Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to understand the influence for the results, non performing financing, financing to deposit ratio against profitability of pt bank bukopin syariah. He data used in this research was data quarter 2009-2016 published by bank bukopin syariah in quarter financial report bank bukopin syariah. The process of analysis undertaken is classic test assumptions and next conducted the testing of hypotheses. Statistical methods used is linear regression worship of idols. Based on the research done or, indicate that all variable influential simultaneously to profitability, While the results of the study in partial showed that only one variable just an influential in partial to profitability namely variable profit sharing, While variable non performing financing and financing to deposit ratio has proven to be not influential in partial to profitability in a bank bukopin syariahkeyword : Profit Sharing , Non Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) , dan Profitability.

Abstract

This study, entitled Analysis of General Bank Intermediation Function in Banda Aceh. This study aimed to analyze the function of intermediation of commercial banks in the city of Banda Aceh. Bank is one of the institutions the operational confidence to collect funds and channel them back to the community, in this case means that people believe save their money in banks and banks are also believed to lend to the public. Bank has a function as an intermediary who was instrumental in pushing the national economy as well as areas that can be measured from the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) which shows the ratio of a bank or a comparison between the magnitude of the ability of banks to provide loans to the public with the whole amount of funds that can be raised from the public. The data used is secondary data monthly time series of the year 2010-2015 and analyzed using multiple regression. Based on the results of research analyzes the influence of third-party funds (DPK), interest rates (SB) and Non Performing Loan (NPL) in general bank acquired 77.69 percent of the dependent variable intermediation (LDR) can be explained by the independent variable and the remaining 22.31 percent LDR variation is explained by other variables. Simultaneously variable DPK, SB and NPL significant effect (real) against a common bank intermediation function in the city of Banda Aceh. Partially if a variable size third party funds (DPK) generated in this analysis is significant, it can be assumed that the third party funds affect the intermediation role of general banks in the city of Banda Aceh, while changes in SB conventional banks affect the intermediation of general banks in the city Banda Aceh. The higher the percentage of NPL ratio indicates the worse the quality of credit and finance portfolio. In the end, a reduction in the performance of the intermediary function of the bank because the bank will be more stringent in finance and credit portfolio given the bank must perform the recovery of funds of funds that do not come back from the financing and credit defaults.Keywords:  Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR), Third Party Funds, Interest Rates, and Non Performing Loan (NPL).

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality provided by employees on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Aceh, and to find out which dominant factors influence customer loyalty at PT. Bank Aceh. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Aceh with the object of research on service quality towards customer loyalty, while the subject of this research is all customers of PT. Bank Aceh totaling 100 people, using a multiple linear regression analysis model. The results showed that reliability (x1), responsiveness (x2), confidence (x3), empathy (x4) and realization (x5) with the dependent variable of customer loyalty obtained a correlation coefficient of 85.4%. Then based on the results of the coefficient of determination, it is explained that there is a strong influence between the reliability variable (x1), responsiveness (x2), confidence (x3), empathy (x4) and manifestation (x5) to increase customer loyalty of PT. Bank Aceh in Banda Aceh City, with a determination coefficient value of 73.0%. While partially the variables that have a dominant influence are the responsiveness variables and the manifestation variables given by the PT. Bank Aceh in Banda Aceh City, because the regression coefficient value is greater than the other variable regression coefficient values. Keywords: Service Quality and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji, menganalisis, dan membuktikan pengaruh signifikan motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Bagian Sekretariat Daerah, Kabupaten Bireuen, Provinsi Aceh. Penelitian ini bukan merupakan penelitian eksperimental, kemudian data diambil dalam waktu yang serentak atau dalam waktu bersamaan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja adalah variabel yang paling berpengaruh dalam menjelaskan variabel kinerjapegawai, dibandingkan dengan variabel-variabel yang lainnya. Elemen-elemen dari variabel motivasi kerja yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai antara lain meliputi: semangat kerja, tingkat kehadiran, tingkat disiplin dan tingkat menyelesaikan pekerjaan sesuai target waktu yang telah ditentukan. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Pegawai, Motivasi Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja

Abstract

This study examines the effect of empowerment, self-efficacy and organizational climate on job satisfaction and performance Lhokseumawe State Polytechnic teaching staff as well as review the mediating effect of job satisfaction . The analytical tool used is path analysis (path analysis) by SEM ( structural equation modeling) using Amos , 20. The results showed that each variable empowerment, self-efficacy and organizational climate positive and significant impact on job satisfaction and performance . Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of several variables such as corporate’s image variable, the user image variable and the product image variable on customer loyalty of BritAma products at PT BRI Branch of Lhokseumawe either partially or simultaneously. The total sample of this research are as many as 96 people and the method used for the sampling is quota Accidental Sampling. Data analysis in this research will applying both descriptive method in explaining the research data and description and using quantitative methode while analyzingdata using through a multiple linear regression model.  The result shows that regression coefficient of corporatie’s image 0,354 with the value score of 0,027, meanwhile regression coefficient of user’s image is 0,871 with the value score of  0,000 that is lower than 0,05. The third variable which is the product image variable obtains a score of 0,119 with the value score of  0,003 that is also lower than 0,05. These results show that all variables namely corporate’s image, the user image variable and the product image variable havepositive and significant impact on customer loyalty of BritAma products at PT BRI Branch of Lhokseumawe. Moreover, the highest impact variable in building customer loyalty will be the user image variable.  Kata Kunci : Loyalitas, Corporate Image,User Image,Product Image

Abstract

Abstract: The porpose of this study is to find the influence of marketing mix consisting of (product,price,place and promotion) that affect the interests of customers using internet banking at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Branch Bireuen, and see variable which most dominant of that affect the interests of customers using internet banking. Discussion of result of research using multiple regression analysis, the data were processed using SPSS statistical calculation 20. Data collection techniques included interviews and questionnaires. Samples used as many as 100 regular customers BNI Branch Bireuen encountered when conducting a transaction. Analysis tools used are validity and reability test, regression analysis, and classical assumption. The result showed that varibles Product (X1), Price (X2), Place (X3), and Promotion (X4) simultaneously have a significant effect on the interests of customers using internet banking (Y) with sig F smaller than α (0,05). The result also showed that the product variable (X1) is the most dominant variable that influence the interests of customers using internet banking(Y) which is indicated by highest beta coefficient is 0.577 and the value of the greatest Thitung is 5.535. Keywords: Product, Price, Place, Promotion, The Interests of Customers

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate feasibility of fish processed by craftsmen in Pusong district,of Lhokseumawe City. Based on the results, an average value of fish production received by thecraftsmen on fish processing are Rp. 50,400,000.00 permonth, while production cost of fishingprocessing has issued of Rp. 42,554,504.17. It means that they have created a profit of production,approximately Rp. 7,845,495.83 for one production process. Based on benefit and cost ratiosapproach, the value return of the acquisition cost ratio is highlighted 1.18; meaning that any addedcosts of processed fish production will increase profitability for the craftsmen of 1.84. According toother results analysis, the business of craftsmen in Pusong Baru is quite profitable to run. Craftsmenenjoyed the added value of processed fish business is also quite large at Rp 1806.50/kg. Financially,the business development of fish processing is feasible. It can be seen from NPV 0 is Rp.81,855,887, NBCR 1, 2.58, IRR = 54.99% greater than the prevailing interest rates at 15% andBEP occurs at the age of 4 years and 8 months, 22 days. However, the developing of other types offish processing is needed. It could be done by involvement of other parties in term of craftsmenempowerment to encourage of traditional home industry scale to be a modern home industry scale.Finally, the value added might be enhanced by craftsmen through products diversification.Kata kunci: Craftsmen of fish processed, feasibility of fish processed, fish production, production.

Abstract

Pembiayaan dan biaya promosimempunyai hubungan yang sangat kuat dengan keuntungan kenderaan bermotor pada PT. BNI Syariah Cabang Lhokseumawe. Pembiayaan dan biaya promosimemiliki kemampuan dalam menjelaskan pengaruhnya terhadap keuntungan kenderaan bermotor pada PT. BNI Syariah Cabang Lhokseumawe sebesar 71,2%. Sedangkan sisanya 28,8%  dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian ini seperti modal kerja, volume penjualan, dan lain-lain.  Secara parsial pembiayaan berpengaruh signifkan terhadap keuntungan kenderaan bermotor pada PT. BNI Syariah Cabang Lhokseumawe.Biaya promosi berpengaruh  signifikan  terhadap margin keuntungan kenderaan bermotor pada PT. BNI Syariah Cabang Lhokseumawe.Secara simultan pembiayaan dan biaya promosi berpengaruh  signifikan terhadap keuntungan kenderaan bermotor pada PT. BNI Syariah Cabang Lhokseumawe. Berpengaruhnya pembiayaan dan biaya promosi terhadap keuntungan kenderaan bermotor pada PT. BNI Syariah Cabang Lhokseumawe disebabkan keuntungan yang diperoleh sangat tergantung dari pembiayaan dan biaya promosiyang dikeluarkan.Kata Kunci : Pembiayaan, Promosi, Keuntungan, Kenderaan Bermotor

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyaluran dana infaq  produktif dalam upaya meningkatan pendapatan mustahiq, dan ada tidaknya pengaruh penyaluran dana infaq produktif terhadap peningkatan pendapatan mustahiq di Baitul Mal Aceh Utara. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan munggunakan metode persamaan regresi sederhana. Pada penelitian ini teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik Cluster Random Sampling, adapun sampel penelitian sebanyak 86 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket kuesioner untuk mengetahui data X dan data Y. Pengolahan data menggunakan alat analisis SPSS versi 18,0 for windows. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pemberian modal infaq dalam bentuk modal usaha berdampak positif dan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan mustahiq di Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Oleh karena itu, pemberian infaq produktif dalam bentuk modal usaha oleh Baitul mal Kabupaten Aceh Utara dapat lanjutkan dan ditingkatkan. Kata kunci : Dana infaq, pendapatan, kesejahteraan
