Abstract

Electronic commerce or E-commerce is the media through which people can do the business activities or business process online with the help of internet. In this process buying of goods, selling of products or serve services for business are under one roof means there is no need to go outside for buying any product or selling any product, each and every business transaction can do online through computer. Luxury box is an online shop that was founded in 2020. The researcher observe that there was a lack of online promotions to introduce new potential customers at the online shop and managing product by the owner, therefore the researcher used the MP2 system to build the website. The data collections are observation and Interview. The researcher is focused on convenience and security that can provide smoothness for luxury box customers. The research methodology used is qualitative research. The results of this study are in the form of a website that is supported by WordPress version 6.0.1 technology. The web pages contained in the website are generally divided into 2 (two) parts, the dashboard page that is used by the admin to manage the content that will be displayed on the website, website page that displays the results of content management created by the admin and can be accessed by website visitors.

Abstract

User Experience (UX) is an integral part of software development, one of which is web-based mapping. Several factors that affect that UX is acceptable to users include visual aesthetics, ease of menu hierarchy, component layout and display coloring. There are several things that are not implied in UX development, namely the psychological factor of the user in which there is emotion and feeling. This research is located at BPKAD Palembang City which has purposing to 1) Analyzing user psychological factors in terms of feelings and emotions in designing web-based UX for the Palembang City BPKAD Regional Asset Mapping, 2) Interpreting user psychological factors into web-based design elements of the Palembang City BPKAD Regional Asset Mapping. The research stages include determining Kansei Word; Structuring SD Scale; Collecting and Validating Web-Based Mapping Specimen; Category and Item Design Classification; Participant Data Evaluation; Data Analysis and Defining Design Elements. The final result is 5 emotion concepts, these are dynamic & well-organized concept, refreshing concept, spacious concept, professional concept and nautical-look concept. The DEs generated from PLS analysis for dynamic & well-organized concepts are 27 DEs, refreshing concept is 15 DEs, spacious concept is 17 DEs, professional concept is 18 DEs and nautical-look concept is 18 DEs.

Abstract

As time goes by, the number of documents or files or archives in a company continues to increase. These files are in the form of data collection, activity reports, accountability reports, work proposals, letters, decrees, regulations, and so on. At first, the company tried to convert paper-based files into digital files, then took advantage of several free platforms to store them. Furthermore, companies find it difficult to control digital files because of the non-centralized storage. Finally, companies are trying to create various information systems that allow them to centrally manage digital files. A large number of digital files in it makes the search process even longer, so it is necessary to optimize the search features. The purpose of this study is to review several algorithms that have been implemented to optimize file searches in previous studies. This research takes Indonesian scientific articles from Google Scholar from 2015 to 2022. The result of this research is the explanation of the use of algorithms in previous studies so that this research can become a reference and suggestion for further research. This study found the fact that every information system or application that functions to manage company files or archives requires a search algorithm to improve system performance

Abstract

Current digital trends put the need for information at the forefront, making information processingbetween authorities and organizations a priority. Information is a collection of data that has beenprocessed for use in future decision-making processes. When combined, they form an informationsystem. In the economic world, several food-related businesses have implemented informationsystems in their business fields related to data processing systems to carry out computerizedcommercial transactions. However, there are still many businesses that perform traditional serviceswith pencil and paper and have not been able to implement innovative ordering systems based ontechnological developments. One of the businesses experiencing this problem is Dapoer WidyaRestaurant. This study aims to form an ordering system with the PHP programming language and isdesigned using UML models and Augmented Reality (AR)-based menu innovations using Vuporia andUnity3D. System design is built by the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method. The result ofthis study is an ordering information system that includes table determination, integrated transactionreports for Dapoer Widya Restaurant staff, and AR-based menus that display 3D views of the menuserved. Keywords: ordering system, menu, augmented reality, SDLC

Abstract

Traffic problems, especially congestion which is the impact of high levels of traffic density, are problems that have not been properly resolved, especially in big cities in Indonesia. In this article, 7 features of road conditions are proposed on the level of traffic density. These features include the number of vehicles, the average speed of the vehicle, the area of the main road, the length of traffic that has been determined, the duration of traffic congestion, and the time of traffic congestion. Determining the level of traffic density can be determined by utilizing the MCDM hybrid technique to produce information that can be used to support decision-making in traffic management or other policies such as formulating policies on the buying and selling of private vehicles. The number of indicators related to computer vision for presenting information on the level of traffic density requires a large amount of time and memory. Besides that, the perception of a decision maker in determining priority weights also influences the results of the information on the level of traffic density.

Abstract

The COBIT framework has evolved into COBIT 2019 and is still the most widely used framework by IT auditors who use complete or customized model components to assess IT governance in an organization or company. COBIT has made it clear that to gain a complete insight into the governance model in an organization, IT auditors must incorporate organizational culture assessment into the audit approach. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the COBIT 2019 framework to improve information technology performance in Tokopedia. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach where data collection is carried out using primary and secondary data from direct observations of Tokopedia's e-commerce system through tokopedia.com pages and literature reviews from several relevant journal articles. The results showed that the results of the evaluation of the performance of information technology governance in the Tokpedia e-commerce system that focuses on the DSS (Deliver, Support, and Service) domain show that some e-commerce systems still do not fully carry out good information technology delivery, support, and services.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the steps contained in the updated model. The model includes six interrelated dimensions of information system (IS) success, namely system quality, information quality, service quality, user satisfaction, and net benefits. The research method used is an explanation with a quantitative approach. The type of research conducted is a survey, where data is collected through filling out questionnaires through Google Form. The data used in the study was collected between January and March 2023. The study sample consisted of 96 respondents who had filled out questionnaires. The results showed that hypothesis 1 was accepted, which showed that the quality of information had a positive effect on customer satisfaction, with a P-Values value of 0.012. However, hypothesis 2 was rejected, which showed that the quality of the system had no effect on customer satisfaction, with a P-Values of 0.185. Furthermore, hypothesis 3 is accepted, indicating that service quality positively affects customer satisfaction, with a P-Values of 0.000. Hypothesis 4 is also accepted, which shows that customer satisfaction positively affects net benefits, with a P-Values of 0.000. Keywords: net benefit, user satisfaction, information quality, service quality, system quality

Abstract

EOT (Engine Order Telegraph) is the embodiment of a machine-human interface that is controlled by the captain of the ship for safe and sustainable ship maneuvers as a basic part of a connected remote propulsion system. Remote control systems on modern ships usually have a control transfer system that allows control to be transferred between locations. Remote control is usually possible from two locations: the platform and the Engine Control Room (ECR). Some ships do not have a remote control handle on the ECR. When in bridge control mode, the bridge handle directly controls the engine set point. When in Engine Control Room mode, the bridge handle sends a telegraph signal to the ECR and the ECR handle controls the control system set point. In local control, the remote control system is inactive and the bridge handle sends a telegraph signal to the local control position and the machine is operated by its manual control in the engine room. In this study, an EOT device will be realized using the Arduino Mega2560 microcontroller and data communication using the RS485 serial from the bridge to the engine control room.
