Abstract

Educational quality management is a process of improving educational performance by utilizing available resources to create customer satisfaction. Schools as institutions that provide services in the form of services and products must have quality and existence that can amaze so that it can generate trust among the community. people as customers. This research was conducted at Harapan Mulia Elementary School, Bekasi. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of education quality during the Covid-19 pandemic at Harapan Mulia Elementary School, Bekasi. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, where the data collection process is carried out by means of observation and interviews, the informant in this study to obtain the data and information needed is Mr. Hendra Agatama, S.Pd as the Principal. Based on the results of observations and interviews that have been carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic, Harapan Mulia Elementary School Bekasi has quality management of education that is maintained in quality and even tends to increase in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic. Even though in theera new normal, Harapan Mulia Elementary School still has a high commitment in providing the best service to both students and parents.

Abstract

This research intended to find out the effectiveness of online learning during the pandemic at Al-Azhar Syifabudi Bogor Elementary School in 2021/2022. The sample in this study was a 6th grader of Al-Azhar Syifabudi Elementary School Bogor. This research is qualitative research with class action methods conducted online on Mathematics subjects. The study was conducted from the 2nd of August to the 2nd of October 2021. The results showed that online learning at Al Azhar Syifabudi Elementary School Bogor runs effectively because all teachers and students have facilities such as computers and smartphones connected to the internet. Evidenced by the learning results of students in cycle 1 that achieve the completion of minimum criteria as much as 80% and in cycle 2 as much as 100%. As well as the presentation of student attendance and liveliness in cycle 1 as much as 90% and in cycle 2 as much as 95%.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) determine the process of developing Hiro Card learning media in mathematics, 2) determine the feasibility of Hiro card learning media in mathematics. This research uses Research and Development (R&D) research using a 4D development model with stages, namely define, design, development, desiminate. This learning media goes through the stages of media validation test, material validation test, and product testing. The subjects of this research are the fourth grade students of SD Negeri Sempu 2 Serang City as many as 25 students. Based on the results of the study, the average validation of media experts was 90 with the "very feasible" category, material expert validation was 80 in the "very feasible" category, student responses were 92% in the "very good" category. Thus, it can be concluded that the Hiro Card learning media is declared suitable for use as a learning medium, especially in mathematics.

Abstract

Student with special needs require assistance and media in achieving their best condition. One of them is by using busy book media which is used as a means of improving the early reading skills of children with mild intellectual disabilities. This study aims to test the effectiveness of Busy Book media on the initial reading ability of student with special needs with intellectual disabilities. This study used single subject research with an A-B-A design and research data analysis using visual graph analysis techniques. Data analysis showed baseline (A1) of initial reading ability was carried out for 4 days with a mean of 50% and a fixed tendency of direction and data changes continued with intervention for 4 days with a mean of 88.75%. The tendency of direction increases and the change in data increases then the researcher performs a baseline (A2) carried out for 4 days with a 100% mean and a fixed direction tendency and changes in fixed data and overlape data that has a low percentage. The result of this study is that busy book learning media is effective in improving early reading skills for children with mild intellectual disabilities at SDN Inclusion 1 Sowan Lor

Abstract

This study aims to describe the factors that cause parents to be motivated to send their children to MI Al-Ma'arif 02 Singosari. This study also aims to determine the dominant factor of parents being motivated to send their children to MI Al-Ma'arif 02 Singosari. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of survey research. The subjects of this study were all parents of second grade students of MI Al-Ma'arif 02 Singosari as many as 75 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and documentation.The results showed that the factors that caused parents to be motivated to send their children to MI Al-Ma'arif 02 Singosari consisted of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation factors include: (1) understanding Islamic religious science (2) understanding the Koran (3) understanding fiqh (4) having noble character and (5) achievement. While the extrinsic motivation factors include: (1) School Environment (2) Infrastructure (3) Vision and Mission (4) Quality of Religious Education (5) Educator Profile (6) Curriculum (7) Activities in School (8) Governance Orderly (9) Extracurricular (10) Cost (11) Family Environment (12) Social Environment. The dominant factor of parents' intrinsic motivation is an indicator of understanding fiqh and the dominant factor of parents' extrinsic motivation is an indicator of school activities.

Abstract

Tujuan artikel ini untuk mengetahui tentang sikap toleransi siswa, bagaimana mengembangkan sifat toleransi siswa, dan mengimplementasikannya di SD. Artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa sikap toleransi siswa sekolah dasar dapat diwujudkan melalui penanaman sikap toleransi melalui pengajaran yang diberikan oleh guru, kegiatan yang terintegrasi dalam proses pembelajaran guru, dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Sikap toleran harus dikembangkan pada siswa sekolah dasar agar siswa dapat mengembangkan karakter yang positif, seperti belajar saling menghargai dan menghormati perbedaan agama, ras, kebangsaan, budaya, bahasa atau hubungan antargolongan.. Artikel ini menerapkan metode pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan kualitatif berdasarkan pengumpulan data pada pembacaan jurnal/artikel.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the speaking skills of fifth-grade students at SDS Galajuara Bekasi using the story-telling method. The research was carried out using the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method using the DDAER design (diagnosis, design, action and observation, evaluation, reflection) which was carried out in 2 cycles with 28 students in class V as research subjects. The results showed an increase in students' speaking skills. In the first cycle, completeness was obtained by 78.6%, or as many as 22 students, and 21.4%, or as many as 6 students still not complete. Meanwhile, in the implementation of the second cycle, the students' completeness data was obtained by 89.3%, or as many as 25 students completed and 10.7%, or as many as 3 students were still in the incomplete category. The final result of the average value of students' speaking skills obtained in the second cycle is 80.4.

Abstract

Pembelajaran IPA di SDN Remo belum diminati siswa. Siswa tidak dilibatkan secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran, karena guru biasanya hanya memberikan lebih banyak informasi di kelas atau menyampaikan pengetahuan dari guru ke siswa. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya kreativitas guru dan siswa. Selain itu, SDN Remo tidak memiliki alat pengajaran dan dukungan terbatas untuk infrastruktur pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merujuk pada penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif menggunakan sumber data yang diperoleh dari berbagai literatur. Strategi pembelajaran kontekstual dalam pengamatan pertumbuhan kacang hijau dapat berhasil diterapkan oleh guru untuk melibatkan siswa dan menciptakan pengalaman belajar selama pembelajaran. Dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kontekstual, diharapkan kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan menjadi pembelajaran bermakna bagi siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between parenting style and emotional intelligence in elementary school students in Pasar Minggu District, South Jakarta. This research is a quantitative study using a survey method with a correlational approach. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire directly. Retrieval of data using simple random sampling technique. Sampling was carried out in five schools involving 309 students and parents of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students in Pasar Minggu district, namely MI Al-Hidayatussalafiyah, MI Sirojul Muslimin, MI Al Hikmah, MI Nurul Hidayah JP, and MI Faturrahman. The data collection for this study starts from January 2022 to July 2022. To analyze the relationship between the test variables used is the Spearman rank correlation. Before being tested, the data was tested for prerequisites, namely the normality test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov. The results showed that there was a relationship between parenting style and students' emotional intelligence of 0.302 with sig. 0.000. Which means that parenting style is significantly related to students' emotional intelligence. The better the parenting style applied by parents, the better the emotional intelligence of students. Thus, parents are advised to apply positive parenting styles, such as the emotional coach parenting style.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of obtaining an overview of the learning style profile of fourth grade students of SD N Pesantren. The purpose of the results of this research is for initial assessment in differentiated learning that will be applied to the class. This research uses qualitative descriptive research. Survey with a self-developed learning style questionnaire from the indicators described by Bobby De Porter is the method used in this study to obtain data from research subjects. There are three learning styles studied, namely visual, auditory and linesthetic learning styles. Based on the data analysis in the class, the majority of students have a visual learning style tendency. However, there are no students who only depend on one learning style, but of the three learning styles there are more dominant than others. Differentiated learning aims to accommodate the diversity of student needs. This study was conducted by researchers in class IV to map students' learning needs which then became a guideline for planning differentiated learning.
