Abstract

This research is surface by a problem who’s found in SDLB N 20 Pondok II Pariaman, a deaf child X can not read word thing, this research have am to increase child talent in read word thing with right and exact, and see too is flash card media effective to increase read word thing talented.This research use approach experiment in single subject research (SSR) type with the research desian use A-B desian. subject of the evaluation is light deaf child x class II/B. Be based yied this research show that, talent of light deaf child in read word thing can rised by flash card media. Be based yield analiysis data research use flash card media in a repeat manner can increase talented of light deaf child class II/B. So proven hypothesis who’s sunggsted, answer if flash card media is effective in increase talented to read word thing of light deaf child X rise, so kesearcher propose to teacher for use flash card media to read word lesson furthermore

Abstract

Abstrack: This research was conducted due to the problem found at SD N 17 Jawa Gadut, Padang indicating that a student with reading disabilities in the fourth grade got problems to read especially in reading comprehension. The student’s ability was very low and he could not answer questions related to the text being read. Based on this problem, the current research was designed for revealing whether the use of sequencing pictures could improve reading comprehension of the student with reading disabilities in the fourth grade of SD N 17 Jawa Gadut, Padang. This was an experimental research which used Single Subject Design (SSD) and A-B design. The data gotten was analyzed by using graphic visual anlaysis. The subject of the research was the student with reading disabilities. Based on the result of the research it was conclude that the use of sequencing pictures could improve reading comprehension ability of the student with reading disabilities in the fourth grade of SD N 17 Jawa Gadut, Padang. The researcher suggests the teacher to make use of sequencing pictures to teach Indonesian Language especially in reading comprehension. Kata kunci: Media Sequencing Pictures; Kemampuan Membaca Pemahaman.

Abstract

Integer Addition Upgrading Through Media Match For Deaf Children (Action Research in the Classroom IV SLB Tanjungpinang Affairs), Department of Education Thesis Extraordinary Faculty of Education State University of Padang. The research was motivated by the apparent problems in the field is the three deaf children in special schools D.IV class Tanjungpinang State who have difficulty in understanding the concept of summation of integers. This is evident from early childhood skills in doing operations that AP, BK, IF, S, IM, GG, NK, and CM had trouble on a number of questions given to the eighth child is not able to answer with benar.Penelitian aims to improve deaf children in the concept of integer summation media matches. Media lighter stick is a medium that serves to facilitate understanding of operational count because the integers are positive and negative numbers.The research methodology is that researchers use action research (Classroom Action Research) conducted a collaborator with colleagues. The researcher acted as executive activities while peers act as observers on duty to observe and write reports observations during the activity. Subjects were eight children with hearing impairment IVdi SLB class Tanjungpinang Affairs.Results of research conducted padaa first cycle has seen an increase in children in identifying symbol (+), (-), and arithmetic operations on integers, AP, BK, IF, S, IM, GG, NK, and CM capable of working on the given problem although there are still errors. In the second cycle, the eighth child already understands the concept of positive integers and negative integers as well as the meeting of two symbols of operational processes so that existing problems can be solved properly. The conclusions that can be taken after the study that using matchsticks media can enhance the ability of children with hearing impairment in calculating the sum of integers. From the results obtained, to improve integer addition can be used match stick media.

Abstract

Artikel ini memuat tentang efektivitas media pop-up book untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal bagian-bagian tubuh pada siswa tunagrahita ringan kelas I di SLB YAPPAT Lubuk Sikaping. Permasalahan yang ditemui yaitu seorang siswa tunagrahita ringan kelas I yang mengalami kesulitan dalam mengenal bagian-bagian tubuh, kesulitan yang dialami siswa diantaranya yaitu menunjukkan bagian-bagian tubuh, menyebutkan nama bagian-bagian tubuh serta mencocokkan gambar bagian-bagian tubuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan eksperimen dalam bentuk single subject research (SSR) dengan desain A-B-A. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan observasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis visual grafik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam kondisi dan antar kondisi menyatakan bahwa kemampuan mengenal bagian-bagian tubuh siswa tunagrahita ringan meningkat secara positif setelah diberikan intervensi dengan menggunakan media pop-up book. Terbukti bahwa media pop-up book efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal bagian-bagian tubuh pada siswa tunagrahita ringan.

Abstract

background of this research by the issues raised in SDN 18 Koto Luar Kec. Pauh Padang difficulties that children learn x 8-year-old second grade who have difficulty in recognizing the concept of space particularly the right and left. This study aims to improve the ability to know the concept of space for children to learn through movement difficulties rhythm. Methodology of this study, single subject research (SSR) with ABA research design is a design that compared the ability of space for children to know the concept of learning difficulties in consistent Shanghainese x baseline, intervention by using the motion without using a baseline rhythm and cadence of motion. Assessment conducted in this study is consistent in measuring the large number of correct answers of the concept of space (right and left) are shown, mentioned and exhibited learning difficulties children are presented in the form of a percentage. From the results of the study can be seen in the baseline condition 1 (A1) conducted in eight meetings, the meetings of one to eight children only able to get a score of 0%. Children are not able to show, mentions and demonstrate the concept of space (right and left) correctly. After being given treatment in the intervention condition children's ability to carry out the introduction of the concept of space (right and left) increases. Data showing the stability of nine to seventeen meetings with the highest score of 100% with the results of children were able to answer all questions correctly. Then in the baseline condition 2 (A2) with no treatment is given, the data demonstrate the stability of the meeting to eighteen to twenty-one with the highest score of 100% with the results of children were able to answer all questions correctly.

Abstract

This research was backgrounded from the observation that researcher did at SDLB Negeri 36 Muaro Sijunjung. For deaf children at class D.VI that have problem at reading comprehension. Based on explanation before this research have purpose to improve reading comprehension ability by using group sequencing technique at material reading comprehension that include in the curriculum. This research is using quasy experimencal approach with from single subject research (SSR) by design A-B. Kind of behavior percentage child ability in reading comprehension by answer the questions rightly for five questions at students’ work sheet that relative time same are 60 minute. The technique for analysis the data that used a form of Visual Analysis of Grafik. The result of this research was analyzed that include sum up at Baseline condition for five time of meeting and Treatment condition for sevent time of meeting. The result of this research show that hypothesis (Ha) accept, it means that reading comprehension ability deaf children (x) was improving through application group sequencing technique. So as suggested to school side and teacher to become the result of this researcher as reference to develop the study reading comprehension ability in this school.

Abstract

Nina Herliana (2016) :   Meningkatkan Keterampilan Membuat Nasi Goreng Melalui Metode  Demonstrasi Pada Anak Tunagrahita Ringan Kelas D VIII  di SLB Work Shop Padang. Skripsi. Jurusan Pendidikan Luar Biasa FIP-UNPPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi ketidakmampuan anak tunagrahita ringan kelas VIII dalam keterampilan membuat Nasi Goreng. Hal ini disebabkan  kurangnya anak mempraktekkan kegiatan membuat Nasi Goreng dengan baik dan benar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode demonstrasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membuat nasi goreng melalui metode demonstrasi, dan 2) Membuktikan apakah metode demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan keterampilan membuat nasi goreng bagi anak tunagrahita ringan kelas D VIII di SLB Work Shop Padang.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian tindakan kelas, yang dilakukan dalam bentuk kolaborasi dengan teman sejawat. Subjek penelitian yaitu tiga orang  anak tunagrahita ringan kelas D VIII dan satu orang guru. Data diperoleh melalui observasi dan tes. Kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) proses pembelajaran membuat nasi goreng dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi dilakukan dengan dua siklus. Siklus I dengan lima kali pertemuan dan siklus II dengan empat kali  pertemuan. 2) hasil dari pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi dalam membuat nasi goreng terlihat ada peningkatan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari data sebelum tindakan kemampuan anak dalam melakukan 19 langkah membuat Nasi Goreng yakni: FB adalah (29%), NIM adalah (50%), dan AP adalah (29%). Sedangkan pada akhir siklus I kemampuan FB meningkat (63,1%), NIM telah meningkat (84,2%), dan AP adalah (76,3%). Pada siklus II kemampuan FB meningkat (84,2%),  NIM meningkat (100%) dan AP meningkat (94,9%). Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketiga anak ini mengalami peningkatan kemampuan membuat Nasi Goreng setelah diberikan metode demonstrasi secara intensif kepada anak tunagrahita ringan kelas D VIII di SLB Work Shop Padang. Disarankan pada guru keterampilan agar dapat menggunakan metode demonstrasi dalam pembelajaran keterampilan lainnya

Abstract

This research is motivated by problems that researchers in the field discovered that a child's learning disabilities in grade II / A who have difficulty writing. This research uses experimental approach with methods Single Subject Research (SSR) with design A1-B-A2. On condition invertensi child's ability increases, this activity is done seven times observation, which was originally the child reaches 40% and finally the child is able to write a word using the letters connect properly and clearly reaches 90%. And the Baseline condition 2, the activities carried out under these conditions five times observation after invertensi activity is stopped, it turns out the child's ability to retain the ability to write words using the letters connect properly and clearly. Thus the previously proposed hypothesis can be accepted, it means that the technique can gradually boost Traffic continued to write letters to children learning disabilities class x II / A in SDN 02 Padang Cupak Tangah. The researchers suggest to teachers to use the fade techniques to improve writing letters continued future learning disabilities in children.

Abstract

This paper discusses about improving life skills for students with hearing impairment by providing the skills of entrepreneurship to make cookies. The skills of making cookies for the teachers who teaching the students with hearing impairment in Padang is expected to be a source of income that can finance the life of the students. This research used case study approach which is reseacher analyzed the problem and managed the elternative solution. Implementation methods of this training included lectures, demonstrations and training, as well as mentoring and monitoring and evaluation. The results show that the entrepreneur of pastries training can increase the ability of life of  students with hearing impairment. In addition, the economic value of making cookies has  high expected to provide the maximum benefit for the students with hearing impairment.
