Abstract

Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya investasi dalam pelatihan guru sebagai kunci peningkatan kinerja akademik siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran (mixed method). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan pelatihan berkala, guru mengalami peningkatan kompetensi dalam metode pengajaran, yang secara langsung berdampak pada minat dan pemahaman siswa. Analisis regresi dari data sekolah yang menerapkan program pelatihan guru menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata 15% dalam skor tes siswa selama dua tahun. Ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan interaktif dan inovatif dalam pengajaran, yang diperkuat melalui pelatihan, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang efektif dan menarik. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi implementasi kurikulum yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan industri kontemporer, yang meningkatkan keterampilan praktis siswa sebesar 25% dalam teknologi dan komunikasi. Kurikulum yang relevan ini juga meningkatkan keterlibatan dan motivasi belajar siswa, dengan peningkatan partisipasi aktif di kelas sebesar 30%. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kreatif siswa sebesar 35%, menghasilkan siswa yang tidak hanya lebih baik dalam prestasi akademis tetapi juga lebih inovatif dan adaptif. Namun, penelitian ini menghadapi beberapa keterbatasan, seperti fokus pada jumlah terbatas sekolah dan ketergantungan pada metode kuantitatif yang mungkin tidak sepenuhnya menangkap nuansa pengalaman individual siswa dan guru. Implementasi metode pengajaran baru ini juga memerlukan sumber daya tambahan dan pelatihan guru yang intensif, menunjukkan perlunya investasi dan perencanaan yang lebih besar dalam sistem pendidikan untuk mengadopsi pendekatan ini secara luas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan menerapkan teknik self-control dalam mengatasi kejenuhan belajar pada siswa. Hipotesis dari penelitian ini bahwa teknik self-control mempengaruhi siswa dalam mengatasi kejenuhan belajar. Dengan populasi penelitian sebanyak 55 siswa dari 2 kelas X yakni mencakup kelas X-1 dan X-2 SMA Negeri 1 Sei Suka Kabupaten Batu Bara. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 12 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian berupa eksperimen yang menggunakan pengukuran berupa pre-test dan post-test group. Adapun hasil dalam penelitian menunjukkan bahwalayanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik self-control dapat mempengaruhi kejenuhan belajar pada siswa, hal ini ditunjukkan hasil signifikan pada data yang didapatkan pada uji t yang menunjukkan bahwa thitung > ttabel atau 3,760 > 2,201. Dengan demikian bahwa terdapat pengaruh pada layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik self-control terhadap kejenuhan belajar siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project Program (P5) at SDN 006 Air Molek Satu. A qualitative approach is used in research using observation, interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The data that was collected was analyzed through a series of stages, including data reduction, data presentation, and verification, with the aim of producing conclusions based on the findings during the research. The results of the research show that the implementation of the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students at SDN 006 Air Molek Satu includes several activities, namely starting from the formation of a team of facilitators. Where the facilitator is formed by the principal as the person in charge while the class teacher becomes the facilitator between phases, then identifying school readiness by preparing modules. and expenditure tools, then selecting character dimensions, determining themes, time planning, carrying out assessments. The assessment is carried out through assessing the development of the dimensions of the Pancasila student profile and assessing product results. The results of the evaluation and project carried out show that the development of the dimensions of the Pancasila student profile in class I, II, IV, V in the dimensions of Faith and Devotion to God Almighty and having noble morals has reached the level of development according to expectations, in the dimension of mutual cooperation on average. reached a highly developed level, and in the creative dimension the average was at a developed level according to expectations. However, in this implementation, there were also activities that were not optimal at SDN 006 Air Molek Satu, namely in the module preparation section. In this activity the teacher has not been able to develop modules in a sustainable manner, the modules used are still taken and adapted from the internet and the PMM platform, this is due to the teacher's lack of understanding in developing project modules. This research is important to carry out because in the era of the independent curriculum there is more emphasis on P5 activities as an effort to instill the dimensions of the Pancasila student profile in students so that it can have a positive impact on the world of education.

Abstract

Learning using interactive learning multimedia is more effective and easy to understand by students so it can be used to increase students' motivation and thinking skills. Therefore, this study aims to produce media in the form of interactive learning multimedia that is valid, practical, and effective in improving students' critical thinking skills.  This type of research is an R&D research using Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects of the small group test in this study were 10 students while the subjects of the large group test were 24 students. The object of this study is the quality of media in the form of interactive learning multimedia for social studies learning as seen from the results of validity, practicality, and effectiveness of media. The data collection instruments used in this study are using qualitative and quantitative approaches that include interviews, questionnaires, and tests. The results of the study showed that 1) the results of the validation of media experts obtained very valid and material experts obtained very valid; 2) the results of the student response questionnaire obtained very practical and the results of the teacher response questionnaire obtained very practical; 3) The effectiveness of the media can be seen in the results of the t-test calculation where the sig value is 0.00 < 0.05, which means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. From the results of these acquisitions, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference after using interactive learning multimedia. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that interactive learning multimedia using Canva is declared valid, practical, and effective to improve students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Students who experience broken homes and have symptoms of self-injury behavior need to receive attention from the school in order to support self-concept and resilience towards independence in facing student’s problems. Guidance and counseling teachers' efforts to help students develop positive self-concept and resilience towards independence still experience obstacles due to limited facilities in the form of guidance modules that can assist in providing services. This research aims to compile and produce a design for a guidebook, determine the validity of the contents of the guidebook, determine the practicality of implementing the guidebook, and determine the effectiveness of implementing the rational emotive behavioral counseling guidebook, cognitive dispute techniques to increase self-concept and resilience towards independence in students. This research method uses research and development with a 4D development model. The results of this research are (1) the design of this counseling guidebook consists of five chapters, (2) the content validity of the guidebook is declared valid with a Content Validity Index of 0.8825 so that it has the feasibility of being developed and implemented by counseling guidance teachers for students, (3) the practicality of this guidebook is stated to be very practical for use by guidance and counseling teachers with an average result of 96.25%, (4) the implementation of the rational emotive behavioral counseling guidebook with cognitive dispute techniques is simultaneous quite effective in increasing self-concept and resilience towards independence students with significance value of 0.020 which is less than 0.05 and an effect size value of 0.485.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas program pembinaan kedisiplinan siswa dalam membina akhlak siswa Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah kualitatif berbasis studi deskriptif.  Teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan ialah observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentas. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik miles dan huberman, yakni reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program pembinaan kedisiplinan siswa telah memberikan dampak positif. Program ini melibatkan kerjasama antara guru, orang tua, dan masyarakat setempat dalam mengawasi kehadiran siswa, memberikan hukuman ringan, dan memberikan pembinaan yang positif terkait kedisiplinan. Dalam observasi, terlihat bahwa siswa menjadi lebih disiplin dalam mengikuti jadwal dan tugas-tugas sekolah. Mereka juga menunjukkan perkembangan akhlak yang lebih baik, seperti lebih bertanggung jawab, sopan, dan menghormati sesama.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students with the theme of a sustainable lifestyle in the independent curriculum in class V of SD Negeri 04 Bungaraya. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Qualitative research is carried out by utilizing various methodologies currently available in nature with the aim of interpreting the phenomena seen. Qualitative research is research that uses the natural environment with the aim of interpreting phenomena that occur, and is carried out using various existing methods. Participants included 2 class V homeroom teachers, 4 class V students, and the principal of SDN 04 Bungaraya. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation in May 2024. Data analysis was carried out by Miles and Huberman using a data reduction process, presenting important data, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the implementation of the P5 sustainable lifestyle theme at SDN 04 Bungaraya was carried out in 3 stages: planning stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. 1) The planning stage includes several activities, namely preparing the learning ecosystem, designing P5, designing modules, and preparing facilities and infrastructure; 2) The implementation stage includes project introduction, conceptual, contextual and project action; 3) The evaluation stage includes diagnostic assessment, formal assessment, summative assessment, and follow-up. The implementation of the P5 sustainable lifestyle theme has a positive impact on preparing students to face future challenges and have sustainable behavior towards the environment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of punishment on the discipline, performance, and motivation of lecturers and staff at Universitas Islam Nusantara Al-Azhaar within the framework of Islamic Business Ethics. This research employs a quantitative approach to investigate a specific population of 185 lecturers and staff, who also serve as the research sample. Data were collected using a questionnaire, and the analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares (PLS), focusing on two main stages: evaluating the Outer Model (measurement model) and the Inner Model (structural model). An associative approach was used to identify the relationships between variables. The study's findings reveal a significant positive effect of punishment on discipline, performance, and motivation. The research indicates that when punishment is applied fairly and in line with the principles of Islamic Business Ethics, it can enhance discipline and foster higher performance and motivation among individuals. However, the study also highlights that the success of punishment as a tool depends on its implementation, emphasizing the need for adherence to ethical and just guidelines. The results provide insights into the critical role of ethical considerations in applying punishment to foster a productive and disciplined organizational environment. The policies of punishment, discipline, performance, and motivation at Universitas Islam Nusantara Al-Azhaar are carefully designed to be truly aligned with Islamic Business Ethics. The study also shows that the contribution of the punishment variable to discipline is 0.606, to performance is 0.719, and to motivation is 0.794, with the remaining 45.8% explained by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai moderasi yang ada di SMA Swasta Cinta Damai Kecamatan Helvetia Kota Medan. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan alasan untuk mengeksplorasi aktivitas dan kegiatan moderasi agama di lokasi tersebut. Alasan peneliti memakai teknik dan metode penelitian kualitatif adalah agar dapat meneliti objek alamiah serta fakta-fakta dimana terjadi dilapangan, selain dari pada itu peneliti ingin mendapatkan data yang mendalam tentang mengeksplorasi Lokasi objek penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Teladan Cinta damai Kecamatan Helvetia Kota Medan. Dalam proses penelitian ini, peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan jangka waktu ialah sejak bulan Januari 2023 sampai Maret 2023. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah substansi paling mendasar nilai-nilai moderasi beragama di ajarkan dan penerapan kepada siswa SMA Swasta Teladan Cinta Damai adalah untuk memberikan suasana yang rukun dan damai sehingga dapat suasana belajar yang nyaman, meminimalisir adanya konflik dan gesekan antar siswa sekolah yang berbeda agama dan suku, membekali siswa dengan wawasan kemoderatan, serta agar tetap terpelihara kerukunan antar seluruh elemen dibawah realitas sekolah yang berbeda- beda. Implikasi dari penanaman nilai-nilai Adapun nilai-nilai yang ditanamkan kepada Siswa meliputi tawassuth, taawaun (berkeseimbangan), I’tidal (tegas dan lurus), Tasamuh (toleransi), Musawah (egaliter), Syura (musyawarah).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of modeling techniques in overcoming maladaptive behavior in class X students at Madarasah Aliyah Negeri. The method used in this research was pre-test post-test only control group design with sampling using a purposive sampling technique, taking a sample of 20 students with the lowest scores and high levels of maladaptive behavior based on the results of the pretest analysis, with the reason that purposive sampling increases methodological accuracy and trustworthiness of data and results by matching the sample to the aims and objectives of the study. The sample used was 20 class X students. Data collection was carried out using a maladaptive behavior questionnaire which has been proven valid and reliable. From the results of research using the t test, it is known that behavioral counseling using modeling techniques is effective in overcoming maladaptive behavior. This can be seen from the results of research data analysis, which shows that tcount = 3.806, and ttable with db = 18 and a significance level of 0.05 or 5% is 2.101, so it is obtained that tcount > ttable (3.806 > 2.101) from the post test results of the experimental group is greater than control group. So the conclusion of the alternative hypothesis is accepted in other words. Behavioral Counseling with Modeling Techniques is Effective in Overcoming Maladaptive Behavior in Class X State Madrasah Aliyah Students.
