Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this research are: 1) to describe the process of learning to make a peyek rinuak improve skills through demonstration method and 2) Prove demonstration method can improve the skills to make peyek rinuak for mild mental retardation children in State SDLB D.VI class 64 Surabayo Lubuk Basung. This type of research is action, action taken in the form of collaboration with colleagues. Subjects three children mild mental retardation D.VI class and one teacher. The data obtained through observation, testing. Then analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that 1) the learning process makes peyek rinuak using the demonstration conducted by two cycles. I cycle with seven meetings and the second cycle of four meetings. Each cycle begins with the planning, implementation (initial activities, core and end), observation, and analysis and reflection. 2) The results of the study by using the method in making a peyek rinuak demonstrations increased. It can be seen from the data before action children's ability to perform 20 steps to make peyek rinuak namely: HD (30%), RK is (40%) and YN 60%. While at the end of the first cycle of HD capability increased to (77.5%) and RK (77.5%) and YN (87.5%). After the second cycle increased to HD capability (95%) and RK (97.5%) and YN be (100%). It can be concluded that both of these third increased ability to make peyek rinuak after being given intensive demonstration method to mild mental retardation children in the class D.VI in State SDLB 64 Surabayo Lubuk basung. Abstract

This research begins with the inability of a problem that is not mentally impaired children of class D 1 C SDLB to master the learning of mathematics. Therefore, in this study researcher used a guessing game figures to enhance the ability of mentally impaired children in knowing numbers 1-10. This type of research is a class act who performed in collaboration with colleagues or classroom teacher. research subjects were Class D I C SDLB , three children Tunagrahita (Fd, Sv, Pt). The research was carried out using two cycles. The first cycle performed four times a second cycle of meetings and performed a total of four meetings. Data collected through observation, testing, and documentation. The results showed that the learning process increases the ability to know the numbers 1-10 through the game guess numbers can increase the ability of children which can result in the end in terms of states, shows and write numbers 1-10 have achieved 100% success. It can be concluded that through a number guessing game can improve children's ability to recognize numbers 1-10, it is advisable for teachers to apply the guessing game as one of the media figures that can be used to identify the numbers

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan yang ditemukan di SLB Negeri 2 Padang, seorang anak tunagrahita sedang kelas V C.1 mengalami permasalahan pada motorik halusnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuktikan efektifitas media cangkang telur untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus bagi anak tunagrahita sedang.Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis eksperimen dengan metode Single Subject Research (SSR). Disain A-B-A dan teknik analisis datanya menggunakan analisis visual grafik. Subjek penelitian adalah anak tunagrahita sedang kelas V C.1. teknik pengumpulan data peneliti mengukur kemampuan motorik halus anak (mengambil, meletakkan, dan menempel) dengan menggunakan persentase, yaitu membagi skor jawaban benar dengan skor total instrumen pengamatan, kemudian dikalikan 100%.,Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, kemampuan anak tunagrahita sedang yang diteliti dalam penggunaan media cangkang telur meningkat. Awal pengukuran kemampuan peneliti dengan mengukur pada kondisi baseline (A1) pengamatan dilakukan lima kali dengan mean level 41,2%, pada kondisi intervensi pengamatan dilakukan enam kali dengan mean level 65%, dan pada kondisi baseline (A2) pengamatan dilakukan enam kali dengan mean level diperoleh 75%. Hasil analisis data, diperoleh arah kecendrungan data menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan motorik halus dalam menyelesaikan kegiatan menempel dengan cangkang telur. Perubahan level data pada kondisi baseline (A1) adalah 7%, pada kondisi intervensi (B) adalah 36%, dan pada kondisi baseline (A2) adalah 18%. Overlap data yang terjadi pada kondisi baseline (A1) dan intervensi adalah 16,67%, dan overlap data pada fase baseline (A2) dan intervensi adalah 16,67%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan media cangkang telur efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus bagi anak tunagrahita sedang kelas V C.1 di SLB Negeri 2 Padang. Kata kunci: Media cangkang telur, Meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak tunagrahita

Abstract

Abstract-----The students with hearing impairment had obstacles to acquire language. Therefore, the roles of parents are highly expected to develop their speaking ability. The task should not be solely assigned to the teachers. The purpose of this research was to figure out the efforts done by the parents to help the students with hearing impairment to develop their speaking ability, the obstacles encountered by the parents, and the efforts done to overcome the obstacles. This was a descriptive research, the population was the parents of students with hearing impairment at SLB WacanaAsih Padang whose children registered in Academic Year 2014. All of the population was taken as the sample. The data was gathered through questionnaire and analyzed by using descriptive analysis technique and was presented in percentage. The results indicated that the efforts to develop the students with hearing impairment ability to speak at SLB WacanaAsih had been fairly good. Before registering their children to SLB, the parents had consulted their problem to ENT doctors. The students’ speaking ability was developed by exposing the students to things or objects found in their daily life with patiently and affectionately. Few of parents got hearing aids for their children. Unfortunately, the results achieved were not optimal yet. The difficulties found by the parents were the children relatively had short attention span and were easily got bored. The drilling was done continuously in a short time.  The drill to develop the students’ speaking ability was conducted by using media such as toys, cakes eaten by the children and so on. To find the appropriate was to develop their speaking ability, the parents shared information one to another and sometime they consulted them to the teachers. Abstract

This study originated from the observation, assessment and interview research with third grade teacher, that there is a class III student sex man with learning difficulties, particularly in materials science with basic competencies identify different properties. This is evidenced by the observation and assessment is done, the child suffered misconceptions in interpreting scientific he idea different, the value of the child in understanding the nature of the material objects do not always reach the KKM. To help the child Constructivist approach that researchers use to build children's early knowledge gained through experience.This research uses experimental approach in the form of Single Subject Research (SSR) with ABA design. As the subject of this study is a child sex man with learning difficulties (x) aged 10 years. Data was collected using a skills assessment tool items, event recording format is to calculate how many questions that can be answered by a child, of the 10 questions were given, on condition baseline, the intervention condition using a constructivist approach, and the baseline condition after not again using a constructivist approach. Analysis of the data shows the long baseline conditions is 6 times the data of observations with children are only able to answer 10% of questions on a particular observation and the observation of other children can not answer a question correctly, for 6 days. Intervention condition was 10 times of observation, the first meeting the child is able to answer questions 30%, down 20% and then continued to increase up to 100%, for 10 days. And the conditions are no longer given intervention After 6 times of observation, the child can answer questions about 70% to increase to 100%, for 6 days. Trend toward decreased baseline data (-), the data trend towards increased intervention (+), and the data baseline after discontinuation intervention also increased (+). Based on data analysis, it is concluded that the effect of the intervention using a constructivism approach is effective in improving the ability of understanding the nature of things for kids learning difficulties.

Abstract

The background of this research found a deaf subject who have a talent in fashion show but are less able to organize makeup to perform on stage.  Type of research is a Single Subject Researh using A-B desaign. The result indicate that the method can improve the skills of peer tutor stage makeup on the subject. Deaf teachers advised on the subject, in particular cosmetology stage in order to use peer tutoring methods in order to get better results because of the subject is the subject of human hearing impairment gems. .

Abstract

This research background by mild mental retardation difficulty children in reading comprehension. The ability of reading comprehension is low. This is evident in the child's inability to answer the questions of the text content reading. Based on the case study aims to prove the effectiveness of the media in improving reading comics. This reseach, using approch of experiment in the from of Single Subject Research (SSR) by wearing to be designer A-B-A. As its of him is one child people of tungrahita. Condition of baseline 1 (A1) is condition of early had by persen 20 %, and mount to become  persen 90%  at condition of intervention (B) by using media of comics, after time interval passed to baseline second (A2) without using media asses child persen 90%.

Abstract

Latar belakang pada pengujian yang peneliti lakukan berdasarkan masalah yaitu ditemukan di lapangan, ada anak kesulitan belajar dalam menjumlahkan deret kebawah terutama saat menggunakan satuan angka 0 dengan angka yang mempunyai nilai. Berdasarkan hal diatas, maka tujuan yang disajikan oleh peneliti bertujuan untuk melihat apakah ada peningkatan nilai penjumlahan sederhana yang memakai media belajar corong berhitung pada anak kesulitan belajar kelas dua di SDN 18 Kota Luar, Padang. Golongan pengujian ini berupa mencoba pengujian termaksud mengetahui hasil dari 2 hal untuk dibandingkan setelah diberikan perlakuan. Desain pengujian dipakai meliputi pre-eksperimenetal (experimen) memakai satu group tes pertama dan tes akhir. Dengan menggunakan uji wilcoxon rank tast. Terdapat anak kesulitan belajar yang mempunyai permasalahan pada menjumlahankan deret kebawah. Pengujian dilakukan di SD Negeri 18 Koto Luar, Padang. Peneliti mengambil satu kelas dijadikan kelompok treatment langsung. Untuk pengujian hipotesis, penelitian ini menggunakan statistic titik kritis uji wilcoxon rank test, pada probabilitas yang ditetapkan 5% (α = 0.05).Dari hasil penelitian uji statistik yang telah dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS 23 diperoleh hasil uji Wilcoxon diperoleh nilai 0.042 penuh dari <0.05, oleh karena itu rangkumannya yaitu media pembelajaran corong berhitung untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar penjumlahan sederhana pada anak kesulitan belajar di kelas 2 Sekolah Dasar Negri 18 Kota Luar, Padang, dapat diterima.

Abstract

AbstractAbstract:  This  research  was  conducted due  to  the  problems found in  the  field indicating that a student with low vision named X in class V of SLB A Payakumbuh got difficulties to complete multiplication items of tens to tens correctly. The purpose of this research  was to  prove the  effectiveness of “garismatika” to  enhance the multiplication ability.This was an experimental research which used Single Subject Research (SSR) method and A-B-A design. Based on these results, it was concluded that the use of “garismatika” was effective to enhance the ability of the student with low vision to multiply tens to tens numbers.

Abstract

The observation that researchers do in the SLB Al Islaah Padang. Investigators found a child with Cerebral Palsy who experience problems with the preparation of a sentence, especially in the form subjek, prediket, objek and keterangan (SPOK). Though her condition was good at reading. Based on this study aims to improve the ability to construct a sentence SPOK children through the media Puzzle. This study uses a quantitative approach to experimentation in the form of Single Subject Research (SSR) with a research design using design A - B – A. Target behavior is the percentage of children's ability to construct a sentence SPOK by answering questions correctly as many as ten questions on the worksheet the students in the same relative time is 25 minutes. Data taken through the procedure of marking the checklist questions on a number of questions answered correctly on the student work sheet. Data analysis techniques are used based on the observed data in the form of Visual Analysis of Graphs. The results are analyzed include the number of observations at five times the baseline condition and treatment conditions as much as eight times. The results of this study indicate that the ability to construct a sentence Puzzle media SPOK for children increased. This is evident from the results of the analysis is the tendency to increase. In the baseline condition (A1) the child is not able to completely answer the question correctly, but after being given treatment in the treatment condition (B) the child is able to answer eight questions correctly out of ten questions are given and the percentage of children's ability to rise to 80% obtained by the calculation formula. and at baseline (A2) the child's attainment of 60% on last observation, it is strong enough to be evidence that an effective media puzzle. Researchers suggest that teachers and researchers in order to use the media later in the teaching Puzzle SPOK make sentences for learners.
