percent. Indonesia is an archipelagic country that allows Kelas Perahu to be able to improve their quality and can be used in other islands, therefore in this study aims to analyze Kelas Perahu service innovations in terms of understanding, success of Kelas Perahu and analyzing from a post managerial perspective. Analysis is carried out using the desk study method, which collects secondary data to draw conclusions with descriptive qualitative methods. From the results of the research conducted, the Kelas Perahu is a service innovation in education that is new, useful, and in accordance with public expectations, then can be continued by making the boat class not only fulfilling the government's compulsory education program, but also influencing other sectors

This research is an analysis of students’ speaking skill by using a 2D game treatment technique. The object of this research is 30 students from an educational institution Kampung Bahasa Bloom Bank Indonesia located in Ciracas, East Jakarta. This educational institution is a non-profit organization conducting English teaching for students from poor families. The purpose of this research is to introduce a teaching technique in the form of treatment of 2D game to instructors, tutors and teachers during English learning and teaching process in Kampung Bahasa Bloom Bank. The method employed in this research is a descriptive method with qualitative approach by drawing a conclusion from the analysis of the English speaking skill scores of students having received the treatment of 2D game. From the analysis result, it can be concluded that the students’ speaking skill scores are good. It means that this treatment has been successfully applied in Kampung Bahasa Bloom Bank environment to improve the speaking skill of the students.

This study aims to know the effect of (1) trust, (2) job satisfaction, (3) turnover intention of teachers teaching at private Vocational High School (SMK) in North Cikarang District. Survey method with a quantitative-causal approach using path analyses is used to in this research. The survey was conducted from September to December 2017, involving 125 teachers in a District as randomly determined samples. The findings of this study show: first, there is a directly negative effect of trust on turnover intention. Second, there is a directly negative effect of job satisfaction on turn over intention. Third, there is a directly positive effect of trust on job satisfation. Based on the findings, it is suggested that the Principal whose position is also as a manager in the school be a good role model for the teachers in respecting and appreciating others.

This research is conducted on a social stratification among the community, namely between santri (Islamic student) and non-santri. Even though such stratification has long been abolished since Islam existed among the Arabs in the past time, it in fact still exists in Indonesian society whose people practically understand religious knowledge. The research is expected to provide us information reminding us of the equivalence of human beings before God. The research uses a qualitative method, by which the data are collected from direct observation, interviews with santri, non-santri, and informants including village leaders and from other data sources. The data are analyzed in three simultaneous lines of activities consisting of data reduction, data presentation, data verification and are then matched to the occurrences in the field

Dasar dibentuknya Komite Sekolah dan Dewan Pendidikan adalah adanya perubahan paradigma pemerintahan dari sentralisasi ke desentralisasi yang esensinya membuka peluang masyarakat untuk dapat meningkatkan peran serta dalam pengelolaan pendidikan. Pemerintah menyadari bahwa dalam rangka mencapai tujuan pendidikan nasional melalui upaya peningkatan mutu, pemerataan, efisiensi penyelenggaraan pendidikan, dan demokratisasi pendidikan, perlu adanya dukungan dan peran serta masyarakat yang lebih optimal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kualitatif berdasarkan studi kepustakaan. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah keberadaan Komite Sekolah dan Dewan Pendidikan sesungguhnya merupakan sebuah harapan besar dalam pengembangan sekolah dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Komite Sekolah dan Dewan Pendidikan dibentuk dengan maksud agar yang diharapkan oleh masyarakat dapat dilaksanakan oleh sekolah, yakni kelak ketika peserta didik atau anak telah berada dalam lingkungan masyarakat dapat bersikap dan berperilaku sesuai dengan harapan anggota masyarakat lainnya.
