Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the learning result of passing through the volley ball through game with the ball of the chain at the fourth-grade student of SDN 12 Api - Api Kec. Bayang. The sample of research is 24 people. The type of research used is classroom action research (PTK). The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Students are still difficult in understanding the basic skill of teaching. There is no handbook for the students to learn independently either in the class or at home. This research was a research and development. This learning media was developed by using four-D models. From the research result conducted, it was known that the microteaching textbook with Islamic nuance in improving the character education for the prospective teacher students is at an extremely valid category. Based on limited try out, it is known that the implementation is at an extremely excellent category. The lecturer and students’ responses after using the microteaching textbook with Islamic Nuance shows positive results with the average response is practical. The result of observation on students’ activity is at extremely active category and very valid, practical, effective to be used in college

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the principal effect of  leadership style on organizational climate junior high school teacher in District Pasaman, (2) influence of the leadership style of the principal motivatian of teachers working in the District Pasaman SMP N, (3) effect of principal leadership style on performance of junior high school teacher in District Pasaman SMP N, (4) the effect of organizational climate on work motivation of teacher in District Pasaman SMP N, (5) organizational  climate influence on the performance of  junior high school teacher in District Pasaman N,  ( 6) effect of motivation on teacher performance  of junior high school in District Pasaman.Based on the result of the study can be seen that, (1) the principal’s leadership style significantly influence the organizational climate in Kecamatan Pasaman SMP N, (2) the principal’s leadership style significantly influence the  motivatian of teachers working in the District Pasaman SMP N, (3) leadership style principal  significantly  effect the  performance of junior high school in District Pasaman N, (4) organizational climate significantlyinfluence  the motivation of teacher working  in the District Pasaman SMP N, (5) organizational climate had no significant effect the  performance of junior high school teachers in Kecamatan Pasaman N, (6) Motivation significantly  effect on the performance of junior high school teacher in District Pasaman.

Abstract

There are several problems faced by 14 deaf students as the subject of this research. They get diffiulties in understanding long sentences, connotative meaning, and they lack on vocabulary. Their inability in hearing makes them rely on their vision to gather information. Considering the reason of their difficulties, visual and attractive learning media are needed for deaf students. Group guidance on simulation game technique is a counseling guidance service that directs students to reflect daily activities in the form of games using physical media such as blue cards, OK cards and chance cards. In the group guidance of the simulation game technique, students learn to understand new vocabulary of the role played and can acquire vocabulary. The more vocabulary mastered will support students' ability to have receptive communication. To prove the hypothesis that the group guidance of simulation game technique influences the improvement of receptive communication of deaf students in SLB.B Wiyata Dharma 1, the Mann Whitney U Test analysis is used. Based on Mann-Whitney U-test Asymp Sig was obtained (2-tailed) 0.013 with an error level of 0.05 then 0.013 <0.05 means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It implies that the group guidance of the simulation game technique has an impact on increasing the receptive ability of deaf students. Therefore, group guidance on simulation game techniques can be used as an alternative learning media to improve receptive communication for deaf students.

Abstract

This research was that  aims to improve the learning outcomes of social educatio using the approach problemsolving in class IV SDN 21 Batang Anai. The approach used a qualitative and quantitative .Subjek of research were teacher and students in class IV SDN 21 Batang  Anai with 23 students.This research did in SDN 21 Batang Anai Kab.Padang Pariaman The first cyele was 66,95% increase to 81,30% in the second cyecle.Thus, approach problem solvingcan improve the learning outcomes of social education in class IV SDN 21 Batang Anai Kab. Padang Pariaman.

Abstract

Academic quality improvement, self-development, and lecture completion can be realized if the students have academic awareness and are able to overcome various self-obstacles. This research aims to examine the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral group counseling in increasing student academic awareness. The research type was the pre-experimental design of one group pre-test and post-test. The research sample was nine students under the guidance and counseling study program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Mulawarman University. The analysis technique used was a descriptive analysis of percentages and the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that the student academic awareness increased based on the results of the pre-test and post-test as well as cognitive-behavioral group counseling was effective in increasing academic awareness after an effectiveness test was conducted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of digital literacy to internet addiction. For this purposed, we conducted a survey from 347 participants of middle school students at Menteng sub-district, Central Jakarta. This study was used a simple regression equation model to evaluate the structural model. The result showed that digital literacy positively significant affected internet addiction. Digital literacy simultaneously had a positive significant effect to internet addiction.

Abstract

The 4.0 industrial revolution brought various changes in various fields of life especially related to the development of individual careers. This development has positive and negative impacts that create opportunities and challenges. This has become material for BK / Counselor teachers, especially in the implementation of career guidance in schools. The following will be explained related to the opportunities and challenges of career guidance in vocational high schools in the industrial revolution era 4.0. This paper was written using a literature study of various references related to the topics discussed. Reference literature in this manuscript is from textbooks, scientific journals of research results, online proceedings, and other supporting literature.

Abstract

The aim of this article is to express and explain about the form and function of Tale Haji while conducting the extrication event of Haji pilgrims based on Pondok agung village pondok tinggi subdistrict Sungai Penuh custom. The form of the Tale Haji displayed at this time is the area of study in this study. In the presentation and function of the Tale Haji which is an important performance in the release of the pilgrims is the focus of this research. This research was conducted with a qualitative research approach, with descriptive methods. Data collected by observation techniques, literature study, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the Tale Haji performance was still maintained by the people of Pondok Agung Village to release the departing pilgrims. Tale Haji is displayed by standing making the shaf sideways, holding hands and facing each other between prospective worshipers with family and other communities. The Tale Haji function expresses the feelings of the prospective pilgrims who will go to Mecca and the feelings of families who leave through the Tale Haji poetry that contains messages and prayers.

Abstract

At grade I SD Unggul Terpadu Padang Pariaman, teacher used to teach mathematics traditionally. This study is aimed to improve students’ learning achievement by implementing Realistic Mathematics Education approach. This is a classroom action research consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through observation, interview, and test. In cycle, average score of students’ learning achievement is 77.2 and become 88.2 in cycle II. Hence, Realistic Mathematics Education can improve students’ learning achievement.
