Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi yang semakin pesat mengakibatkan para pelaku UMKM Nasabah Bank BTPN Syariah harus lebih kuat menghadapi banyaknya tantangan. Minimnya pengetahuan serta akses pasar yang kurang luas merupakan kendala yang kerap dihadapi UMKM, sehingga Bank BTPN Syariah mengadakan program pendampingan melalui platform bestee yang bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan dan pengetahuan pelaku UMKM guna mengembangkan usaha para nasabah. Penulis dalam program ini selaku pendamping atas kerjasama yang dilaksanakan oleh Bank BTPN dengan Fakultas Ekonomi UNUGHA Cilacap melalui skema magang mandiri program MBKM. Kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu analisis SWOT dalam menentukan prioritas kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan yang akan dilaksankan dan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk mengukur tingkat keberhasilan pendampingan pada kegiatan before after. Guna memperlancar kegiatan pendampingan ini maka Bank BTPN mengembangkan Platform Besteeku aps yang memiliki fitur digital learning dan bisa diakses oleh pelaku UMKM untuk mendapatkan pendampingan berupa pelatihan kewirausahaan. Program pendampingan ini dilaskanakan pada MMS ( Mobile Marketing Syariah ) Cipari dan Kawunganten. Program ini dilaksanakan selama empat sesi pada periode bulan oktober sampai Januari. Fasilitator pendamping sangat berperan penting dalam program ini, Pada program ini fasilitator pendamping berhasil mendampingi lima belas nasabah. Lima belas nasabah tersebut sudah menggunakan pemasaran lewat digital marketing. Dengan adanya program ini Fasilitator pendamping membantu para UMKM untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengetahuan serta membantu mengembangkan usahanya.

Abstract

Abstract This community service activity is part of the Regular Community Service Program (KKN) carried out in Sei Suka Deras Village, Sei Suka Subdistrict, Batu Bara Regency. The focus of this activity is to highlight the importance of literacy and the utilization of the Reading Corner as an enjoyable literacy medium that sparks interest among elementary school students. It also includes a campaign to promote a saving habit as part of financial education for students at SD Negeri 06 Sei Suka Deras. By providing engaging and age-appropriate reading materials, students are introduced to basic financial concepts such as the importance of saving from an early age, managing pocket money wisely, and distinguishing between needs and wants. The activities were conducted through an educational and participatory approach to foster reading habits and financial awareness from an early age. The results of this program show that the Reading Corner successfully increased students' interest in reading and served as an effective medium for delivering financial messages in a simple and enjoyable manner. Thus, the Reading Corner has the potential to become an educational tool for financial literacy that is easy to understand and implement in an elementary school environment. Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) in Pematang Rambai Village, Batu Bara Regency, conducted by interdisciplinary students from Universitas Muslim Nusantara Al-Washliyah Medan, focused on community empowerment. Through methods of surveys, outreach, and training over 20 days, this program aimed to implement the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. Key activities included innovating local MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) products, raising awareness about stunting prevention at integrated health posts (posyandu), providing creative English education for children, creating village signposts, and conducting a dish soap making workshop. The results demonstrated a significant increase in the community's knowledge and skills, ranging from MSME management to health awareness. Additionally, children's motivation to learn increased, and village administration became more informative. Overall, this KKN successfully enhanced the residents' self-reliance, welfare, and quality of life, while also affirming the role of students as agents of social change who make a tangible contribution to the village's progress.

Abstract

One skill that has economic potential and is relatively easy to learn is tote bag screen printing using simple materials such as rice paper. This community service program aims to enhance the entrepreneurial skills of students at SMP Negeri 3 Galang through tote bag screen printing training using rice paper. The training was conducted using a hands-on method and a participatory approach. The stages of the activity included preparation, material introduction, business opportunity discussions, screen printing practice, and evaluation of student products. The results showed a significant improvement in students’ technical knowledge and skills, the growth of creativity in tote bag design, and an emerging interest in turning this skill into a business opportunity. The school’s response to this program was very positive, encouraging the continuation of similar initiatives. Challenges encountered included the relatively long drying time of the glue and limited tools and materials. Overall, this training not only produced tote bags with economic value but also to the development of students’ independence, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit from an early age.

Abstract

The student mentoring program in the National Scientific Essay Competition (NSEC) is designed to improve scientific literacy, critical thinking skills, and presentation skills of students through five systematic stages. This study aims to describe the mentoring process, which includes searching for innovative ideas, essay writing, work registration, internal assessment, and final presentation preparation, as well as analyzing its impact on students' competitive readiness. Mentoring is carried out through an academic scaffolding approach, collaborative discussions, rubric-based evaluation, and mock presentations as the main strategies for strengthening competencies. The results show that two students from Universitas Mandiri successfully entered the NSEC TOP 10 Finalists, which indicates the effectiveness of the mentoring model in improving the quality of work, scientific communication skills, and student confidence. In addition, the direct experience in the final presentation provided practice-based learning that broadened the academic insights of the participants. These findings confirm that structured mentoring can be a relevant and applicable strategy in improving students' academic capacity and preparing them for national-level scientific competitions.

Abstract

Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) merupakan indikator penting dalam upaya pencegahan penyakit menular di lingkungan sekolah dasar, sehingga edukasi terstruktur diperlukan untuk meningkatkan literasi kesehatan siswa sejak usia dini. Anak usia sekolah merupakan kelompok yang rentan terhadap penyakit berbasis perilaku, sehingga intervensi pendidikan kesehatan memiliki dampak signifikan dalam membentuk kebiasaan hidup sehat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan PHBS pada siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri Bomba melalui penyuluhan, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung sebagai bentuk metode edukasi aktif. Pengukuran dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk mengevaluasi peningkatan pengetahuan siswa setelah intervensi edukatif. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman siswa mengenai PHBS setelah mendapatkan intervensi, yang ditunjukkan oleh perubahan perilaku sehat dalam aktivitas harian. Program edukasi ini terbukti efektif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran kesehatan, terutama pada aspek kebersihan diri, kebersihan lingkungan, dan pencegahan penyakit menular, serta mendorong terciptanya budaya hidup sehat yang berkelanjutan di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase the legal knowledge and awareness of the residents, specifically those of RT. 38 RW. 001 in Sungai Andai Village, to foster prudent behavior in using digital media in accordance with statutory regulations. Employing methods of presentation, discussion, Q&A, and case studies, the activity was executed as planned and met its objectives. Positive impacts were evident in the enhanced understanding and legal consciousness of the community, particularly among homemakers, regarding digital literacy and the provisions of the Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE) Law. The achievement is reflected in the targeted participant attendance, their active engagement during sessions, and their ability to relate the presented material to legal issues encountered in daily life. This was demonstrated through various feedback and questions from participants concerning problems such as cyberbullying, defamation, the spread of hoaxes and indecent content, and efforts to prevent online gambling within the family. These conditions indicate that this legal outreach activity successfully addressed the community's real needs in tackling legal challenges in the digital era.

Abstract

The community service activity was held at the Muhammadiyah Branch Leadership of Karangrejo with the aim of providing an understanding to the Muhammadiyah administrators in Karangrejo Village about the use of technology as a medium for delivering Islamic da'wah in the Industry 4.0 era. The digital platform taught was the Instagram social media because it has complete features and is widely used by young people today. This program was carried out with a participatory approach through several stages of implementation, namely: 1) an initial meeting to agree on a collaboration for the community service activity with partners, 2) mapping the needs for digital da'wah, 3) creating digital content, and 4) providing guidance. This activity successfully enhanced the administrators' skills in digital da'wah and resulted in accounts and da'wah content using the Instagram platform. With the digitization of da'wah, it is hoped that PRM Karangrejo can contribute to modern and progressive Islamic propagation

Abstract

This community service activity aims to develop a web-based Population Management and Regional Information System in Pedukuhan Banjeng. The primary issue identified was that population data management was still conducted manually, making it prone to recording errors, data duplication, and delays in information delivery. Through this community service initiative, a web-based system was designed and implemented to support population data recording, regional information management, and report generation in a more effective and efficient manner. The methods employed included observation, interviews with local administrative staff, system design, implementation, and user training for the partners. The results indicate that the developed system improves data management efficiency and facilitates easier access to information for the local administrators. With the implementation of this system, administrative processes have become more organized, transparent, and well-documented.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to improve workplace English skills through outcome-oriented individualized learning at SAS English Laboratory Medan. The program applied a training and mentoring approach using one-to-one instruction, beginning with a needs analysis, followed by a pre-test, targeted professional communication training, and evaluation through a post-test and participant feedback. The training materials covered professional self-introduction, job interview simulations, formal workplace expressions, and job-related vocabulary. The results indicated an improvement in participants’ workplace English communication skills, particularly in speaking fluency, appropriate use of professional expressions, and confidence. Individualized learning enabled tutors to provide immediate and needs-based feedback, making the training process more effective and adaptive. This program contributes a flexible and measurable model for workplace English training to support productive-age community members in meeting professional communication demands.
