Abstract

This research was motivated by the problems found in SLBN 1 Padang Panjang there are five deaf students of class XI with monotonous teaching  means them  don’t understand the lesson and unawareness to make terarium according to the steps of manufacture, the purpose of this study was to check wether it is effective using demonstration methods to teach deaf students to make terarium in SLBN 1 Padang Panjang, research method that is pre-eksperimental kind of one group pretest - posttest design. Ratings in this study using the test instrument deed to calculate a child's ability to make terarium and tested in accordance with Mann Whitney test.The result esxplaned that effective demonstration methods to improve skills of making terrariums for deaf childrenn of class XI SLBN 1 Padang Panjang.this is evident from hypothesis testing Ha accepted by Uhit = 27 > Utab    = 1.

Abstract

this research is backround by problem that found a deaf child in second grade class in junior high school YPPLB that have a problem to make rainbow puding with the right step. According that problem, the researcher want to proof that analytic is efectifitas to improve the skill to make the puding rainbow for a deaf child in second grade at junior high school. This study uses the approach single research subject, A-B-A design and data analysis techniques using visual analysis chart. The result of this study concluded with analisis exercise can improve the skill to make a puding rainbow for a deaf child in a second grade in junior high school YPPLB Padang.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study begins with observation and interviews with researchers fourth grade teacher, the class IV there are 14 students who have difficulty in mastering the subject matter of Natural Sciences, was bored with the material of Natural Science is too much and have difficulty in working on the Natural Sciences . So the Natural Sciences learning outcomes of students after it does not fit with the Daily Deuteronomy KKM set by the school, whereas in other subjects such as Mathematics, English, SBK, Physical Education and Health KKM children have a value above the specified school. Therefore the action through the creation of mind maps. This study aims to improve the learning process concerning the Physical Sciences landscape surface of the Earth and sky objects, so as to improve the learning outcomes of the Natural Sciences learning difficulties in students in the fourth grade-District 13 Padang Panjang City. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The research data in the form of information about the process obtained from observations, test results and a discussion of the learning process. The data source is the process of the administration of the Natural Sciences learning through mind map learning difficulties in students in the fourth grade-District 13 Padang Panjang City. Research subjects consisted of students' learning difficulties Elementary School fourth grade-District 13 Padang Panjang City, a total of 14 people, consisting of men and women 8 people 6 people. Procedure of the research conducted through four phases: 1) planning 2) implementation, 3) observation, 4) reflection. From the results obtained by the results of research conducted on average students in the first cycle an average of 58.57 and the second cycle, the average value of 75.71 students. The conclusion of this study is to map the mind can improve learning outcomes Physical Sciences landscape changes on the surface of the Earth and of celestial bodies on student learning difficulties.

Budi Santoso. 2016. “Konsep Diri Kelayan Gangguan Penglihatan Sejak Lahir (Neo-Natal) Dengan Setelah Lahir (Post-Natal)” Skripsi. Padang: Jurusan Pendidikan Luar Biasa, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Padang. Konsep diri merupakan penilaian, pemahaman, pandangan terhadap dirinya sendiri seperti kelayan tunanetra memiliki pandangan yang berbeda-beda mengenai dirinya baik yang mengalami kebutaan sejak lahir (neo-natal) maupun setelah lahir (post-natal). Beberapa dari kelayan tunanetra sejak lahir maupun setelah lahir ada yang memiliki persepsi tentang cara memandang dirinya secara positif dan negatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode komparatif dengan tujuan untuk melihat perbandingan konsep diri penyandang tunanetra neo-natal dengan post-natal di Panti Sosial Bina Netra Tuah Sakato Padang. Menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa skala psikologis, yang menjadi sumber data kelayan tunanetra.Hasil pengolahan data dan dianalisis antara kelayan tunanetra neo-natal dan post-natal bahwa data yang diperoleh peneliti berdisribusi normal dan memiliki varians yang homogen, kemudian dilakukan uji kesamaan rerata dengan uji t dan didapat hasil (2,029 > 1,6859 ) bahwa konsep diri kelayan tunanetra neo-natal lebih bagus dari konsep diri kelayan tunanetra post-natal dan itu membuktikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara konsep diri kelayan tunanetra neo-natal dan post-natal.Kata kunci : konsep diri, tunanetra

Abstract

Abstrack: Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh permasalahan yang ditemukan di SD Negeri 05 Bandar Buat, Seorang anak kesulitan belajar kelas III yang mengalami kesulitan pembelajaran matematika terutama dalam mengenal bilangan ratusan. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil asesmen yang diberikan oleh penulis dimana anak belum paham dalam menyebutkan, menuliskan, dan mengurutkan bilangan ratusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan keefektifan media puzzle mistar dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan ratusan bagi anak kesulitan belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Single Subject Research dengan menggunakan desain A-B. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam bentuk Visual Analysis of Grafik. Penelitian dilakukan pada kondisi baseline sebanyak enam kali pengamatan dan kondisi intervensi sebanyak delapan kali pengamatan. Dari hasil analisi data yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis (Ha) yang di ajukan dapat diterima. Artinya media puzzle mistar dapat digunakan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan ratusan bagi anak kesulitan belajar kelas III di SD Negeri 05 Bandar Buat Padang. Disarankan bagi guru kelas atau guru mata pelajaran matematika agar dapat menggunakan media puzzle mistar bagi anak berkesulitan belajar dalam mengajarkan mengenal konsep bilangan ratusan. Abstrac Abstract: This research background overshadow from the problems who looks in the pitch, namely child with hearing impairment class of VI in SLB Negeri Limo Kaum Batusangkar who experiencing difficulty within get to know word the nature. Besides it researchers also held a oral test with using the ten the word the nature (sadly, embarrassed, angry, homesick, happy, hate, sick, lazy, afraid, arrogant) it turns out the result is child not yet known the word with well, namely child only get to know three word from ten word who supplied. Based on the mentioned hence this research aims for improve the ability known the word the nature for the child with hearing impairment class of VI through media Photos Clip in SLB Negeri Limo Kaum Batusangkar. Methodology research which used is Single Subject Research (SSR) with design his research is AB and technique visual analysis graphs. Subject of research is child with hearing impairment class of VI in SLB Negeri Limo Kaum Batusangkar. The results of research which analyzed will include number of observations on condition baseline (A) as many as eight times the observations visible highest value achieved is only 13.33%, the condition of intervention (B) as much as ten times the and highest value achieved 100%. From the the results of acquisition this data can be be concluded that the media Photos Clip can be be used for improve the the ability of known the word the nature. Kata-kata kunci : Mengenal Kata sifat; Media Foto Clip; Anak Tunarungu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses meningkatnya kemampuan menulis kalimat menggunakan model pembelajaran picture and picture dan untuk membuktikan bahwa model pembelajaran picture and picture dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis kalimat anak tunarungu di kelas VIII di SLB Negeri 2 Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Single Subjek Research (SSR). Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga kondisi, yaitu kondisi baseline pertama (A1) intervensi kedua (B) dan baseline ketiga (A2). Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pengumpulan data dengan observasi langsung. Didapatkan hasil bahwa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran picture and picture dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis kalimat anak tuna rungu di kelas VIII di SLB Negeri 2 Padang

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study begins with learning difficulties a child’s inability to read in SDN 18 Koto Luar, Padang. The purpose of this research is to improve the child's reading ability nouns using the abaca-baja method. Abaca-baja method is a method of teaching reading method that combines syllables and play with cute illustrations. This was an experimental research which was conducted in the form of Single Subject Research by using A-B-A design. The data gotten in this research was analyzed by using visual graphic analysis. The subject of the research was a difficulty learner student. The target behavior was the student’s ability to read nouns well. The variable was measured by using percentage technique. The result of within and inter-condition analysis indicated that the tendency of direction, stability, data track and the level changes improved positively. The percentage of the data overlapped in inter-condition analysis was 0% and 60%. The smaller the overlapping percentage, the better the influence exerted by the intervention. Thus, it was concluded that the use of Abaca-baja method was effective to improve the difficulty learner’s ability to read nouns. Therefore, in order to improve the difficulty learners’ ability to read nouns, it was suggested to the teachers to use Abaca-baja method.     Keyword: Membaca; Anak Kesulitan Belajar; Metode Abaca-Baja.

Abstract

Against the background of this research by the problems that researchers found in SMPLB YPPC Sawahlunto, a deaf child class IX B minor second semester who have difficulties in verbal language. It is evident, as do interviews and observations were only some teachers who understand the language presented by children with hearing impairment. Researchers also conducted an oral test by saying the ten words (aku, api, baca, buku, curi, kaca, lari, mata, nasi, tahu), but the result of children not just say or express in words that are already available, namely (aku pronounced aghu, api pronounced ebi, baca pronounced maca, buku pronounced bughu, curi pronounced cughi, kaca pronounced ghancah, lari pronounced laghi, mata pronounced mbata, nasi pronounced nasih, tahu pronounced tauh). To overcome this problem researchers are trying to provide an alternative to using I-CHAT media are assumed to be able to help the deaf in the correct pronunciation of orally. This study aims to enhance the deaf child's verbal language class IX B in SMPLB YPPC Sawahlunto. This type of research is the Single Subject Research (SSR) is a study done in different conditions using A B designs. where A is the baseline conditions of the initial condition of the child's ability in verbal language before the given action. While the condition B is a condition in which the intervention condition of children in the intervention provided through the medium of I-CHAT. The size of the target behavior when the child could utter a single word correctly rated the top ten and the one given the value zero. The results of this study shows that verbal language skills of children with hearing impairment in class IX B SMPLB YPPC Sawahlunto media gave rise after the I-CHAT. This terbuktu when the observations made in two sessions: first session provided baseline before intervention (A) is performed five times of observation, and the percentage of verbal language skills in this condition lies in the range of 0%, 0%, 0%, 0% and 0%. Second, the intervention sessions (B) by using the media I-CHAT, the observations were made nine times as many observations, and the percentage of verbal language skills of children with hearing impairment in this condition lies in the range of 50%, 60%, 70%, 70%, 60%, 70 %, 90%, 100%, 100%. Based on these results we can conclude verbal language of deaf children in the class IX B SMPLB YPPC Sawahlunto be increased through the medium of I-CHAT.

Abstract

Abstract. This research was conducted based on the low ability of the students with medium mental retardation in class X to use money, especially to add to subtract.They seemed to have problem in understanding abstract consept. To deal with this problem, role play method was applied. The purpose of this research was to; (1) reveal the learning process by using currency Rp.100 – Rp.10.000, and (2) to prove whether the use of role play method could increase the ability of the students with medium retardastion to use currency Rp.100 – Rp.10.000 in class X of SMALB Al-Azhar Bukittinggi.This was a Classroom Action Research which was conducted collaboratively with the classroom tercher and three students with medium mental retardation (HN,DV,and AD) in class X of SMALB Al-Azhar Bukittinggi, The data were gathered through observation, test and documentasion. The data gotten were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.The result of the research indicated that; 1) the learning process by using money and role play method was conducted in two cycles. Cycle I consisted of five meetings while cycle II consisted of five meetings. The respective cycle was started from planning, acting (pre-activities, whilst-activities and post-activities), observing, analyzing and reflecting, 2) The result of the learning process showed that, in the assessment phase the ability of  HN and DV in adding was 20 and AD was 10, while the ability of HN and AD in subtracting was 10 and DV was 20. After role play method was applied in cycle I, the ability to use money of HN was 100, DV was 90 and AD was 80. In cycle II, the subtracting ability of  HN was 80, DV was 100 and AD was 70. Based on the result of the research it was suggested to the school fellows, the teacher and the upcoming researcher to use role play method to teach the students with medium mental retardation. Key Terms; Currency, Role Play Method, Students With Medium Mental Retardation
